You will be sharing with two friendly responsible housemates that are respectful, considerate, polite and easy going. _________________________________________________________ Location: Hilton Located halfway between City and Airport. I started in 2007 with 1 female student when I had my daughter living with me. It has been a pleasant and enjoyable experience here for the girls and having myself grown up in a family with 5 sisters (no brothers) the interaction around the house has always been an understanding, happy and positive one. As we all live together we also like to plan a few simple activities together as well... like spending a whole day driving around the Adelaide countryside sightseeing, attempting to catch crabs for dinner on summer weekends, watching a good movie on Netflix while eating Pizza, having a coffee at the local Café ... Basically just a little housemate bonding on a few occasions :) _____________________________________________________________ I'm happy to answer any questions you may have if you think this accommodation may suit your needs ... and to arrange an inspection for you. Hello friends, Listing my unit which is 4 kms to city and 2 kms from Adelaide airport, close to woolworth, food land, chemist warehouse, Asian grocery, Indian store and beaches of course. Looking for someone to share the spare room I have as I am a student and living by myself. The spare room to let is unfurnished, although bright and sunny, moderate sized.
Looking for en-suite, modern clean non-shared bathroom. I am a new Lecturer at UniSA. I will now prefer places close to the beach between Henley and West Lakes.
Hi there! We're pretty laid back to live with. We both enjoy gaming, a bit of netflix on lazy days and getting out to explore the city when the weathers nice. Bron is currently building a house and it's had some delays so it's all not lining up too well with her current lease. We are looking for somewhere somewhat short term. We can move in fairly soon, and currently would be looking to move out around march, assuming no more major building delays. We are both tidy people and are more than happy doing our fair share around the house, and we are looking for like minded people to live with. We don't need a furnished room as we have everything already, but if the room would be mostly furnished and it would be a pain to move we do have a storage unit too so wouldn't be a huge fuss to throw a few more things in there. I (Chris) currently work in mining on a 2:1 week roster so I'll only be around every third week until mid January when I will be starting a university degree in paramedic science. Bron works full time in the city as a dental assistant. If you have any further questions then feel free to send a message or give us a call, happy to clarify anything you need.
I enjoy cooking and love to share with others. I am pretty quiet, gamer from time to time but don't scream, decent grades and can help a it if needed (Accounting in Adelaide Uni) down to hangout if we click.
Im easy to get along with. Im caring, quiet and considerate of others. I enjoy cooking and sharing my dishes with housemates. I enjoy a laugh and a good red wine now and then. I enjoy watching docos and good movies on the couch. I like intelligent conversations and i also enjoy gardening. I love good old rock and roll music and i like to have fun. I respect other peoples privacy and dont mind cleaning the house when it needs cleaning. I am a clean person and able to always pay rent on time. If you give me a chance i will not dissapoint you. You will see that you made the right choice choosing me to be your next housemate. Im also a very good listener and if im able i like to help people. I enjoy the beach, going to see bands, going out for dinner every so often going to markets as well as enjoying staying home and kicking back and relaxing with honest friendly people. I was living with my father at Woodville South and was his full time carer, but has now passed away so i am looking for a place that i can call home.
Looking for a new place to live or new housemates for myself and my extremely friendly and loving border collie :) I am a neat and clean freak, love to be social but love my downtime and privacy as well
27 year old female looking to move back to Adelaide next year and perhaps study. Clean and tidy, respectful, hilarious. I'm good with money and enjoy a coffee and a red wine. Happy to move into existing share house or rent somewhere new with interested people.
New to Adelaide, splitting my time between work in the Grenfell St office and Roxby Downs for BHP. I'm a keen runner and avid coffee drinker, so I much prefer my Saturday mornings to Friday nights - no need to worry about me keeping you up all night. Between travel to and from site and Melbourne from time to time to see my girlfriend, I'll definitely be a low contact housemate. I own a car and currently live alone in a fully furnished house. I can sell as much or as little as I need to depending on the setup I move into, but would prefer to keep the car and move into an unfurnished bedroom if able. If you're after someone who's clean and respectful, pays their bills on time, and is good value for a chat when he's around, I could well be your guy. If you're after someone to have mid-week drinks and massive Saturdays with, I'm probably not. Having said that, the biggest motivation for me to share instead of living alone is to make new friends in a new city, so it'll be important for me that we click. I'd prefer not to live with students to avoid potential fights over money - rest assured I'll pay my share and on time, I'd just prefer not to have to squabble over a few bucks or who drank more milk this week.
