We are 4 friendly working professionals, 3 male, 1 female, living in a nice little house situated right next to Denistone station. We have one room now available, 175$ per week not including bills. The four of us are between 24-28yrs old, mostly working in the city. We like to keep the house quiet throughout the week, and enjoy having people over on the weekend to have some fun. Perks about living here: -Room to entertain guests -Easy-going roommates (we take turns cooking dinners) -Next to Denistone Station!!! easy to get home after a big night, nightrider swings by as well -Quiet neighbourhood (can't even hear the train from inside) -Close to shops, gym, macquarie uni, top ryde -Balcony view of the surrounding greenery FYI The house looks small from the front, but the property extends much further down.
Hello! I'm a single 32 year old professional looking for a place to call home for a few months. I do not smoke, and will not have any parties at your home. I prefer a private suite like a bachelor or 1 bedroom apartment with secured parking, not shared accommodation. I can pay up to $500/week. Maybe I'm on the wrong website for this? I can prepay 10-12 weeks worth of rent to show that I am committed. Please let me know if I can book a time to view your place anytime convenient for you March 21-25th. I can move in anytime and start paying you rent!! Thank you for your consideration! -Henry
Hello, my name is Hayley Larsen, I'm a full time working professional, I work in age care, I'm very clean, social, and quite. I do digital art in my free time. I have great references, looking for something possibly long term. I don't mind living with Animals. I enjoy learning about new cultures, and meeting new people from different parts of the globe. I also have a partner that likes to visit from overseas and visits for 3 months at a time. So I like to able to have my partner over.
I'm 24 and I work full time; moving to Sydney in April for work for a minimum of 1.5 years. I'm a VERY tidy person, who wants to move in with like-minded people of a similar age. I currently run a warehouse shift in Melbourne, but will be moving to Head Office in Sydney for three six-month rotations for my graduate program. I will be working the usual 9-5 during my time in Sydney, and that means I'll be unwinding most weeknights. Love a night out and getting stupid on the weekends, but that's few and far between - I'm down for clubbing but prefer drinks at a bar or a chill night of BBQ and drinks at home. I'll always be down to socialise with roommates, but I do like my own time to myself too. I also have a miniature dachshund called Obie who's housetrained, but makes the odd mistake here and there. I will be trying my hardest to find accomodation to suit, but family are more than willing to take him in if I can't find a suitable home. I have all necessary furniture and can bring a 50" TV with a wii and an xbox to sweeten the deal.
I am 25 years old from India, here to do my MBA at MGSM I am a quiet and jovial person looking for a property close to the uni. I enjoy my own company and am not intrusive. I am clean, tidy, helpful and social. I look after myself and the house properly and don't have the habit of disturbing others.
I work full time for Miele, based out at Rosehill, and travel a bit for work at times as well. Play Ice Hockey, Soccer and other sports. Pretty relaxed guy, done a bit of travelling in my time as well!
Im a new full time student at macquarie, arriving in sydney in start of february from Pakistan. Im a very friendly and cooperative guy, particular on deadlines and always willing to help. I'd want a friendly, decent person to live with or alone if not. Want to get a place before I arrive. Im really good at making friends from different cultures and would love to have a nice person to live with.
Hi, I'm a young mexican (or not that young - 28 yrs) moving to Sydney for a master degree (Biotechnology at MQ). I love music, biking and reading. I also like languages and it would be nice to practice some french or german on the way. Quite, easy-going and non-smoker.

I'm looking to move into a cat friendly house, not an apartment. I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional (Business Development Manager - Power), who travels, and has recently relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments. I have recently returned from South America, (Colombia), where I intended to work as an English Teacher for a year but had to return unexpectedly to Aust. I have an International English Teacher Licence, and I am a Berlitz Qualified English Instructor. I'm not into house parties, (except for Dinner parties), and I'm looking for share accommodation for 3 to 6 months, (possibly longer), with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender, or maybe within a family household. Room either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $360 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something close or in any of the surrounding suburbs to Rydalmere but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores. I can also cook and bake (if required). I enjoy going to the markets, having breakfast in nice cafés on weekends as well as the movies, in addition to numerous other activities. Note: There is the distinct possibility that I will be bringing back from overseas my two cats so I would prefer a cat friendly house / villa / terrace house which is not on a main thoroughfare and one where the occupants accepts pets. Apartments are out thanks.
