Im easy going, young at heart and I get on well with anyone of any age. I work as a nurse in Tewantin, enjoy reading, swimming, BBQs with friends, food someone else has cooked and my own space. I love obedient dogs and cats with character.
Hi I am a 40 year old, friendly and sociable with impeccable security sense. I am clean, neat and tidy and always clean up after myself. I am sociable however sometimes need my own space. I am a great cook and happy to share cooking responsibilies as long as groceries are split eveningly.

Extremely house proud Can cook, clean and garden References available Prefer out of town I am on emergency accommodation list and am NRAS and DOH registered as priority
I work away a week at a time so someone that is on my opposite roster would be ideal. I am easy going and tidy. I come with a champion six year old daughter and a 13 year old staffy. I am an ex turf farmer so I love to look after the lawns. I have just signed a three month lease on a property in Cooroy so I would be looking at moving in early May.
Located in the Noosa Hinterland, 5 minutes from Eumundi township, schools, and 20 minutes from Hastings Street. Incredible views, modern light interior. Own seperate toilet, bathroom with shower & bathtub. Would suit a mother and child/children well. Internet included, excellent solar rates, gas hot water. 2 rooms available, $200 each or $350 if you are to occupy both.
I'm a neat and tidy 34 yo that works 2 jobs (1 full time and 1 part time) - child and pet free. I am currently renting a studio in Doonan that is on a property that is going to auction end of January so I am looking for a new place.
Clean, tidy, responsible, honest, reliable. Mature woman with a sense of the absurd. Sociable likes wine with a meal, good conversation, open to new experiences. I can’t cook, but love fishing and dressmaking, painting, art and travel.
Moving to Sunshine Coast. I’m a teacher. Have a son in Melbourne. Quiet and clean. Would like to share with someone around my age. Enjoy a coffee or red. Could furnish my own room if needed. Min stay 3 months could be longer. I would like bills included. Need room in bedroom for a desk. I’ll be teaching full time from 14th May. I will visit friends often on the weekends. Easy going.
I am looking for a place for myself and my dog Lily. She is a medium sized friendly staffy X rotty. She has a beautiful nature and is not a barker. I take her with me most places but can't take her to work so am looking for a place with a fenced yard for her to hang out during the day. Another dog would be great as she does like company:) I work full time as a bush regenerator, am quite active and looking for a quiet chilled place to live. I am cean and tidy, and respectful of other people's space and property. Call me if interested. Cheers
Who can help me? I'm looking for a place to live. A share house with others or someone who wants to team up but I can't afford the bond or I'd be looking for my own place. I can afford up to $250 per week to share a house with other people. I have furniture to share if needed. I like growing nice vegies and I have a small solar panel setup to help save money off the electric bill. The solar is not connected to the house power supply it is independent and can be used on it's own. I use it to watch TV, use my laptop, recharge everything including batteries I use in motion sensor lights around the house. My last elec bill was $150, $100 is the connection fee so I only used $50 of grid power by using my solar panels. I am a computer tech with a mobile repair business. I have heaps of experience teaching computer classes at TAFE so I'm happy to help with your computer or anything you need to go with it. I would prefer to live in a country setting with trees and wildlife 'cause I am going crazy living next to the airport in Marcoola. It's making me sick with the noise echoing inside my little head. It's horrible and depressing. If anyone can please help me with a QUIET place where I can grow some vegies and work from home, I would be very grateful. I only have 4 weeks left to find a place but I will move tomorrow if you can help me :)
Serene, friendly, open/private, flexible within reason, mature (young at heart) woman. Tidy, clean. Non smoker. Organic lifestyle (this also includes living in a chemical free environment). Healthy mindset. Sustainable choices. Interests include ... theatre, art, music enjoyment, slow food. Gentle pursuits just now. Zen-ish approach to life. Love European values that are modern in application. Enjoy growing my own food or visiting wonderful markets when I can't. Passionate about the joys of life. Quiet times are just as important. A home body who gets out and about. Cafes, a glass of wine. I smile. City personality with a bit of rural thrown in. Don't enjoy tv sport or commercial channels. Drama-less outlook. Secure income...writing a bit (interest only). Planning a trip overseas for 3 months plus at the end of the year or when the season is right next year (departure will depend on my commitment to house set up ... I honour my word). Seriously anywhere gorgeous between Noosaville/Pomona region down to Brisbane will do. Like to be near water or surrounded by green. 8-12+ months. Looking forward to a chat with you to discuss the details first ... then a visit if we both feel it's promising.

