Hey potential housemate(s)! We are Sarah & Daniel, 26, (and Henry the cavoodle, nearly 5) looking for a fun and relaxed pet friendly place to live! Doesn't need to be the most modern amazing place, just somewhere to call home while we finish our studies. Prefer to have our own bathroom :) We are both super busy in our final year of a Master's of Teaching (so we will need an area for a desk) and both work part time, I work part time at Woolworths and Daniel works as a Myotherapist (woo massages) For fun we like to go on cute day trips or out for coffee haha we are not party people but will love a dinner and drink occasionally with housemates. Both already lived in a sharehouse so we completely understand the dynamics. We are very neat and keep and pretty tidy, always chip into the housework and clean up our mess. We pay rent and bills on time and are very responsible :) We would love to hear from you if you think we might fit in well in your house! Cheers Sarah & Dan
Nurse working at Knox private and in aged care. Studying dual bachelor degree in nursing and midwifery. Shift worker. Quiet. Respectful. Motivated. Looking for a room with own bathroom/ensuite preferably. Otherwise shared bathroom with one person.
The name is Em I'm a very laid back gal, I work for the government, love being active & baking, very tidy and self motivated, I am a lesbian and have a partner so am at hers a lot of the time, she has 6 months left on her lease. 4 months we will have made a decision whether or not we will work during travel or look for somewhere for the two of us. I don't do drama and do enjoy my own space
I'm 18 and looking to move out of the current home I'm in, due to personal reasons. Beginning an Early Childhood Education course in the next few months, and getting my drivers licence (will open me up to more work and money). I am polite and helpful around the house, mostly at my boyfriends house, and I am very easy to get along with. I love animals, so if you have a pet of sorts i'd easily help care for them also.
I'm 27 years young and work 6 days a week full time as a truck driver. I was in the Army for a few years and I'm a clean quite individual. I have a 17 month old son I have part time and would love a nice quiet place for him to have over :)
I'm looking for someone to take over my lease as I have to move out due to family commitment. It is a 2 bedroom unit and is situated near the shops and public transport. The rent here is $1456 a month. I currently have a couple living here who might be interested in sharing with you so if you're looking for a housemate then you can negotiate with them re: living arrangement etc. They are paying $570 a fortnight including bills. They don't or can't take over the lease because they can't afford the bond and rent. The real estate agent is Max Brown. You will have to fill out the new tenancy form and supply bond or if you want to share with my current housemates then you can go halves with them.
This rental is a independent unit, it has a moderate 3 x 3m bedroom, with a built in wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom, shower and toilet. It has a large living space 4 x 5m, with a kitchenette. It is adjoined to the main house, but has its own side entry and is very private. I've lived both by myself and in sharehouses before so would like to think I know how it all works by now! Moving out of my current house as the lease is up in April and everyone is going off to do their own things. Happy to move before then if something comes up. I'm reliable and easy going, would like to think I'm easy to get along with :) not a fan of drama or bad vibes. Just looking for some cool people to live with that like to have a laugh without being a party house. Message me if you think I would suit your house or would like to know more :)
I am a Primary School teacher who has mainly lived in the Ringwood/Croydon/Kilsyth area. I enjoy playing and coaching basketball for fun. I am generally pretty quiet and keep to myself, but am looking to branch out a little.

Non-smoker, dont party alot but doesn't mind having a drink one or two occassionally with flatmates :) Working full time as a Registered Nurse (shiftworker) and moving to Melbourne from NZ. Looking for a place that it is near to public transport as much as possible.
Hello my name is kyle. I'm 23 years old. Im an apprentice plumber looking for a place to stay. I am a clean punctual and motivated person. I like games and playing pool. Im a pretty easy going guy. Looking to move around the end of January.
I have a room for rent in a 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment. Great location! 5 minutes walk to the train station, bus stop just at the doorstep that goes to Monash Uni, 1 minute walk to the shops. Fully furnished except for the bedroom and bathroom. Unlimited high speed internet.
Just a relaxed couple that probably spend more time in bed watching netflix or at work than around the house. We have a very large very harmless dog, a malamute/husky who doesn't dig or bark and really just wants cuddles. We both are either at uni or working 5-6 days a week, but when we are home we're a pretty chill couple, we like to be social and would love to occasionally cook for everyone, as cooking for two people is pretty much impossible! We MUST HAVE complete access to either a large garage or big storage shed, as we have a large amount of sound and lighting equipment to store, as part of a business we run. Willing to pay extra rent to do so, also willing to pay extra towards the bond due to the dog. We have a years rental history and are more than happy to get a reference from both our landlord and dog trainer if need be. We have been together for 3 years, don't smoke, love pets, and are pretty chill about whether other people smoke or drink. We have a fridge, washing machine, dryer, stand up freezer, tv + cabinet, couch ect, so most of the stuff to make up a house, however our current place is tiny, so combining furniture with others is easy done. We're just a couple of nice people who would prefer to have housemates rather than live alone as we like to socialise, but are more than happy to keep to ourselves. :)
We are a nice couple and we come from Italy. We are friendly and easygoing and we like having a good time with friends. The most important thing is being respectful and tidy when living in a sharehouse. It's a good occasion to improve our English and if you wan to learn something about our culture and our background you are welcome. We are looking forward to knowing you.
Currently living out of home however wanting to move back closer into the suburbs. Work full time as a cafe manager and uni student. I keep to myself a lot and am not a party person however do enjoy socialising and having a chat from time to time. Let me know if you have anything I may be looking for. Move date is flexible.
I'm starting to study again this year and will be working casually so I won't be around overly much, more than happy to socialize but also happy to keep to myself. I do have a pug, that is house trained as well.
Hi there! I'm 21, a student, I work both in the CBD and in Knox City Shopping Center. I love music, festivals, going to the gym, and just chilling out watching some Netflix. I'm a clean and tidy person to live with, friendly and love to have a good laugh. I'm from Kilsyth, wanting to move but stay local. Hope to hear from you!
