I am Italian and cook great food. If that is not enough to make me a desirable flat mate, I can add that I am a fun person to be around, but I also value privacy. I am tidy and I clean after myself, and I am not fussy about the occasional plate left in the sink when you are running late. I enjoy social dinners as much as quiet nights with a book. So if you rock at adult life like I am trying to do, we'll get along :) Ale p.s. I am looking for a furnished room. I don't have a car, so the room has to be close to transportation and possibly close to Claremont or anyway on the Fremantle line. :)
I am easy going, friendly and respectful of other peoples homes. I always help around the house and do my best to make sure everyone is happy and that responsibility is shared. I'm also super social and an early riser/sports fanatic working a fair bit so I'm out often.
Hi there! Just finished my Master of Science at University of Melbourne and about start a full-time sciencey (geophysics) job in West Perth. Half Kiwi, Half English, former ski instructor, avid SCUBA diver and part-time cyclist. I occasionally dabble in rebuilding old motorcycles. I'm easy to get along with, pretty chilled, not looking for anywhere that parties too much, but also don't wanna live in a place where no one talks to one another and spends 99% of their time in their rooms. I am well house trained, been living in share houses for about 6+ years now. I clean up after myself, am respectful of other people's personal space and such. Things I'm bad at but wish I was good at: Sailing Hiking Snowboarding Message me back if you feel like I'd be a good fit in your share house! Bonus flat mate points: I can teach you to ski Can make pasta from scratch Have a scooter and can pick up takeout food in a flash!

If you're after a roomie that can cook, clean, iron and look after themselves...look no further. Can either keep to myself or get amongst what is going on. Not a party animal. Do spend weekends studying. Enjoy getting out for fitness. Looking for a room that is unfurnished. Only looking to live with one other person. No cats.
I'm an easy going, tidy and respectful housemate. I am a young professional working full time in Subiaco. I respect other people's space but am also more than happy to share a meal or have a drink or two. I generally enjoy an active lifestyle playing netball, going to the gym and enjoying the outdoors. I like catching up with friends on the weekends but am not a big party animal. My move in date is flexible.
I love to be around people, but also enjoy my quiet time. I'm a tidy and considerate housemate, and have no issues with pulling my weight with chores. I also expect the same from the people I live with. I think what makes a great shared house is a culture of privacy, respect and communication. I really enjoy the sense of community that exists within a shared household.
The house is right next to the Fremantle line railway, bus stop 5m from the house. UWA is a 5min drive and Hollywood and Sir Charles Gardener are a 10-15min walk. The house has a great vibe and a massive backyard. It has been furnished tastefully and have 2 very clean house mates. There is also a massive 65inch tv with Netflix. There is 2 bedrooms to choose from, pick which ever one you like.
I'm a French PhD student, I'll start my PhD in September at UWA (it's about paleontology, but long before the Dinosaurs!). I love listening and playing music (I play the trombone in a student brass band), dancing (latino and swing), visiting new places, hiking, plant and bird watching, cooking, watching football games and chatting and having a beer with friends :) I'm usually a cheerful and talkative person. Depending on my activities and where my friends are I may spend more or less time at home. I'm looking preferably for a house with a garden, close to UWA (and the beach). I'd love to share with nice, sociable, active housemates. Definitely non-smokers (I've got asthma) unless it's outside the house and the smoke does not come in. Honestly I like lving in a clean house, but not necessarly very tidy (I can be a bit messy) and I want the domestic cleaning to be equally split between housemates (rolsters are great!). It's about being fair and respectful to all living in the house/flat. I'm easy going and easy to live with as long as we're all honest to each other. When something's wrong, it's better to say it ;) I lived in Canberra several months for research internships, I've visited many places in the country, but I've never been to WA! I'm excited to visit Perth and its surroundings :)
My name is Sarah. I am 23 and am a Graduate Registered Nurse. I am currently working part-time in community support until I begin working as an RN next year. I am looking for a happy, respectful living environment that I can become a part of for the next year or more. I am clean and organised but also easy going. I am respectful of other peoples space but am always up for a chat and doing activities! I love to cook and go for walks, I also love a glass of wine but not very much of a party girl.
