I am a 26yo single woman seeking a room to rent or a team-up. I have been renting a property for 18 months, and rented a room (Flatmates) for 18 months prior. I am looking at options with my lease ending 4 August - I either need a housemate to move in, or I need to find another rental. I am tidy and respectful. I have a german shepherd (F 6yo) who is create trained and house trained and a 7mo kitten (M) who is outdoors and does like to come in here and there. I work full time in Human Resources (M-F) and am a regular gym goer, so I am not home too often. On weekends, I study or like to get outdoors. I have 1 vehicle and some camping gear (swag, chair, kayak). I would like off-street parking for the vehicle + some space to store my camping gear.
