The bathroom features both a shower and bath and toilet, and is shared with Alex. There's also ample on-street parking. All bills are split between the 5 of us, so everything is pretty cheap. Ridiculously close to Coorparoo train station, express buses into the city, both Coles, Woolworths, Aldi and a bunch of other shiny new shops.

This is a wonderful place 3 kilometers from the city. It is close to the new Coorparoo complex and cinema, and, very close to a number of cafes a restaurants. There are a number of shops at Wooloongabba and East Brisbane that are also a short distance away. The back deck is amazing, with a wonderful yard that you can look out on. I have cable internet, and, the room has air conditioning and also an overhead fan. It is a decent size. The rest of the house is set up with a fridge, washing machine, microwave and a great gas oven and stove. The bathroom is large and even has a bath. There is also a dishwasher and a drinks fridge. Hey! This is Josh, you might recognize me from tinder, if not - keep swiping. 😉 Currently searching for a couple of cool cats to join myself and an adorable puppy named Pyke, in a rad house in East Brisbane. Hi there! We are looking for a person or couple to share this gorgeous apartment in Coorparoo with us. We're in a great location--right near the city buses on Old Cleveland Road, or a short walk to the 209 direct to UQ. There's a Coles and Aldi in the area, as well as a string of cafes, a Dendy cinema, and The Cheesecake Shop is at the end of the street if you're into that sort of thing. Also, our back garden opens onto a quiet (and very green) park! It's a good-sized, modern apartment with timber floorboards and plenty of doors and windows to let the light in. Only 6 apartments in the building. The apartment is fully (tastefully) furnished apart from your bedroom, which is huge (about 4x3) and has an ensuite. It's nice and bright, and opens up onto the back balcony. There are security screens + curtains on the windows & doors, and sweet aircon (because Brisbane). The living area includes much-loved houseplants, and the kitchen is clean and modern. Also, we've got a huge fridge and a coffee grinder and espresso machine.
Great room in a massive Queenslander in Camp Hill, about a 5 minute walk to Old Cleveland road for buses and 10 minute walk to Norman Park train station. Every bedroom is air conditioned and we have a great deck and massive back yard. We also have a house cat named Turtle, so pet friendly people only!
Hello! My name is Hannah, and I am a 23-year-old university student. I am moving from Sydney to start a degree at the Queensland Conservatorium, Griffith University in February 2018. I am looking for a private room to rent for the duration of my three-year course: preferably a share house within walking distance of the Con's Burke Street Studios in Woolloongabba. I am friendly and outgoing, but I also like my down time. I am very neat and like to keep my space clean and tidy at all times. It is extremely important to me that I contribute to household chores and do my bit to maintain a happy and harmonious living environment! I would love to meet some likeminded females who are looking for a tenant to move in around late January. If this is you, please feel free to contact me! I look forward to meeting you. :)
High school teacher and traveller who loves a laugh and a glass of red wine. Despite the large collection of cookbooks, am a terrible cook and usually resort to making some form of eggs for dinner. Previous housemates in London are now brilliant friends... hoping the luck will continue back home in Brisbane. Looking for a large room to cater for a desk, as well as some natural sunlight!
Clean, can cook, and can keep to self if required. I'm looking for a place to study close to my uni so I don't have to commute 4 hours everyday - first year biomed student at uq. My current lease runs out in June so that is when I hope to move 😊
I study full-time (hit me up with any science jokes you may have) and work part-time. I usually quiet, respectful, always down for a drink and a chat, but also love to have my own space and give others their space. I cook almost all of my meals so you'll find me quite often in the kitchen. I clean up after myself and am quite tidy. I usually prefer a flexible lease, for example a minimum of three months, with two weeks notice before I vacate. But I'm looking to stay for a year or more.
