Hi, my name is Jayne and we have a large, comfortable, fully-furnished room in a charming, character house in the attractive, leafy, beach-side suburb of Cottesloe. We are very close to rail and bus routes to Perth and Fremantle. A casual walk to iconic Cottesloe beach, the Sea View golf course and the Swan River. We are just a short stroll from the Post Office, banks, the Peppermint Grove library, shopping centers, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, boutiques, the Albion hotel etc. Rent includes all utilities and unlimited WiFi internet. Quiet for studying and friendly housemates. Please feel free to call or message me, any time. P.S. The room has an attached en-suite bathroom!
Clean and Tidy, relaxed, reliable professional. Out doors person, prefer to live with like-minded people. Any questions, just ask. Please only message as I’m working :)
Hi! I’m really easy going, enjoy a chat from time to time but also respect people’s personal space. I’ve lived out of home for a while as my parents decided to stay over east.. so this is nothing new to me! Im hardly home on the weekends and some nights during the week,I have my own queen sized bed and mattress and I’m really just looking for a place to call home as my previous home owner is now renovating and selling the property. :)
I'm a 30 year old, engineer, working full time in the city. I live an active and healthy lifestyle; kite surfing, mountain biking, running, etc. I also enjoy travelling, camping, exploring and good company.
I'm originally from Brisbane, but I recently accepted an engineering job in Perth, which I'm starting in January 2019. I'm 30 years old. I'm generally a pretty quite and easy going person, but I do like to socialise with interesting people and enjoy the nightlife when I get the chance. I keep active and enjoy cycling and skiing. I like to watch sport, mainly cricket and ruby union, but I'm not an obsessive follower. I've been playing the guitar since I was a kid, and I play regularly. So if you don't like music in your house I'm probably not an ideal housemate. I read a lot as well, so I won't always be making noise. I like to keep my living environment fairly clean, so will always be willing to help out with the housework. I'm looking for a share house in suburbs reasonably close to the CBD, preferably within walking distance of public transport. I'm open to living with any decent, friendly people, but since I'll be new to Perth housemates with some local knowledge of the city would be great.
Hey, I'm Dan and I am moving to Perth from Sydney for work sometime in mid to late January so I am getting in early. I really enjoy a laid back lifestyle that involves the outdoors so a beach nearby is a must, ocean views would be even better! Outside of work I enjoy fishing, hiking, kayaking and mostly anything outdoors. Most nights however you will find me reading, watching Netflix/tv or just relaxing with a wine or beer with music (sorry but my personal favorite is country, I promise it wont be too bad though). My work schedule changes regularly as I work as a pilot. I will typically be away for 4 – 5 days at a time, equating to approximately 12 days a month. As for potential housemate(s), ideally I would be looking for fun, like – minded people who are mature enough to live in a sociable environment but know that there is a time and place for everything. I would like to move into a ‘home’ rather than a house and I strongly believe the housemates make the difference. As I am new to Perth, I am pretty open on the location as I am more concerned with finding the right place and right people rather than the right suburb (as long as it’s close to the beach and it has a BBQ) And I guess I should mention that I am house trained including washing my own dishes and cleaning up after myself which is clearly a bonus right? Please get in contact if you have a room available or would be keen to team up and organize something.
We are a social, laid back couple from Perth, aged 23 and 25. Harry is in his last semester studying his Engineering Masters at UWA and I am just about to begin full time work in the city as a Management Consultant. We are clean and tidy, have lived in a share house previously and like to consider ourselves pretty low maintenance. We are both pretty social although during the week are busy, so are usually down for nice homemade dinners and wine, and generally up for a few more on the weekends. We both love the beach, camping and the outdoors and would love to meet some like-minded individuals or other couples. Please don't hesitate to reach out for any more info!
We are three Norwegian students looking for a place to stay from February 1st to July. We are between 23-25 years old and are all studying for our masters degree in finance. We are happy, social and an outgoing people, and are open to stay with other people. Further, do we take our studies serious and we all have an active lifestyle. In weekends we love to party and have drinks. We are keen to live close to Cottesloe. If you want to know more, please contact me. :)
Hi, My name is Anthony (37 y.o) and i am moving to W.A to study a masters in OT at Curtin University. Im very active love to surf, swim, ride, gym as much as possible. Im very easygoing, am very clean without being OCD, love to cook and love to socialize over a beer or glass of wine (however my party days are well and truly gone). I am looking to find a share house with like minded individuals.
