I’m looking for a place to call home close to where I work in Cremorne Point as a full time nanny. I’m a well travelled, fairly easy going person who likes to have a happy, clean and healthy environment to come home to. I’m social but also like to have a comfortable place I can have an early night and read. On the weekends I like to go to the beach, visit friends and family, I have been praticing yoga for many years and have been travelling to India annually for 12. I’m not a vegetarian but like to cook healthy food that I’m happy to share. I m happy to pitch in with house cleaning, take out the rubbish etc. Love animals.
Hi, I'm a 33 year old professional working in the North Sydney area. I'm originally from WA but have been in Sydney for almost 2 years. In my spare time, I try to get to the gym, swim, study and watching NHL. I'm easy going and have experience in share houses. I'm fairly quiet and keep to myself at home but would love a house mate I can be friends with, have a wine or two with and some giggles. I would prefer a room large enough to room a queen bed, bedside tables, and a desk, with ensuite and car park. Open to housemates with well-kept pets My current lease has expired but I need to give three weeks notice before I can move.
Hi! My name is Lucy and I work in IT. I enjoy going to F45 / the gym, playing video games and boardgames, reading, watching movies (especially horror and action) and drinking the occasional Guinness. I am down to earth, clean / respectful, LGBT friendly, animal friendly and enjoy quiet nights in with a glass of wine / bottle of beer, some Netflix and video games. Not a big party / clubbing person either. I currently live at home with my parents in Mosman, but I am looking to move out next year. I am considering getting a cat or a dog when I move, but if this causes an issue, I can wait until I live alone. I am a big animal lover and I currently own a dog which would stay with my parents, so it would be great to meet a fellow animal lover. I am easygoing and enjoy a laugh, and if we become friends while rooming together, then that is an ultra plus too! Always up for making friends, especially new video game / movie buddies. I'm looking mainly to have my own studio / granny flat, or to share with one other person, but if I meet the right people I am happy to extend this to a larger group. :)
This is a large, sunny room for a second bedroom in a large older-style flat in Cremorne Point. 6 mins. from the Old Cremorne ferry wharf, next to beautiful foreshore walks and waterviews. Close to bus route. The flatmate will share with an older female artist/art teacher who sees the flat as a "retreat" from the bustle of modern life. I prefer a tenant who works Mon - Fri 9-5 as I teach two small art classes in the the flat, where I put everything back afterwards. Non-smoker preferred.
AWESOME LOCATION PERFECT FOR CBD COMMUTE * The apartment is located on the first floor of a security building and is lovely and sunny with a lovely balcony and views over Mosman Bay and the harbour. So many great restaurants and bars to choose. I am looking for a working professional who is fun and wants to share my beautiful two bedroom apartment with me. About the room: Room is unfurnished now but I can provide bedframe if it is required. The apartment is fully furnished, parking available. Public transport (Buses / old Cremorne Warf Ferry- 5 min from unit (Ferry leaves every 15 minutes to the city) Public ocean pool and beautiful reserve are just along the walking path in your door step. Hello! we actually have two rooms - one large room available from Mid January 2019 and costing $250 per week and one small room costing $180 per week from January 7 in this spacious four bedroom federation apartment. It used to be the Belgian Embassy and has bridge and harbour 'glimpses'. Great view of the fireworks! The house has high ceilings, picture rails and on and off street parking (easy). Ten minute walk to Cremorne Wharf, seven minutes on the ferry to Circular Quay. Bus stop out the front. Short walk to both Neutral Bay and Cremorne shops. Amazing harbour walks and gardens on your doorstep. This is a great chilled place to live....very quiet and lots of space. Come and check it out if your a positive type, not a party animal and know how to keep a clean house.
I'm an international student from Mexico doing my Masters degree in Macquarie University, I am a clean and tidy person, I enjoy a quiet time at home but also to have a glass with my flatmates. Usually in my free time I like to explore the city, go to the beach or just read a book :)
30 years old, working as a solicitor in the CDB. I work long hours in a high pressure environment so I really treasure my downtime. I am extremely organised and clean. I’m also very social and easy to get along with. I highly respect poeple’s personal space but I’m also down for a nice chat over a glass of wine and Netflix.
Hey there! I've just completed a Bachelor of Film & Screen Media Production from Griffith University in Brisbane and am moving to Sydney to take up a position in the television industry. I was a resident at The Women's College within the University of Queensland for three years where I was an active member of the Student Leadership Team, so I'm very well-acquainted with sharing living spaces. I love getting outside and going to the beach, but I also enjoy hanging out with my friends and watching movies. I'm originally from a small country town in Queensland, so I've got an easy-going attitude and am very sociable. I can't wait to get to Sydney, make some mates and get settled into a new place and make it a home :)
My name is Gary and I'm originally from England. I live with my partner Erin who is from Canada. We are big travellers and have spent a lot of time abroad but for the last year we have been calling Sydney our home. I work as an electrician in the city centre and Erin works from home as an online English teacher. We are an easygoing, active couple. We love the outdoors and exploring new parts of Sydney. We spend our free time at the gym, fishing, going for runs, or sometimes we just simply stay in to watch films and Netflix. We both enjoy cooking a lot and of course a good BBQ on weekends. We aren't big drinkers or partiers and try to keep life pretty relaxed. We're looking for a change of pace and a new place to call home north of the city and some new flatmates with a similar mind. Feel free to contact us for more details or offers. We look forward to hearing from you.
