Preferred areas: Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach or nearby
Also happy: Anywhere with easy access to the G tram line
Looking for: Room, studio, apartment, house,unit or granny flat
Work: Property Buyer’s Agent / online business – sometimes work from my laptop
About me: Friendly, genuine, respectful and easy-going
Very clean, tidy and organised
Quiet and respectful of other people's space
Non-smoker
Out and about most days
Happy to keep to myself or have a chat and be social
Enjoy sports, gym, walking, reading, movies/Netflix, AI, crypto and technology
Can provide a previous rental reference if required
Happy to pay the agreed accommodation cost upfront
