HI ! im looking for a place to call home ! , preferable with one other person having a section each of the house for my own private use or 2 rooms as id need one as a study office. Im quiet and keep to myself but up for the occasional chat! . wanting peaceful quiet environment no parties ,guests all the time or so. i also have 2 doggies there very well behaved and in their enclosure in secluded area outdoors full time and VERY quiet as i like very quiets space also.
looking for a long term home not a rooming house or landlord just wanting someone to pay their mortgage, in and out tenants,hotel or/rent so
budget ideally 250 but happy to negotiate for right place
