Hello there! Hope you’re well!

My name is Federico, I’m 34-year-old Italian professional. I've been living in Australia since 2018 and now working full-time as a chef in Coogee. Rental reference are available upon request.

I’m a mature and responsible person person. I'm clean, tidy, organized and respectful, and I really value a well-kept and comfortable home.

I follow a healthy and active lifestyle. I enjoy training, outdoor activities, hiking, waking by the ocean and spending time in nature. I also enjoy diving, riding, cinema and discovering new places.

I don’t smoke, drink alcohol or use drugs. I love animals, although I don't have any pets.

I usually don’t spend much time at home. I wake up early, have breakfast at home, then leave for training and work, and generally get home around 10:30–11:00 pm depending on the day.

I’m now looking for a private room in a calm and welcoming home where I can genuinely feel at home. I’m not looking for a party house or somewhere where people constantly come and go. I’d really like a stable, long-term arrangement with friendly and respectful housemates.

I enjoy socialising, sharing a meal or having a chat from time to time, but I also really value privacy and quiet time, and I’m always respectful of other people’s space.

I don’t have any pets, but I love animals, so I’m completely comfortable living with a dog or cat.
