I'm very clean, organised, quiet, polite, educated, with a sense of fun. I'm capable and responsible. If a fire broke out I'd know what to do. I've never smoked but I like a glass of prosecco every now and then. I can look after myself but I am caring, responsible and empathetic. I'm a lawyer and have been for the last 15 years or so. I've lived at Lennox Head for 1.5 years and purchased land at Bangalow where I plan to build my home eventually. I used to ride horses professionally and would like to get back into it but it does get very hot up here which would make it tough I imagine. I have a kitten, one of a litter which was dumped on me, which I would love to keep if possible. I have found homes for the others. I love living near the ocean and being able to hear the waves at night while in bed. But I also love the rolling green hills and sub-tropical landscape. All of it is very beautiful.
I'm hoping to find a long-term home for at least a year; or longer, if all works out well. I definitely like calm and quiet in my home environment, although I do enjoy relating with people when it happens, and having thoughtful and thought-provoking conversations. But basically I'm quite self-contained, independent and enjoy being quiet. Re shared areas; I believe I'm a very considerate, aware and respectful sharer of space. I leave the most minimal footprint possible and clean up as immediately as possible after creating food in the kitchen. As far as my life style/interests are concerned: I'm a teacher who recently retired from working with Indigenous adolescents in central Australia for several years, and before that in Wilcannia and northern NSW. I'm now studying a three year Dru Yoga Teacher Training course; I attend two Dru yoga classes a week, one a private class in Mullum, and one in Byron. I'm a regular volunteer at the Northern Rivers Community Gallery in Ballina (one or two shifts a week) I have my own income. I'm a creative who delights in the aesthetic in all aspects of living. I'm a keen gardener and enjoy planting food, herbs and flowers. I love eating good food and cooking, particularly different ethnic foods. I eat a vegetarian diet, but I'm not rigid about it. I guess if I were asked to encapsulate what I love and believe in, one word would have to be *diversity* and one concept would have to be *unity in diversity*. I'm a traveller and a seeker and always will be. Suffice it to say I can wax lyrical about things I feel passionate about, and act upon them as well.

Student. Casual worker. More than the sum of the parts. I have widely varied musical tastes (whilst respecting volume levels) and enjoy getting amongst it, wether that be hiking to the top of the mountain or snorkeling to find nemo. I cook a mean roast or BBQ, I cook a sub par risitto but an working on that. I cannot walk tight rope, nor juggle. I do have a mean as frisbee and hackysack game though. I am a conscientious and empathethic flatmate. I have no pets but I love animals. I rarely party but when I do you better hope you have a camera handy.
I am an Australian, working as a trainer/teacher. I'm a non-smoker and don't have kids or pets though I love animals. I enjoy being fit, love food & a glass of wine on the deck. I'm private and home owner so I understand to keep a place clean and respected. I am flexible with my length of stay from 3 months to over 12 months depending on the place. References available.
Hi, looking for a lovely home - somewhere quiet and calm and cat friendly for my gorgeous indoor, house trained cat Lily and me! Ideally a vegetarian/vegan home. I'm a primary school teacher, also studying Steiner Education part time. When I'm not working and studying I love cooking, yoga, beach walks...

I would love to Meet and create awesome friendships. I have interest in Dance/ sisterhood / creativity/ nature ( so if you have a place with lots of trees , I am sure to love it ) I am clean and tidy. So excited to be part of a home where we all contribute to make it feel relaxed, peaceful and homely. I would love to live with females, but open to it being female and males. I am going to the UK for a month or two so and would like to rent my huge and beautiful room which has a private ensuite, is fully furnished and has lake views. It's in a large and beautifully furnished large home in Suffolk Park. There are 3 large living areas, a pool table, large deck and garden with water views over the lake. This is not your average share house and really is a beautiful home with plenty of room. I am looking for a drama free, relaxed working female to join our lovely, happy home while i'm away.
Im a 26year old chef originally from the Netherlands. Pretty recently I've started to pick up surfing, which I really enjoy. I like to make music, have good conversations, share good food (I cook) and coffees. Like being in nature and go out for a run several times a week. I play didgeridoo and love to read. I dont smoke but i like a glass of wine every now and then.
My names Tyla I'm a student still at school in Queensland graduating at the end of the year. Looking to take a gap year somewhere away from home. I would be working full time next year hoping to start studying the following year. I'd love to live close to the coast around a pretty relaxed environment! I love being around people and being very social. I would prefer to be in a place with people around my age as I will be moving far away from home and my friends!
Hello! Im on the search for a house to call home, Ive been living in Byron Bay for 7 months ish and I've just spent the last 2 months at home in England visiting Family. I'll be moving back to the bay around 10th July and looking for a home! I'm very easy going & chilled out, I enjoy my independent time but also enjoy socialising every now and then! I will be returning to my previous job in the bay working between 15-35hrs. Open to any offers or anyone that's keen to team up for a place. Niamh :) X
I'm seeking long-term accomodation in and around Byron area to start end of July/start of August. Ideally within 15-20 mins drive of Byron as I work part-time in town. I have a clean rental history and references for you to look at if you like. My ideal room would have a built-in robe, be unfurnished but allow room for a queen bed, music gear, and be bright and airy. Looking to pay between $150 and $200 inclusive of bills, possibly more for the right place. About me, I'm a 20 year old gal with a love for the ocean, music, outdoors and anything that makes my hands dirty (paints, charcoal, gardening etc). I eat plant-based, mostly organic foods and enjoy playing around in the kitchen. Preferably, I'd like to share with people of the same age with the similar ideals. I enjoy a good night out with friends but you'll mostly find me curled up with a tea, watching a doco or reading a book. I'm a mumma to a 2 year old Australian Shepard who is deaf and reliant on my cuddles and training to get by so ideally I'd need a roomie and owner that will love and allow him to be a part of their family too. He's pretty quiet, fluffy, and considers himself to be a lap dog, and he wouldn't need a huge backyard, just room to do his business in a fenced in area If you think you'd like to house share with me please feel free to message me :)
I am quiet, clean, considerate and honest. I always pay my rent on time and have reference's from real estates. The only thing that is that I do have pets; a small dog and two cats. They are all house trained and lovely natured. My dog gets on with other dogs and my cats don't kill any wildlife. I study part-time online and work in the front office of a resort. I can be social at times but I also like my own space. I actually don't go out that much and would probably suit a more settled non-party house hold. The things I do enjoy are reading, the beach, animals and movies. I hate to sound demanding but I will most likely need my own bathroom, I do have a kitty litter and I am sure other housemates won't appreciate that ha!
ROOM AVAILABLE - Suffolk Park (beachside). We had a good friend moving in with us, but has had to pull out last minute due to work. It's in a 3 bedroom house with Large open living area, spacious kitchen, a big space for table tennis or pool table, a backyard, will have wifi asap, one block from the beach, a couple minutes walk to the shops. Available from Tuesday 20th being Tomorrow afternoon. Looking for someone that is tidy, chilled and respectful and has bond ready to boogie. :) Thanks everyone.!!
Suffolk Park beach just 10 mins from Byron Bay…. Enjoy squeaky golden sand between your toes just 5 mins walk…. and the comfort of your private room with queen size bed, built-in robes and private bathroom. You’ll have access to the spacious townhouse with your flatmates (myself) and my 11 year old daughter.. Usual common sense applies - as in treat this place like your own home or how you would like others to treat your space… be reasonably clean and tidy - otherwise make yourself right at home! Most of all, we want to share our piece of paradise with you, so whatever can make your stay more enjoyable or comfortable - please ask!
