Hello hello everyone! Nice meeting you ;) My name is Jorge ('George'). I came from Spain 6 years ago and I quit my career as an engineer to build myself a better life. I'm currently working in an organic grocery shop and setting up an online business on the side. I also work as a freelance stripper on the weekends (no, I'm not joking, haha). I live a sporty, healthy life and I've always been into self-improvement. I love camping and nature, and my biggest passion is windsurfing, which is why I'm looking for a house close to the beach. My housemates said I'm easy to live with (self-tap on the shoulder). I'm clean and organized, but have a laid back personality. I like socialising and I'm preferably looking for a mixed gender house (ideally 2 and 2, but flexible on this). Oh! And... I respect people's sleep! Talk soon! Cheers!
hi im pete, im a chef and work full time in the city. im clean and tidy pretty chilled out and laid back. looking for someone to team up with for an apartment or small house who is also clean and tidy and laid back. i am happy to be friends with my flat mates but also understand personal space. i like to cook and try new things am also happy to cook for my flat mate. i like to hang out and socialise with friends on my days off and pretty quiet during the work week.
Hello, My name is Claudia and I'm currently working full-time as a Financial analyst in the city. I'm also studying part-time which keeps me very busy. I'm respectful, friendly and quite the perfectionist so cleanliness is a must. When I'm not at work I'll most likely be at home studying or just doing chores here and there, so quiet accommodation would be ideal. I am looking for a room-mate much like myself in a modern residence where I'll have my own room and private bathroom. Feel free to send me a message if you think your accommodation suits :)
27 year old professional (work full-time, study a Master's part time) Love good banter, a cheeky red wine and cooking (I'm a feeder, sorry in advance). Also love exercise and chilled nights watching Netflix. Not looking for a big bunch of partiers but would love social atmosphere :) Hit me up if you need to fill a room!
Hi, I'm a chemical engineer and I've moved from Brisbane to Perth for work. I'm really looking forward to making some new friends and exploring WA! I love playing/writing music, going to the gym, having new experiences and a bit of good banter. Looking forward to being a contributing member of your house :)
Student of English, Sports and French at UWA. I'm an open-minded, creative, friendly, respectful, person who loves the outdoors, fun events/ activities/ trips, music, coffee and good food. (My mother tongue is German.) Generally open for any kind of accommodation type.
Hi! My name is Sarah, I'm 25 years old, French and I will arrive in Perth soon and I'll stay for a year. I love discovering new places, on the other side of the country or on the other side of the town, as much as I like staying at home. I like cooking though I may not be the best chef! I like going out for a drink or two but not for those crazy endless parties! If you're looking for an accomodation in the same price range and area as me, get in touch! Cheers, Sarah.
I work full time Monday to Friday (for a Project Management Company), and enjoy relaxing after work with a yummy meal and Netflix. I like to socialise on the weekends, and make friends with my housemates (not just be acquaintances). Overall I’m looking for a clean tidy household, where we can have our own space but still have the flexibility to hang out together after a long day at work! I consider myself to be friendly, clean, and am more then happy to chip in and do regular chores! I enjoy going to the beach, going for walks, shopping is always a plus and I love travelling! I have a 10 year old trained Abyssinian cat (must be kept indoors) who keeps to himself, and I’m more then happy to pay a pet bond for the real estate should they wish. I would prefer my own bathroom (or a seperate laundry within the house) for the cats litter / food tray (which I’m a a neat freak about so you wouldn’t have to worry). If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me :)
If you're after a roomie that can cook, clean, iron and look after themselves...look no further. Can either keep to myself or get amongst what is going on. Not a party animal. Do spend weekends studying. Enjoy getting out for fitness. Looking for a room that is unfurnished. Only looking to live with one other person. No cats.
We are both laid back, cleanly and serious about our work/study. We don't smoke and are both into all sorts of sports. That being said, we also love to meet new people and socialise. Furthermore we both want to improve our English, so we'll enjoy having various conversation. Finally we just look forward to meet our new landlord and/or roomate.
Hey, I'm Hannah. I've just finished my psychology honours year at Monash and I've decided to study my Masters at UWA next year, which leads me to looking for a room in the Perth area. As my study load is quite heavy, I'd be spending a lot of my time at uni/ studying. However, I'm never opposed to a good chat over a glass of wine after a long week! I'm tidy, respectful and reliable. I'm friendly and social, but as my studies are my main priority a party house won't work for me. I'm looking for housemates with similar values, and those who enjoy socialising with housemates but also respect/ enjoy personal space.
