Hi there,
My name is James and I am a 21 year old, Australian man born and raised in Perth looking to move out before I start my Speech Pathology degree in August at Curtin University. I am currently working 3 jobs in 3 different bars across the CBD and South Perth, including a nightclub where I work overnight shifts in the city.
I am currently looking for a sharehouse either in the inner city part of Perth or near a train line. I am clean, tidy, chill and always happy to hang. Since I do work late nights and overnight shifts, I do enter and leave the house at irregular hours, however I always try to be as quiet and respectful as possible.