Hi! I’m looking for a studio or room to rent short term. My boyfriend and I are travelling Australia in June so preferably length of stay would be until mid June. We are renting a studio at the moment but the house owner is coming back from overseas and this is his space. My boyfriend works away for many weeks at a time and will only be back for about 3 weeks in total for the duration of stay. I work Tuesday-Friday and in the evenings on Saturday and Sunday & also juggle University part time. I keep busy and when I’m not working I go to the beach, surfing, exercise or catch up with friends & family. I’m very easy going, like to be social but also happy doing my own thing. Ideally I’d like the rent a space for me and my partner.. however he will only be around for a very short time. We also have a Labrador Baxter (2 years old) he has a gentle little soul and is honestly no trouble at all.
My name is Matt. I am a happy, positive, proactive person. I am clean, tidy and calm, with a passion for the ocean and the outdoors. I am often away for my business projects ( film / tv industry ) and when home can be found surfing, running, reading, stretching or an occasional social drink. Every alternate week, I have my two boys with me, which is awesome for me, but may not suit potential housemates. However, if you are young at heart and keen to live / share a large house with space, feel free to get in touch.
1.2 Acre property just out of Tewantin, 10 mins from Noosa River. Little piece of nature at your doorstep. We all work full time so theres always time for your own space! We have a garden and some of our own veggies, Outdoor area with fans, bbq, table and chairs, house is fully equipped. Basket ball ring, table tennis table, we like music & a social drink. There are times to keep to ourselves and times to be social. We like balance. (Unfortunately no cats due to allergies)
Huge house, huge yard, pool. 20 mine from Noosa. Close to highway, massive shed for storage, undercover lock up parking. I work full time and am looking for someone who is compatible with our house as I have two kids that I share half custody with. We have a routine during the week and are nice and quiet however I do love to have a social drink and play some good tunes on my free weekends. Old tenants decked out the shed and lived in it for extra space and privacy. However I am offering the master bedroom with its own bathroom and walk in wardrobe . Yard get mowed once a fortnight and pool is looked after. Just move in and enjoy!
We live in Noosa Outlook off Outlook Drive. You would have a bedroom to yourself and bathroom with a shower and bath that you may share with one other person depending on whether both of our spare rooms are occupied. A bus stop is just at the end of the street and several more in walking distance. There's also a shopping complex down the road with an IGA, Chemist, Butcher, Bakery and Coffee shop. We have NBN so Internet is no issue. We also have Foxtel.Netflix and Stan available
The house is across the road from a tranquil park full of creekside walking and cycle tracks; can kayack/SUP in the creek to Lake Doonella also. 10 min drive to Hastings St, Cooroy/ Bruce Highway &; Eastern beaches. 400m walk from 2 bus stops. Half Hour SUP to Noosa Marina to best fish n chips.
Surrounded by bush in a friendly neighbourhood, right beside the lake and the Noosa River, this small but comfortable home is where I have studied and lived for the past 16 years. I try to keep a minimalist open plan feel, with a welcoming kitchen. Solar power and good internet are among other pluses, as are the lovely bush and lake walks that start at the front gate. Smoking is allowed outside, but not inside, and while I love animals I am a bit iffy on pets out of respect for my cat...I guess super friendly pets might be okay, but be aware, the property is largely un-fenced. This house is quiet and relaxed but not far from town with possible parking on the front lawn. Your room has built in wardrobe, large window, ceiling fan and is close to the spacious bathroom. We have good internet but no television connection because, well, I just don't like it enough to be bothered :-)
This property is in the back of Donella Estate. It is at the end of the court and is short walk to public transport and is 5 minutes from Noosa Civic. It is very safe and also very quiet. It is 4 bedrooms . It has a shared kitchen and lounge area which then leads to the toilet and shared bathroom. The room is not on the side of the house where the sun rises and has a media room that is shared.
Large house with pool and outdoor bbq area. 10 mins drive from Hastings St/main beach. Close to Noosa Civic. Quiet area. Close to walking and bike tracks. Own room either furnished or unfurnished, sharing a bathroom with one other. Bills included in rent - Foxtel, unlimited NBN, netflix.
