Looking to move any time around August 2017. Looking for a house share situation not an apartment thanks. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
Hi, My name is Dale, Im 33 years old and I am employed full time with an engineering conultancy. Im pretty quiet during the week during my spare time I would head to the gym, relax and watch some TV. On the weekends I like to catch up with friends, go to gigs, watch sport, go for a ride or head to the central coast to visit family and friends. I am friendly, Honest, Responsible, easy to get along with. look no further for a reliable and considerate housemate.
Hello future flatmate, We have a room to rent in a great three bedroom unit in Crows Nest for one lucky individual. Included is a small bedroom with a large amount of closet space outside of the room. Furnishings, including a bed, bedside table and clothes hanger + draws are also available but completely optional. Unfortunately there are no parking spaces available, however there is plenty of parking in the streets nearby. Our Apartment is in a great location, being roughly 5 minutes walk from Cammeray Shops, 10 minutes walk from Crows Nest shops (and the infamous Crows Nest Hotel) and only two minutes walk to the nearest bus stop that takes you directly to the CBD (15 minutes), Chatswood (20 minutes) or Manly (40 minutes). We are looking for a flatmate in their early to mid twenties, preferably a professional. Our flatmate must be looking to stay for the long term and not be afraid to be social, this includes smashing the occasional tinnie with the boys. About your future flatmates: Jeremy: Jeremy works at a medical assistance company, organising air ambulances into Australia. He has a very varied schedule and there is a good chance you will only see him on his days off. Widely referred to as "Dad bod" Jeremy's cooking prowess consists of largely of microwaved meals and ravioli with bbq rib sauce. Trivia strengths include history, geography and ruining a good vibe as the voice of suspiciously sober reason. Jeremy also has a very bubbly girlfriend Tash who stays over one or two nights a week. She is great fun and will likely try and set you up with one of her friends if you are single/hound you for the latest goss. Nick: Nick recently moved down from Brisbane and works in Strata. Nick's friends are degenerates and a night out with them will typically end in calling sick into work on a Monday and with chips all over the living room carpet. Nick is in desperate need of a wingman, as despite being a 110kg powerlifter he is consistently referred to as a bit of a weenie, probably due to his distinct lack of game with the opposite sex. Trivia strengths include movies and telling you facts about Brisbane you didn't ask for. Being a social flatmate (guy or girl) is a must. We have very different schedules and do not regularly get to socialise together, but when we do, we expect our flatmate to be able to throw back a few beers and enjoy a night out. As we are stumbling distance to the Greens, Crows Nest Hotel, North Sydney Leagues Club and the Oaks there are no excuses not to! As long as you pay your bills on time we are unlikely to have any problems - we are very laid back. That being said we would like a clean and respectful flatmate who is housetrained as is willing to pitch in with their share of the housework when required. We basically just want a chilled out flatmate who can pay rent on time, who is up for the occasional night out and doesn't have a problem with Nick bringing back the odd bird (in some parralel universe) or Jeremy having his girlfriend over a couple of times a week. P.S (bring back whomever you seem fit, this is a no judgement household.) Our only house rules are to keep the place relatively clean, check with us regarding work schedules before organising a party and the same boyfriend/girlfriend/partner etc should not stay over more than 3 nights a week. Nick and I are big Seinfeld fans and we have a very large poster of George Costanza in his tighty whities posing for a photo from the episode "The Package/The Fatigues" over the couches in the living. It will not be getting taken down for anybody. Look forward to hearing from you!

looking for somewhere dog friendly. I am outgoing, reliable and respectful. I like living in share house / apartment situations and consider myself a good housemate. I am clean (although not obsessively so) enjoy cooking and having a chat. I have a dog, he is a well behaved 7 year old lhasa apso totally house trained. He is very cute and gets along well with other dogs. He doesnt shed fur, does his business outside , i have him groomed often and look after him well. Looking to find somewhere doggy friendly that we can call home, with nice people and good vibes.
Hi, I am Claudia and looking for a place long term. I work as a designer and love doing yoga in the morning.
I'm a veterinary surgeon moving to the area for at least 6 weeks from the 17th of July, I'll be working night shifts for the majority of the time that I'm there. Other than work I'll be in the gym or possibly playing rugby if I can find a team in the area.
