Hi I'm Stephen, I'm a sociable 28yo who has been living in Mosman for the past 4 years and is hoping to stay local. I have recently returned to study engineering and working part time. I keep fit and active, I like discovering new places to have a coffee of a drink. I'm a bit of a neat freak but try not to impose that on others. I do enjoy a glass of wine and a chat of an evening but also am respectful of space.
We're looking to fill the void left by a departing housemate in our Cremorne Point house. The location (see the last photo for an aerial shot) Overlooking the water, the place couldn't be in a better location. The Old Cremorne ferry wharf is two minutes' walk from our front door. At peak times, the 15 minute trip into Circular Quay leaves every 30 minutes. The Maccallum Pool overlooking the harbour is also a short walk away, if you're keen on some laps. Heaps of free, safe on-street parking is available around the house. The house The place is laid out over two levels, with the the kitchen, living area and large deck, balcony on top. - Kitchen with dishwasher - Three bathrooms, which means no queuing in the morning - Large living area, with double external doors on both sides, opening up onto an undercover balcony (BBQ, outdoor table, etc.) - Cable Internet, Foxtel HD, gas heater (all bills are split and somehow are actually quite reasonable) House common areas of the house are fully furnished (although your stuff is welcome). The bedroom will be empty. The room The room is small-medium in size, and comfortably fits a queen bed and clothes hangar/ wardrobe. There's a window and an external door, which opens up onto a quiet area. There's plenty of additional storage space throughout the house and in the lock-up garage. Each of us pays $90 per month into a shared account that covers all of our bills: Internet, electricity, foxtel, gas etc. We're all pretty clean, but also get a cleaner through the common areas once a month (as part of $90). Please drop us a line via text or email in the first instance and tell us a bit about yourself. We'll go from there and set up a time. Sorry, we're not looking for couples. Thanks for looking! Plenty of street parking
I'm in Sydney working as a photographer and studying screen acting. Originally from Perth, I managed my own sharehouse for several years and enjoyed meeting and accomodating several short to long term tenants during that time. I'm generally quite busy most of the time, either with work or study. Living with me you'll find I'm very considerate of my fellow housemates, especially when it comes to shared areas and respecting each others privacy. Having managed a sharehouse, I fully appreciate the importance of paying rent at the agreed time. I also pay alot of attention in keeping common areas such as kitchens, bathrooms and living areas in a presentable and clean condition. Feel free to be in touch to organise a time to meet in person! Cheers, Jad

Driving, you can get to the bridge in 6 mins and the city in about ten much of the time, airport in 20. There is a magnificent public saltwater pool about five minutes walk away which you really have to see. It looks straight out to the Opera house. The room itself has the best views in the house, with windows all round looking East, directly across to the Zoo and South East, right across the harbour. Chelsea's review: "The past 11 months I have been living with Adam and his two sweet, quiet and well mannered boys. It has been a wonderfully pleasant and enjoyable experience. I felt at home the moment I moved in. Instantly loved the beautiful views and the positive, relaxed vibe of the apartment. Everything here is a stress-free, happy environment. Would recommend 100% 🙂"
Hello, Elexis here, middle eastern, 26 year old gender fluid/gay, transfer student. I will be finishing my Bachelor Degree at Central Queensland University (Sydney). I am looking for accommodation that is affordable, LGBT friendly, clean and close to the University. I am very fond of skincare, make-up, arts, fashion and writing. I'm not looking for a party place, just a place where I can have my own space with humble and chill people, but I do like going out for occasional drinks or clubbing when I'm in the mood. I need a cozy, clean and tidy place, preferably a one bed room studio apartment, but don't mind a shared flat with roommates in a cozy apartment. I am very down-to-earth, clean, social respectful and easy to talk to. And I love meeting new people. Regards, Elexis
I'm a friendly, approachable, clean housemate who is moving to Sydney (from London) to work with my company. When i'm not working 9-5 i'm looking forward to an active and outdoors lifestyle (not possible in the UK!) and exploring your beautiful city. I'm also up for chilling with some wine, chat and TV when the mood suits.
The Apartment and the room has a view to the the city of Sydney, botanic gardens, harbour , harbour bridge, Opera House and the fireworks. Lots of off-street parking available. Public transport (Bus/Cremorne point ferry - walking distance, 10 min from the CBD) Public ocean pool & beautiful reserve are just along the walking path in your door step. Make sure you bring your camera or your painting set as the sunsets are magnificent. Fow women who are looking for home away from home.
I am looking for a private room (not a shared room) somewhere in a nice area, close to Sydney City, with a car space or street parking. I travel interstate on the weekends which means you will usually have extra space for yourself over the weekend. I am a normal, honest, neat, tidy, respectful, reliable full time working professional.
I'm a food and wine loving Sommelier and a pretty good cook. I like to surf and get outside as well as dine out and cook in. When I'm at home I like to chill and read a lot but always up for a glass of wine and a chat. I travel a bit in relation to work. For more info drop me a line. NOT AVAILABLE until week commencing 25 September. Si

Hi All! My name is Toby. I would describe myself as a relaxed, outgoing, adventurous and active gent who is looking to get himself much closer to the coast to fuel his love of the sand, sun and waves. Passionate about keeping active and learning new things, my current obsession is Yoga. Ideally seeking a light, airy and relaxed space to spend time outside of work with likeminded people. Much more on the social side, so housemates keen to interact is a big plus. I have a wide range of interests and am always keen to try new things, so you'll find me easy to get along with. I'm also relatively anal when it comes to cleanliness, and would consider myself on the responsible side when it comes to expenditure. I work full time in the Medical Devices industry. Let me know if you've got a great vibe going!

My unit is a large 2 bedroom art deco apartment situated on the top floor of a small block of six units. The unit has been reconfigured to two fully self contained units. I am renting out the back unit which is fully furnished and has been rented for the past three years as a corporate rental. The back unit has its own separate entrance and we do not share this space. It has a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower (only) and a bedroom with a TV. It also has a small but well defined living space with a two seater couch, kitchen table and chairs. (I am happy to discuss the needs and requirements of each interested party regarding the setup of the kitchen and bedroom as a corporate rental is somewhat different to someone living 24/7 7 days a week in the space.) We have a large backyard with gardens, outdoor furniture and is very well situated to the Neutral Bay junction shops and therefore transport. It would suit someone who enjoys privacy and it has harbour/city glimpses and there is off-street parking available.