Hola 👋 My name is Grady and I’m a 31yo urban planner who has just moved back to Perth after living in London for the past 3 years. I’m a clean, considerate and easygoing guy on the lookout for a few likeminded individuals who are looking for a place to live. I’d like to consider myself a fairly sociable and friendly person who is happy to have a conversation with just about anyone. I enjoy having a few drinks with my housemates be it a beer or a glass or a wine after work or something on the weeeknd as think that household dynamic is important. By the same token I keep fairly busy during the week with work and exercise and respect the need for individual space and privacy. I love travel, the dog beach, and enjoying nice food and drinks with quality company. Historically more of a festival goer but these days you’re more likely to find me enjoying the sun in beer garden with friends or down at the beach with Astro (family pooch who lives in freo). I’m working in the city but also a big fan of freo so ideally would like to locate somewhere along the Fremantle line but not really looking to go any further north of Perth (refer previous comments about Astro and the dog beach). So, what’s the long and the short of it you ask, well, I’m like to find two housemates who are interested in finding a place together. Preference is for a house with a nice outdoor living area for summer. If you’re interested, feel free to drop me a line and we can catch up for a drink and take it from there. Many thanks, Grady
Originally from Newcastle NSW, I’m a fifo worker at Roy hill mine. I work 14 days on 10 off. Have been living in Bali for the past 6 months but looking to settle myself in Perth somewhere close enough to the beach. In my spare time I’ll be training jiu-jitsu, and hitting the beach as much as possible, and trying to pick up a couple of work shifts in Perth, so I won’t be around too much. I’m a respectful, well kept housemate, prefer to live with females but my options are open to the right household. Prefer off street parking. I don’t drink or smoke but I like going out for a look on the social scene at least one weekend that I’m home. If you have a room and think I’d be suitable feel free to message me for any more details. Chris
G’day maties, We’re three English geologists who will be moving to Perth early next year (Jan 3rd). We’re easy going and sociable chappies who enjoy sports, being outdoors and are partial to a few beers of a weekend. We’ve all lived in shared houses while at University, so know how to be good, tidy and respectable housemates We are looking to form a house with a few (2 - 4 more) sociable, tidy and respectable housemates, around our age, male or female, who we can get along with and hopefully share some good memories. Ideally, we’d like to be live somewhere where there’s things to do in walking distance, and an area where we can easily access both the city and nearby beaches. As we don’t know the Perth area and its suburbs to well, we’re open to suggestions on areas to live As geologists, we’ll most likely be working on separate FIFO (Fly In Fly Out) contracts, meaning one week we may be living in Perth, and the next with some kangaroos in the outback (hopefully you’ll be better housemates), so the odds are, not all three of us will be in the house at the same time. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to give us a message :) Happy house hunting, Paul, Paddy and James
Hello, I'm moving moving from Melbourne to Perth to work as a full time osteopath! I'm looking for some easy going laid back housemates that are still up for a bit of chit chat and a laugh. I've lived in a share house for the last 6 years and no how to keep things clean and tidy. I love the outdoors, sports, coffee, food and a couple of drinks on the weekend with friends! Shoot me a message if you have any questions :)
I'm a 29 y/o Australian that loves the beach, wine times and hanging with friends on weekends. I enjoy chilled out times after work- netflix nights, standup comedy and cooking are some favourites. I spend standard working hours at uwa, where i'm working on my thesis on tropical rivers. I'm looking for somewhere clean and tidy with a relaxed vibe. Keen on a room furnished with at least a bed. Under 170 a week including bills is preferred and a bond less no more than 2 weeks. A place near to a fremantle train line station and a bus connection to UWA would be perfect. Get in touch if you think i'd be a good fit!
I am back in WA for about 3 months for work. I am a clean and respectful housemate looking for a space to call home for a while. Low key lifestyle, gym, beach and coffees, my friends and family live down south so spend a lot of time there when I'm home. I work away but based in Perth for January. Pets are no problem love to share a space with the fur family. Always smiling and love a good laugh.
Hey, pretty busy just scoping out options for a new place to live. I'm rarely in but when I am I'm usually just chilling out. Like the outdoors, eating out etc.
G'day mate. I'm Chan. I'd love to meet good roomies or flat mates and make unforgettable good memories. I'd rather prefer good people to the condition of places to be honest. I'm a clean and nice guys as roommates/flat mates (I clean after myself for sure) I'm also an easy-going and down-to-earth guy! I can be a good friend to talk about our worries and daily life blahblah and up for some drinks or whatever haha I hope we can be good friends! have a good one! Cheers
Looking to move in with creative and easy going people! I'm a freelance videographer but also work at ECU Mt. Lawely. Currently living on the coast but considering moving to the North Perth area. Would love to find a character house with an outdoor area easy to maintain! Not after a party vibe but do enjoy a few drinks and heading out to gigs.
