Hello im Graeme Just, live in Albury NSW, would like a room rental in Albury suburbs. Looking to rent a room in a dwelling house ect, share house $80 - $120 per week, bills included, could manage that without rental assistance. Lived and worked, share house and a few private rentals with leases by myself in Melbourne Vic for more than 20yrs, redundancy from work moved back to Albury. Having a rental assistance form from Centrelink completed would be helpful for me as I don't have a lot of money for rental over $120 pw. I smoke cigarettes, would smoke outside the dwelling house ect, and put the cigarette that is finished in the rubbish bin. Currently homeless living in my vehicle, petrol is expensive and find somewhere to park and sleep safely is tricky, takeaway food is also not cheap when buying it regulary would really like to have room rental.
