Hi I'm Cassie, I am a young professional working in Accounting/Audit. I am originally from Wollongong, however I have lived on the North Shore for the past two years. I am clean, tidy and very respectful of peoples space. However I am also happy to make friends along the way. I am easy going, and in my spare time I usually catch up with friends, or relax at home with a book/new Netflix series.
Hi, We're looking to fill the void left by a departing housemate in our Cremorne Point house. > The location (see the last photo for an aerial shot) Overlooking Mosman Bay, the place couldn't be in a better location. The Old Cremorne ferry wharf is literally two minutes' walk away from our front door. At peak times, the 15 minute trip into Circular Quay leaves every 20 minutes. The Maccallum Pool overlooking the harbour is also a short walk away, if you're keen on some laps. Heaps of free, safe on-street parking is available adjacent the house. > The house The house is laid out over two levels, with the the kitchen, living area and balcony on top. - Kitchen with dishwasher - Laundry with external entry - Three bathrooms, which means no queuing in the morning - Large living area, with double external doors on both sides, opening up onto an undercover balcony (BBQ, outdoor table, etc.) - Cable Internet, Foxtel HD, gas heater (all bills are split and somehow are actually quite reasonable) House is completely kitted out (although your stuff is welcome). The bedroom will be empty. > The room The room is enormous - there's so much room for activities. You'll have room for a king size bed and about five desks if you desire. It's located at the front of the house, with large bay windows (which all open) overlooking the water. A bathroom is right next door. > About us/you We're all professionals in our mid 20s enjoy eating, a beer, wine or two, and attempting to be active. Currently the mix is Tom - M, 24 and Todd - M, 29, and Philip - M, 27. Everyone's pretty busy and we have our own daily schedules, but we enjoy kicking back with each other. We're 100 per cent looking for someone similar - we want a new housemate that will fit in. Please drop us a line via text, email in the first instance with a quick blurb about yourself and what you're looking for in a house and housemates. We'll go from there and set up a time. Sorry, we're not looking for couples.

Outdoor adventurer working North Sydney during the week, exploring Blue Mountains on the week end. Easy to get along with, healthy eater, enjoy a good laugh and to tell a good tale. Being new to Sydney and job I am keen to spend some time finding my feet. Initially keen to work out the first month and if it works out with the accommodation I would be happy to sign on for longer.
You just found your perfect house mate! Hi my name is Ollie. I'm 48 Irish and divorced. I have a beautiful 9 year old girl and 6 year old boy. They live with their mum in Newcastle. I would need to be able to have them stay in my room Friday and Saturday night every second weekend and some times during school holidays. I just thought I'd get that out of the way first but if that's cool with you please read on... I have lived with my amazing female flat mate for the last 18 months but sadly its time for her boyfriend to move in and me to move on. She is more than happy to let you know what I'm like to live with. In an ideal world I would really like to find another divorced dad in the same position as I am to share and have our kids there now and again. I am still very open to consider a single mum in the same position too. I am a full time professional employed in a position of high trust so very good to have living with you. I'm very neat and tidy but not anal. I have a bit of spare time so happy to take charge of the house work, laundry, cleaning etc if you are time poor. I'm not the worst cook either! I understand the concept of courtesy and consideration when it comes to sharing with another person. I understand when its good to have a chat and also to give space. I'm very social and am out a lot of the time and very rarely watch TV so no couch potato here!! Also I am very, very handy and have a large amount of tools and experience so if you have a place that needs repairs I'm sure we can come to some arrangement. This might also suit an elderly person who's not up to all the chores they once were and would like to have someone living with them for help and a bit of security. I'm pretty much open to all living scenarios but would like to stay living on the north side of the Harbour Bridge close to North Sydney but not a deal breaker. So if any of this sounds appealing to you please get in contact and we can talk about possibilities. Ollie

Happy to have a catch up over drinks with my roomates but also just as happy to do my own thing. I'm currently residing in the inner west but open to the idea of moving to the north shore, or close by to water. Also more than happy to dog walk and/or help look after pets!

