Hi, I am a 22 year old working full time in the Body Corporate Management Industry looking to find a new home. I am a non-smoker who only drinks on occasion and I enjoy being sociable with my roommates during the week and on weekends.
We're on the search for two new roomies as sadly two of the girls have to leave. Great location, super close to the city and walking distance to Norman park/ coorparoo station as well as shops (Woolworths ect). Beautiful two story Queenslander with loads of space and extra storage downstairs. Completely furnished besides your bedrooms. Common areas include air conditioning, Foxtel and two fridges with loads of space. First bedroom: Located on the second floor with own access to the deck area. Features natural sunlight and the room is quite spacious (currently fits queen bed, study desk, couch and drawers). There is a built in wardrobe and air conditioning also. Second bedroom: A cosy room also located upstairs and slightly cheaper includes a built-in wardrobe. Can fit a queen bed comfortably. Perfect for a student who's looking to live close to the CBD ($9 uber ride, winning) The upstairs bathroom is shared between three (one girl currently), with a separate toilet. There's loads of on street parking right out the front and it's a very safe area.
This is a recently renovated unit with stunning views to Brisbane city skyline. Living room has plenty of seating space. The spare bedroom has a window looking at stunning Brisbane city skyline. There is plenty of breeze and a remote controlled ceiling fan with dimmable LED lighting in the bedroom so you can be sure about your comfort in the room. My place is close to the city centre, public transport and Woollongabba stadium. You’ll love my place because of the stunning Brisbane city views, the location and the ambience. My place is good for solo adventurers, students and business travellers. Woolworths & Coles are a short 100 meters walk down the street along with pleny of restaurants all within 5 minutes walking distance. City & Southbank are 10-15 mins drive away.
We are 2 friends who have lived together in the past, a few years back and are looking to move in together again. We're looking for a person or a couple to share a house with until the end of the year. At the end of the year, one of us will have a partner move in. # 30 year old gay male with 11 year old small dog # 26 year old gay female # both plant based lifestyles, prefer others who are as well, please # both employed in CBD area # looking for a house with a backyard, somewhat central # already have fridge, washing machine, lounge furniture, dining room furniture and all bedroom furniture # both enjoy socialising, but both enjoy own space too # looking to move somewhere close-ish to the city such as Greenslopes, Woolloongabba, Kangaroo Point, Paddington, East Brisbane, Coorparoo, Norman Park, Kelvin Grove, Red Hill, New Farm, Bowen Hills We are both kind and open minded individuals. Contact me if you have any questions! :)
Hi! We have one room available now in a three-bedroomed furnished share-house. Very close (two minutes walk) to Coorparoo train station, two major bus routes and a safe bike route to the City. You will be sharing with a 20 year old male apprentice builder and a 20 year old male student – both friendly and easy-going. So we are looking for someone in their early 20’s to join us as the third person in the house. The house is an older Queenslander, basic but with a nice energy, fully furnished, with one room currently available for an ongoing tenancy. Your room has a built-in wardrobe, and a cooling ceiling fan. It is currently unfurnished, so you need to bring your own bed. Please note that though the room is a reasonable size, it is not really large enough for a queen-size bed (double is OK - photo on this site is of the room with double bed). Rent of $175 per week is all inclusive of gas and electricity and also includes wireless broadband. A bond of $350 and two weeks advance rent, a total of $700, is required on entry. There is no fixed term lease, but we are looking for someone long-term. The house is fully furnished with a nice kitchen, tiled bathroom, air-conditioned lounge, front sunroom and small back porch, and a large backyard. The washing machine and dryer are downstairs, and there is plenty of downstairs storage space. Sorry, but pets are not allowed. Easy street parking is available if you have a car. If you are interested, contact Anne, our friendly landlord, to arrange an inspection.
My name is Kat. I work full time in the city. I love being outdoors, active and eat healthy. I am pretty quiet until i get to know people better. I have a good sense of humour, honest, reliable and like privacy and respect others. I have a beautiful house trained dog that rarely barks, love walks and adventures. I would love to find a place that can accommodate both of us.
The room available is $190 Per week (ALL BILLS which includes Electrcity, Internet and Fortnightly House Cleaning) would fit a queen/double has a built in wardrobe with mirrors on the sliding doors. Can be Furnished / Unfurnished but the House is fully furnished with ducted air con throughout. The house is Conveniently located in quiet area, close to bus stops and train station. Walking distance to Coles, Woolies, chemist and restaurants. 15mins Bus to City, 10min Drive to City, Carindale, and Oxford Street. Street parking. *Sorry No Pets allowed
Fully furnished, brand new, ground floor, spacious, 2 bedrooms available for female students. Brand new kitchen, bathroom and living area to be shared only between two individuals. King Single bed/Single bed, large wardrobe, desk and chair, bedside tables, ceiling fan and WiFi. The house is fully furnished with modern appliances and the kitchen utensils are supplied. Plenty of free street-parking available. We are in a good neighbourhood. Can reach UQ, QUT, Southbank Tafe, city in 10-15 minutes by bus or train. Short walking distance to Coorparoo train station, Coles and Woolworths . Students have own entry to self-contained flat. $220 and $200.
