Hey I’m Shantelle I am 36 I am looking to move into a space outside of the one bedroom unit i am in as i require more space and proper kitchen amenities. I have my own furniture so not looking for furnished :) I Work part time in the city in men's retail, i also am a beauty therapist and studying counselling. I would like to do some casual beauty work from the space. Again I have furniture and I am not looking to part with it so if your offering furnished that not suited for me :) I am very clean, tidy, respectful I don’t smoke or drink. Ideally I’d love my own unit or apartment to rent which is the budget for 450 but ultimately if I can find the right space. I am open to moving areas im currently in Rockingham, looking for longer term stability. I have good references and anything else you want to know please ask.