Hey guys! I'm a quiet, nerdy student who studies patisserie, so that means I often bring home cakes, biscuits, bread and other tasty treats! I like to be on friendly terms with the people I live with but I keep to myself the majority of the time unless you want to hang out. I'm not a party person, but I love dinner parties and board game nights. I'm into all sorts of nerdy things, and I have a Netflix account that I'm willing to share :P I have been living with a couple of friends in Subiaco but one is moving out with his partner and the other is going travelling! Contact me if you have a place or you want to look for a place with me! Edit: I've met a lovely girl on this website and we're perhaps looking for a third roommate to team up with, preferably without a car, but can possibly work with a car if it's the right person, so let me know if you want to join us!
Moving from Bunbury to study full time at UWA and am seeking accommodation within cycling distance of both Uni and Work. This is my first time moving out of home and I'm hoping to move mid January; I'm quite tidy and more than happy to do household chores and cook. I very rarely drink and am much more content to stay at home and do my own thing than go out or have wild nights, though I'll likely be participating in various sports during the year.
Hello potential room mate/s :) Ive moved here from brisbane in december 2016. Im a very fit and active person, I am currently prepping for a bodybuilding show in May so my days/ weeks are very regimented. I get tired easily but still like to interact and make everyone feel like they can talk to me 😂 I love animals but dont have any - So its a win-win for me if you do. I dont smoke and I rarely drink but i do like to be social and go out - Im a good cook and if youre too lazy to cook dinner one night, i'll be happy to make us something. My weekends are usually spent cooking meals for my next week, catching up with friends and exploring what this great city has to offer. Over the last 8 years of renting I have lived with mainly females too, so maybe that shows I'm a very clean and tidy person if all females can handle me.. I do drive, so parking would be a preference but not a necessity as perth has lots of street parking. I work Monday to Friday in the city.. I know boring office job, but I am also an online fitness coach so it’s a win for you if you are looking to improve your fitness and nutrition. I think I have covered everything about me, only thing to do is meet me in person and see for yourself if you like me - Im also looking for anywhere between 6-12 months, maybe less but as i've moved here from brisbane. i'm trying to find a place where I can start to build myself and not have to move around a lot.
Hello, there! I'm an Argentinian right from the south, an Island right on the corner of the country know as Tierra del Fuego (land of fire). I'm already in my second year visa (holiday and working). I've been living in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. So now, I'm looking to have a Western experience. I consider myself a quiet and easy going person, love to get to know new people. On the other hand, I'm really enjoy having a time for myself but always able to share a meal or drink. Finally but not least, I'm really clean and tidy. So, keep everything organised is not going to be a problem for me. Anyway, if you have any question or would like to know a little more about myself, please feel free to ask :)
Hello everyone, My awesome flatmate has just moved out so I’m back on the quest looking for a new mate to share my beautiful unit on Hay st. West Perth (less than 5km from the CBD and near UWA). This includes unlimited ADSL2+ wifi, electricity, gas, and water; No more hassle worrying about splitting the bill. • This is a quiet, peaceful area with security gate, and private car bays (both covered and outdoor). • Our neighbours are professionals and retirees. They are respectful and considerate to others. • Two lovely parks are just couple steps away from our place, perfect for morning exercise Perfect location with ultimate convenience: • Shopping centres (Coles, Subiaco centre, Wooworths), restaurants, train station (Daglish stn), bus stop, fuel station, bottle shop, etc. all are nearby. Some are literally just across the street! • A powerful air-con/ heater; perfect for any weather • New refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and oven. • There is also a private storage room; ideal for your bike, camping tools or rarely used stuff End notes: • Your room is fully-furnished with a king-single sized bed, desk and chair, and a wardrobe with mirror. **One of two bedrooms up for grabs in a big beautiful house!** This is a big house (not unit or apartment) which is beautiful and very spacious with high ceilings, bar, two living areas plus back and front yards!!! Located on a beautiful leafy street. Did I mention the AMAZING LOCATION? Only 200 metres to the train at Shenton Park station (Freo line, 10mins to Perth!), 180m to a big beautiful lake, 500m to the shops and cafes, and only 1km to the local pub! 2km to the heart of Subiaco! 2.5km to UWA (with a nearby bus!) It's an easy walk/cycle to all 5 local hospitals and UWA, so would suit someone working at a hospital, university, subi or the city. The room currently fits a queen bed, chest of drawers, side table, cube bookcase, wardobe and a clothes rack- plenty of space! *Note that the room can be unfurnished or furnished with queen bed, drawers, bookcase and wardrobe. There is direct access to the bathroom/laundry. The bathroom is shared with another housemate. Unlimited internet included, bills are split 4 ways (usually $20 per week for all bills). Fully airconditioned. Parking available. Female 20-30 preferred, but will consider tidy males. Move in date flexible, preferably on 15th of Feb. I am a 25 year old PhD student at the hospital /perkins/UWA studying cancer research (Rachael Zemek), and my partner Dane (28) runs his own business and goes offshore a fair bit. We are easy going, hard working and will respect your space. We also like to have a good chat, hang out and go on adventures! We particularly like snowboarding, wakeboarding and surfing :D This is not a party house, but is frequented as the meeting spot due to the great location. You will also have to be approved by the boss of the house, Tilly, my little dog (who everyone adores!) So if you are chill, drama free, like to hang out and go on the occasional adventure, this is the place for you! Send me a message if interested! if the listing is up, its still available Landlord just reduced the rent so the room is now $185! I also have another (slightly smaller) room for $165
Hey folks I'm gonna be studying at UWA for one Semester from February on. Currently studying Psychology in my Masters in Munich, Germany. I can't wait to study and live in Perth, I've heard so many good things and can't wait to get started there! Open for new experiences, people and activities, pretty much up for anything. Would love to get to know locals and leave Australia with an aussie accent, which people tell me I already got down pretty good :) love good chats and really get to know people but also respect everybody just minding their business once in a while. I'm an outdoors and sports person, so surfing, Tennis, hiking, beach and of course footy (maybe more watching with this one) is on my list. Looking forward to hearing from my future housemates :)
I am a student from the country about to commence study at UWA. I am a polite, clean, respectful and motivated person. I am a keen sportsman and play cricket, hockey and basketball and also enjoy running, swimming, water sports, golf, tennis. I like my own space but also enjoy socialising with friends.