Fun quiet clean and respectful, love casual drinks and a binge on Netflix. We have a 7 month old kitten named turtle who sleeps all day completely litter trained.
Brand new house on a quiet street across from the football park where the Brisbane Hustlers (local gay footy team) train and play. Short walk (5 mins) to the Norman Park train station and short walk (5 mins) to Foodworks and a great cafe I frequent each morning on the weekend for coffee, or (15 mins) to Coles and Woolworths in Coorparoo, so the place is ideally suited for someone who doesn't have a car, however there is plenty of kerb parking, and an empty garage which the current housemates are happy not to use if you have a particular concern about leaving your car (or bike) on the street. House is super friendly, chilled out and easy going, I've got my netflix account setup on the TV downstairs and the house also has amazing air conditioning and fans in each room which is a life-saver in the heat!
Really chill and sometimes funny. I have an emotional support dog that is a very long doggo. We're a package deal. I keep to myself most of the time but love talking a lot and hanging out. Would love somewhere to live that has chill people who don't mind cheeky beers and a greyhound. I work till 10pm in the evenings so if you're a 9-5er chances are we will never even see each other.
Heya, I am a 25yo female looking to make the big move almost 2 thousand kms from my home town. I currently live in a small country town in south west Victoria. I am looking into employment around the Brisbane area where I would be aiming for work in the horse racing industry which mean early starts and arvo work. I am very considerate of my housemates and keep quiet in the morns when I leave etc. I pride myself on having a bright and bubby personality. I'm very easy to get along with and easy to live with. I'm not OCD but I keep my living space tidy and don't mind cooking 'family' dinners. I'm not a crazy partier but I definitely enjoy having a night out or quiet drink on the weekends on my night off. I have a small dog named Turbo. He is my world and eveybodys friend. I do prefer him to be able to come inside when I'm home but happy for him to have a lot of outside time all the same. He is toilet trained and very quiet (will sleep all day and night) unless you want to play fetch with him haha! He gets along with any animal and human and is a pretty no fuss kind of a dude. *My move date is unconfirmed at this stage. I would love to hear from you if you have something that may suit. Terri
I compliment an easy-going housemate dynamic. for the past 18 months I've shared a great home with 2 amazing guys but it's time to look ahead and find someplace new. I am quite content with my own company and have interests from social dancing to cooking fresh food, to binging on movies and occasionally getting out & reconnecting with nature in the great outdoors. I love having people's company but I also enjoy just chilling out and keeping it pretty low-key. I value respectful co-living habits but pretty much get along by being relaxed, funny (occasionally) and being open-minded. I should add that my preference would be living in a non smoking household.
I'm career driven, and work a 7 day roster, so between work and friends, I'm not home a lot. Easy to get along with and enjoy actually getting to know my fellow housemates as opposed to locking myself in my room. My specialty is putting on a casual Sunday BBQ or roast for the crew, if we ever find ourselves all at home together. I've just transferred to Brisbane (from Fremantle) after travelling the world and I'm looking for a place that has easy access (walking or short train/bus ride) to South Bank for work as I haven't replaced my car yet.
Hey, My name's Jay and I'm a 21 y/o student looking for a new home around inner Brisbane. I'm a graphic design student studying at Griffith. Big fan of hanging out and tend to go out a fair bit, so if you're similarly inclined, that's awesome. That being said I am also well aware of the importance of quiet time and can easily respect your needs for it. I love my music and dabble on the guitar, as well as illustrating for my hobbies. self-sufficient, clean and tidy for the most part and can appreciate that in a household. Looking forward to hearing from you. Cheers.
Hey! I am very easy going room mate who is clean and tidy. I love a social beer and meeting new people. I am also very happy to have a quiet night to myself. I have a beautiful fur baby (dog) who is such a little chiller. I am a professional but can work Monday through Sunday. Love being outside and in the sun and doing yoga and reading. I am a travel nut and try and jet set when I can.
Im an graduated engineer doing a Master of Economics in UQ for 2 years. I'm a 25 years old chilean looking for a place to stay through this second semester. My hobbies include traveling, trekking, climbing, pianos, videos, soccer, gamming.
Shaun and Jesse are a couple that have a 2 year old Cavoodle named Rufus, and I have an 11 year old Spoodle named Amber so you have to like dogs. We are looking for a place South of the river that can accommodate our furry friends and we would all like to move as soon as we can find something. Preferably only looking for 1 other person to move in with as we like our privacy and peace. We don't mind which gender.

I'm a book-worm, a dancer, a gym-goer, a hard worker and a traveller. I'm looking to bring my own desk, bed and bookshelf when I move. I'm open to moving to suburbs other than the ones I've listed as long as they have good public transport into the city.
Like to keep the place clean and hygienic. Amiable and believes in harmony.
