I work full time as an engineer, and normally catch public transport to my office near Fortitude Valley (my "Preferred locations" list is pretty flexible as long as there's public transport and good parking). I'm trying to go to the gym more, so if there's an Anytime fitness nearby or along my work commute, that would be a big plus. I have a lot of experience living in sharehouses, including ones with pets and older kids. I enjoy baking and have my own kitchen stuff like pots and pans. I am normally pretty quiet and happy to keep to myself, but can be social if my housemates want to chat. I do tend to stay up late because of sleep problems (but have had no issues living with housemates who sleep and wake up early). My move in date is around mid-late August, and stay length is ideally 6 months or longer.
