I am in a lovely 2 bedroom flat on Cremorne Point. A gorgeous place to live!!! Views of the city and harbour, reserve walks and picnic areas, the perfect New Years Eve spot,lots of birdlife and quiet places to just relax. The reserve is at your doorstep and it's 5 min walk on the reserve to our local pool which overlooks the harbour. I am looking for a mature person, vegetarian, long or short term. The flat is furnished and I have all kitchen appliances etc. The room is very light and airy and has timber floors, a floor to ceiling built in wardrobe, double bed, bedside table and set of cane draws. The photo shows a single bed but this is now a double bed. Only a 10 min ferry ride to the city and there is a bus to Neutral Bay just across the road. Chilled, clean and modern outlay. We're 2 young professionals in our late 20s. We're on the ground level with high ceilings and big open living area you feel like you're in a house rather than a unit! We have a shared bathroom/laundry and you'll have your very own ensuite. Regular buses up to Cremorne just 20s away and a 10 minute ferry ride to the city just 200m away, location is perfect! In general I'm outgoing, social and adventurous. For exercise I prefer outdoors walking and swimming or doing yoga. I do like to chill out at home quite often reading a book or listening to music. I'm neat, creative, quiet and like to cook and I also enjoy a chat and a glass of wine particularly if there is some outdoors space with a garden or great view. I work part time in the city and although I'm quite fit and into my health I've just been through a tough five years with a spinal injury so I'm in the process of putting the pieces of my life back together. I have local friends in Mosman and Cremorne as well as friends interstate who I like to visit occasionally. I love animals and although don't have children I do enjoy family.

The unit is one half of the bottom floor of a house, with a shared front lawn and a small concrete space on the side. My favourite features for a shared space are the large kitchen, the bedrooms being separated by the lounge room, the separate rooms for dining and lounge and the two entrances. We're 13 min walk from the nearest major bus stop (Neutral Bay junction) and there's a bus on the other side of the road that gets to the ferry in 5min. There are local shops just around the corner. If you need it, I have a double bed, bookcase and two bedside tables for the available room.
