Need to find a place asap for myself and my best mate Rambo ( American staffy) I work two jobs as a tree Lopper and security 3 nights a week. Between work gym taking the dog for walks I'm only home to eat and sleep and have a quiet beer. I'm very relaxed and can live with males and females of all ages.my dog sleeps outside and does need a secure yard. He's not a digger or jumper just extremely strong so a secure fence is needed to keep him in. Doesn't need a huge back yard as he gets plenty of walks and just sleeps throughout the day. Please feel free to message if you think you have a place that's suitable. Cheers Brad

$300 for a couple including bills. We're going to America for this time and looking for someone to help cover some of our bills while away. You will be staying with our two 24 year old male house mates, they like to have drinks but are respectful of your space and peace. We are 10 mins walk to the train station, 2 mins to the longlanda bus station and 10 mins drive to the city or valley.
I am an independent, self contained, fun guy. Who loves movies and TV shows, works in hospitality and am an actor on the side. Can cook and clean, am organised but not ocd. Not a party guy prefer to chill with friends instead
This is a recently renovated unit with stunning views to Brisbane city skyline. Living room has plenty of seating space. The spare bedroom has a window looking at stunning Brisbane city skyline. There is plenty of breeze and a remote controlled ceiling fan with dimmable LED lighting in the bedroom so you can be sure about your comfort in the room. My place is close to the city centre, public transport and Woollongabba stadium. You’ll love the stunning views to Brisbane city skyline, the convenient location and the ambience. My place is good for solo adventurers, students and business travellers. Woolworths & Coles are a short 100 meters walk down the street along with pleny of restaurants all within 5 minutes walking distance. City & Southbank are 10-15 mins drive away.
It's 5-10 from the city, 2 minutes from Woolworths, Grill'd, Jetts and about 5 minutes from a train station. Buses are all around the area, and it's a quiet neighbourhood with views of the city and story bridge. The house comes essentially furnished, and your room has two windows with a big brand new sliding cupboard.
Hey! I'm hoping to find two other people to start a new share house! Preferably something within about 10 mins to the city. I work a lot during the week so want a place I can come home to and relax after work, always up to share a meal together or a drink and wanting people that are happy to do the same. I'm not a party animal but like the occasional drink after work or a night out on the weekend. I'm very easy going and know the in's and out's of living in a share house eg. keeping common areas clean etc. I have some furniture - My bedroom stuff, Fridge and kitchen items. I'm more than happy to buy a new couch or some other items to contribute also. I was also after the Master bedroom (Obvs pay extra) as sometimes I work from home so need some office space. Let me know if you are similar and we can catch up for a coffee/drink :) Cheers, Patrick
A Little bit about us Jill: Works part time at random hours so if i'm not at work i'm usually cooking, or watching too much TV. I make too much food all the time and usually gives it to other housemates because i do not understand portion sizes. Owns a beautiful friendly carpet python who lives in an enclosure that has a lock on it so no need to be worried. Has an art degree (so the future is bright :P) Jake: The guy who enjoys going to the gym (who knew they existed) Studying IT so can help with all computer needs. Works weekends and has the best dog a person can ask for. Brings quality banter and when not working or studying, procrastinates by playing video games Zoey: A rescued shelter dog who is 9 years old and has a big heart and a lot of love Pretty much looking for place with other like minded people. Don't mind how many people are in the house but as long as we are all like minded

A large bedroom with ensuite bath and queen bed is available for rent in this spacious Queenslander: this is a fully furnished bedroom including 2 large modern wardrobes (drawers, basket...), a desk with swivel chair, a queen bed, storage furniture... plus your own ensuite bathroom with double sink and spa bath! The bedroom is suitable for couples. You will also enjoy the house: - garden and outdoor area with large deck - 1 dining room - 1 living room - 1 modern kitchen, practical and clean (with large fridge) - 1 study - individual ceiling fan and air-con in each bedroom The location is really convenient: - 2 mins walk to the Coorparoo train station; 210 bus stop is right outside; walking distance to Coles/Woolworths shopping precinct and buses 222, 204 (City/Cardindale) and 209 (UQ Lakes). - 1 minute walk to parks for jogging, exercising, practising basket ball, cricket and tennis... or a BBQ - not far from Langland swimming pool (Stones Corner) - it is really easy to get to UQ and city center (5 stations to Central) from the house. A car is not required to go shopping or working in CBD, South Bank, South Brisbane... No drugs, no smoking.
