The place is a two-story townhouse in a small complex of 6 and includes a pool which is amazing for those hot summer days when the beach is too windy! I love this place because it is super close to the beach and city, 24hr IGA and cafes and restaurants, and is bright and airy. It also has: - Ducted air-con and heating upstairs, evaporative downstairs - 3 bedrooms - only filling one, the other will be used as a spare room/study/whatever we want to use it for - Good-size backyard with very little maintenance - Shed which can be utilised to store any additional stuff - Bathroom with separate bath and shower, toilet, and additional toilet downstairs - Gas cooktop and a new dishwasher! As my current housemate is moving out, he is taking some of the furniture with him but I will be looking at replacing the living room furnishings unless you have any!
