The house is in Walloon 2 minutes to the train station 15 minutes from Ipswich city. The house is a 4 bedroom house one being my study and the other my bedroom with ensuite. Looking for all-female house/flat (with no boyfriend-sleepovers) close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats (if possible) or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! : ) Prefer similar age-range/ 28-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean and considerate, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - read, lots of boxes! (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room). I'll also consider suburbs near those I've listed.
We have an acre and a half of room for motorbikes, our dogs, and our ducks. Unfortunately due to having so many animals, no more are welcome into the house. Upstairs is self sufficient except for the common areas such as the kitchen, dining area and laundry. We would recommend having a car for transport as we are in a more rural area without public transport. Only 5 minute drive to IGA and 10-15minute drive to bigger shops like Riverlink.

Very close a great deal of amenities including train, bus, shops and kids parks. The area is a very quite and secure family oriented area. Brisbane is only a 40 minute train ride away, despite what translink says 😋. House is also very close to Amberley air base, so any air force or army personnel are very welcome to live here House is only 2 years old (I had it built but only recently moved in).
