I'm Looking for a place to move, the place where I live has to be tear down and rebuilt, although that will happen in 4/5 months time, I'm ready to give notice and move as soon as I find the new accommodation.
I'm the venue manager of an Italian restaurant in Huntingdale. I work 6 days at the moment and though I like to engage in social activities, I don't have much free time.
I'm either looking for a property to rent and then find some housemates, or a room in an existing house share.
Ideally I'm looking for a place with a storage space, or a garage, I have quite a bit of stuff to move a long with me.
I lived in shared houses before, and very reliable for cleaning schedules, gardening schedules, etc..
I'm Italian and I'm going through the process of Permanent residency application, and , even though I hope for this to be quick, realistically the bureaucratic timing for these applications it's long, so, I'm looking for a place which it will be available at least for a couple years.
I like reading, movies, videogames, history, science, swimming, play soccer, music, in fact I'm a musician my self, I'm a drummer.