Hi friends!! We're two easy-going individuals, kind of dorky but good dorky you know? I'm currently a full time accountant (wow exciting right? HAHA) and Kyle will be moving over from the US (just finished Uni doing an Environmental Studies major). We love a bit of a fun but our fun isn't really 'throw a huge house party and vomit into vases' kind of fun, more like 'board games and alcohol with friends' kind of fun. A hot pot or yakiniku kind of party yeah? I do work full time so I won't be home ever during the weekdays, and most nights/weekends I have bits and bobs going on - I love to dance (hip hop is my thing but I can't wait to take up any latin dance styles!!); my crew training take up a good 6-8hrs of my free time, and when I'm not dancing I love yoga and food (cooking and eating!! YAY!). Kyle will be here on working holiday so probably just a part time job and just exploring Sydney. We're both relatively social but do really enjoy our down time reading/stretching/eating cake on a Friday night by ourselves. We do love to travel so we're probably not going to be around the full year - there will be weeks we're out and about, but I'm sure we can sort something out!! Let me know if we seem like your kind of people - we're looking to find a place by July !! (Will trade a good deal for dance lessons/food HAHA). Look forward to meeting you !!! Cheers, Joy
Hi. I'm a Brit working full time as a teacher in the Ku-ring-gai area and I need a place to stay for term three of the NSW school year. I'm looking in the North Shore (preferably lower). My budget would be around 220 for a private or 150 for shared (so lower end) The social aspect is important for me. I want to live with sociable people who like to spend time together. I like to go out and have fun but also keep noise and cleanness levels reasonable while in the house. The only absolute requirement is that there must be somewhere to park. If the building has a gym / pool or the house has a piano that's a massive bonus. Cheers, Mark
I must move on the 5th of August! Not earlier or too much later due to current lease. I'm pretty easy to live with. I am a nerd and love movies, tv shows, games and comics. I'm single, not particularly fussed about relationships. I'm religious but my thing is that it's to each their own so don't worry if you're not or a different faith, I don't care. I work full time in north Sydney. I love a good laugh and a good book. My current ambition is to learn Auslan. Want to know anything else, just ask!
I am a Finance Graduate from Sydney currently working full time. I enjoy playing soccer, hanging out with friends, wine, beer and paying bills on time.
I am a 26yo Brazilian female. I workd full time hours and I also study part- time. I am very chill person and I have a easy going personality. I am looking for a quiet house with flatmates of my age or older. On my free time I like to recover my energy at home or outdoors, listening to good music, reading a book, movies, series. I also love cooking with a glass of wine!
Hey guys! Victoria and I have been searching near and far for a two bedroom apartment in Sydney that doesn't break the bank, which turns out is way harder to find. We're keen to team up with 1 or 2 people to look for a place together, or move into a 4 bedroom place with 2 rooms vacant. Not to brag... but we're super fun, great chat and are easy to get along with. We love to be social but equally love our own space. We love to travel, red wine is our staple and love nothing more than having a laugh. Victoria is 26 years old, single and works in Sales, and I (Laura) am 25, single and work in Marketing (feel like this is a tinder profile). If you're interested in either looking for a place with us, or have two rooms available please reach out!
I'm pretty easy going but a teensy bit of a neat-freak. Work keeps me quite busy so I'm not always around but I enjoy a good laugh in my downtime.
Hi, I'm Erin. I am 21 years old and currently work in the Real Estate Industry full time in North Sydney. I generally am out of the house between 7isham & 7pm Monday to Friday. I really enjoy yoga, Pilates, spending time with friends and going back to where I call home, The Shire!. I love meeting new people and am a big socialist! On the weekends I am equally as likely to be at a party as I am snuggled on the couch with trashy reality TV and a glass of red wine! Oh, and you will rarely see a morning without a coffee in my hand. I have done the whole share house thing and am ideally looking for 1 person, male or female, to share an apartment with and hopefully become great friends!
Looking for a private, furnished room from July 2nd to August 26th. I'm a young professional working in North Sydney, having recently moved over from New Zealand. Outside of work I like to exercise, chill out, and spend time with friends.
Hello there :) I am an easy going, friendly and open minded 33 years old guy originally from Switzerland living now in beautiful Sydney on a permanent residency visa. I am looking for a place to stay as of the 21 of July. I am flexible with the date and not in a rush, my priority is to find a place I can call home ideally for the next 6 months and longer. I work in North Sydney as a software engineer and some of my hobbies are travelling the world, exploring, photography, going out, gardening, reading and sports. Feel free to ask if you want to know more about me :-) Cheers Olivier
