Hi, I work unloading shipping containers of wine in the Dandenong area an average of 25-30 hours a week. I'm a huge music fan so most of my spare time is spent listening to music and practicing guitar. I use headphones and computer software to so you won't have to hear me practice. I'm also into comedy whether it be cartoons like South Park, Rick and Morty, or stand ups like George Carlin, Russel Peters or Bill Burr. I'm respectful, clean/hygienic, and mature person. I don't party, smoke, or do drugs, besides the occasional drink. My limit is $200pw including bills and internet connection. I've been saving for a house for about 2 years now, so paying rent will not be an issue. I'm a Libertarian, so I hold personal responsibility over forcing others to pay for ones lack of responsibility, poor life choices or just outright laziness, therefore I will not be teaming up with people who rely on centrelink / tax payers money or child support. The only exception being disabled people and army veterans. Anyway please contact me if you want to team up, have a spare room, or have any questions.
I like fun, honest, respectful, kind, non-religious, sceptical (inquiring) Bhutanese who read at least occasionally. Or anyone else like this. :-) I like to help out. Isabelle Huppert is my favourite actress. Amelie Nothomb is my favourite author. I adore black cats.
My name is Neil and i am a 52 year old sociologist, community worker and educator. I normally work internationally but am now back in Melbourne on a short term contract (3 month) which may extend to longer. My properties are on the wrong side of town so i am looking for something in Melbourne's South East within half an hour commute to Dandenong. Am am reliable, mature, quiet but sociable
I love to connect with you if you like to talk anything but superficial stuff. I am a very ambitious person and keep myself extremely busy. I love it clean but also peaceful and mostly quiet at home. But its nice if we can share dinner from time to time and just relax.
Easy going, quiet and neat. Am merchandiser and my wife is a pre-primary teacher. We are looking for a house with a decent back yard, because I have a lot of bonsai and need space for them.
I’m a very chill person, who embraces any kind of lifestyle. Respect is key obviously. I’m a pathology collector who works too much. My jack russell helps keep me in shape haha. I’m an avid gamer and movie watcher. I just need to get more independant and as long as there’s room for me and my pup, I could live anywhere
Hi I'm Daina! I'm currently studying Criminology/Psych Science at Deakin University. I am living in Gippsland and wanting somewhere closer to uni but looking for Clayton/Springvale/Oakleigh as it is easiest to visit home on the Pakenham train line and I have a few friends in Narre Warren that I like to visit. I currently do not drive so I will need somewhere preferably close to a train station. I currently work part time at Subway but will need to leave my position in order to move. However, I will immediately begin looking for part time work (Shouldn't be too hard as I have great references, Love to work and lots of experience!). My mum is also happy to fund me while I am looking for work so I will never be behind on rent or bills. I have lived out of home before, as I spent 12 months in Shepparton living with a teacher from the school we worked at, she was 30 years old and we got along great and never had any issues. I am not a loud person or into parties/drugs/alcohol, However, I am really relaxed and love to have a good time and am always up for a movie/game night or even a chat over the occasional drink. I am a very social person, very bubbly and usually walk around with a smile on my face but also like a lot of alone time especially when I need to hide away from the world to finish assignments!! I will always respect your space, I am more than happy to organise a timetable for jobs and always pick up after my own mess. I am very independent, love to bake/cook whenever I have the time and I also love to share so look out when I start cooking!!😉☺️ I am a NON SMOKER and clean young woman looking for a place to call home during my degree. I am not looking for any more than $250 a week inclusive of bills, and preferably a room large enough for atleast a double bed and TV. Hope to hear from you soon!
I’m 30 and have been working full-time in the warehousing and manufacturing industry for the past eight years. Sabeena, on the other hand, is 24 and will be pursuing her Masters in Social Work at University of Melbourne from February onwards. We’re both quite social people, organised, tidy, humorous and always up for conversation. I usually spend my spare time playing video games while Sabeena enjoys cooking. We're definitely not looking for a party house though and aren't smokers or drinkers. We'd prefer an accommodation within an hour of University of Melbourne but can stretch it to 1.5hrs if the place is worth it.
