Hi! My name is Franzi, a full-time international business student. Originally from Germany, I have moved to Sydney to study the Master of Research program at Macquarie University for one semester. I have lived in shared flats before (three times) and I am easy-going, reliable and respectful of shared spaces and privacy. I enjoy relaxed and calm evenings watching Netflix, having a chat and a nice dinner. In my spare time, I like to do sports (interval training, running, badminton), spend time with friends and explore Sydney. I am keen on living with like minded people who value having a neat and tidy flat to come home to. The ideal place would be a private and furnished room (but open to room share) in a quiet shared flat located in the lower north shore.
Hey guys. I've been living on my own in a unit in Cammeray for a year now, but am tired of having a crappy kitchen and there's a weirdo living upstairs who plays piano late at night on school nights who drives me nuts! Haha. I was thinking I wouldn't mind finding a nice two bedroom place or joining in on a two bedroom flat, would be cool to live with one other person. I like the lower north shore because I have always lived and worked around that area but would also consider Manly beach. I need a parking space. I am super chill to live with, I keep things clean, I can't stand living with bossy/controlling people. We are all adults, as long as you clean up after yourself and aren't a complete nut job I'll be happy! Would be great to live with someone I get along with who enjoys a glass of wine or a beer every now and then who is social and outgoing like I am. I'm from NZ and travel a lot, and like to be able to offer for my friends to stay if they come to visit for a weekend, and like to live with flatties who are cool with that. I don't smoke and I work in medical devices. If you have a room available or are looking to start a lease on a nice new place and this sounds like you, hit me up :)

Hello there, I am from Perth originally and recently I've decided to make a big life change and moved to Sydney. So I've sold everything I had in Perth and came to Sydney with a few suit case and two dogs. I have no friends or family in Sydney and would definitely like to share a place with like minded people and possibly meet some people along the way. My only family are my dogs. I have two small crossbreed dogs. A Pomeranian x poodle and a shitzu x Tibetan spaniel. Both are 6 years old and well trained. They are indoor dogs and loves food, kisses and cuddles. Both dogs are hypoallergenic and are indoor dogs. I am a young professional (age 29) finding my way in this fast pace city. I am very clean and tidy. Some may say I am a clean freak. I rarely go out but seeing that I am in Sydney, definitely would love to see the city a little bit more whether it is at night or day time providing that we don't have work. I like to hang out and chill at the beach as well. I am adventurous and spontaneous, usually I don't ponder around and wait for things to happen. I would like to meet and live with like minded people and share my journey living in Sydney together and to make the house a homely feel. Definitely would like to rent a house / townhouse together with someone rather than renting a room, however, beggars can't be choosers. Preferably a house / townhouse rather than an apartment. Thank you for reading :)
I currently work at channel 9 in the city doing advertising and sales. I also will start working part time for Football NSW at the end of March doing some writing for them as well as studying online through Australian Institute of Fitness this year. I am looking to move closer to work from my current living situation. I am a very easy going person and easy to live with. For fun I enjoy sport as I do play soccer, going to the beach, going out on the weekends and socialising.
Middle aged hipster with grown up independent children. Did everything early and enjoy a busy single lifestyle. Responsible mature professional thoroughly house trained. Working six days my hours can be long prefer a good book or the gym for relaxation. Eat out and only use kitchen to heat prepared food and always clean up afterwoods. Healthy lifestyle my only vice is a good glass or two of red wine on the weekend. Looking for a chilled drama free environment, I meditate eat kale and all the hipster trappings but don't take myself to seriously. Young at heart with an old soul.
I am 21, Orginally from London but have lived here for almost 6 years now. I work full time for an insurance company in North Sydney as an assistant underwriter and looking to live close by. I love sports and art/design and am a qualified ski instructor so love to get away to the snow for a weekend when I can! I am not a huge party person but try to go out when I can. I'm very easy going, light hearted and I never take myself or anything too serious :) I am a very communal person and am happy to interact and socialise with whoever is in at the time but also am more than happy in my own company when myself or others want their own down time. I am very clean, tidy and respectful and will always do my bit to help out :)
New to Sydney, I am a 28 year old Londoner who works in PR - restaurant launches, running press offices, that kind of thing. I have been traveling around Australia and Asia for the last year and love outdoor activities as well as all things food, drink and music. I would describe myself as outgoing, bubbly and clean. I like to have a good time on the weekends but generally keep my head down with work, exercise and the odd glass of vino during the week. Looking for like-minded housemates to explore Sydney with :-)

