Hello there! Hope you’re well!

My name is Federico, I’m 34, Italian, and Professional chef. I have been living in Australia since 2018 and now working full-time in Byron Bay. Rental reference are available upon request.

A bit about me: I’m a mature and responsible person-very clean, tidy, polite, organized, and attentive to details. I follow a healthy lifestyle and I’m quite sportif. I enjoy beach walking, outdoor activities, trekking, riding and spending time in nature.
I don’t smoke and I don’t use drugs. I would describe myself as a chill, easy-going, and always with a friendly and positive attitude.
I usually don’t spend much time at home. My day start early with a gym session and a beach walk before work around lunchtime, and I usually get back home after dinner service.

About the accommodation: I am now looking for a private room for myself in a calm and well-kept place (no party houses).
I’d love to find a place that I can call home, with positive vibes, respectful communication, and mindful people. I enjoy sharing a chat or a dinner occasionally, but I also value privacy and personal space. Both mine and others.
I don’t have any pets, but I love animals, so a dog or cat in the house is perfectly fine for me.
