We are both students, Daniel is completing a doctorate in physio and I am studying high school teaching. We are fairly social people, and still relatively new to Sydney (1 yr) so we are always happy to make new friends. Daniel is a runner (400m sprints) and enjoys running and gym, I studied acting and am working on that as well as uni and having a part time job.
We are two college students from Boston, Massachusetts doing internships in St. Leonards and would love to be relatively close to work, to nightlife, and to the beach for when the weather gets warm! We are friendly and love to meet new people, as well as courteous and neat. Would love to get to know you!
I'm pretty easy to live with. I am a nerd and love movies, tv shows, games and comics. I'm single, not particularly fussed about relationships. I'm religious but my thing is that it's to each their own so don't worry if you're not or a different faith, I don't care. I work full time on the edge of Crows Nest and North Sydney. I love a good laugh and a good book. My current ambition is to learn Auslan. I'm looking for a home. Somewhere that I feel comfortable in the common areas, not just hidden away in my room. Want to know anything else, just ask!
Hey! I'm Jules, I work full time Monday to Friday at a software company. I enjoy spending time with my family/friends, I'm tidy and also very reliable. Hi. I'm Emily, 26, single and work full time at an IVF clinic in patient support Monday-Friday in the city. After work I enjoy going to F45 training or relax on the couch watching tv. My weekends are usually pretty quiet though I enjoy catching up with friends over a glass of wine, shopping and going to local cafes. I'm looking for a place to call home.

Hello! I'm Emiley, I recently finished high school on the North Shore and now work full time in bush regeneration. I have a nearly two year old cat called Doobie and he needs to come with me. He loves people once he gets to know them. I love to cook and would prefer to be around other vegetarians/vegans. I have a car so train stations are not necessary. Looking for a friendly sharehouse north of the bridge to move into for 6-8 months.
We're fun, clean and very easy going. Two friends who met on exchange who now work full time. One Scottish, one Australian, we both speak a bit of French too if that helps. We're welcoming to all types and would love someone to join us on our adventures, have a chat to, or just live in a situation of convenience. As I said, we're very easy going. We both cook, clean and look after ourselves. We lean towards the healthier side but sometimes take out and movies are necessary. Note: We are willing to pay up to 300 per week each. We also are up to staying in a place longer than 6 months. Look forward to hearing from you!

Hey guys! I'm looking for a place in inner Sydney to call home (not just a place to sleep at night). Here's a little about me: Basics: - corporate lawyer - enjoy keeping fit - 'clean and social but also respectable of other people's space' (cliché, I know) Likes: - the feeling of fresh, clean bed sheets - hitting the gym to do some yoga or a sneaky weights sesh - pretending I’m good at playing the guitar Dislikes: - when people realise I'm actually not that good at playing the guitar - slow internet (it's worse than no internet!) - people who never get the next round of drinks I'm also interested in starting a new sharehouse/apartment if you're up for it.
Easy going individual, keeps busy, respectable, responsible and handy around the house.
Hey! I'm Kim, I am looking to start a share-house with 2-3 other people that are down to earth, respectful, enjoy good conversation and like to be social. I have lived out of home since I was 18. I have quite a bit of furniture including a fridge, microwave, couch, arm chair and dining setting (plus maybe an outdoor setting) to contribute. I love music, I play guitar occasionally and am often caught singing in the shower. I’m always down for a Netflix binge. I play netball 3 times a week so I am out of the house at least 2 nights mid-week. I love to cook most of the time, although if the opportunity arises I’m almost always down to chuck in for takeout. I’d love to have flat mates who enjoy having a chat over dinner and an occasional drink on a Friday night. I work full-time in North Sydney and would love to be able to walk to work. I am also doing an online course which requires small amounts of study-time. If you’re interested in pairing up to search for a large apartment/ townhouse/ house to call home then click message, I’ll be glad to hear from you! 😊 Until then, Kim
I'm a 26 year old marketing and media guru with a background in both video production and digital marketing. I'm moving back to Sydney after living in Melbourne for 5 years so that I can be closer to friends and family. I'm leaving my job in Melbourne, but am financially stable and will be working as a consultant until I secure a permanent position. I'm quiet and tidy, I generally don't go out much and enjoy quiet nights at home with a drink. I can keep to myself and give you your space but would also love to be friendly and chill out together. I won't be having any massive parties but your friends are always more than welcome. I can come with furniture including white goods, although I'd be happy to combine our furnishings so we have the best of each. You might have a better couch, I might have a better TV. I also bring an encyclopedic knowledge of film and TV shows, seriously, you want me on your trivia team. I also come with Netflix, Stan, Amazon Prime, and Crunchyroll accounts. One thing that I don't come with is a car, so there won't be any arguments over who gets the car space. I'm not terribly fussed as to which suburb I move to so long as it's relatively close to the city and/or public transport and is value for money. A dishwasher and NBN would go a long way. I also come with the most laid back cat you'll ever meet, she's an elderly cat so her hobbies involve sleeping and moving to her next sleeping spot. She's 14 years old and I've had her all her life, so obviously I'm rather attached and she's a part of the awesome package that is me.