Beautiful 2 bedroom furnished apartment overlooking the picturesque Mosman Bay. Large room with mirrored built in's and plenty of floor space and storage available for rent which can be offered furnished ($350pw) or unfurnished ($325pw) with a shared bathroom, use of a fully equipped gas kitchen, appliances, use of washer and dryer. The apartment is carpeted throughout, has a tranquil feel and is in a very peaceful area with easy access to harbour side walking tracks. Easy access to public transport with the Ferry just one minutes walk away with direct access to the CBD and buses direct to North Sydney. Please note the weekly rent is plus bills which includes internet (monthly $35 each), gas and electricity (quarterly roughly $100 each and can be paid in instalments if easier).
Hi guys, My name is Isabella and I'm a 20 year old student from the Netherlands. I've been in Sydney for two months and I'm here for my internship. I live in a shared room with amazing flatmates, but unfortunately most of them are leaving and I want to look for a place closer to my internship. My studies are Social and Cultural Development at the University in Utrecht and I'm working here at a council. I'm an adventures person who loves to explore, to meet new people and to have a lot of fun! I'm a clean and tidy person. If you have more questions about me, please ask!
We are a hardworking, sociable, clean, tidy pleasent and outgoing couple. We want to live around North Sydney/Cremorne/Mosman/Crows Nest etc for the remainder of our holiday visa as we have fallen in love with the city. We are both from the UK. Before quitting our jobs, Carolyn was a primary school teacher teaching 9-10 year olds and I was an operations manager for a UK based tool manufacturer. We are both sporty and active people. I play soccer and golf and Carolyn plays netball. We hope to get back into sport once we settle down. As well as this we love going to the beach and going on walks. We are not lazy people so we won't be messy or untidy around the home. My girlfriend and I will have completed our farm work days to obtain a second year visa by the time we would look to settle in Sydney so we may look for a 18 month stay.
Hey there! My name's Jonathon, I'm 28 and I'm an engineer. I like awesome bars, good coffee, endless Netflix and like-minded housemates. I'm looking for a place to rent in the Neutral Bay area. Contact me if you've got a place!
Tidy and a bit studious so looking for the same. I'm too old to be flatsharing with 5 people in one room. I'm not sure what is worse, trying to find a flatmate or Tinder. Either way, my spirit animal is a koala - I don't drink enough water and I can barely get out of bed.

My name is Reidun, I'm 20 and work full-time (9-5) in North Sydney. I've been renting a studio for almost 2 years but I'm definitely ready for a bit of a change. I'm looking to move out within three months so around Late Feb/March would be ideal. I'm pretty social and love meeting new people but also respect the need for alone time. Most weekends I am out and about with friends finding new bars and good eats. Love to get to the beach or pool on my weekends and going out for breakfast is the best. My favorite thing to do is see live bands &b go to concerts, If there's music I'm there! Also a big animal lover! Not interested in shared rooms! sorry.
I'm looking for a house that could use a little more lounge furniture or some people interested in starting a new share house. I'm not new to the share house lifestyle and have never had a problem with any of my previous house mates. Happy to live by the share house code, respect! I'm flexible with dates but probably looking soonish. My party days are behind me these days and I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, good eating and keeping active. Excited to meet some new relaxed people!
Just graduated university moving to Sydney from Melbourne for a job. Social, fun, easy to get along. Enjoy usual house things whether it be casual drinks, movies etc. Also respectful of others around me when required too!
