Its close to the Opera House, Harbour Bridge and the CBD. 5 minute walk to Circular Quay, 10 minute walk to Wynyard. Brilliant location in a residential area next to the CBD. Big share house has big rooms. Brilliant location with pubs and cafes nearby. Friendly flatmates who like a drink and a chat.
I enjoy cooking for myself and others so some days I’ll make food for everyone. I’m pretty quiet and organized, I like to keep things clean so I’ll keep my area organized and will gladly clean common areas if there’s time. I like to go out and explore, when I’m home I just relax usually. Not a big partier but don’t mind if other flat mates are. I’m pretty open to anything and adapt really easily.
Although the house is a restored architectural gem in its own right, it has been done with a view towards making it a comfortable home and is very well appointed. The kitchen, laundry and bathroom have all been upgraded to the highest standard with the latest European appliances either Gaggenau or Miele. Close to everything! Walking distance to the CBD, public transport and everything Sydney has to offer for the tourist or resident. Located in a residential village, historic and charming with vibrant night life, markets, shops, pubs and restaurants all virtually on the doorstep.
close to everything CBD or Circular Quay (7 min walk). Wynyard is 12min walk. Rocks is 3 min walk waters edge (Walsh Bay) is 80 metres from the front door. Big courtyard at the back with BBQ and outdoor setting. Lots of communal space to relax in. Big kitchen. New washing machine. Own balcony. Quiet street. Loads to see and do in the nearby surroundings: Markets, restaurants, pubs, parks, shops, etc
The House A large, historically exquisite building full of history and charm. The interior is completely new, fully furnished throughout, carpets, designer kitchen, flooring all brand new. This isn't a house, its a home. The most unique and captivating feature is the sliding door open air conservatory/TV room. We have a mean BBQ and a sun trapped back yard with wooden decking. The Room A very spacious room with a brand new double bed. It has a beautiful fireplace in the corner adding to its charm. You have a private bathroom downstairs as well as a sharing a shower and bathroom upstairs with one other couple. The location Situated in the oldest suburb in Australia its only a 5 min walk to circular quay, home to the Opera house and a 14 min walk to central CBD. Over the festive period this will be the most sought after location in Sydney due to the fact you just need to look up to see the fireworks. Its so close to everything, Wynyard/Circular Quay stations both 5 mins away. IGA just down the street, Coles and Woolies both within walking distance. The neighbourhood is quiet and the architecture is beautiful.

Hey my name is Niha. I'm an Investment Consultant by trade. I'm working full-time in Sydney until the end of July. I'll expect to be somewhat busy with work but I'm pretty chill and easy to live with; I can be quiet if you want me to, I also like being clean and tidy. I'd like to think I'm quite accomodating, so I don't mind if friends are over or if you don't allow friends over. I don't smoke but don't mind smokers. I don't have pets but don't mind pets. Same with kids.
Hey there! I am a german psychology student staying in Sydney for one semester. I am studying at Macquarie University. I am a friendly and outgoing person who loves to travel, laugh together and do lots of sport and adventures. I look forward to meeting you! Cheers, Annika
Hi! I'm Liam, I'm a full-time working professional. I'm a clean, tidy and respectful person looking for the same in flatmates. I am mostly quiet but also enjoy getting together with people and meeting new people. I enjoy sports and going out doors and ride a motorbike (but I'm not a crazy biker!). I am from New Zealand originally but now living permanently in Sydney.

Making the move to Sydney from Melbourne for work. I work in the wine industry. I'm 25, outgoing, friendly, caring, with a good sense of humour. I enjoy cooking, wine, fashion, being outdoors, and dogs. Looking to move into a place with like minded people wanting to gain a housemate and friend.
Hey there, I'm currently in the process of relocating from Melbourne to Sydney for a year to study Masters of Finance at UNSW full-time and part-time work. I had previously lived overseas, mainly in Europe for years pursuing a professional soccer career. Returned home to complete my undergraduate in Commerce at the University of Melbourne, and now this year looking for a comfortable living environment somewhere with half an hour of Sydney CBD. Enjoy my sport, gym sessions, weekends out and about, am tidy, pretty independent but always down for a cheeky glass of wine and a chat after a long day. I'm looking more specifically to team up as I have a few places in mind, although if you have a spare room or apartment available, feel free to message as well and i'll check it out.
Hello! My name is Jess, I’m a freelance photographer and art director. I have a cat named Alfie, he was a rescue as a kitten, and is without a doubt the most affectionate cat I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. I am a fashion photographer, and often travel for my work. Whilst I do spend most of the day outdoors on shoots, I do most of my editing from home, so my space is very important to me. If I’m not working, I’m catching up with friends and being social, or figuring out other ways to be creative (prior to photography I was a journalist and illustrator). I’d love to live with like-minded people who enjoy each other’s company, a chilled out end of week bev/a shared dinner here and there :) My partner does generally come stay with me a couple nights a week (so of course would contribute to the rent). Cam works in the corporate world, although the minute he’s out the door, he’s off surfing or exploring. I’m fairly active (although I do generally need someone else to motivate me to get off the latest Netflix binge and entice me to the gym/for a run - so, gym/netflix buddies anyone?) :)
Hi, I am an exchange student from Germany and looking for a place to stay for nearly one semester. I am a happy, open-minded person who loves to meet new people and friends.