Live the village lifestyle. An unfurnished bedroom with ample built-ins, wooden floors and freshly painted walls. It will fit a Queen sized bed and tall boy or small desk. Your own bathroom has a frameless walk in shower and mirrored cabinets. Brand new fixtures through out. Central AC, lifts, video intercom and loading dock in a security building. A spacious common living area with large balcony separates both rooms. Loads of space for co-dwelling. On street parking is free outside office hours and on weekends. There is building parking but it is additional and based on availability at the time of application. The apartment is brand new and construction finished in Sept 2016. It is 3 mins walk from St Leonards train station, the Post Office, Coles, Gyms, Yoga, Chemist, ATM and more. Only 2-3 mins from the restaurants, pocket bars and cafes. There is a cafe across the road for your morning coffee as well. Having lived in the area for over a year I moved from the building next door because I love it here. It's a stones throw from the local hub and a short train ride or Uber to the CBD, Mosman, Balmoral Beach and Chatswood. The photos posted show the finishes of the apartment but mine is larger with 2 bedrooms but you'll get the idea. In addition to all of the above you'll have an amazing flatmate!
Hi all, My name is Kim and I am currently looking for a place to call home. Unfortunately my flatmates are moving overseas. I will be able to move in on 30th July and thereafter. I am looking for a private room preferably unfurnished as do have my own furniture (except for wardrobe). I am a full-time banking professional working in Barangaroo and study part time at Macquarie University. I love the sun, surf and snow. I'm usually out and about exploring cafes, going to markets or exercising. You'll rarely find me at home on the coach as I'm usually out exercising, exploring or socialising :) I'm friendly, easy-going and usually up for a chat over a glass of wine if you're up for it as well. I've lived with flat mates over the last 7 years so I'd really like to meet and live with like minded people. Looking forward to meeting you.
Hello, I am Grace. I will relocate from Manchester (UK) to Sydney for a new role on August 3rd. I will work Monday to Friday ( 8am to 5pm). My work is located in Saint Leonard so I am hoping to find a place in this area. I am easy going, always up for a laugh and sociable. I don't like living in a mess so I am looking to share with someone tidy. I am also hoping to share with someone, I will call my friend overtime. Any thing else you want to know feel free to contact me
Hi, we are Anthony and Bethany, a couple from the UK. We are looking for a private room to rent short term for roughly 2-3 weeks from the 11th August until the 31st August before we relocate to Brisbane. (Dates slightly flexible). Ideally a fully furnished room would be perfect, however as long as the room has at least a bed & mattress we would be fine! Anthony is 27 and works in construction. Bethany is 24 and is working in admin. We both work full time so are out all day Monday - Friday. We enjoy the gym after work through the week and on a weekend we enjoy going for food, a couple of drinks and sightseeing! We would consider ourselves quiet, clean and respectful flatmates, who are very friendly and up for a chat but also like keeping ourselves to ourselves generally through the week after work. Please give us a message if you think you have a room suitable, we look forward to hearing from you. :)
Yelloooo future roomy, i am looking for a cosy room in a tidy house. i am in my final year of uni which means shits gotten serious. ill be spending most of my time at uni and my usual lifestyle involves a part-time job. i love my food to be cooked at home ( not a great cook at all ) but in process to be a good one! you can rate my cooking in time! :D during my leisure time i like to read or watch a romantic movie (just kidding any movies), treks, catching a sunrise, occasionally a good gig is what i am about. basically trying to lead an healthy lifestyle. i do have a tinny bug looking car, so access to parking will be stress free. street parking without time permits will also do :D with all that said, i enjoy my individual space and respect others. As much as I enjoy socialising I do also love a bit of quiet time as well and I understand that in a share house there needs to be a level of both:) I work full time as a Skin Therapist and love spending the weekends going on walks and exploring Sydney or catching up with friends. If I sound like the right fit for your household, please don't hesitate to contact me! xxx