Im a young female professional looking for a private room in a newly developed apartment block, preferably with own bathroom. Looking for north shore or northern beaches. Im a full time shift worker, i work long, crazy hours. Day to day i typically just work , train and like to chill out at home watching netfllix. At home i'm a sweat pants , hair tied , chilling with no makeup on enthusiast. When I'm not working I'm having wine time with friends , Im very fun and live to go out to the newest bar/ restaurants sydney has to offer; I'm always dressing up and going somewhere. Personality wise I'm bubbly and incredibly social all while being respectful of space and privacy . Im a big animal lover.. so although i don't expect to bring my pets with me due to the properties I'm looking at wouldn't be appropriate for them , I am open to pets. Im looking to live with like minded individuals that enjoy the finer things in life , love a drink/ going out (although i wouldn't expect to do this with my roomies) , are extremely professionally motivated and have great banter.
I'm a very laid back working professional and like to keep things tidy and comfortable around the home. I'm looking for like-minded laid back housemates who don't take life very seriously and are open to having a drink together now and then! I'm looking for a private room with its own bathroom and unfurnished.
Friendly, active, sociable, considerate person who likes a balance between social time in the house as well quiet time. I spend a fair bit of time out of the house and prefer to live with people who have the same attributes and lifestyle. I like to make a house a home that is functional and have a good relationships with housemates who are preferably working professionals in late 20's early 30's and who like to enjoy life. I'm originally from Newcastle NSW and have moved to Sydney for a graduate position in St Leonards. I enjoy running, yoga, cycling, cooking, shopping, being creative and reading
Easy-going, bubbly, loves to have a chat but also respects one another's privacy. Clean & tidy. Love the outdoors, fitness and healthy lifestyle. Always up for a conversation over wine with a fellow flatmate :)
Hi I'm James. I'm 31 years old and from the UK. I work full time in a professional job around the northern beaches. I'm friendly so will chat, but happy to respect people's space. I'm quite sporty and love a good curry. Most important thing I'm looking for is a quiet place at night with no road noise. I'd appreciate living with another professional type person as I tend to go to sleep about 10pm weekdays as I'm up early.
I'm a happy, friendly and easy-going type of person. I enjoy spending time with my friends on the weekend and live a pretty active life, but do like a bit of down time. I love going to the beach and out to little cafes and restaurants for a treat! I work full-time as a pre-school teacher and really enjoy what I do. I'm neat and tidy and am looking for a comfortable and relaxed place to unwind. I'm always up for a chat but am respectful and considerate of others. I've lived in Sydney my whole life and love it!
I'm an easy going person and love meeting new people! I work full time at a nonprofit in the city. I love nature/the outdoors, staying active and I also like to draw and travel.
Just waitin for a mate
I'm a kind and respectful person, fun to be around with and who values privacy and personal time just as much as sharing a great time with my flatmates. I'm not a messy person, I like to keep my space tidy but am not picky about it. Because of my international background (originally German, lived in France for 15 yrs, went to an international school, did a year of travelling, working and volunteering in Spain, Australia and SE Asia) I've become a very open-minded and tolerant person who likes to not only share the same building with my flatmates but also share great moments together.
26 year old female. Full-time Speech Pathologist. Easy-going, clean and friendly. Currently live on the Northern Beaches but looking to move to be closer to work. I'm looking to move in somewhere around the end of February/beginning of March due to changing work locations. I would leave early and be home after 6pm during the week and spend majority of the weekends with my partner at their place. When I'm not working I like to read, go to the gym, do yoga and catch up with friends.
Hello! I moved to Sydney from the UK at the end of September. I'm working up in Asquith but want to be living a little bit closer to the action. I'm very easy going, have flat shared in London for 5 years with no problems. I'm looking for a place that is a home rather than just a place to sleep. I have a good amount of friends in Sydney already so won't be around all the time, but would love to have a glass of wine with my new flatmate(s)! I have a full time, permanent job that will keep me pretty busy in the days and I enjoy keeping fit through going to the gym or playing netball in the evenings. As any 20 something, I of course love going out for dinner/drinks with friends, but I'm respectful of others space and privacy so won't have an spontaneous, wild parties! If you think that I'd be a good fit - I'd love to hear from you! Tamsin
