Hey There! Im Rachael, 24 years old and have been living in share houses 2 - 3 years so i know the drill by now. I work full time, and enjoy going to the gym after work. I think i'm pretty easy to live with and wont hide away in my room when i'm home. I'm clean and will respect others space and items (no need to put your name on your food :P) My lease is ending on the 20th of Feb and am needing to find a place before hand. Happy to team up or move in. I do have an indoor cat, she is no nuisance. She literally just sleeps all day and greets you at the door when you walk in the door and rolls over for a tummy rub like a dog. She doesn't scratch or bite like normal cats, shes very mellow and has been known to turn previous housemates who are dog only lovers in cat lovers by the time they leave, ive even had one request daily snapchats haha :) I am a great lover of coffee, cider and wine. Anything that involves those things, i will more than happily join in :). I love going out for brunch on weekends and having some drinks in the afternoon. I would love to find some housemates who would also turn into friends :) So please send me a message, would love to chat and get something sorted before i become homeless! :)
Hi everyone! We are looking for a friendly new hosuemate to join us in our Torrensville sharehouse :) Located just off of Marion Road, walking distance to Henley Becah Road and major bus stops just 200metres away, it's a great location in a safe neighbourhood. You will be sharing the house with two females and the delightful Frankiee-a 2year old chowchow female dog whom is housetrained and very sociable. It is exceptionally important that you are a ‘dog person’, as Frankiee is a very important part of the household and needs to be loved rather than simply ‘tolerated’. If you do not like dogs then this is not the house for you. About the House: Modern and clean three bedroom house, two bathrooms, two living room areas , large open plan and fully equipped kitchen with heaps of storage (you will have your own pantry), small rear grassed yard, heating and cooling throughout, fully equipped laundry, tiled throughout-except for the bedrooms, downlights throughout, lockable garage for storage, on street parking available. We have all the appliances and furniture to provide a lovely living space, hence all you will need is your bedroom furniture. About the bedroom/space available: Medium sized bedroom (identical to the second bedroom), carpeted, large window, large floor to ceiling mirrored built in robe. The room fits a queenbed+tv cabinet+bedsides and a tallboy (just to give you an idea on sizing). You will be sharing the MAIN bathroom with one housemate only, it features a separate toilet, separate basin/vanity area with plenty of personal storage space, and a large shower with a separate bath. The rent is $150 a week, and it is paid fortnightly in advance. All bills are split between the three housemates (water/elec/gas). And a bond of 2weeks rent is required. Please feel free to sms or email with a little about yourself-and inspections are more than welcome :) We really appreciate a friendly household, hence looking for someone whom doesn’t mind a chat yet understands personal space, and doesn’t necessarily hermitise themselves in their bedroom all day every day (we actually want to get to know our housemates and not live like strangers ). Certainly not a party house, we both work fulltime and live fairly active lives, but guests are absolutely welcome and the ability to laugh is a must. Simply looking for someone whom has a positive outlook on life, understands personal space yet is socially capable of building friendships, is clean and tidy and has the gernal morals of honesty/respect

This two bedroom property is close to the CBD of Adelaide. It is close to a Woolworths, Post Office, Chemist, Optometrist, Butcher and Bakery and a couple of coffee shops. It has a gym on Sir Donald Bradman Drive a few minutes walk away. It is a quite area with good neighbours. I have yet to arrange internet access. It is government housing so the person would need to be declared as sharing and there are a few forms to fill out. House Rules, just to respect each other and work out things go from there.

Easygoing. Clean and tidy. Tend to keep to myself at home - I do most of my socialising in town and don't bring the party home. Reliable with rent, bills etc. Enjoy movies, restaurants, concerts/gigs, travel. Have lived in sharehouses, large and small, most of my adult life. Works 9-5, and will spend some weekends interstate.
I'm an exchange student from Lund, Sweden. I'm looking for accommodation as close to the University of Adelaide as possible. I'm an open, kind and relaxed person. I have lived with other students for 5+ years so shared housing is not new to me, I know what to do and not do to be a good flatmate. I'm also good at cooking! *according to all my friends haha. Looking forward to hearing from you!
looking for a place asap. close to the city. just moved to adelaide. pretty quiet. chef, crazy hours. usually at work so makes you feel like you're living alone lol :D
Hello, I am 33 years old and work full time. I live in a pretty great share house at the moment on, so am in no rush to move out, but I spend so much driving across the city, that I'd be interested to move to the west side, somewhere around Thebarton, Mile End, West Croydon, Henley Beach. I would definitely give my current house a months notice, so if you got a place to advertise ahead of time, hit me up! I'm pretty flexible and open with I live with. There is no specific boxes you must tick. Just want a house that feels like a home.
I am easy going and really friendly with all my housemates. I have no issues with nationalities, cultures or lifestyles. I don't really like dirty/untidy places - I like to keep my living area clean and tidy. I am not the type that parties or brings friends over. I will be out at uni/work most of the day. I look forward to meeting some nice and friendly housemates.
Im down to earth respectful of others space and personal items. Im at Uni and working part time so you could say im busy. I enjoy cooking clean up after myself. Im a huge animal and nature lover. Love travelling and learning something new.
Hi! I'm 23 and in my final year of studying law at the University of Adelaide. I'm tidy, reliable money-wise and I'm pretty social so if you don't mind having a beer with your housemate that's cool. Love my music and I play a bit in a couple bands but I will obviously make sure not to disturb anyone :) Looking to move somewhere A.S.A.P. Cheers.
