Understandably, my work duties are currently on pause for now, with my time & attention now prioritised on the caring & nurturance of my baby girl 💕👩‍🍼 Ideally, I'd love to secure something that's our own separate space, such as self-contained space (ie. Granny Flat, converted garage and/or warehouse, loft or studio space). For Sharehouse options, I'd like to find an XL sized Master or King room w. ensuite (or use of private bathroom); alternatively, the opportunity to rent 2 x rooms (eg. Master + secondary), would also be of consideration, should my budget allow! I've lived in plenty of sharehouses and am confident I know what it takes to be a good housemate. I'm kind, friendly, and approachable, and more than happy to chip in with house chores and/or gardening duties. I fully understand & adhere to the importance of consistent respect to fellow housemates (you guys! 😉) and communal spaces, and offer my courtesy and diligence in ensuring shared areas are left clean and tidy after use. I don't smoke, and drinking is pretty minimal these days. I'm happy to have a drink when an occasion or time calls for it, but you won't ever see me getting blotto or past my limits (my partying days are well behind me now haha). I'm an open person with a caring nature who's receptive to people's differences and respectful of personal journeys. I enjoy being social and welcome opportunity engage in good chats, share a meal (told I'm a great cook!), dust off the old boardgames or play a few round of cards whilst we sip a nice glass of wine paired with good cheese. I'm down for laughs and absolutely love witty banter! On the flipside, however, I do very much value my own space and alone time, preferring a balanced mix of interaction and quiet time with respect to peaceful privacy. In turn, I'll offer you the same respect through awareness of acknowledging your need for own space, too. I actively support positive household vibes with firm belief that working together to create and maintain a house that prioritises energy focus being on chill, easy-going, and encouraging harmonious living - is how/when the "sharehouse" transitions into "home" - a space that is happy, safe, zen-filled + comfortable for all to access peaceful relaxation 🥰 Whilst I'm respectful to differences of opinion, I do know I wouldn't be a good fit in any house that supports racism, disrespect or putting down of others, nor would I be comfortable living with housemates that are generally negative in their views and/or judgements of people. I'm sure she'll have your heart wrapped up in no time 💕 My boys are predominately indoor cats, fully litter trained + very-well behaved. They relish being outside when I let them out for supervised cat-exploration time, which keeps them happy 😊 They bless me with their love + loyalty so wherever I am in the house, is usually where they'll be and whilst I'd be hopeful for them to be allowed in communal areas when I'm not home, they will at all other times definitely be close by my side, and in my room at night. I believe they're adaptable lil guys and if other pets (ie. a dog) were present, I'm confident they'd make friends in no time - am happy to have pet introductions, even a few of, to make sure everyone gets on prior to any decisions made! I do just love my little family so much, in my eyes all 3 of my "babies" are hands down absolute lil champs!
