I am an organized person, working as an external auditor. I will be coming to Sydney on September 2 only.
I get along with pretty much everyone and not much bothers me. I keep my stuff tidy and will sweep. Currently studying paramedicine and working as an assistant nurse so I've got you covered if you keel over. I enjoy running, Brooklyn 99, kicking back and trying new things. And I have no idea how to cook for just one person so I always end up with plenty to share. :))
Our house is located 8mins walk to Eastwood or Denistone station. That means 20min on the train to MQ uni/centre or Central station! We have a dishwasher, washing machine, gas heater, Xbox, and recently got a BBQ so we’re all about taaasty meats right now! It’s located on the top of a hill and looks so bloody cool! Hey there! my name is Nessrine and I will leave my home country Germany very soon to spend a study abroad semester in Sydney. I can be a bit shy at first but I will quickly open up and can't wait to meet some great people! I'm not really a big fan of parties but I enjoy meeting up with friends and travelling.
I'm a socialable, clean and tidy person. I work with people as a Recreation Therapist / Disability Support Worker full time. I have an adorable dog that I take out for walks each day who is very affectionate. I will need to take her with me when I move. I'm passionate about singing in my Gaelic Choir and playing my Ukulele (I try to practice each day). My other hobbies include reading, listening to Audiobooks and Podcasts, cooking, watching Netflix and chilling, knitting and writing poetry. I really like meeting new people but will occasionally need some alone time. I have a very supportive boyfriend who will come over a few times a week to hang out with me. He's a nurse at the Children's Hospital I work at near Eastwood.
Hi my name is Matt, I'm 26 working fulltime around the ryde area as an arborist, im currently at Tafe with under a year left till finish. I am usually not home a huge amount because of my busy schedule but don't mind having a beer on the weekends, super chill and try to keep my area clean and keep to myself for most of the week. Will pay extra for a balcony attached to the room, very friendly and easy going, I live sydney for the main reason of studying so I dont have people over or anything as im from newcastle. Please msg me with any other questions. Regards Matt Hardee P.S (any location within 30 minute drive from Ryde us still acceptable)
I work full time as an IT consultant in the cbd. Been living in Sydney from the past one year now. Im responsible, adjustable, chilled out and respectful. I will keep the house clean and organized. I am working 5 days a week and will be at work 9-6. I am good in the kitchen and happy to cook if given company. I will share all the house responsibilities and expect the same from my flatmate. Not gender fussy as long as you are mature enough and respectful about the other person living with you. Very relaxed and always up for a chat or a drink in the evening.
I am a sweet and nice :) sociology student from Copenhagen university of Denmark - I am on exchange for one semester at Macquarie University. I am a social person and therefor I think it is importent to have a good relation to the people I live together with - hopefully we become friends. I will use a lot of time reading, going around exploring the city, parks, museums, beach and shops. I will probably like to go out and get a drink or party sometimes. I respect your privacy and give room for time alone. I like the idear of saying hi when we meet in the morning, evening, when we are going out and coming home ;) I think it could be nice if it is aloud to dance and listen to loud music sometimes, when it dosn't disturb others. I have a free spirit, I am very tolerant and I think it is okay to drink, dance and flirt, have a partner and much more, but I would not like to live with abusers of alcohol, drugs, marihuana, sex or so. - and I would not like to live with a person who has a new sexpartner home every other day. My most importent value is tolerance and respect of others, but I do not accept people who does not treat others with dignity and respect ;) I clean up after myself and expect it from my flatsmates. I like to live clean and nice - probably with some plants or flowers. I would enjoy to chat, cook, eat and go out together sometimes - if you are cool with it? ;)
Hey! I'm Ashan and I work full-time in Financial Services in the CBD. I'm looking for a place that's kept clean, and with flatmates that communicate well and openly. I'm clean and generally out socialising or at work most times but when I'm home I like to watch a movie or chill out. I'm always respectful and quiet at home. Send me a message.
Clean and organised. Love Saturday morning markets and hikes. Love to cook. I am moving to Sydney from Brisbane for a new job. Just graduated and moving into a Business position. I am interested in exploring the city, finding new cafes and restaurants. Would love to make some new friends to hang out with when work finishes on a Friday afternoon! I'm a really nice, energetic person and am super excited for my big move. Feel free to reach out if you think I'd be a good fit for your home!
Hi - I am looking to team up for a place. I have all furniture so I cannot move into a furnished place. I work full time for a professional services firm in the CBD so I rely on public transport to get to work. I am very clean and organised and I respect other people's privacy. I am very easy going and not a party animal although I go out often for a couple of drinks. I am flexible about the suburb and open to negotiations, the only requisite is to be near a train station and a 30 mins ride from the CBD. Message me if interested and we can have a coffee and chat about it :)
Currently work full time at a printing company in North Rocks. Enjoy watching Netflix, exercising and relaxing with a beer after work. Looking for some chill people to coexist with.
PLEASE ONLY CONTACT ME IF YOU LIVE IN THE HOUSE.... I don’t want to hear from people trying to cram as many people into houses they own but don’t live in. PLEASE ONLY CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE OFF STREET PARKING.... my profile clearly states this need so I am not interested in street parking If you meet these criteria, please read on. Hey, I'm Bec. I am a full time high school teacher in the Inner West and I currently commute a crazy distance to get there. I have lived in the area before and it's time to move back and regain some hours in my life. Due to the nature of my work, I am not home during the day time and am quite busy in school term. I usually like to come home to a relaxed setting, where sharing a glass of wine or few with dinner or TV is welcomed, but reasonable sleeping hours are also respected. I have shared houses in Australia and overseas, with friends, randoms, males, females, mixed nationalities, ages etc and have never missed a rent payment or a cleaning schedule. Ideally, I require a large-ish room, built ins and off-street parking. I am past the student life (been there, done that ... twice over) so I am being picky... please don't contact me if your room on offer is an expensive shoe box. I have a queen bed, a bookcase, a desk and then some clothes that require a built in wardrobe. Let me know if you can help me out or have any questions. Looking forward to meeting some new housemates and hopefully, friends. Bec :)
Recently divorced, working fulltime, looking for stable accomodation that I can sometimes have my kids over to, have some existing furniture and will need internet, but happy to arrange myself if necessary.
Hi! I'm Kevin, a future PhD student at UTS. Coming all the way from Indonesia, I have a decent cooking skill and thus can serve my flatmates with fresh homemade Indonesian food. xP Living in an international environment always sounds attractive to me. I spent 2 years for my Master's study in the Netherlands in such a diverse atmosphere, allowing me to exchange culture with other people. I love playing music (the piano) and watching movies.