Hi there, Im looking for places with utilities and internet included in rent around $200-250. I'm in the Dental industry and I'm also studying a Bachelors nursing science degree. I keep fit and healthy and I'm looking for a clean and quiet place to relax and study after a fast paced working day! Mostly looking for a place to share with considerate people with the ability to foster mutual respect and a friendly demeanour. I'm personable and always keen to have a laugh and make new friends but also very self aware and respect privacy. Mimi.
Hi, my name is Leo. I'm 27 years old currently living in Greystanes. I am looking for something closer to work (Macquarie Park) as the travel at the moment is too long. I am usually at the gym after work so I don't spend too much time indoors on the weekdays. I consider myself extremely easy going and can mould into any environment. I am tidy and always clean up after myself. I am looking for somewhere long term. Cheers, Leo

My name is Ardy and I'm a 32 year old office manager working in Sydney CBD. First time using flatmates. Looking for a place to stay for the next 6-12 months to get a feel for the areas I'd like to live in. Friendly, very easy to get a long with and very low maintenance. Love a good chat but also know when to respect time, space and privacy. Hoping to find a good place to live with like minded individuals. Feel free to say hi!
Hi my name is Michael and 29 years old. I'm clean and respectful of other peoples belongings. I like to think that I'm sociable, so I'll be up for a drink, chat or meal every now and then. I've been working as an architect for the past couple of years. Before that, I was doing internships in Europe and Asia. I'm quite handy around the house and would be happy to help fix things up.
Hi, my name is Catherine. I am a 22 year old Australian girl who studies Marketing and Media full time at Macquarie University. I am very social and would like a to share a place with like minded people who don't mind a chat/hang out. I play basketball and netball and also love to travel and meet new people. I also love music and play in a couple of different bands (though don't worry I won't be making noise around the house). I am very respectful of other peoples space and am tidy and clean. I don't have a specific preference in move in date. This is flexible for me and so is length of stay. The place I move into does not need to be anything fancy. Only thing I ask is that I have my own private room. Hope to hear from you soon Thanks
We have previous sharehouse experiences, so we are respectful, responsible, clean and tidy people to live with. My partner and I are usually busy, with work and school taking up most of our time. When we don't have work and school, we often stay inside and relax or go for mini road trips and adventure around new areas. We are both easy-going people and are looking for a place to share together, having recently moved to Sydney from a small town on the South Coast.
I have a very good but somewhat bent english sense of humour, I'm very young at heart and am really easy going and easy to get along with. I am very clean and tidy - I even put the garbage out without being asked ;o) I fancy myself as a bit of a handyman and love to fix things, even if they're not broken :o) I am a non-drinker except for on the rare social occasion. My interests include spending time with my two sons who I am very close to, going to karaoke and having the occasional game of pool. I really enjoy going out to a good restaurant, Italian, Chinese, especially Indian. I enjoy watching sport and can even stay awake watching cricket! I am very responsible financially and always ensure that my bills are paid by the due date.
I currently manage at a pub and am starting my bachelor of social work this year. I try to make the most of my spare time by seeing friends, going out and seeing new places. I'm an easy going, friendly person. I like to keep my space tidy and clean.
Hey all! Im Tam and im 24 years old. Currently looking for a new place to call home. Working full time in retail mon-fri. I enjoy going out and making the most of my weekends with my friends and always love going out and having a beer or two. Im looking for a place that has more of a 'homey' feeling rather than just the usual share house where everyone just constantly sits in their rooms and doesnt interact. Im very respectful, neat and tidy. If you have anything for me dont hesitate to contact me :)
Hi guys! My name is Robert, I'm currently living in Perth but am making the move over to Sydney towards the end of March. I'm a graduate Civil Engineer and currently run my own online retail business. I'm an active person who loves the outdoors and general fitness so I'm not going to sloth around on your couch. I'm also very social and don't mind a chinwag but also appreciate my alone time and seldom keep to myself. I'm neat, tidy, respectful and won't eat your food. I'm looking to move in towards the end of March/start of April but there's some flexibility on that front (the drive will take me 5 or so days). I'd love to hear back from anyone with something to offer so don't be afraid to give me a hoy! Ciao.
Hi, I am a Singaporean student looking for a place to stay for 1.5+ years starting this July till Jan 2019. I will be studying Media in Macquarie University during this period of time. I am cat lover but unfortunately don't own any... I am a Muslim, INFP, more of an indoor kind of person than an outdoor person, but i'm cool if you want to go on a short backpacking trip. I detest running, but am okay with other type of sports. I love anime, music reading up on different cultures. My favourite kind of TV shows are travelogues, Home improvement shows, Variety entertainment programmes and Reality shows. If there is one word that would describe me, i would say "Accepting".
