Hi, I'm Patrick, I'm looking for a place with 1 or 2 other people to keep things simple and social. I've been in Grovedale for two years working and studying and have really enjoyed the access to good beaches for surfing and snorkelling. I also have a good network of people around Grovedale so it's been an ideal place for me. I'm looking for a new place because my landlord/housemate's partner is moving in and they'd like the place to themselves.