I am both neat and tidy, always have a busy schedule with work and study so not home a lot. I am a good cook, love to exercise and also like going out on the weekends. I am super chill but when I am home I enjoy being social and want to find a roomie/roomies I can be friends with too.
My name is Jayden Creighton. I am a twenty-four year old male, who works in South Brisbane. I have a permanent part-time position at Aldi in Carindale, and am an aspiring filmmaker / freelance videographer. My hours vary a little week to week, but they generally range from between 20 to 36, which accomodate my filming endeavours. Because of my career ambitions, I tend to keep a pretty low profile, and am often held up in my room writing, editing or watching films for inspiration. However, despite being quiet, I am also laid-back, friendly and very open to a chat! I like to catch up with friends when I get down time, however most are located in my hometown in Northern NSW, so I do spend time away from QLD. I am clean, a non-smoker, and have no pets. I pay rent and utilities promptly, and respect people’s property and space.
Hi everyone, my names Danielle , I’m 24 and I’m looking for someone to renew my lease with starting September 30th 2017. My current house mate is moving in with her boyfriend at the end of our current lease, leaving her room up for grabs! This cute little apartment is centrally located on Cavendish road in Coorparoo and is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, numerous supermarkets (Coles and Woolies) and has a bus stop directly outside that goes straight into the city. Coorparoo Train Station is also just 800m away! The room is a great size that is able to easily fit a queen size bed and two sets of drawers and has built in wardrobes, you will also get your own large bathroom which has a combined shared laundry. The apartment is fully furnished so all you will need to bring is you and your bed ! There is also a split system aircon in the Living area. I also have unlimited internet which is $30 each per month. All other bills like electricity/gas/water will also just be split when they arrive.
Tidy, and very respectful of other people's property. Very easy-going and like to live a quiet life. I work at IKEA so I can give you a discount if we live together. Ideally would like to be within riding distance of IKEA but I'm easy.
Im in my late 30s, studying at the QCA, and working as a life drawing model and in hospitality. Generally pretty busy. Try to get a bit of yoga or walking in regularly, keep abreast of global politics and social justice, & enjoy a good discussion over coffee/beer/wine! My 8 year old son stays with me two nights per week. He's a chilled out kid with good manners, into gaming, lego etc. Im looking for a quiet place with room enough for me to set up an art/study space.
Looking for a tidy person to live in a Queenslander with a pool. Room has air con, ensuite & built in wardrobes. A great place to live as there is plenty of space for everyone. A quiet suburb but really close to public transport & shops all around. We are an easy going tidy group looking for a like minded person to share with.
We are a down to earth couple looking for accommodation around September this year once our lease is up! Sam and I love a good chinwag and are originally kiwis who have been on the Sunshine Coast for the past few years. Iesha: currently at griffith uni & working two jobs Sam: bar supervisor in brisbane cbd The two of us are laid back and if you’ve got a decent Spotify playlist or can appreciate almost all genres we are bound to get along. We recently got two ragdoll x kittens that are very affectionate and will be moving with us, wherever we go! If Sam and I aren’t spending time with the cats then we’ll be eating out somewhere in the city. Ideally, we are looking to move into a place with someone/people that are willing to socialise with us and not hide away in their room 24/7, but we understand and respect personal space. Additionally, we expect our home to reflect our personalities so a tidy house (where everyone helps out) is a must. Overall, we’re just two peas in a pod that are low maintenance, easy going and looking for a decent set of housemates to live and do fun stuff with. Shoot us a message if we sound like possible additions to your family or if you have any other questions! We look forward to hearing from anyone who managed to get to the end of this very long ad lol