Hi I’m a 45 yr old man, been seperated since February from a 21 year relationship/marriage, I have 3 adult kids & a 6 yr old grandson who occasionally likes to sleep at “pops”, I play drum, love combat sports such as Jiu-Jitsu & kickboxing, & have trainned a little. I do have a 6yr old inside toilet trainned dog who sometimes suffers fr epilepsy, she has never bitten anyone as is quite shy. I love all types of sport & still played afl this year. I’m clean, quiet & reliable
I am an easy going, relaxed and comfortable person to live with. I am super easy to talk to and I love to catch up at the end of the day over a glass of wine or two... this feels like a dating profile!! I should say I do love to do a lot of my study in the evenings with a cup of tea from my ridiculously large collection and do respect all housemates need their own space. I am ultimately looking for somewhere that feels like home and is welcoming, while I do love to be out and active, I do enjoy being able to come back to a peaceful and happy space at the end of my day.
Hey! I'm a 24 year old barista, just returned from travelling and found out my landlord isn't renewing the lease in January, so I want to get back into the sharehouse lifestyle. I've been living in a beachside appartment for the past year, super keen to stay by the ocean or make the move to city outskirts. I have a cat called Bowie, he's a cute little weirdo and usually keeps to himself. I don't have a lot of spare time but when I do, I'm either out in nature, at the beach, cafe hopping or chilling with friends. At home I love having a quiet drink or two and a chat, but also respect privacy and love alone time. Finding fellow vego housemates would be sick, but obviously wouldn't be a problem if you're not! My lease isn't up until mid-January, so I'm just putting the feelers out at this stage. I haven't got solid plans for next year, but I'd want to stay for at least 6 months. Hit me up if you think we'll fit in your household!
quiet, considerate, friendly. I am looking for a quiet place with good vibes. I am a non-drinker, so I'll be happy to share a cup of tea at the end of the day. I am sociable, up for having a chat but not as a must. I like to live in a clean environment, but don't keep tidying up obsessively. I like to do quiet things in my spare time, like reading, meditating, watching films with my headset on, so places where the TV is the central 'altar piece' in the house and is always on, don't really suit me.
I am a native of this fine city. My job is to turn paper into happiness. I am great to live with because I am open-minded (but closed enough that my brain stays in), reliable, funny, modest, and I can cook. I'm not real picky about fun as long as it's fun.
I am 19, lived in Adelaide for a year now with a couple friends but I think its time for me to experience something new so I am looking to move at the start of 2018! My room can sometimes get pretty messy but I don't slack off in any shared spaces because I know how annoying it can be when others do it haha At the moment I am studying makeup at TAFE in the city so somewhere close or easy to get public transport would be preferable and housemates that are willing to let me practice my makeup and tanning on them would be a plus! I am not currently working but I'm always applying for new jobs so any day now! In the meantime I am getting help from Centrelink to pay rent and bills and I haven't missed a week yet so don't let the unemployment scare you away haha In my spare time I usually study, or watch tv/netflix, I love a good chat around the house and housemates that could be friends is a big bonus I like to go out every now and then to have a few drinks I also have a small pet snake called Darling who mostly stays in his tank! Although if you are interested he can be handled without a fuss and I hold him all the time So if the snake isn't a deal breaker for you then send me a message! :)
Studying psych at the uni of Adelaide and I'm a pretty neat and tidy person. Always keen on have a glass of wine/beer with my housemates, or have dinner together
I'm 18, 19 in December, I've lived in the Barossa Valley my entire life and have never moved out of home so housemates that can make that a fun experience would be great. I'm looking at moving early next year. I'm currently studying Laboratory Medicine at UniSA but I promise I'm loads of fun. I can cook and am generally tidy (my room can be messy but the rest of the house I'll keep tidy) and so I will contribute to the house. I love people to talk to and watch movies with, I get lonely and go insane if I have no one to talk to, so if you love a chat I'm ya girl.
Hi!! My name is klaus and I am a student of uni of Adelaide, I am currently doing civil engineering in there. And I am in a long holiday now and decide to move to a new places because my current house is damn far away from town. I have been stayed Singapore for nearly 9 years, but don't worry about it I don't have weird Singapore accent lmao !! and this is my forth year in Australia and I like to communicate and make new friends, and I am friendly not a weird person( if I am not drunk hah), I want to find a room in apartment or teaming up to rent an apartment with people( I don't really want to live with so many persons that is why I want to find an apartment). In my normal life, I usually go gym, play basketball or watch English premier at weekend(big fan of Chelsea) and play tennis. I am also learning French by myself.... I like traveling and I did travel a lot(10+countries), hope to be good friends with my new roommates and probably we can head to Russia next year to watch World Cup hahahahh. I got a long story and I don't think I am able to finish it in here so don't hesitated to msg me and I am happy to chat with people!!