Hi Future Flatmates! We're two friends looking for a place to live that's relatively central to work, going out and going to the beach. We're looking at around the areas of Vic Park or South Perth. We're looking to move in by the 22nd of January. Our budget is around $150-180/person We love a good laugh, are respectful, tidy and clean. Katharina works near the airport and works out in the evenings. Junie works in West Perth and also works out in the evening. We love our wine o'clock time. We're quite independent, too. We do enjoy our space, but can be quite social, too. Summertime weekends sum up to beach time! Send us a message if you've got interesting places for us to visit or if you want to pair up (+1 or +2 max) for a shared house. Thanks, Junie & Katha
We are two exchange students in UWA from France and Spain. We don't want to live under a bridge next semester, so we are looking for nice flatmates or a property to live. We are very tidy and clean girls and we would like to find a quiet place. We love nature and doing some hikes sometimes!!!
I am a young researcher at UWA/Perkins institute, recently moved to Perth. I am looking for a quiet place where to stay, possibly not to far from work. I am a nice and easy going roommate, respectful of the others but willing to share my time and experiences with other roommates and friends
I'm a very relaxed Australian guy originally from Geraldton, who likes spending my time with friends. I work in a university and usually get home around 5pm most days. I don't smoke and like my place to be a welcoming place for guests and also for me and those I live with. In other words, a clean and tidy place with character and a homely feel. I lived in Japan for 7 years so I've lived with a lot of different people in share houses over the years I was there.

I’m a master thesis student coming from Italy to finish my project. I am very clean, tidy, friendly and excited to visit and travel around west Australia. I am looking for a room in a flat to share with other young people to socialize with. I enjoy going out during the weekends.
Hiya guys, my name is Michael and I am looking for a place to live nearby UWA. I have previously lived in shared housing so I have a good understanding of what is required of me and how to make it an enjoyable experience for everyone. At all times I try to be respectful and friendly to others and treat them how I would like to be treated. I'm responsible, open minded and clean up after myself. I have just started my PhD and am looking to move out around February (moving date is flexible). I do spend quite a lot of my time on my studies/research but this year I'm hoping to get closer to that mythical balance of my personal life and career. If you think you're at a similar stage then I would love to hear back from you. Thanks for your time! Cheers, Michael.
I’m friendly, respectful, clean and tidy! I love the beach and yoga. Just generally easy going and a good time. I work full time and enjoy quiet weekday nights and socialising on the weekends. I’d hope to be good friends with my housemates, and would love to live in a house where we all catch up every so often over dinner or drinks.
Hi 👋🏼 I’m moving to Perth from Tassie, I am a little worried I may melt though excited to be living closer to the beach! I am moving for a new job position in the health industry. Looking to move into an easy going house with people who enjoy doing their own thing but also enjoy a cheeky wine and cheese platter.
I am from Maldives, starting UWA postgrad Masters in February. I love to travel and meet new people and experience new cultures. I have several years of working experience in Marketing and Tourism. I am well travelled and consider myself a fairly multi cultural person. In my free time I paint, enjoy nature and music. I am into healthy lifestyle choices so I do regular exercises like running, yoga and HIIT as well. Been from the Maldives, I love to spend time at the beach and nature in general. I am fairly social and friendly, love my house to be clean and tidy. I am not a big party person but like to hang out with friends in my free time. Buzz me if you are interested in teaming up to rent a house/townhouse.
