LOOKING FOR SHORT-MEDIUM TERM ACCOMMODATION – MELBOURNE

When: From 28th October 2026
Length: Approx.14 to 30 days / around 2 to 4 weeks at least, maybe longer.
Budget: Up to $500 per week

Preferred areas: City or within 20 minutes preferably north/north west anywhere with easy access to the tram and train lines as I'm going to the four days of Cup week at Flemington. Can stay longer as well and I'm looking for short to medium stays as I get down to Tasmania on occasions to see my son.

Looking for: Room, studio, apartment, house,unit or granny flat
Work: Property Buyer’s Agent / online business – sometimes work from my laptop
