I'm a laid back finance professional who is very flexible and easy to be friends with. I value respect and give respect just as much as I expect it. I'm originally from the Central Coast and currently living in North Sydney, working in the city in finance and attending UTS part-time. I'm well kept and tidy. Respect space and privacy as well. I'm academically orientated, tech-savvy but am also social and enjoy a good chat. I look forward to moving somewhere new in the city, exploring a different location and experiencing a new taste of life.
Hi there, my name is Tom and I'm currently working as a Television Producer on the NRL Footy Show. I'm outgoing, professional and dedicated to my job. I'm currently very new to Sydney and would love to find a place as soon as possible. I love the outdoors, love animals as well as obviously watching footy. I've lived all over the place throughout Australia as previously I was employed by the Australian Defense Force, however as mentioned previously a new job opportunity here down South has presented itself. I'm self sufficient in regards to travel, cooking, cleaning and maintenance. I look forward to hopefully hearing from you! Cheers
I am friendly and respectful person, careful to take care of wherever I live. I like a friendly chat with my flatmates but I also respect other people privacy. Currently looking for a twin room shared with another female in northern suburbs, short term with possible extension.
I’m currently the Managing Director of a scaffold and labour company with offices in both Sydney and Brisbane. In my spare time I like to spend time at the beach, out with friends and keeping healthy. Currently I’m having a hiatus from alcohol and do this from time to time for my health. Looking for like minded, easy going people who respect each other privacy but also don’t mind catching up on the odd occasion for dinner or the like. I’m looking for a longer term option and a place that I can call my home. If you are interested in flat sharing with me please get in touch. Thanks
Hi, I'm Alex. I love travelling, meeting people from different cultures, spirituality, psychology, dancing, exercise and having fun! I am currently looking for a place just for 2 months so preferably furnished. I may also consider longer term but I will be away for 5 weeks (jun-July) and would like to find someone to fill the rent for me. I work about 10 hours a week providing ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum, one afternoon tutoring at university and the rest developing a mindfulness class/business. My type of a good time is turning the music up at home, alone, and having a great dance around doing things i would never do in front of people. I also love to chill in front of the TV and enjoy a good philosophical conversation. No politics please! Also love beach and all things outdoors. Keen to meet like-minded individuals!
My name is Amnon, I am 31 years old, coming from Israel, but been living in Berlin in the last 4 years. I want to believe I am a friendly person who respects others space, freedom and feelings. I am curious and love to have a conversation about various topics. I am not a party person and like my peace and quiet while I do like to spend time with other people (including my roommates of course) and am still looking for excitement in life (therefore I find myself in Australia). I'm pretty chill and easy to deal with, I don't require or expect much. I come to complete my Master's Thesis at CSIRO, North Ryde and finish my Masters in bioinformatics (which means I'm going to work full time so during the week I'll be at home mostly in the evening). My position there is for 5 months (until mid-October) which is the time period I will be looking to rent the flat. Unfortunately I only arrive at Sydney on May 2nd so I won't be able to come for an inspection before, so In case you find me suiting to what you're looking for I'd be very happy if we could arrange a Skype talk and get to know each other, and if everything's fine I can already commit to moving in.

Hello everyone! I am an electrical engineer from New Zealand. I am tidy, friendly and respectful of people's spaces. I have a normal weekday job, so I won't come home in the AM and wake everyone up. I am looking for proffessional people with good positive vibes to move in with. I really like making big roasts and i don't mind cooking flat dinners, grabbing a drink, movie nights or go for an adventurous wonder!
I grew up in a country town in QLD with two brothers, riding motorbikes and being outdoors most of the time. I moved to Sydney 4 years ago for work. I am 26 and currently work in Marketing full time for a company owned by the Woolworths Group. I also work a couple of nights a week at a restaurant for extra spending money. On the weekends I like to play soccer or sit back and watch some Netflix. I volunteer once a week and like to keep busy so there may be times you don't see me for a few days on end due to my hectic schedule!
Hi I am a full-time civil engineer. In my spare time, you can usually find me catching up with mates and friends, gym, enjoying a few drinks, cooking, hanging at the beach or Netflix and chilling (in the literal sense!). I'm outgoing, friendly, clean and respectful and would love to have a great relationship with my flatmates. Cheers, Moree
I'm moving from Brisbane to Sydney in May/June and would love to find housemates to show me around. I'm moving for work so I don't know too many people. Being in a new city I want to explore all the food and bars, but also love those chilled days at home. I love travelling and trying new foods so always up for a chat over a wine and pizza. I'm very clean/tidy and love my independence, but also looking to make some new friends. I would prefer to live with females, no couples.
I'm easy going, respect others privacy and very tidy. In my last year doing a PhD in environmental sciences, so prefer a quiet environment. I'm looking for max $280 for a room (sharing a house with maximum 1 person) or $600 for two people for a 2-bedroom unit. Not looking for shared rooms.
I’m a 27 year old key account manager at booking.com. Outside of work I love going to gym, getting outdoors, catching up with friends and going out for lunch/dinner. I’m easy going and love a wine or two. During the week I am very quiet and mainly watch Netflix. I also travel occasionally for work. Please messsage if you think I’m right for your flat/team up or if you have any questions.
Hi flatmates, I'm a professional in financial services living and working in the the North Sydney Area. Just hoping to find somewhere new but close in 2018. Ideal for me is a six month lease, a tidy home, and a friendly but respectful flatmate.
an easy going canadian girl that has moved back to Sydney to study HR. I’m a health assistant back home and will be continue to work here in Sydney. Looking for a place that has people that can be both introvert and extrovert. Love a glass of wine and a good book but also occasionally like to go out and socialize among friends. If I sound like the right fit send me a message! :)
I work full-time as an EA in a IT firm based in Sydney CBD. I am very tidy, considerate, friendly, respectful and honest. I work quite long hours, so I hope my home is somewhere I can totally relax and enjoy some quiet time to wind down. No parties please. I'm looking for a fully furnished room with own bathroom, my budget is $350/wk inc. bills & utilities. Ideally north-facing unit so it doesn't get too hot in summer. Must be close to public transport and shops. My home is my sanctuary so I do everything to keep my living space tidy and look after it as it is my own property and I'm hoping to flat with another like-minded person, preferably a mature professional, fine with both male or female.
The apt is located in the middle Crows Nest, just a 10 minute walk from the main shops in Crows nest as well as Cammeray. It's a 2 minute walk to the bus stop which goes past North Sydney station and all the way into the city. The apt is 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with a nice sized living area and good sized kitchen. The first room available ($250) per week is not huge but gets the job done. (I lived in it for over a year and had no issues with the size). It can fit a full sized bed and desk easily. There is 1 window and no built in closet. The 2nd room available is a great size with a built in wardrobe with sliding mirrors. There are 2 windows in this room. This is the one pictured above. At the moment there is not shared wifi (I used the date from my phone plan). If you want wifi when you arrive, you may organise.
We are looking for like-minded individuals who are responsible, reliable and friendly. We are an easy going, well rounded couple who work full time jobs as a Graphic Designer and Engineer. Between us we work and play at the weekend. We both enjoy an active lifestyle playing sport, spending time at the beach or seeing live music. We socialise regularly but enjoy down time at home with good food, drinks or a movie.
