Hi there, my name’s Connor (: I’m a 29 year old plasterer originally from New Zealand although I have called the Gold Coast home for the past 12 years now. I generally work big hours through my weeks but outside of work I try and make time to train martial arts or at least get to the gym, my time spent at home is relied on as my time for rest as well as food preparation. I’d like to consider myself helpful and friendly. I have noted a 12 month lease as my preferred length of stay but I’m also open to 6 months. The lease on my current residence is up on the 11.08 so any time through the week prior would be most suitable for me to move in. Thank you greatly for considering (:

I'm a 44-year-old woman who enjoys staying active with running, pilates, swimming, sailing, SUP, and walking, anything outside. I work part-time from home my background is finance marketing manager, viewing also to study part time to become pilates instructor. I relocated to Gold Coast from Melbourne due to ageing parents who reside in Hope Island and of course the weather. My clean and relaxed space reflects my happy demeanor. In my free time, I love cooking, watching films, and hitting the gym for a good workout. I do mostly keep to myself and regularly visit friends and family in Brisbane and Melbourne and sailing with friends. But also happy to have a glass of wine and a chat. I don't smoke, I don’t own pets nor do I require a car space. I live a healthy lifestyle. I prefer own bathroom/ensuite but can share with one other, I do also require a decent wardrobe capacity/space.