ATTENTION: In Desperate Need of a Private Bedroom in a Sharehouse, With Mostly Females :-) Hello Everyone My name is Melanie, I am 21 turning 22 in April and I currently work part-time in a retail department store in Brisbane City. I have been working in the retail industry for over 5 years now and enjoy communicating with people and helping them to find what they are looking for. My cultural background is Sri-Lankan and Indian, and I was born in Brisbane. What makes me a great person to live? I respect peoples privacy and space, I am an independent individual that is responsible and will pay the bills and rent on time. I don't drink or smoke and I am not a party person, so you wouldn't need to worry about that :-) In addition, I enjoy a good chat and would love to get to know my housemates over dinner. What do I like to do for fun? On the weekend I love to catch up with friends over coffee or go to Southbank. I also enjoy spending time on my own watching Netflix and going for walks to clear my mind. P.S The maximum I can afford is $185 per week including all bills, please only message me if your post is under $185 or under and includes all bills:-) Thanks for reading and I look forward to hearing from you soon
I’ll write something a little later!
Hey! I just got a new full time job in Murrarie and am looking for 1 or 2 people to share a house with! I am pretty easy going, generally like to keep to myself but also keen for a laugh and a beer! I love all sports and like catching up with mates on the weekends!
Hi, I am ONLY looking for another person to TEAM UP and apply for an apartment (Beginning of June) with myself. I have all the furniture for a place; couch, dining table, vacuum, kitchen utensils, etc - minus a washing machine. Looking for someone who is clean. I am into fitness, currently studying to be a PT. I work in Brisbane at the Princess Alexandra Hospital. I love to travel and explore the outdoors. Would love someone around the same age as myself. Feel free to send me a message if you are interested. Cheers :)
Hi there! I’m looking to move out in early May, and stay reasonably close to the city on the South East side. My maximum budget is $250/wk rent. I work as a teacher during the week, and also play music - though rehearsals are usually out of the house. I'm quiet and considerate, and I love cooking. I clean as I go, and I'd appreciate my future housemate(s) to do the same. I'm very reliable with bills and prefer to pay them as they arrive instead of waiting for the due date. I also have a habit of fixing things - not major repairs, just those small useful repairs. Ideally, I'd like to live with just one other person. Two maximum, but no large share houses thanks. I'm looking for that balance between quiet and sociable, so I’m happy to have a chat but also like my own space at times. I don't smoke but I enjoy a drink. I keep fit and active by cycling and occasionally swimming. I don't have any pets but I'm absolutely fine if my housemate does.
I have recently moved to the Brisbane area and I am working full-time in New Farm. I would like to move somewhere closer to my work (within roughly 15 minutes). I have rented in the past by myself and with a housemate. I find I am someone who pulls my weight with paying rent/bills and with maintaining the place. I am someone who likes my own space but I also want my housemates to be someone I can get along with and have a chat with. I have an almost 2 year old pug/cavalier, Ruby who loves everyone especially when they are giving her attention. I am after a place with a courtyard preferably so Ruby can be outdoors since she is used to being a yard. My hobbies include going to the gym, dancing, chilling out watching too much Netflix and having a drink on the occasion.
I'm 19 i work a full time job as a bus outfitter for Volgren(we make the city council buses). I start work at 6am and finish at 3pm but work a bit of overtime. I also play soccer and afl so Monday to Thursday im not really around too much. I believe myself to be clean and respectful. I do like to be social and have a drinks or share a meal every now and then.
Hello there! My name is Estela and I am from Mexico. I am currently undertaking the last semester of my master degree in Sustainable Energy at UQ. Hence I am looking for a nice-quiet-easy going environment place. As a housemate, I am tidy and very respectful of others space, but always keen for good chats or social dinners. I am very easy going and I cook delicious Mexican food. ;) If you have a place to offer, please feel free to message me here or text me on my mobile phone Cheers, Estela
Hola! I am Jorge from Mexico (36 yrs old). I am an environmental scientist and I just got a full time job (regular office hours) in Brisbane. I am a happy person that loves good conversations, outdoor activities and Latin dancing. I am a tidy, healthy, reliable and fun. I live in the best of my capabilities and respect other people ways of living. No problems with me about noise, rent payments or tidiness. Let’s do it!
