Not only am I a quiet, respectful housemate who is clean and tidy, I am friendly and sociable when the time calls. I am a barista who loves coffee and food and cooking and have to go to the beach every day to stay happy! I have a beautiful Italian Greyhound in my life who loves walks but is also a couch potato. She's my best mate and we do everything together. We'd both make good housemates, please consider us!
I'm 25, studying full time and working part time both throughout the week and on weekends so I'm rarely home. The time that I am home I usually just like to spend recharging, though I do enjoy getting out and socialising when I can. I'm tidy, laid back, and respectful of others. And I'm hoping to find some like-minded housemates to take me in!
Recently returned from living abroad for a few years (Japan then London). Fairly clean and organised person. I work in community services, currently helping patients with post hospital case management. I'm an active person and like sports, running, and surfing but also enjoy movies and board games.
Hey, I am an international student from Germany and looking for a place to live in Wollongong preferably in a share house for the next 4/5 months. I am a clean and tidy person. I love to bake and cook. In my free time I like to do sports like running, climbing or hiking or just to go out with friends. So if you are looking for a flatmate, who is clean and nice and looking for a good living together, contact me :) Anka
Hi there, I'm returning to Australia after being overseas for a year. Originally from the Netherlands, but lived in Australia before for 8 years. I'm a down to earth, outdoorsy person, love love love the ocean :), social, but respectful of someone's space and privacy. Part-time student, finishing my MBA, and work part-time as an online marketing consultant. Looking for a 2 months stay at first, but probably a lot longer than that. Hope to meet you soon :) ?!
Hey guys! I am a pretty chilled girl looking to find a place to rent with some other like minded people, ideally hope to make some new friends along the way too :) I am clean, friendly and have lived in share houses before. I work full time as a childcare educator and I study part time by correspondence too. Im kept pretty busy on the weekdays with work/study, on the weekend I'm usually out seeing friends, going to the beach, music gigs, finding somewhere new to explore or down in Jervis Bay seeing family. I love getting outdoors but I can also smash out a good tv show on the couch and I'm always keen for a chat and casual wine! I'm flexible with moving dates and am happy to join an existing share house or organise a team up for a new place too.
I am studying full time and I'm currently working as a IT contractor but hoping to find a part time job. I have my own car so I don't need to be living near a bus stop or train station. Also I go to the gym around 6 am during the week. Don't mind hanging out or just chilling by myself.
We are a professional couple in our mid twenties and have just moved to the Wollongong area from Melbourne! We enjoy socialising but also like our quiet time. Nelson works in Sydney Monday-Friday and I work in Austinmer, Tuesday-Saturday. On our Sunday's off together we like eating out, markets and the beach! We're happy with a furnished or unfurnished place but would prefer to bring our own bed :)
I'm fully employed and looking for a short to medium term accomodation. I'm a chef in the national park and love cooking at home. Other interests include surfing, tennis, yoga and recently painting. I reckon I'm on the acceptable side of OCD about tidyness and have no irritating habits I know about so far.
Hi there. I'm Annette, I have two friendly desexed indoor/outdoor girl cats (they are sisters and super cute together). We are looking for a home for the coming 2 years whilst I finish my nursing degree. I am currently working as a carer, I've moved to Wollongong to be near my family and am a domesticated responsible adult. I'm not perfect but I believe in communication and resolution as I learn about the people I'm living with and we create a home that works for us all. I pay my bills, I own a car, I like to cook, I don't party much and I enjoy having a clean house and pull my weight chores wise. Hope to hear from you. ✌🏽
Hey All, Looking for a room to rent or to start a new share house. I work full time 5 days a week as an Estimator for a small business in Bellambi. My hobbies include playing & watching sports of all types, mainly soccer and golf, video games, riding my motorbike on weekends and road trips to check out new places. I'm a very easy going room mate and like things to be tidy and clean. I intend to contribute to household chores such as washing dishes, vacuuming, dusting and keeping the place tidy and expect the same in a room mate. I'm always up for a chat and a beer and hanging out and forming a friendship. I also enjoy some alone time every now and then and respect others personal space. A room big enough for a queen bed, desk and closet or a built in wardrobe would be preferred but I am flexible for the right place or right room mate. A secure garage or covered car space would also be ideal but not essential. I am in a long term relationship of almost 4 years so my girlfriend will stay over a couple nights a week, mainly on weekends. There will also be a couple nights a week that I will stay at her place. If you are similarly easy going and friendly and are looking for a team-up or have an available room please don't hesitate to contact me as I'm extremely easy to get along with.
