Hi, I’m Chad!
I’m from Swansea NSW. I’m an electrician and electrical engineer. I love the ocean, music, working on my 4wd and trips away. I like getting hands on and enjoy helping others with projects. I’ve completely rebuilt my home which has taught me plenty of useful skills around the house and yard which I’d be happy to offer if needed. I’ve been a homeowner since 2018 and have no rental history although I do understand what it takes to respect a home and other peoples property.
I’m friendly, easy going and pretty quiet as a person.
I’m working full time in Luscombe and looking for a place to live from early August until the job finishes which is scheduled for completion at the end of the year but may stretch into the early months of 2026.
Off street parking and a place to tackle small projects of a weekend would be a huge bonus for me but not essential.
Another possibility is that I will have a small caravan and looking for a space to park up and plug into power and water.
