Hi there, I'm Tolga, a 28yo male who's relatively new to Sydney. I came up for a product marketing job that's based in Macquarie Park, and looking to find somewhere north of the bridge to call home. I'm fairly social, love to cook, keep healthy, and very easy going. I'm looking for relaxed house mates who enjoy a chat and keep a tidy home (def not OCD), but completely respect the need for privacy and having nights alone to chill after a long day without the need for small talk, as I can't do without it myself. Drop me a line and happy to have a chat to organise a time to meet up. Side note - I'll need a car park. Even unlimited on street parking with no restrictions is fine. Let me know if there's anything else you'd like to find out. Cheers
Im new to Sydney so Im looking for a fun house with good people to make friends with. I work full time in North Sydney and don't work a Monday to Friday working week so Il be home on odd days. If you like good music, good movies, are partial to sports and like to have a social life, then we can be best friends
Hello, my name is Coen. Ive recently graduated from the University of Newcastle as a undergraduate Information Technology student. Im looking at moving to Sydney (specifically North Sydney CBD or within 30 minute train ride) to pursue a graduate IT position that i secured earlier this year starting in February 2016. Ive lived in Newcastle all my life and am very excited to start my career in Sydney where i will hopefully meet new friends and encounter new opportunities. For fun I am fairly outgoing person who loves to go out occasionally with friends for drinks but also just as happy just to kick it at home playing computer games to pass time. I love animals especially doggos and would love to be able to bring my labrador with me on occasions if possible. Im more than happy to stay with students who are still studying or other individuals working full time. Im a very clean and tidy person who loves to chill out and socialise over a cold beer with close friends. I would also love it if occasionally my girlfriend would be able to stay a night or two over the weekend as she is still currently studying in Newcastle for the next 6 months Im glad to meet up in person or play a few games to get to know one another. If youre looking for a roommate or looking to team up to rent a place nearby, please don't hesitate to contact me for more information :)
I'm a 30 year old female living in Newcastle with my husband and two beautiful Brittany dogs. I have recently accepted a job offer in Sydney CBD as a web dev and am looking for a place to stay mainly during week days. However, it would be great if your place is pet friendly so my dogs can come visit occasionally. I was originally from China but have been around the world, one year in Sweden, five years in New Zealand and have finally settled down in beautiful Australia two years ago. I love exploring the nature with my beloved dogs and of course with my hubby who is a mining engineer. I eat healthy food and enjoy gardening, DIY projects and programming. Love a beer or a glass of wine occasionally after work but not loud party kind of person. If you're looking for a mature, responsible and fun flatmate who's only there half of the time then we should have a chat.
Hey I'm Anton 25 working full time as a Surveyor. I moved over from Perth a few months ago and Just found out another one of my friends is also moving over straight after new years (female) we are looking for accomodation either in house with others already set up or signing a new lease with some people, we are pretty social people definitely looking to have a few beers on the weekend and maybe catch a gig. During the week work keeps me pretty busy, I'll most probably be gone before you wake up. And after I'll normally be at the gym or hopefully trying to get down to the beach for a quick surf.
Hi! My name is Shona and my partner and I are moving to Sydney from Canberra in February so that I can study my Masters. We are a young professional couple and have already been living together for a year. We enjoy watching a good tv series, going for walks and hikes, Daniel is right into cars and loves his Land Cruiser like nothing else, and I like to do a lot of dancing. We're looking for a place with friendly housemates to show us the best places around, who would like to have a chat and dinner or a drink but also respect each others privacy. We are easy going, clean, and sociable people. We like to go camping and have bbqs and we love GoT. I'm expecting to be quite busy next year with my degree, and will also be looking for a casual job, and Daniel will be working full time. If you think we could be a good fit for your place, shoot me a message!
You just found your perfect house mate! Hi my name is Ollie. I'm 48 Irish and divorced. I have a beautiful 9 year old girl and 6 year old boy. They live with their mum in Newcastle. I would need to be able to have them stay in my room Friday and Saturday night every second weekend and some times during school holidays. I just thought I'd get that out of the way first but if that's cool with you please read on... I have lived with my amazing female flat mate for the last 18 months but sadly its time for her boyfriend to move in and me to move on. She is more than happy to let you know what I'm like to live with. In an ideal world I would really like to find another divorced dad in the same position as I am to share and have our kids there now and again. I am still very open to consider a single mum in the same position too. I am a full time professional employed in a position of high trust so very good to have living with you. I'm very neat and tidy but not anal. I have a bit of spare time so happy to take charge of the house work, laundry, cleaning etc if you are time poor. I'm not the worst cook either! I understand the concept of courtesy and consideration when it comes to sharing with another person. I understand when its good to have a chat and also to give space. I'm very social and am out a lot of the time and very rarely watch TV so no couch potato here!! Also I am very, very handy and have a large amount of tools and experience so if you have a place that needs repairs I'm sure we can come to some arrangement. This might also suit an elderly person who's not up to all the chores they once were and would like to have someone living with them for help and a bit of security. I'm pretty much open to all living scenarios but would like to stay living on the north side of the Harbour Bridge close to North Sydney but not a deal breaker. So if any of this sounds appealing to you please get in contact and we can talk about possibilities. Ollie
Heyy, Awesome townhouse Located in Crows Nest has two rooms available! :) We're really close to Willoughby Rd where there are lots of cafes and shops, and a brand new Woolworths! We're close to public transport if necessary but we have two undercover car spots that you can also use. Downstairs bathroom is shared with 2 other females but there is also a bathroom up stairs if needed. A bit about me, I'm Amy, I work full time in Pyrmont, long-ish hours at time, I enjoy wine and cheese nights, Netflix and hanging out with friends Most bills are included in the rent and it also covers a few house costs like toilet paper, oils, dish washing liquid etc The house has an awesome balcony, great for BBQ's and drinks, we have two outdoor couches - it's a great place to be in summer What I'm looking for in a housemate is someone down to earth, tidy but can also be chatty. Message if you're interested! Thank you!

