Hello I'm an easy going and tidy 26f professional who is looking for a furnished private room with internal washing machine, dryer (or a corridor/backyard where I can hang clothes) and wifi. I work as a nurse in a hospital so I will have shift work but no graveyard and rarely weekends. I enjoy having my own privacy, I can be fun but can also be very quiet as I do respect other people's space. The main thing that I am looking for is the location. If possible a close walking distance only to work. I hope I find a convenient place and friendly housemates here preferably female, or mixed gender in the apartment. Feel free to message me! Thank you! :)
Seeking a room for a couple between $250-400 AUD. Twin shared or private couple room either is fine. New zealander and Japanese couple moving to Sydney. I have been offered a job in IT/japanese speaking role in the CBD and my girlfriend is lined up to finish a hospitality diploma while working part time. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 30 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the sydney wildlife Zoo end). Personality wise, we are both mature, sociable and enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. Our hobbies include: cooking, exercise and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and the occasional dvd. I have a job offer to work in Sydney but the 1st 2 weeks are in San Francisco at the headquarters of the company. After the 2 weeks I fly straight to Sydney and start working around July 17. Because I have to start working immediately I would prefer to have accommodations sorted before going. If accommodation fits my requirements and I can exchange some messages with the owner I would be open to paying $50 or so per week from now until I arrive in order to make a hold on the room. We are not party people and definitely want to live with other people who don't play loud music etc. Other notes: Bonus points for a location that has a fish shop nearby. Do not intend on buying a car. I have written "1 year" but we would definitely consider a location that was 5 months or longer especially if it was furnished. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has some form of outdoor area that gets sunlight. (balcony, courtyard, garden etc.) Would like a location that has an oven and a gas stove top. (Don't like using an electric one). Both perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me or Mikiko.
I'm an software engineer working fulltime in CDB. During weekends I mostly stay in my room with my computer coding, or go bush walking so won't bother anyone. I'm kind of an introvert but also easy going and friendly. If your place have NBN that would be great.
I'm brazilian student. I like the clean and tidy apartment. I'm friendly, clean and quiet. I would prefer female housemates. Please contact me if you think I'd be a good fit!
My name is clare. A postgraduate psychology student who loves health, fitness and meeting new people. I've just started a new position with Northern Sydney Local Health District and will be working part-time across a number of different hospital sites. I'm friendly, social and house trained haha (just to clarify...I love cooking, am tidy and respectful of other flatmates & more than happy to help with cleaning etc). I always enjoy meeting new people but also respect other peoples space and privacy (we all need our down time to recharge!). I don't smoke but do enjoy a cheeky drink on the weekend. I'm looking for a property that has it's own ensuite/bathroom and although I love animals I'm allergic to cats. I enjoy the movies, theatre, fitness and experiencing different cuisines/restaurants in Sydney, in fact I'm hoping that whoever I end up living with would become a lifelong friend. Clare x
Hi friends!! We're two easy-going individuals, kind of dorky but good dorky you know? I'm currently a full time accountant (wow exciting right? HAHA) and Kyle will be moving over from the US (just finished Uni doing an Environmental Studies major). We love a bit of a fun but our fun isn't really 'throw a huge house party and vomit into vases' kind of fun, more like 'board games and alcohol with friends' kind of fun. A hot pot or yakiniku kind of party yeah? I do work full time so I won't be home ever during the weekdays, and most nights/weekends I have bits and bobs going on - I love to dance (hip hop is my thing but I can't wait to take up any latin dance styles!!); my crew training take up a good 6-8hrs of my free time, and when I'm not dancing I love yoga and food (cooking and eating!! YAY!). Kyle will be here on working holiday so probably just a part time job and just exploring Sydney. We're both relatively social but do really enjoy our down time reading/stretching/eating cake on a Friday night by ourselves. We do love to travel so we're probably not going to be around the full year - there will be weeks we're out and about, but I'm sure we can sort something out!! Let me know if we seem like your kind of people - we're looking to find a place by July :) !! (Will trade a good deal for dance lessons/food HAHA) Cheers, Joy
Hi there, I'm Anna. I'm in my mid twenties and work full time in Macquarie Park. I'm a self confessed food and I got to Messina at least once a week. Looking forward to hearing for you!

