My son Aiden and I are easy going, friendly people. We value a calm, clean happy home. We already have everything for a house, minus a dryer and a whipper snipper. You would only need your own bedroom furniture. I enjoy gardening, restoring furniture and crafts. I work as a phlebotomist for Tml Pathology. I've been with the company for four years now and absolutely love my job. I am a smoker, but strictly outside only. Aiden is a typical teenager and mostly keeps to his room where his playstation is. But he's a helpful, sweet kid, who has a calm disposition, and rarely gives me any trouble. We're ideally looking for another single parent with a child 10 or over, to share a home with. Aiden attends Huonville highschool, and I work in Hobart. So I'm open to any location between those two points. We're currently in Cygnet, and our lease ends in early December. Hi, I’m Mel, 46, single, and I have made a big leap from mainland, packed my two dachshunds in the car after selling my house full of furniture after raising my son as single mum, and empty nester, at crossroads. I’ve been here for a year with family out at bushy park and I have found it impossible to rent anywhere affordable with friendly dachshunds . I’m extremely clean and tidy, quiet but don’t mind a bit of a laugh, with a wine while cooking dinner. Cooking is my favourite thing to do when I have someone to cook for (otherwise it’s a glance at the fridge and if there’s a block of top deck, and it’s just me, it’s the chocolate…. I am not moody or noisy, respectful and looking for flatmates who don’t mind two little dogs in the background. I love to garden have more tools than clothes and can renovate, do all sorts of handiwork . I love to work with my hands. Am administration professional and remedial massage therapist and not currently working (establishing a base first) but looking to go back soon. Did I say I’m really clean? 🤣🤣

Love cooking and I am terrible for making too much food every time so would welcome keen for a “housemate dinner” every now and then (who really understands pasta ratios anyway?)
