I'm looking for somewhere to call home and make some great friends along the way. If it's somewhere unique that is a bonus for me. A little about me I have a positive, energetic attitude towards life. I keep quiet most of the time, I do enjoy socialising as well; I bring a calm and peaceful vibe wherever I go. I clean up after myself and also dig group clean down of the house. I'm not a party animal however I dont mind have a drink on occasion. I work Monday to Friday, I have a stable income. I create art in my spare time, read, or cook up a storm. I'll normally go camping if I'm given a sneaky 3 day weekend, Some weeks I'm run off my feet and you'll never see me, some weeks I'm going to be around a little more than usual. Hi I am 46 years old. Looking to find a place around the north Gold Coast area as I will be commencing work down there in early October. I will only be staying during the week and returning to my own house on the Sunshine Coast on weekends, I will travel down on Monday mornings and back up on Friday evenings. There may be some occasional Saturday work so would stay the Friday night if required, but basically 5 nights max I am pretty chilled out and like my own time but also up for a chat and a laugh. I am clean and tidy, I own my own house so know how to respect a place and would prefer to live with others the same mindset. Cheers, Ivan
