I work for an IT company near Miller's point. And looking for a temporary accommodation from Jan-27th to Feb-17. I'm looking for a clean room with either ensuite or an own bathroom.
Emily and I are both from the UK and are looking to rent temporarily whilst our visa gets approved so we can start thinking about renting our own place. We're clean, tidy, and most importantly, friendly people who can get along with anyone. Preferably looking for somewhere furnished that we can move into ASAP and for a relatively short length of time with a car space or free on-street parking as well. Thanks for taking the time to read this H & E
Hi I am Gaurav, 28 years, I am a consultant and I work full time in the city. I am usually very busy during weekdays and finish work around 7 pm. On weekends I enjoy socialising so I hang out with my friends, explore new bars/cafes, I also workout at gym and play tennis. I am very laid back, respectful and clean, easy to live with.
Looking to start a new share house with someone. I have everything required (except your bedroom furniture). I’m respectful of others belongings, and take pride in keeping a lovely, tidy home. I work in north Sydney 4 days per week 7:30-6:30 (Thursday’s are my days off) so I’m away for a lot of the day. I really enjoy my downtime during the week but enjoy a bubbles on the weekend. I usually cook my own food as I’m a bit of a picky eater. My three favourite things are -the beach, music, and going out on the weekend (but I have been known to have a Netflix binge if the weather is average or if I’m feeling average). I’m happy to live with someone who wants a friend or just a roof over their head. I am a smoker but only outdoors. I know this is a big deal breaker for some people.

Hey, I'm Jen and I'm from England. I've just finished my undergraduate degree and have decided to come back to Sydney for approximately 8 months (max) before I start an MSc back in Europe. I hope to just get a few part-time jobs and enjoy life in the mean time. I'm an easy going person who enjoys swimming, reading, cooking good food and chilling with friends etc. I'm sociable but also like my own space and independence. I'm planning to try out some new hobbies this year such as sailing, surfing and painting. I'm looking for somewhere with kind flatmates who I can make genuine friendships with. I'm also interested in team-ups and am happy to look at potential places on anyone's behalf as I'm already in Sydney. If you want more info please feel free to message me. I'm super chill and will reply as soon as I can!
Great modern flat in Crows Nest, under 5 min walk to heaps shops/restaurants/bars. 10-15 min drive to Sydney CBD, and 10 min drive to major shopping centre e.g. Westfield Chatswood, close to public transport also. Room is spacious with private ensuite attached. Also comes with under ground parking space. Apartment is fully furnished, but room is currently unfurnished. Bills (on top of rent) include electricity, gas and internet.
Welcome to the best flatmate you will ever have. I'm almost always down for a chat but I won't be in your face, I'm clean but I won't nag you if you leave a dish out, and I'm usually chill for pretty much anything. Pls adopt me :) I'm looking for flatmate(s) who will be just as easy going as me (but not a slob), preferably female/female-identifying and no one who's a serial killer x

I'm quiet, clean, tidy but also enjoy to socialise in my spare time.

Hey, I'm Britt. I work full time as a pastry chef near Manly but am looking for properties on the lower north shore to keep me close to the cbd, friends and family. I'm a tidy but laid back housemate, more than happy to chip in for cleaning and cooking if that suits, also happy to do my own thing.
Hi, I'm Tamara, 31 year old marketing coordinator, working full time in the city. Design architect, quiet, straight, mature, friendly, and reliable. Have been renting for the past few years, have seen and experienced all kinds of things, been a housemate, landlord, caretaker myself. If you can read this, then I'm still looking! Have a 2.4m long table, so it needs to go somewhere :( If the room is a 3x3, the table will effectively use up 50% of that space, fyi. Also have 2 x corner chairs and a car. Don't need to be furnished. Speaks Mandarin and Malay and some other useless dialects too. Career driven, I'm always busy with something work related. I'm also flexible with the location, as long as it is not too far away from public transport.
