Hi! I’m a 29 year old Australian working full time in finance in the city and looking to move a little closer to work. I'm friendly, tidy and considerate and enjoy bonding over a good Netflix show with housemates and also doing my own thing. I enjoy travelling, coastal walks, drinks or working out after work and brunch is a religion :)
The apartment is decent sized with a relatively large living area and kitchen. We have a 'sunroom' which is basically an enclosed balcony with stunning views of Sydney Harbour including the Harbour Bridge and Opera house. We have our own washing mashine too, so no communal laundry issues. We will have internet access very soon. We have Netflix, Stan and Kayo already! We are only a 250m walk from McCallum pool! It's such a good spot for an afternoon swim or tan (whatever your preference). The pool is on the Cremorne point walking track which is also great for a walk/fitness. We are super close to Woolworths just up the road and close to a ridiculous amount of good restaurants along Military Rd. The location is also convenient for commuting, it is close to the M1 if you prefer to travel by car and also has bus access right out front of the apartment if public transport is your thing.

Hey I'm James. I'm looking for a studio, granny flat or large room to rent for my girlfriend Jayde and I. We're both Aussies. I'm 36 and Jayde is 24. We're both easy going, friendly, clean and tidy and I've lived with other people in share houses a couple of times over the years. Jayde works in hospitality and loves going to the beach in her spare time. I work fulltime, including weekends on a yacht in Sydney. My job requires me to live on board at times so it will mainly be Jayde staying there. We'd like to rent a large room or a 1 bed flat for 3 months near Mosman/North Sydney area. Cheers, James and Jayde.
