You will be sharing the house with myself (female), another female, and the delightful Frankiee-a 2year old chowchow female dog whom is housetrained and very sociable. It is exceptionally important that you are a ‘dog person’, as Frankiee is a very important part of the household and needs to be loved rather than simply ‘tolerated’. If you do not like dogs then this is not the house for you. About the House: Modern and clean three bedroom house, two bathrooms, two living room areas , large open plan and fully equipped kitchen with heaps of storage (you will have your own pantry), small rear grassed yard, heating and cooling throughout, fully equipped laundry, tiled throughout-except for the bedrooms, downlights throughout, lockable garage for storage, on street parking available. I'm a Elder School of music graduate so I play Flute Clarinet and Sax and play in a few ensembles which keeps me busy. My name is Catherine and I am looking for a room to rent as close to Adelaide CBD as possible, available to move immediately. Originally from Russia, I am a Permanent resident in Australia since the end of 2015 and planning to become a citizen. Starting my new job at Women's and Children's Hospital, will be working rotating shifts. Have been doing nanny work before, and my background before coming to Australia is in HR -- I am planning to get back to it once I settle down here and sort out additional training and other things. I don't have a car, pets, don't smoke or drink, don't party, clean after myself, and don't have any furniture except for a queen mattress (+quilt and pillows). I am pretty quiet, like to have my privacy and don't bother others, but happy to chat, cook together or hang out in the outdoor areas. I am usually the tidiest person in the household (at least that was the case in all sharehouses I lived in), and every once in while will get in the mood to bake pies and cookies to share with everyone.

I am looking for somewhere where the bedroom is unfurnished. I am happy to put my other furniture in storage if you have stuff already. Whilst I would prefer a place on my own this is not a viable option for me at the moment. I would like 1-2 housemates ideally. I have lived with both male and female housemates, unfortunately towards the end they all became disrespectful and selfish so I have no choice but to leave. I'm a great housemate, I'm tidy, im funny, im friendly, introverted and extroverted. I'm educated but not in a snobby way, I like to read, I like my sports, I like watching movies and have an occasional reality TV binge (don't judge me on that). I can cook but not a Masterchef level or anything, just basic level. I like to get to the beach in summer and curl up in bed or on the couch with a blanket in winter. I like to get out to markets and catch-ups with friends, or go to some shows or watch some bands when they are around. I like to go for walks and I love to visit my family and friends and hope that any family or friends are welcome at my new home with my new housemates. I work full-time monday to friday as an office administrator for a GPS Fleet Tracking company in Thebarton. I'm not sure what else to write here, so if you have questions just ask. Hey guys! I've been renting for many years now and I'm starting to get pretty tired of moving. My hope is that I'll find somebody on here who would be happy to rent a two bedroom unit with me. I'd prefer to be the only one on the lease and have somebody sublease the other room from me. Over the years I have acquired most of the furniture and appliances necessary. I've got a big fridge, a washing machine, a couch, shelves, microwave, an amazing vacuum cleaner as well as dishes, cups, cutlery and much much more. All you'd need is a bed and whatever else you'd like to have in your room. I'm a pretty easy person to get along with, always happy to chat and also completely respect people's need for space. I would like to find somebody equally respectful and quirky who I could have a very good relationship with. We don't have to be best friends but I would like to live with somebody who I'd be happy to come home to. Don't have any bias when it comes to gender, age or ethnicity. A little bit about me: I am a full-time student at Flinders University. I am studying a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Arts (majoring in visual arts).
