Young professional working full-time hours Monday to Friday, looking for a room in small household. I prefer a relaxed home in the evenings, while the weekends will see me outdoors on adventures. I spend my free time taking long walks, soaking up as much sun as possible, reading, and occasionally letting loose in the kitchen. Clean, tidy, and considerate. I've lived in a share-house arrangement for the past five years. Will impulsively wash up any dishes left in the sink, and enjoy colourful conversations with flatmates. I value my recharge time, however don't wish to live with strangers. Looking to join a happy household long-term (min. 6 months). Flexible with move in date. Missed anything? Just ask! I look forward to hearing from you.
I'm looking to move to the North Sydney area following a career change. I like to have a good laugh, am quite social but also enjoy hibernating/binge-watching Netflix, and also love to bake so you can look forward to some good snacks (I promise I'll do my dishes afterwards too). I'm looking for a new place to call home with preferably one or two housemates. Let me know if you think I could be the right fit :)
Hello! I am a 28 year old Canadian looking for a place with cool and easy going flatmates starting the beginning of August. I work tech and living with me is easy because I am social, clean and keep busy. I like to spend a lot of time out and about but will also stay in occasionally and binge Netflix and eat my bodyweight in chips. I like to think I am pretty well travelled and I would be keen to exchange stories over a glass of wine or three. I most recently spent 6 months living and working in Japan and am obsessed with Japanese food. If my flatmates ever wanted to share a meal at home or out I would be keen for that too! I have just come to Australia on a working holiday visa and will be looking for a place where I can settle in and meet people during my time here.
Hi, I'm Sharmeel. Moving from Melbourne to Sydney in July for work. I'm a professional in my late 20s working in finance. I'm generally clean and quite social. However, I do enjoy my alone time and will respect the privacy of others. I'm a very neat individual and am always careful to clean up after myself. I am moving to Sydney for the first time and don't know many people, so I'd like to live with other people in their 20s and early 30s who are generally social. That said, I understand the need for boundaries and will have plenty of opportunities to build a social network outside of housemates, through work and the friends I do have in Sydney. I enjoy going to music gigs, movies, shisha and out to eat with friends. I like a night out (especially with good music) and do drink, but not to excess. I don't smoke cigarettes or do drugs. Happy to socialise with housemates with the occasional drink, dinner or Netflix binge session! My interests include music, soccer (long-suffering Arsenal FC supporter) and politics. In my spare time, I like to go to the gym, listen to music/podcasts, read and play a bit of PS4. I consider myself to be fairly liberal in my politics and am not religious but respect others' views. Not sure what else to mention, but feel free to reach out and ask any questions!
I have 3 years experience in sharing space with others. So l know how to be a good flat mate! Tyler and l love socializing, but we really do enjoy some downtime by ourselves aswell. We're pretty good at cleaning up after ourselves and would expect our flatmates to be just as able 😊 Tyler is a full time student on his last year of Uni while l am working full time. Feel free to give us a shout if there's anything else you'd like to know. Cheers! NB: We are unfortunately not flexible about earlier move date, only later if that's the case.
Working full time in the IT industry (don't worry i'm not a super nerd), pretty active (play a lot of sport), and very easy going. I'm also a Kiwi so hopefully that's not a deal-breaker. I'm starting a new job in North Sydney at the start of September, so I'm looking for a place that's available around that time. I'm currently in Canada / the US and will be until around the 30th of August. I will be in Sydney on the 3rd - 5th of August, so would be looking to check out some places / meet some people around then. I'm reasonably flexible with the start dates, and wouldn't mind a place that starts a bit earlier or later if the fit feels right. If the dates i'm in Sydney don't work out i'm happy to do a video chat or something.
Easy going professional working in the CBD and looking for quality flatmates! Looking for a place to move to in late July when my current lease ends. Keen for quality bants and brunch buddies if possible! Do need off street parking however!
Moved from Newcastle to Epping earlier this year to study at Macquarie University. Now that the university train station has reopened and I've gotten into a bit of a routine, I don't feel the need to live so close by and am looking to move to a slightly more exciting location. Looking for a room in the north Sydney area so that I can still get to uni conveniently, but be a bit closer to the city. I'm an easy person to live with, neat and tidy and generally keep to myself (but am by no means anti-social). Main interests are surfing, reading and spending time with my friends. Please note that I come with a dog - she's an 8 year old Pug X Jack Russell. The dog is well behaved, tends to sleep most of the day and unless you're anti-dog you'll probably fall in love with her. More than happy to provide the contact details of my current housemates as a reference for both myself and the dog.
Working full time in the city. Looking for a friendly place with great housemates that are also working full time. Love to socialise and make new friends and explore Sydney.
Hi there. I'm a friendly guy looking for a chill place to live. I'm working full time at Macquarie Park. Patient and quiet dude who likes a cleanly environment. I definitely do my fair share of house work. Like movies/tv/games, exercise and walking. Any Qs, pls contact.
