It's a 20's building. Elegant and gorgeous. Quiet... This is a relaxed, clean, welcoming home. There are closeby buses into Cremorne and Mosman. There are a couple of cafe's within walking distance and the walking/running path around the point is awesome. Driving, you can get to the bridge in 6 mins and the city in about ten much of the time, airport in 20-25. There is a magnificent public saltwater pool about five minutes walk away which you really have to see. It looks straight out to the Opera house. The room itself has the best views in the house, with windows looking directly across to the Zoo and South East, right across the harbour. There are multiple living spaces and a big rear deck so there are always room to get away from each other. Yes, it's a shared bathroom but there's a separate toilet and let's face it, boys take no time in the bathroom so it's basically yours. Amazing views of the harbour right across to the opera house and harbour bridge - be spoilt with fireworks lighting up the city regularly. It's a 1920's apartment with high ceilings and big rooms. Light and airy. Located on the top floor of a small block of 7. McCallum Pool is right near us and great in summer and the walk along Cremorne Point is just a few steps away, as is the ferry which takes you straight into the city.
I am still currently in the UK flying over as soon as my visa comes back to start a new job in Medical recruitment. I’ve lived in Melbourne for 3 years previously, moved back to the UK for 3 years and now I’m returning to give Sydney a go :-) Outside of work I like to go to the gym, play sport and see friends. Weekends I plan to do pretty much the same adding a bit of the beach into the mix. Love a wine and eating out too :-) I’m clean and tidy up after myself so I won’t be leaving mess!

The house is a large old architect designed 3 bedroom house, with three bathrooms, a large lounge dining area and large covered patio area. We have a two couches, 1 divan, four arm chairs, and a four seater table. On the covered patio area we have a medium sized corner couch, chair, two sun lounges, a fire pit and gas heater. The Avenue is a dead end and we are at the end so it is nice and quiet but very close to public transport 10 mins to the buses which includes buses to the northern beaches, Balmoral Beach, Chatswood, Newtown and the City, The Hayes Street Wharf is a quick 5 minute walk away for a ferry to Circular Quay. Other highlights is it is an easy 35 minute walk to the city, 5 mins to our local small Hayes Street Beach, 10 minutes to Cremorne Point nature reserve where there is a sea pool and some of the best views of the Opera House, City and Harbour Bridge. You can also take advantage of the fact that we have Kayaks that can be rented.