As a couple we are great, we won't make anyone feel like a third wheel don't you worry ;) We have spent the last year in a very unsociable house that we both Hated, we are both looking for a sociable house and to meet friends And to make bets who is the last one standing on the dance floor . Looking for relaxed housemates and ones that are up for a good time and just generally fun to be around. We are clean, willing to share and not fussed about who drinks who's milk and who eats who's bread, don't have time for that ! Jen is back in Australia on 12th October so looking to move in November/ December time If we sound like the fun, outgoing, cool housemates for your house then please give me a message :)
Hello future flatmate, Recently our flatmate and good friend has unfortunately had to return to Melbourne after 6 great months. As such, we have a room to rent in a great three bedroom unit in Crows Nest for one lucky individual. Included is a small bedroom with a large amount of closet space outside of the room. Furnishings, including a bed, bedisde table and clothes hanger + draws are also available but completely optional. Unfortunately there are no parking spaces available, however there is plenty of parking in the streets nearby. Our Apartment is in a great location, being roughly 5 minutes walk from Cammeray Shops, 10 minutes walk from Crows Nest shops (and the infamous Crows Nest Hotel) and only two minutes walk to the nearest bus stop that takes you directly to the CBD (15 minutes), Chatswood (20 minutes) or Manly (40 minutes). We are looking for a flatmate in their early to mid twenties, preferably a professional. Our flatmate must be looking to stay for the long term and not be afraid to have a drink. Sorry, no students! About your future flatmates: Jeremy: Jeremy works at a medical assistance company, organising air ambulances into Australia. He has a very varied schedule and there is a good chance you will only see him on his days off. Jeremy is a big Mixed Martial Arts fan and does Brazilian Jiu Jitsu a couple of times a week. He supports the mighty Fulham Football club and has recently found himself able to watch Cricket provided there's a fellow sports fan in the place. Jeremy also has a very bubbly girlfriend Tash who stays over one of two nights a week. She is great fun and will likely try and set you up with one of her friends if you are single/hound you for the latest goss. Hayden: Hayden manages a Bunnings and usually works Thursdays to Sundays. He is very into health and fitness, particularly cooking and pumping weights at the gym. Hayden also loves netflix shows and movies, particularly 80's movies featuring Patrick Swayze. The best way to describe Hayden is as a human labrador who is a bit of a tinder fiend and falls in love every second week. Hayden has also currently quite drinking until the 1st of April and has become a bit of a boring old bitty. Don't be a Hayden, you must be a drinker to move into this house. Being a social flatmate (guy or girl) is a must. We have very different schedules and do not regularly get to socialise together, but when we do, we expect our flatmate to be able to throw back a few beers and enjoy a night out. As we are stumbling distance to the Greens, Crows Nest Hotel, North Sydney Leagues Club and the Oaks there are no excuses not to! As long as you pay your bills on time we are unlikely to have any problems - we are very laid back. That being said we would like a clean and respectful flatmate who is housetrained as is willing to pitch in with their share of the housework when required. We basically just want a chilled out flatmate who can pay rent on time, who is up for the occasional night out and doesn't have a problem with Hayden bringing back the odd bird or Jeremy having his girlfriend over a couple of times a week. P.S (bring back whomever you seem fit, this is a no judgement household.) Our only house rules are to keep the place relatively clean, check with us regarding work schedules before organising a party and the same boyfriend/girlfriend/partner etc should not stay over more than 3 nights a week. Hayden and I are big Seinfeld fans and we have a very large poster of George Costanza in his tighty whities posing for a photo from the episode "The Package/The Fatigues" now over the couches in the living. To people who do not know the episode this might be a little odd, perhaps watch it before visiting the place, you will understand the humour in it afterwards. It will not be getting taken down for anybody. Look forward to hearing from you!
Hi everyone. I'm a very quiet but creative kiwi girl looking for a home. Ideally I'd love Christian flatmates or at least not a party house. Somewhere I can just chill out. I work as a Graphic Designer, will be studying web design and enjoy cooking.
Hi, I'm a 26yo marketing professional who works in Surry Hills. I love red wine, chicken pesto pasta, sarcasm, and pub trivia (I play most weeks with my award-winning 'Yer A Quizzard, 'Arry' team). I go to the gym and play mixed netball, but my favourite sport is probably a good movie marathon. I come fully house trained.

Both salaried and in stable work so no problems with home finances. Respectful and quiet - have lived in shared housing as a couple before. Can supply baked goods and wine!
