It is about a 7 minute walk to the train station and there are a few bus stops that are even closer. It is very close to Coorparoo Square which has Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, Dendy Cinemas and lots of places to eat and get a drink! The main bedroom downstairs has airconditioning and a built-in wardrobe. You will also have your own private bathroom and a spare bedroom with another built-in wardrobe! Great location, big house with quite large bedrooms. There’s also a decent backyard and entertaining area with BBQ. The main bathroom is shared with the two guys but there is also another bathroom downstairs which is all yours if you want it! Lock up garage available but has poor visibility so probably better just for storage, there is plenty of street parking. The room can come with a queen bed if needed, happy to negotiate if you need to bring other furniture with you too that doesn’t fit in your room.

Downstairs is occupied by my girl friend and I. The house is located in close proximity to the 'gabba', Coorparoo shopping precinct and around 3.5 km from the city. If cafés and restaurants are your thing, there are plenty near by. There is also a bike track nearby which would take you straight into the city. The bus stop on Stanley St is a minute walk.