Hi I'm Robbie. I'm 32. I'm a friendly, down-to-earth, easy going, super fun-loving guy with a very infectious laugh who likes to keep active, stay fit and I'm incredibly social. I'm still fairly new to Sydney as I only moved here from Adelaide in August this year to kick-start my career as an Architect. Up till now I've been renting a studio on my own in St. Leonards - but I'm now looking for a housemate/s to move out into either an existing place with or to team-up and find a new place to move into. Even though I'm a busy guy and I work pretty hard, I also know how to have a good time and I like to surround myself with like minded people. I like to spending a lot of time with friends and family, entertaining & dining out, checking out new bars, cafes and resteraunts, watching movies, music, cycling, the beach, swimming and formula one. If you think we would be good housemates shoot me a message or feel free to give me a call.
I am a professional engineer running my own business from overseas. For project work I need to stay in Sydney for a few months. I am a clean and tidy person, who has lived in share houses already. I ma not a party person but I am very social and love having a chat with anyone and do not mind having a Friday night drink either.

I am a 21 year old law student from Adelaide looking for a place to stay whilst I complete a paid internship in North Sydney. I will need a place to stay between 7th of January and February 10. I am friendly, sociable, considerate and tidy. Feel free to message me if you have any questions. Thanks :)
Hey there I'm Maya. A traveler. Well currently not so much as I have to save up. I'm the best kind of roommate or flatmate you can get. I am simple to get along with wether we become friends or not. I'm respectful and I look out for people around me. I will get your boundaries but you won't find to many with me. I can be a bit messy but I'm also clean. I work in hospitality so that taught me a bit in that aspect. I like to cook (sometimes) and you will get some for sure. I like to play games sometimes or just have a chilled night with some talking about nonsense. Also I hope to be working a lot, so you'll have your space. Anything else you need?
Working full-time job as a Marketing Manager in Crows Nest and am looking to move closer to work (preferably being able to walk to work). When I'm not working I love catching up with friends, going to cafes, heading to the beach or drinking wine with friends. I'm a very easy going, neat and respectable person and am ideally looking to share a place with fun, relaxing flatmates.
I am a 33 year old professional female with a 2 year old Maltese dog (3kgs, house trained & doesn't bark). I am originally Irish but I've been living and working in Australia for 12 years. I am also an Australia citizen for the past 7 years. I'm relaxed, easy going, fun loving, very clean and tidy. I work full time during the week however on the weekend I enjoy walks with my dog, cafe culture, spending time with my friends, good food and wine :)

Hi I'm Nic and I'm looking to move back to Sydney after several years living in Forster on the Mid-North Coast. I'm studying a bachelor of business part time by correspondence to keep me busy. I'd say that I'm driven but also certainly know how to enjoy my down time with cooking or reading a good book. I'm also into cars, property and travel and I'm always looking to meet new people or pick up a new hobby. I do have all the furniture for a one bedroom flat so it would be great if that could be accomodated, but I can sell what is not required if necessary. I would prefer an unfurnished bedroom.
I am a 22 year-old female fulltime professional in the architecture industry who loves a glass or three of wine over dinner after work. I do enjoy partying on the weekends so living with a fairly sociable housemate who is also a dedicated working professional would be ideal. I am slightly OCD about cleanliness but i'm extremely friendly and easy to get along with. My friends refer to me as the "mother" of the group because I am always taking care of others, and my educational background in psychology makes me a very good listener! I studied a B of Science at Sydney Uni so I am well educated, and I am planning to commence a master's degree in HR management in a year. I do need my 'alone time' so I will never be too in your hair and I am extremely respectful of others' personal space and privacy. I am currently dating so it is important that I am living with someone who can compromise when it comes to guests, though I am very respectful and would avoid having anyone over too often. I bond quickly with people, love late night chats but would also appreciate little noise being made at night time :) Hit me up if I am not able to contact you!
Fun, outgoing, honest, reliable chefs apprentice looking for drug free zone to chill and enjoy on her days off. Preferably furnished or able to purchase off of previous tenant. This is a serious sea change from the drama of Brisbane to the lay back lifestyle of Sydney's north shore. Job already in place, just need somewhere to stay. I have two catties but they will probably stay up here.

