This property is in a complex of new townhouses on a quiet street with plenty of parking. We are the first tenants to live here. It is a two story house, which opens onto the first floor, which has the master bedroom, followed by kitchen, living area and laundry. This space is a communal area with couches and a TV. The lounge room is an open plan, backing onto the dining space and an courtyard. As well as that, the lounge room has air conditioning. Upstairs, we also have a second communal space, which has a sofa bed for guests and has a balcony, which looks out onto a view of 'Brokers Nose' mountain. The bedroom is 3.0 x 2.9m has a built in wardrobe with lots of storage space and a ceiling fan. Shared bathroom with bath and large shower with one other. Electricity, water and gas bills are split evenly.
Hey team! I'm a kiwi gal, coming to Wollongong for a 6-month work placement at the UOW (Oct 2019 -May 2020). I'm a super respectful, tidy, and friendly housemate, and I would love to live in a social flat with some other cool kids. I'm really easy-going, and enjoy getting outdoors for adventures, as well as dancing, cooking, and meeting new people. Please get in touch if I sound like I could be a good match for your home sweet home.

Big nerd, love games, tv/movies, really like music as well! I'm not one to go out drinking and partying every weekend, I much prefer staying home and being alone or catching up with friends. I'm full-time studying my Bachelors in Comp-Sci right now, so my main source of income is DSP. I'm currently renting a single bedroom unit for $265/wk and can comfortably afford rent + utilities and save money. I'm a chill person and get along with anybody really easily, I'm looking for someone who's clean, respectful and good with their money.
I'm a student at UOW, in 2nd year. Currently live in Cronulla and wanting to come back to wollongong area. Im very social, chill and an active person, am always keen on a beverage. I no longer have long hair like in photo, havent had pa photo since.
Hi I’m Melanie ☺️ I’m 23 years old and work part time. I like cooking, reading, watching Netflix and hanging out with my boyfriend in my free time. I’m clean, organised and generally a pretty quiet person. I enjoy my space and doing my own thing but I also enjoy being social ☺️ Just looking for likeminded chill people to live with. I am also really flexible with moving. If you have anything, please let me know! I have bond ready 😁
hi, i am 19 currently working full time and looking for a place to live. preferably somewhere between thirroul and wollongongish, close to a train station and not too far from the beach. would love a room that gets lots of nice sunny natural lighting n big enough to fit all my stuff in, possibly a built in wardrobe 🧐
I am in my third year of study at UOW doing a BA in Creative Arts and International Studies. I also work in hospitality and love the coffee scene here. I’ve been living in Denmark for the past year and have just moved back to Wollongong. I have two years left on my degree so I’m looking to find a nice space to enjoy this beautiful little pocket of the coast from whilst I work part-time and finish up my studies. I think I'm a pretty easy person to live with, enjoys cooking and keeping things tidy, the occasional yoga class and riding my bike.