Hey! Im Adrian and Im 25 years old. I work full time training to be a psychologist. I am pretty easy going, clean and respectful of other’s space, however am happy to share dinner or a drink from time to time. Ideally looking for a share house in Wollongong or North Wollongong , but would also be open to starting a place with some one else. Looking for somewhere available ASAP as current lease is not getting renewed, so need to vacate within the next month.
I am a friendly, easygoing, trustworthy and tidy 18 year old starting a Bachelor of Creative Arts at UOW in February 2017. I am looking to rent a room or team up with others to find a place anywhere in Wollongong. I am considerate and respectful of others privacy and alone time and enjoy my own company occasionally, but I also love to chat and interact with other housemates. I'm a pretty adaptable person so I'm happy to live anywhere and with any gender and age. I am tidy and clean up after myself and am more than willing to include myself in all household duties. I enjoy catching up with my friends and meeting new people. I'm from Jindabyne in the Snowy Mountains so I love to spend time in the snow but I am also excited to move to Wollongong and be close to the beach. I'm also super relaxed and enjoy just hanging at home, sitting down with a red wine and having a good chat. I am wanting to move as soon as possible so please feel free to send me a message if you're interested!
G'day, I'm Dylan! I'll be moving down from Port Macquarie to Wollongong in a couple weeks to start Uni, and I'm looking for, ideally, a self contained granny flat/unit or a share house with a few like minded people. I'll be continuing my work as a web developer part time in between study, and if I'm not working or studying I'll probably be surfing or playing music (how clichè). I've been living in shared accomodation for over 2 years now so I'm not new to the ideas of cleaning up after myself, chipping in for chores/expenses and being respectful of other's property & space. I'm not fussed about age, gender, race or sexual orientation.. Just want a place either by myself or with people who have their heads screwed on :-) If you think you can help me out or need a room filled, feel free to swing me a message. Cheers!
Kickstarting my first year at UOW, living in Sydney at the moment and would like to look for a place a little closer to campus. I'm a pretty tidy person, and am working part time at KFC, which means discounted chicken so, if that's not reason enough to bring me on board, then my wit and humour might. I kid, but yeah, looking for some relaxed people to share a little while with. I can also bring netflix so i'll be keen to hear from you all.
Hi future house mate : ) My name is Nikki and I just turned 30. I live with my boyfriend, Daniel who is 35. (Both yoing at heart though : ) ) We were both born in Australia but have extensively travelled through Europe, Asia and America. I have worked at Shellharbour Hospital for 13 years & Dan is a professional Cameraman for FOX SPORTS and has worked here for 15 years. We are currently renting through a real estate and have lived in this flat in Oak Flats for 2 years. Our 2 other house mates have moved on this year so we are looking for something more suitable to our budget. We have both lived in share accommodation before with no dramas whatsoever. We consider ourselves easy going, respectful, clean, intelligent, educated, extremely happy and have a great sense of humour. We love food and cooking, music, photography, film, travel and going for long drives. Our strong frIendships and family are very important to us. We own our own appliances and furniture including a brand new washer and dryer and top of the line Tvs. What is not needed can easily be put in storage. Cleaning up after ourselves is something we take pride in. We really hope someone out there gives us a chance as you won't regret it.
I am a 26 year old professional male, currently working in the Education Industry. My current rental lease finishes towards the end of June 2017, but am willing to move anytime sooner for the right match. We are Indonesian couple, Ridho have been living in Australia for over 4 years whilst I just came here as we got married in 2015. We are pretty relaxing and reliable couple, we look after ourselves and make sure everything is clean and tidy after we use common area. Ridho finished his study at UQ last year and travelling a little bit with over 20 reviews coming from Australian east coast hosts can be seen on Air BnB too. However, we are now about to settle down here in one small beautiful town that got our heart. We moved down here and Ridho started working since last week and we are staying in another Air BnB accommodation right now but willing to find a more settle place and save some cost instead of paying holiday kinda accommodation. We are able to pay rent on time either weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis you decide. And looking forward to hear from you. Cheers Carissa and Ridho
I'm clean tidy and will always help out around the place. I work shift work so I'll be in and out at different hours. I'm polite and respectful and I like to occasionally go out and drink maybe like once or so a month with friends and I don't smoke (I don't care if you do though). Just really need to move out asap
Situated in an elevated position with views to the coast, this friendly share house is located 20 mins walk to Woonona Beach, and is also handy to shops, facilities and transport (bus & train). Quiet location with a huge backyard. We are looking for two young ladies to join the two current residents for 2017. Good size, private & airy furnished bedrooms, although we are flexible if you have your own bed etc. A handbook explains the responsibilities of residents who are asked to sign a Standard Occupancy Agreement.