Hey! My name is Emma. I work full time as a teacher, into health and fitness and love being by the beach. I have a three year old Labrador who is absolutely gorgeous so will need somewhere that is happy to have him too. I like to keep pretty quiet during the week with training and school work, but occasionally have people over for dinner. Don't mind having people over for drinks etc on the weekends, but definitely don't want to live in a party house. I've got lots of household items (fridge, washing machine, Thermomix, TV, couch etc etc... actually, pretty much a whole house worth) but can put everything in storage if the house is fully furnished. I would need an unfurnished bedroom though. Would also prefer my own bathroom and built in wardrobes. If you think we would be a good match, send me a message! 🏡😊
I'm friendly and easy going and get along with most people I meet. I enjoy the company of others but also like to recharge my batteries in a quiet place. I'm very neat and tidy and can be relied on to chip in with the house work to make it a nice environment for everyone to enjoy. I'm a good listener and love a good chat over wine, chocolate or both! I'm quite sporty and take myself off for a run every other day. I'm in the middle of switching careers so work part time and study part time and will therefore have my head in the books a bit!
I am a bubbly young professional and work as a teacher in Claremont. I live a busy life and enjoy playing sport, going to the beach, travelling, hanging out with friends and cooking healthy meals. I have a Maltese/miniature poodle dog so I am looking for somewhere that is pet friendly. My ideal housemates would also be very clean, friendly and ideally own a dog so that they can keep each other company during the day.
Hello potential room mate/s :) Ive moved here from brisbane in december. So im still semi-new to perth and what there is to do! Im a very fit and active person, yet I too have my lazy days where you'll find me in my bedroom watching a movie and ordering a pizza. If you like the movie choice I'll be happy to share my pizza! I train at the gym 6 days a week and work in sales in belmont, I love animals but dont have any - So its a win-win for me if you do. I dont smoke and I rarely drink but i do like to be social and go out - Im a good cook and if youre too lazy to cook dinner one night, i'll be happy to make us something. My weekends are usually spent cooking meals for my next week, catching up with friends and exploring what this great city has to offer. Over the last 8 years of renting I have lived with mainly females too, so maybe that shows I'm a very clean and tidy person? Or maybe I just like to make sure that everyone on a specific day gets in and cleans the whole place and then we can enjoy a nice meal out somewhere I do drive, so parking would be a preference but not a necessity as perth has lots of street parking. As well as a furnished room due to only moving here with my suitcases - However I have started looking at bedroom furniture (it would be about time to get my own things over here) I think I have covered everything about me, only thing to do is meet me in person and see for yourself if you like me - Im also looking for anywhere between 6-12 months, maybe less but as i've moved here from brisbane in December i'm trying to find a place where I can start to build myself and not have to move around
Hello everybody, we are two girls (both students, 25 and 28 years old) from Czech Republic lookong for accomodation for at least 6 months. We are super tidy, friendly and easy-going people :-)
I'm an easy going person who is very reliable. I'm a lab tech and I work in Bibra Lake. I have to drive to work, as the public transport in the area is next to non existent, so a parking spot will be required. I'm an avid film fan and very interested in music and going to gigs and festivals. I'm also a drummer and percussionist, but don't worry I won't be blazing on the drums at home. If you play an instrument though I'm happy to have a tap on the bongos with you. Regards Dave
Hi, I'm Loris, I'm an IT guy from Belgium and I'm 32 yo. I'm moving to Australia to work for a couple of years and I'm looking for a sharehouse. I'm looking for a large room (must be able to fit at least a double bed and a desk), with AC and a parking spot. If there is a private bathroom that would be awesome. I would like to have a garden to be able to enjoy barbecues with friends during the summer so I'm more looking for a houseshare than a flatshare. I'm clean and respectful, I do sports ( running, started surfing and kite surf) and I hope I'll find a place where we can socialize and do stuff together. I'm looking for a place not too far from the city and the sea so around Floreat, Subiaco, Wembley, West Leederville and City Beach. I agreed to give my current housemates 3 weeks of notice so I would like to move in beginning of October or later. If you have any questions I'll be happy to answer them.
