Hey :) I'm ally, I'm a pretty chill person who loves no drama, a glass of wine to unwind after work or have whilst chit chatting with a friend is a favorite past time of mine apart from gym, Netflix binging or walking my dog. (he's living at my mums so I'm flexible on that situation). I love a good laugh but I don't party like the youngens! Down this way I won't have any friends over due to not knowing anyone so I'm good at keeping lives separate but respectful but hey there's no restraints on making a friend!
Room is freshly painted, furnished with Queen size bed, built in wardrobe, study table and ceiling fan. House is clean, cosy and well maintained. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a huge backyard and outdoor entertainment area. It has got Netflix, home cinema with 55' tv, air con split system, ducted heating, ceiling fan, and a chimney. Located behind a reserve, 5 mins walk to the free tennis and basketball court, 5 mins walk to 672 bus stop to Croydon Station, 5 mins drive to Croydon Station. Rent is $200/week (incl. internet & other bills) and payable on a monthly calendar year. 1 month bond is required. Should you have any enquiries, please dont hesitate to get in touch. Thank you, Thierry
The house is a modern brick 3 bedroom + study, 2 bathrooms, has solar power, ducted heating (4 star efficiency) & evaporative cooling through out, backyard-great entertaining area with BBQ, off street parking, nestled in a quiet court location. Chirnside Park and Eastland shopping centres are a 15 minute drive away, with a local shopping strip that is only 5 mins away. There is a reserve at the end of the court with a lake that you can put a canoe on and when you go for a walk there, people mostly give you a warm greeting. Lovely to go and sit there on a bench and ponder the days events and solve the worlds problems. It is furnished i.e. main appliances- cook top, oven, dishwasher which are stainless steel, fridge, microwave, washing machine, 42" flat screen with Netflix. However, if you have some furniture there is space for it. Nothing to onerous, keep it tidy, come and go as you please like we do!
Laid back, easy going, clean/neat, works full time in cbd, pays rent/bills on time, relatively quiet and keep to myself but happy for the socialisation too. Have 2 dogs that I share “custody” with my mum so have them Weekends and holidays. Theyre largely indoor dogs who sleep in my room at night. The people I live with must be dog lovers. I’m open to living in other areas in the east - other than what I’ve listed. Also open to living with 1 or 2 other females! It all Really depends on the house and people! Ideally wouldn’t want to pay more than 200-250 give or take per week for my share (excluding bills) so looking for houses that are 380-480 per week roughly *looking for TEAM UPS ONLY as I have a A lot of my own furniture but happy to negotiate with someone who may also have a lot of their own stuff as I realise it feels more homely when you are surrounded by your own things!
***No share houses*** Hi, I'm looking for a great new place to go with the new year. I work in childcare full-time with many families throughout the eastern suburbs. I'm a easy going, neat and tidy person and always pay my rent onetime. I'm looking to move into a new place in April and can pay first months rent and bond now. Thank you to the many people who are messing me, however I'm not looking for a room in a share house or a studio apartment. Rent to include bills or on own meter if shared with the main house. I have a beautiful 7 year old indoor cat who is very lovable and well behaved. Look forward to hearing from you.
Hi, my name is Tom and I’m a teacher. I teach mainly Outdoor Education so I’m often away leading students during weekly school camps. I enjoy mountain biking, cooking, reading and photography. I have lived in share houses before and understand the importance of considering others and being aware of how my actions may affect other house mates. My partner Kristyn is currently studying Steiner Education and we are seeking accomodation within a reasonable distance of Warrenwood, Victoria.

Hey there! Looking for some similar people to live with in a sharehouse. Don't mind if a join a hood or we start a new one in a new house. Preferably would like to live with 2-3 others to be able to afford a decent place but not drain the bank. I'm Extremely clean. Easy to live with. Responsible. Have a good renting record. Work multiple jobs to support a decent income. Love socialising, music, drinks and hanging out. I own/operate a music mixing and mastering business so I'd require a room to live in but also another room to work from. Ideally, I'd love to find a place which had a granny flat (separate room away from the house) where I could do my work. Hit us up if you're interested!
Hi, I’m Emily, currently working full time hours, across 2 jobs (including Saturdays and Sundays). I am returning to full time study in November, and looking for a place which provides stability, and where I am able to set up a small study space for myself. I love animals, so pets are not an issue for me! consider myself easy to get along with and enjoy Netflix and movie nights as much as I enjoy going out for a few drinks & dinner where I can! I am looking to move in with someone who is happy to have a chat and wind down after work, but who also understands I need my own personal space. I have been living out of home since January this year, so have a good grasp of Rent, Bills and looking after myself. I will be looking for a move date of around January/February next year!
My name is Rita and I'm 23 years old. I am a full time uni student getting my degree in primary and secondary inclusive education as well as working on a full part time basis in a school which requires to be out early in the morning and home again in the mid to late afternoon. I'm currently residing in croydon and hoping to stay in the area for uni and work purposes. I own one therapy cat who is lovely and is house trained, who will need to come with me for emotional support reasons - am happy to discuss with possible landlords/flatmates. I'm an avid reader and enjoy nothing better then curling up with a good book and a pot of herbal tea. I'm not a smoker, drinker or especially loud person and am very content both socialising and staying in.
I'm a single bloke in my 50's born in Melbourne with no dependents looking for some temporary accommodation between 1-6 months, although would consider longer. I am neat and tidy and happy to help out around the house. I work 2 days a week and am fairly active in the community. I like keeping active and happy to keep mostly to myself but also happy to engage in conversation. I'm not all that fussed about TV/movies or parties but happy to be sociable. My current accommodation is about to come to an end after almost 4 years and am now looking for some alternative accommodation.
I am 20 years old boy working as a part time chef in American restaurant. I am international student as well. Very conscious about health and cleaning. Very easy going person. I am looking for one room for myself in eastern suburb.

I am generally an easy fellow to get on with and have a positive approach to life. I love cooking given the time over the weekend. I have a physical job as a landscape gardener and like to relax around the house most of the week. My weekend is spent occasionally catching up with family and socialising with friends. My active leisure is riding my mountain bike along the trails of the Yarra Ranges and play golf with friends in the hills (weather permitted). I love the great outdoors with the occasional visits waterfalls and watching our wildlife. Ideally I would like to move closer to work and family. I have a friendly and trustworthy cat who is easy to deal with. I was brought up to respect and treat strangers with kindness.