Hi, my name is Liz and I am a 25 year old professional working full time in television. During the week I work and go to the gym early mornings. On the weekends i I enjoy socializing with friends, getting coffee/brunch, walks, or wine and dinner, reading and watching new TV shows. I'm easy-going, sociable and tidy, and am looking for the same in housemates. I am hoping to find housemates who want to hang out from time to time and also enjoy their own space.
Medical doctor, teacher, scientist. I am starting my now job in a large company manufacturing vaccines based in Sydney. I will be sharing my time between Sydney and Canberra (where lives my partner). I will be travelling a lot. Easygoing guy, sport-oriented. I have to learn French so if you speak French that would be great (not a requirement).
Fluent in French, Spanish and English. Don't really cook.... Don't smoke, no drugs- although I do enjoy a glass of wine after work. Or an espresso martini on week ends! Want a cosy and relaxed place to live in, not a party house. No pets. Slightly addicted to Netflix and can't for GOT S7 to start!
I like to think I'm easy going. I'm fun, considerate of peoples space and a generally happy person. I enjoy cleaning (weird I know). On the weekends I enjoy chilling out watching Netflix, going on adventures around Sydney and out to lunch/dinner. I always pay my bills on time in my current house share and having experience already living out of home so I find it easy to adapt and interact with new roomies :)
Hi, We've lived for 4 / 10 years in Mosman until our landlord decided to renovate and sell, so here we are looking for a new place to call home! Just: - creative - kind hearted - works in aged care - good with cooking and cleaning - social bug - enjoys learning instruments Seb: - creative, also - gets down and dirty - works at Luna Park - good at fixing just about anything, OCD with cleaning - reserved - rides motorcycle everywhere Currently we are staying with friends until the end of June, so fairly flexible with moving dates.
I'm a 22 year old mexican girl who will be attending Macquarie University for one, or hopefully two, semesters. I'm very friendly, social and easy-going, love a good chat but also enjoy being alone and having my own space. As a roommate, I would describe myself as caring, honest and respectful. Not a great cook but can toss some very yummy (vegetarian) meals from time to time. Love animals, swimming, the outdoors, camping, hiking, volunteering and photography.
I am 24, currently working full-time as a customer relations coordinator at RFG , work as a casual on weekends behind the bar in the city. Easy going , pretty outgoing and tidy. Hi, I am Liliya :) I moved to Sydney 6 months ago after living in Prague for a couple years. I need to find a new place to live as our office is relocating from Wynyard to Macquarie park. Working full time, non smoking, no pets, fun and open person.
Aloha! Eve here. If you are looking for a clean, tidy, quiet, respectful, conscious, considerate roommate then look no further. I'm ideally looking for a furnished granny flat or share house with good vibes. I work in the education, research and holistic healing fields. I'm friendly but also like my own space so if living in a share house like to have a harmonious balance of privacy yet good connection and communication with roomies. I enjoy a glass of wine and a nice laugh like most, however will not fit into a party house even though I am still very young at heart. If this resonates please feel free to contact me. Gracias xx

Hey I'm Matt, I'm currently working as a cafe manager, I've always been involved in food and beverage and I am hoping to open my own place soon. I grew up in Sydney and have lived in Cammeray for the last 12 years. I'm keen on finding a social place to call home but as I am someone who works long hours I'm respectful of everyone being entitled to their piece and quiet. I like to live in a clean and tidy environment and I love cooking, which I'm always more than happy to do for others. In my spare time I love going to bars and restaurants with friends, live music, travelling, being active and watching sports. Look forward to hopefully meeting you!