Kody: Makes terrible puns, I am organised, and a neat freak, I spew random facts ;) Will be studying in 2017 at the UOW so I may be a little internal because I can be a stresshead. Ethan is a second year apprentice chef, who will be working up to five days a week, and is a quality music enthusiast who enjoys strumming on the guitar and making crazy flavours. Pets preferable, otherwise it can be managed without.
Hey, We are a couple looking to find an available house or team up with someone or another couple and lease a property around Jan-Feb 2017. Ideally it'd be in Wollongong and close to the bus/train but we're also cool with Woonona, Bulli or Thirroul. We both work full time and like to keep a clean & tidy living space. We'd be looking for something for 6-12 months If you have something available or are looking to team up send us a message :)
I'm a nice, easy going guy. Most of the time I'm either visiting friends or working so I'm not home alot. I'm currently a supervisor at a local Italian pizzeria where it's pretty stable. I like my computer games so yeah I'm a bit of a gamer but noise isn't a problem.
Hey guys, I'm looking for an awesome sharehouse preferably around Wollongong or up near Austinmer. I'm an easy going, laid back person who is currently working close to to full time and studying at uni. Be ideal to share with some housemates of a similar age and who don't mind hanging out and having a bit of a chat/drink on the weekends. When I'm not at work I'm often playing guitar in a band up in Sydney or heading out to gigs. Hit me up if you you have a spare room or would like to start a new sharehouse. Cheers Sean
I am a single quiet 26 year old and am a trained florist. I love doing creative things like painting and craft. I have a cute black cat and am looking to rent in Wollongong area.
Hi guys, my name's Kingy and I'm looking for a room to rent in the eastern suburbs(preferably with ensuite). It's says to tell you what make's me great to live with but I that list is simply to long. I suggest just meeting me for a coffee and I can tell you how good I am in person:) I'm 32 born in Albury but grew up on the beach down the south coast. But have also lived in Brissy and Sydney for a few years each a few years ago. So I'd say I'm a combination of a country beach bum/surfie with a love of the city mayhem. I've spent most my life working in the building trade but am currently on the disability pension with Centrelink due to a injuries so have decided to take advantage of this and have enrolled in Cert 4 New Small Business Management online and plan to try get some part time work in a hardware or something once I get settled. But until then my income is guaranteed and you will never have to worry about rent not being paid or me being able to not feed myself. Speaking of food, it's one of my most favourite things:) I'm learning to eat healthier and am really enjoying the city and all the different natio's food. Also go to the gym as regularly as possible. The only thing that I'm struggling with is I do have a dog and cannot see me moving somewhere long term without him. But because I need to find some asap or before the 15th march I'm looking for something around the 3 month mark. If you can help me out please contact me here or on my Facebook, Aron Donnolley-King Cheers big ears Kingy
A good sized room, with bed, cupboards, bookshelf and large study desk - I am happy for you to redecorate to some extent.. the only items that cannot be moved from the room is the cupboard - so if you have a double bed, I can remove the single bed. Am happy to remove the bookshelf and desk if not required. The room has french doors onto the front veranda. I have a no smoking and no pets policy, I like a clean place, but I am not a freak about it, I will opt to go out and then get back to the clean up. I am very much an outdoorsy person. The beach is just at the end of the street, and so is the bike track and the area has a very casual feel to living - especially in the summer. The train station is about a 8min walk and the bus a 5min walk.
This property is close the roots of the mountain and offer's a beutiful clear view & it's a lovely very quite & peaceful place. There is a corner shop just up the road and 5minutes away from the beach by car, bus stops at every street so that's a plus. You are welcome to stay for 10 years if that is your choice I'll only ask for $150pw I have a cat and I'm Gay hope that's not a problem. Um I'm laid back clean and easy to get along with I'm told I'm a very down to earth kinda guy. Please do try to contact me via mobile as it is the best way to reach me at any given time my mobiles always in my pocket just so you know lol Um happy with gay or straight people moving in so I just thought I'd point that out um if you have any questions about me or the room or anything, please contact me Via MOBILE for a faster response. Look forward to hearing from you ;) Thanks :)
My friend Lisa and I have a place in Woonona that we're moving into on the 2nd of March. Rent will be less than stated above once we work out rooms etc. The house has a big backyard, two bathrooms, a shed, sunroom area and is super close to the beach - you can see ocean views from the end of the street. I have a dog, she's a well behaved unicorn almost 100% of the time but she's also still a dog from time to time... so if you don't like dogs and the various antics that dogs sometimes engage in then this may not be the house for you.. If you do like dogs then the love and fuzz you receive will be more than you could ever imagine.