Hello everyone, My awesome flatmate has just crossed state after his internship at UWA so I’m back on the quest looking for a new mate to share my beautiful unit on Hay st. West Perth (less than 5km from the CBD and near UWA). Great place for a new home: • A fully-furnished room with lots of nature light. • All bills are covered. This includes unlimited ADSL2+ wifi, electricity, gas, and water; No more hassle worrying about splitting the bill. • This is a quiet, peaceful area with security gate, and private car bays (both covered and outdoor). • Our neighbours are professionals and retirees. They are respectful and considerate to others. • Two lovely parks are just couple steps away from our place, perfect for morning exercise (if you’re into that kind of sort) Perfect location with ultimate convenience: • Shopping centres (Coles, Subiaco centre, Wooworths), restaurants, train station (Daglish stn), bus stop, fuel station, bottle shop, etc. all are nearby. Some are literally just across the street! • A powerful air-con/ heater; perfect for any weather • New refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, and oven. • There is also a private storage room just for you; ideal for your bike, camping tools or rarely used stuff End notes: • Your room is fully-furnished with a king-single sized bed, desk and chair, and a wardrobe with mirror. • The bond is a standard 4-week and 1 week rent in advanced
I'm looking to move somewhere around Wembley/City Beach area, but keen to move anywhere between Mosman Park and City Beach. Excited to meet new people, make new friends and learn new things! Hoping to find a house with inspiring creative and active people! I enjoy all things in and amongst nature, being creative, doing new things and meeting new people! I am always down for a sneaky wine and nibbles, a sneaky adventure or just to chill out. Im from down south originally, and am currently at uni studying Psychology part time and working full-time as a receptionist at a Physiotherapy centre in Cottesloe. I'm clean, respectful, bubbly and kind. I come with a gorgeous chilled 6 month old cat who thinks he is a dog, gets along super well with dogs, unsure about other cats yet! Please contact me if we sound like a good fit for your house! *Move in date not correct, looking for anywhere within a fortnight to a month away.*

Im looking for a room to stay for my nursing prac at Sir Charlse hospital (01/10-12/11). In my length of stay, ill spend a lot of time doing shift work at the hospital, along with studying. I am a professional female who works full time in a medical practice as a receptionist and PA in Nedlands. I love to keep my living space tidy, enjoy my personal space but also love having a wine or two on the weekends. I love the beach, into fitness and enjoy a Netflix binge here and there 😊 I am super down to earth and respectful.
I'm a very relaxed Australian guy originally from Geraldton, who likes spending my time with friends. I work in a university and usually get home around 5pm most days. I don't smoke and like my place to be a welcoming place for guests and also for me and those I live with. In other words, a clean and tidy place with character and a homely feel. I lived in Japan for 7 years so I've lived with a lot of different people in share houses over the years I was there.
I am a 26yo research assistant working full-time at UWA and I am currently looking for a room for the next 12 months because my current housemate is selling the apartment that I currently live in. I am a clean, respectful and easy-going person and I enjoy many outdoor activities including kayaking/diving/windsurfing/attempted-surfing.
Hiya. im wanting to live in Between Shenton Park and Cottesloe. Ideally id like to share a house with one other Person. I’m open to single bed arrangement or sharing with more than one other person if the environment is right. Having a yard with nature or a neighbouring park is desired and although i like to chat about life at times, i appreciate having a quiet space to relax, read or meditate. i work during the days in and round the city in a sales and marketing role and you will often find m working on my computer at night and weekends at times. I consider myself considerate, interested in people, friendly and allowing of others space and needs. I enjoy cooking, occasional exercise and although i play sport, i don’t follow it and rarely watch it. I have tools and am useful around the place so replacing fuses, fixing leaky taps or tightening a loose screw is a simple task. my move date is flexible until the end of October. Ideally id like to share a place with one other person which has two bathrooms and two or more rooms (which i require one) with parking, some storage and an outside space.
I am a PhD student in the UK and will be spending just over two months (late Sep - early Dec) in Perth to do visiting research at UWA. I am originally from Germany though I have lived in several places. I've lost the accent but, don't worry, kept the famous (and wonderfully endearing, I've been assured) German sense of humour. I am friendly and enjoy easy socialising, fun chats (from the mundane to the #deepandmeaningful), and a drink here and there, whether out or in. I respect other peoples' privacy and property and like the occasional time to myself. Ideally, I would love to live with people that I can hang out with during my stay in Perth.
I am an easy going individual who loves outdoor acitivities and the ocean (e.g. surfing, scuba diving). I am tidy and neat without being obsesive, hard-working but also enjoys to have fun and meet up with friend for drinks and any good plan
Perth born and bred, but been living in Canberra for the past four years for medical school. Working at Charlie Gairdner's as a junior doctor commencing early January 2018, but keen to get somewhere set up and going from mid November. I won't be back in Perth until the 1st November so would be looking at starting a lease ~13 -20th November. Ideally hoping to find one or two working professionals to house or flat share inner west, nearish the hospital, or if there's room availability moving into an existing sharehouse. Able to pay approx $300/week but I'm flexible. I'm tidy, and enjoy wine & cheese, Netflix, cooking and have excellent references. Let me know if you think we could be a good fit :)
