The area is well established and so there are lots of trees and walks. It's a lovely quiet street with just the normal thoroughfare to and from work. We are 1 k from a bus stop and 3 k from the hyperdome, up high in the area of the water tower. Plenty of birds chirping and a nice breeze to cool us down. We all pitch in with the cleaning and garden so it has a homely vibe to it which means the light is left in for you if you're late in.
