My name is Sebastian and I have never shared house before, although I have rented before for two years with another tennant who was an acquaintance and have been able to pay every single bill I had. I am from Coburg but looking for somewhere around a 10km radius but exceptions if I am familiar with the area. I am a young man with great interest in AFL, meteorology. I have great speech skills, am generally clean and tidy and have respect towards anyone and everyone. Generally understanding but may need more explanation in other issues. Even though I am unemployed I receive enough money for around $250-$300 rent per week. I Although have a couple of disabilities, I get by day to day life generally ok.

I'm a clear communicator, very respectful of people's space & boundaries and I try to always be considerate. My interests are physics, AI, neuroscience, art, history but I like meeting people from all walks of life. Beyond the general nerdiness, I sketch/paint and I used to really enjoy tinkering with cars & motorbikes. I get along with pretty much anyone/I'm not super fussy, as long as it's not too wild especially on work nights and people are respectful etc. Walking distance would be the primary criteria, convenience to the office etc. Would be staying either 3-6 months, or long term 1yr+ if it's the right vibe.
