I’m a 26-year-old working professional and will be working full-time in the CBD. My budget is around $500 per week excluding bills.

I’m pretty easy-going and enjoy having my own quiet time, but I’d also love to live somewhere with a friendly and social atmosphere where housemates are happy to have a chat, share a meal or occasionally do something together.

Outside of work, I play tennis, go to the gym, enjoy reading and cooking, and generally keep things pretty relaxed during the week. In fact, you probably won’t see me for most of the week as I’ll be at work or up early for the gym. I’m clean, respectful and conscious of other people’s space.

Ideally looking around Elizabeth Bay, Potts Point, Paddington, Double Bay, Rushcutters Bay or nearby, but open to other areas with an easy commute into the CBD. Other suburbs I am considering include Paddington, Woolloomooloo, Surry Hills, Kirribilli, Bondi, Tanmarama and Brontë.