Friendly and chatty British 23 year old, I'm always up for trying new things and meeting new people. I've lived in 5 countries so far (already including Australia from the age of 2-8) and love travelling. I play water polo and run a lot, and am very into music too (my Sydney job is in the music industry!) Just graduated from University. Have previously worked as a nanny and as a camp counsellor while at university, and love working with kids so would be very happy with a room in a family home. (Might come in handy if you're looking for a babysitter every now and then too!) I already have a job for my working holiday sorted so I'll definitely be able to pay the rent!
Gday future housemates, About me: 30, working fulltime as an engineer in the city, recently moved in from Melbourne. Just like everyone I enjoy cooking, drinking wine and keeping fit. I like to party and would consider myself fairly social but do not bring parties back home. I always clean up after cooking and do my best to keep the community areas neat and tidy. I have been living in a shared arrangement for over 12 years so you can say I am well trained and friendly. I love computers far more than I should as it's my job but I wouldn't consider myself a geek (ok, maybe a bit). I do not watch TV so you get the couch to yourself. You can talk to me about anything: Music, Politics, cooking, Work, relationships. I love coffee science, you would often see me make good brews. Love a good run and a boogie, often sweat it out in the gym. I am flexible, Can move in or team up. Cheers
I'm an Aussie professional relocating back to Sydney from the US. Looking for a furnished sublet on the lower north shore or inner city from March 2019. I will be a professional, quiet, reliable tenant. Please note, I am not looking for share accommodation, but am seeking my own place such as a sublet, a granny flat, or an entire place for rent without roommates.
Length of stay and moving date are flexible, I don't have pets or kids, prefer a waterfront/city stylish/luxe quality home/condo - a bonus rooftop pool and an awesome sunset vista! My friends and former housemates are diverse ages, cultures and lifestyles. 💗Kind, positive and happy. 💗Friendly and sociable - not a vampire hiding in my bedroom 😆 💗Respectful of other ppl. 💗Prefer ensuite or own bathroom. 💗Tidy. 💗Healthy active lifestyle, cycling by the beach and river, exploring rainforests and waterfalls. 💗Healthy cooking and eating. 💗Non-smoker. 💗Tapas, cocktails, mocktails, chai lattes, and gelato.
I am still currently in the UK flying over at the end of December to start a new job in Medical recruitment. I’ve lived in Melbourne for 3 years previously, moved back to the UK for 3 years and now I’m returning to give Sydney a go :-) Outside of work I like to go to the gym, play sport and see friends. Weekends I plan to do pretty much the same adding a bit of the beach into the mix. Love a wine and eating out too :-) I’m clean and tidy up after myself so I won’t be leaving mess!
Easy going, young professional, clean/ tidy and respectful. Enjoy great music, going out with friends to discovering new places, also would like to socialise with future flatmates! I like to chill and have a bit of down time/ seperate space. Looking to move in Dec/ Jan into an existing flat, or to team up with people and find our own place! thanks :)

We're studying English. My sister is a chef and she works in a restaurant in Newtown. I'm an accountant in Colombia. In Australia I'm working in the City in a restaurant. Hi There, I was living overseas for the last 14 months and recently back to Sydney! I grew up on the Northern Beaches, Manly specifically but am open minded as to where i land next! I work in Digital Strategy and Content Production mostly for a bunch of brands youd be familiar with. Im pretty easy going and try to spend as much of Sydney on the harbour as possible. Neat, Tidy and keep myself to myself really! Think thats about it.. Anything else - just ask!
Hi! We're John and Rita from Malta. Moving to Sydney to explore the city and to find professional work (in Data Science/Analytics). We are a young couple, big on travelling, wine and cheese! Rita makes sure that we have a fun plan for every day, that everything is organised at home and that she gets to cook healthy meals. Rita is also an animal lover (though we bring no pets) and needs to hit the gym almost every day. John is responsible for the finances, maintenance around the house and for carrying Rita when her heels are hurting. John intends to hit the gym almost every day, but doesn't :) We are looking forward to be there, and to find a nice room in a share house with nice flatmates!
