Hey, looking to move closer to work. Easy going, social, friendly and dont mind helping out. Working fulltime as a plumber in the city which consumes alot of my time during the week. Enjoy going out for food and or drinks and a laugh on the weekend. Happy to help out with chores and keeping the place clean. Looking to meet new people also.
Easy going, bubbly and always up for an adventure:) I work full time as a nurse and study part-time so I'm always busy, but love being social and having a laugh or sneaky wine. I am clean (at times OCD), organised and considerate. I enjoy, food, fitness, travel, reading, trashy tv and tbh sometimes just being a sloth in bed (we all have those days).
Hi everyone! I'm friendly, tolerant, reasonably clean and tidy, low maintenance. I respect peace and privacy around the house. I'm an IT professional. I'm quite and I keep to myself but that's not to say that I don't enjoy having a drink and a chat over a barbecue! For in-house fun, in my past years sharehousing in Sydney and Newcastle, I've been known to occasionally cook the house dinner (barbecue!). I'm good with sharing my coffee in the morning, and I don’t have a problem sharing little things like washing power, sugar etc. I can enjoy housemates' company for movie or game nights. If you happen to enjoy discussing science, technology and other assorted geekery we're going to get along just fine :) Outside of the house, I'm planning on doing more bush walking and I’m working up the courage to sign up to a gym because desk job :( Would love to live in a house of people with similar interests.
Hello potential flatmates, I am a 30 year old easy going guy working full time. I am looking for a chilled out house share, looking for a home rather than just a place to live. I am moving back to my beloved Sydney after 2 years in Brisbane. I have an active lifestyle, work during the week and like going out in the weekends. Please feel free to contact me
Big lovely house. On the older side, paint peeling etc high ceilings Nice medium sized backyard Short walk to station and shops pubs restaurants Big rooms Big kitchen Big bathroom Rent is semi negotiable Around the 270-300 mark
I like keeping fit and healthy and being outdoors. I am friendly, sociable, polite, respectful and responsible. I'm currently working part-time and studying a bachelor of health science, so between those two things I am very busy and try and stay focused on my studies. However, I still like to have fun.
Hi, my name is Lauren. I'm 25 years old from the UK and currently work as a waitress in Barangaroo. I'm a sociable person and love to have a few drinks and go out for the occasional brunch. I can work quite late some nights but when I'm not, I am always up for a good chat, a walk or a gym session. My interests are travel, food, health and fitness, music, film, tv, animals, fashion and many more that I can't even think of right now.
I'm an easy going professional who works in the city...I'm clean and tidy and need a nice pad to live in. A little about me , I train in the gym most days ....and in summer I'm at the beach all weekend normally.... I have just arrived back from the UK after 15 years working between London and NYC and this is why I'm looking. I'm house trained and very respectful of the people I live with ...
Hey! I'm Lauren and I'll be returning to Sydney on October 1st having spent the past two years living & working in London & travelling Europe. I'm super easy to live with - very chilled out, clean, tidy and respectful of others privacy and space. I'm pretty quiet during the week and usually head to the gym, catch up with friends or chill at home. On weekends I'm often out & about - doing something fun, at the beach, seeing friends, etc. Keen to live with similar people, that I get along well with, rather than those who hibernate all the time. Ideally someone who is happy to have a glass of wine on occassion! I'll be returning to my job at Westpac, so everything is sorted with that. Cheers, Lauren x
Hey! I'm moving to Sydney the first week in November, originally from London, U.K. One of the main reasons I'm coming over is to explore Australia and see what it has to offer. I love trying new activities, photography, eating out, finding cool bars and keeping fit. Socialising with my house mates is somewhat important to me, but I totally love my own space and doing my own thing. I am a nurse for a living and will be working generally throughout the week. So a place with great transport links would be fab! I am looking for a clean, private, furnished room which is a must! If you have any questions about me please get in touch!
The apt is located in the middle Crows Nest, just a 10 minute walk from the main shops in Crows nest as well as Cammeray. It's a 2 minute walk to the bus stop which goes past North Sydney station and all the way into the city. The apt is 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with a nice sized living area and good sized kitchen. The first room available ($350) per week is very large and spacious, has a built in wardrobe, can fit a full sized bed or two beds. Images above in the ad. The second room ($250 per week) does not have a built in, it does fit a standing wardrobe and double bed fine but it is by no means a large room. This one is the room with the white bed!
Currently in Sydney at the moment and am needing a new place. I work full time as HR advisor and am usually pretty busy during the week. Love to exercise will be up and about most mornings doing f45 and play AFL as well. I love to socialise, am a big foodie and love to try out new places and will always find a excuse for a drink (love a drinking buddy). I am originally from Brisbane so do go back a couple of times to visit friends and family and am a massive fan of the beach.
I'm a New Zealander in Sydney. I work in an IT company in the CBD. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 45 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Currently looking at somewhere off the train line on the north shore on a quiet street. So I can walk+bus to a train station and then catch a train to Wynyard. Personality wise, I am mature, sociable and very considerate (this is most important ) enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. My hobbies include: cooking, exercise, Japanese language and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening. Weekends I like to sit in the sun/go to a beach/meet friends/go to gym. I am not a party/noisy person and i don't want to live with people who are. My NUMBER ONE priority is a place to sleep that is QUIET. Not located near a noisy street/shop/neighbour and also internal quiet - living with people who also value quiet in the evening from 9:30pm onwards. I am quite sociable and would like to live with people who i can chat with but need quiet for rest/sleep. My office has showers so Monday to Friday I sometimes shower there before and after work which means no rush in the morning if we are sharing a bathroom. I also have meals with my job so don't really use the kitchen in the evening, however i sometimes do a cooked breakfast. Other notes. Do not intend on buying a car so parking space or garages are not necessary. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a quiet room, laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) and good outdoor space, with professional people. Perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me. I can also provide a range of references in New Zealand.
Hello, I'm a 29-yo female who's currently looking for a full-time position in digital marketing in or around the city. I have several projects running on my own which require me to work quietly after hours on my laptop. I'm flexible, open-minded and fun-loving. Look forward to hearing from you! Marijs
Hello guys We are leaving our beautiful apartment in Crows Nest. It's close to woolworth ( 7min ), Harris Farm ( 5min) coffee, bars and restaurants on Willoughby Road (5 min ) , bus stop (3 min ) . Easy access to the CBD 15 min. $350/week all bills included for a single person and $400 for a couple Netflix and Wifi included. Bond 1000$ + 2 weeks rent
Warm and friendly Immaculately clean and organised Very busy so won't be in someone's space all the time as work Professionally and train every day eg run, swim, yoga, etc. Marathon runner. Also singer and actress so I'm a bit creative.
We're a couple - Cameron, M, 28, Kiwi & Nicola, F, 25, Brit - who have recently moved to Sydney from Auckland. We both have full time work already (electrician & journalist). We're pretty social but also enjoy doing our own thing too. Typically, we'd have fun at gigs and bars but we also like getting out of the city and finding new places to visit for the weekend. We've lived together in a shared house for years (without any problems!) so we know what to expect and how to be good flatmates.
Keep to myself. Social. Self sufficient. Quiet. Considerate of others and their space. Work 8 hours a day. Electrical Tradesman.