This apartment is on the 13th floor, with floor to ceiling windows throughout. It is modern, light, bright, quiet and very spacious with all the mod cons including heating and air-con in each room, a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Superfast wifi is included. There is a beautiful roof terrace (shared) with panoramic views over Sydney. Crow's Nest is a great little area, it is less than five minutes walk from the apartment to the shops and cafes, and a short bus ride into the CBD.
**A tidy common room close to the city** I am looking for someone to take over my room on Dec 20th. You will share the flat with two female professionals both are out in the daytime. You will only share bathroom with one of them. There are current look of the bedroom and former look of the bedroom on here. It is exactly the same room:) The room in general is very good. You might find it small but good to call it home:) The room has a floor window with sunlight block sticker on. Without direct sunlight, to be honest, for me when I wake up it is just nice, but then wouldn't want to stay in the room longer before sunset:p (I am not a 247 who stay in room anyways haha) The ceiling bulbs are warm white, perhaps give them a cold white would help. You can try:) Monthly rent AUD1129(Australia has its own way to calculate monthly rent different from weekly rent), and every quarter share gas bill. Monthly rent+2 weeks bond payfront :) [Good location] -Super close to St Leonards train station. Within 5min walk. -From the city only take 15-20mins or less than that (I didn't actually count but I know it doesn't take long) It is 4-6 stations away depends on what train line you take. [Nice neighborhood] Woolworths and Coles supermarket are both nearby within 5-10min walk. Also Priceline pharmacy, ANZ, NAB, Commonwealth bank are all nearby if you ever needed. Or after a long work you crave fast food, Subway and McDonalds...etc, are again all nearby train station. There is one more thing about this neighborhood that I will miss so much. In this fancy area there is a place called Crows Nest. It is a good place for dining out. Italian food, Japanese food, Thai food, ...etc, you will find so many nice restaurants there. If you want to bring your friends or family there, suggest you to make a reservation beforehand. It is quite busy Mon-Sun. [Beautiful flat] -Room with good condition furniture(less than a year) wardrobe, single bed, desk, 3 drawer cabinet, full length mirror and chair. (Some photos of bedroom are updated. I rearranged the room a bit but all the furniture still in the flat:) -Fully equipped kitchen. We cook everyday and always leave it tidy and clean. Only gas bill is not included in the rent, AUD 25 per room in every quarter usually. -Shower and toilet separate in the bathroom. You will only share bathroom with one of them. -Balcony connected to living room. Big enough to hang your clothes or do whatever you want:) -Massive living room to invite friends over or just enjoy your quality night alone:) It has TV btw(channel 7 and 9 have many good shows) -Unlimited wifi available, everywhere in the flat can receive strong signal -Gym downstairs for many kinds of fitness -Three bedroom and two bathroom in total. One bathroom is inside master room. Current tenants are two girls besides me.

Moved to Sydney at the start of the year from Noosa. I run my own tennis coaching business and also coach at a club in Rose bay. 6-12 months preferred stay Very clean and tidy and not afraid of a bit of housework. I like to keep fit and healthy while playing tennis, soccer and the occasional hit of golf. Love cars and racing them however my race car is in Noosa so I travel up there often. Love meeting new people however I'm not the party animal most would except from a single 25 yr old in Sydney. Absolutely love cats and dogs so if you have any I can happily help you look after them:)
Hey y'all I'm Scarlett, I want to find roommates that are not only my house mates but are my friends. But also I don't want to live in a frat house with strangers comming and going. So in saying that I am a fun, clean, outgoing down to earth, trustworthy person. I love meeting new people. I want a safe, quiet, DRUG FREE home close to public transport. I prefer to live with males or one female. Prefer 20-35, no more then 3 people all together in one place. Happy to pay a bit more if bills are included. But $290 really is my budget so if you like me and rent is more maybe we can work something out because I know you'll just love me.