I just moved in here, so I've copied the photos that the real estate agency prepared (the apartment is partly unfurnished but I am slowly acquiring new furniture that is at least as nice as that seen in the photos). A bit more about the apartment and room: - Unfurnished bedroom with a built-in wardrobe. -161sqm apartment with an awesome 35sqm PRIVATE terrace/balcony balcony/rooftop area with amazing views of the city and harbour (note that this is NOT a common area of the building, other people living in the building cannot access this). - Easy access to CBD (25 minutes by ferry or bus), handy to Military Road shops and eateries. - Interiors refreshed with new paint and carpet throughout. There is also a car park that you are welcome to make use of, but at some point next year I will buy my own car and will want the car park back.

Amazing location. Sydney is right on your doorstep and a walk about Kurraba Point is really beautiful. It's literally on the ferry steps with the Circular Quay less than 10 minutes away. Romantic waterfront, gorgeous courtyard, panoramic views, lofty ceilings and a general store and coffee right out back. A total gem.
Based in Kurraba Point, this charming house is 40 steps from the ferry terminal and minutes from local cafe's, shops, and bars. Taking over the whole upper floor, it's got fantastic views and is peaceful and quiet, whilst being only an 8 minute ferry journey to the CBD. There’s a great sized living area with a huge comfy sofa and dining table table. Balcony views over the harbour including Sydney Harbour Bridge. The kitchen has new appliances - washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker etc. Good pressurised shower in the bathroom and a bathtub too. Hi there! My housemate has just moved to Melbourne, so I've got a room for rent in my lovely apartment in Neutral Bay. The apartment is on the third (top) floor of a medium sized double brick block, with views facing east out over the harbour and over NB and Mosman. There's no bridge in the view due to an unfortunately placed nearby block, but still some great firework viewing from the large balcony and pretty much every room in the house. The room is a large sized double room, furnished with a double bed, desk and a few other necessities. Probably perfect for someone who's just moved here. The rest of the apartment is also fully furnished. Single but large bathroom, good kitchen and large living area. Internal laundry with washer and dryer. Unlimited internet available - cost included in the rent. Short walking distance to NB Junction, multiple shops, busses to North Sydney and Wynyard or down to the ferry for a quick trip into Circular Quay. Heaps of safe on-street parking is also available in the area. There's also a 25m pool in the block for the use of residents in the block's gardens and the Neutral Bay Club and park are barely a stone's throw away. The building is non-smoking and no-loud-parties. Rent also includes fortnightly cleaners, but gas and electricity bills will be separate.
My unit is a large 2 bedroom art deco apartment situated on the top floor of a small block of six units. The unit has been reconfigured to two fully self contained units. I am renting out the back unit which is fully furnished and has its own separate entrance and we do not share this space. It has a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower (only) and a bedroom with a TV. It also has a small but well defined living space with a two seater couch, kitchen table and chairs. (I am happy to discuss the needs and requirements of each interested party regarding the setup of the kitchen and bedroom.) We have a large backyard with gardens, outdoor furniture and is very well situated to the Neutral Bay junction shops and therefore transport. It would suit someone who enjoys privacy and it has harbour/city glimpses and there is off-street parking available.
The apartment is quite large with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 3 balconies, high ceilings within a secure complex. Leafy views from all balconies. Access to the pool. Laundry is internal and is available for use by all flatmates. It is not a party house. Internet access is included in weekly rent. It is close to 2 ferry wharves, multiple bus stops, a park, and Woolworths/Coles. The City CBD is a 10 minute bus ride. North Sydney train station is a 5 minute bus ride. The room is unfurnished with a built-in wardrobe. If furnishings is required I have a double bed and bedside tables available. It is available for medium to long-term stays, peferably a minimum of 6 months. You will have sole use of a full bathroom which includes a shower and separate bath. Utility bills are not included in rent. They will be split evenly amongst the 2 of us. Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in a viewing or just have some burning questions about what I just wrote above.

Our cute little apartment is located in the beautiful Mosman area on the North Shore. It’s super cosy, chilled and quiet. The apartment is on the second floor (there’s only two) in a block of 4 apartments. We have a spacious balcony, which overlooks the city (see pics). Tonnes of street parking and it’s a super wide street, so if you suck at parallel parking, this could be the place for you! ;) Just a short 5 minute walk to the closest bus stop. From there you can easily get into North Sydney or the city. I work in North Sydney and get a bus straight into work and ALWAYS get a seat. The bus is often quiet empty too. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the Mosman Bay Whatf which is another great (and quick) way to get into the city. There’s a Woolies in Neutral Bay which is about a 5 minute drive. Tonnes of shops, cafes, gyms and beaches close by also. Internet is $22 a month and water & electricity is about $50 a month each. Bond is $1200. It’s possible that I can be quite flexible with the move in date so if the girls like you, I may be able to sort something else out :)
Very private and quiet block of four Art Deco Units in cul de sac. Situated on top floor and no common walls. The room fits a queen bed and is sunny.
