FROM 27TH NOV 2024 - MOVING TO SYDNEY! Hello there potential new housemates! Steven 43 + Leigh 29 (pictured + writing this) - both have called Melbourne our home for our entire lives. We are a very outgoing couple, looking for a beautiful sharehouse to call our new home for 12+months as we begin our new lives in beautiful Sydney. We love the idea of moving in with cool new people in a cool new city! We both have visited Sydney quite a few times and both feel that Sydney is where we belong and need to call it home. Looking for something furnished (we won’t be bringing any furniture) and enough room for me to be able to work from home. We both care a lot about the Earth, the environment and love being outdoors - Sydney is so massive and we cannot wait to explore it all. Our combined max budget is $500 p/w but also open to the possibility of finding others to start a new share with if the situation presents itself and we plan to stay long term until we eventually find our own rental. We like to have fun and go out to a party and/or have a few drinks. We are both mature and respectful guys that understand very well that there is a time and a place and want nothing but success for ourselves. Once we have settled, I will be looking to enrol into a TAFE course part time that I’ll be able to complete at night so I plan to keep busy! We both get along with pretty much everybody as we are easy going. We are very great cooks, clean up after ourselves and are overall extremely easy people to live with. We have been together for over 4 years with spending the start of COVID and start of our relationship stuck together unable to do anything or see anyone so we are best friends and know each other very very well - we don't believe in arguing or fighting. I work full time for Red Energy and currently negotiating a new contract, allowing me to take my work anywhere in Australia. Steven is a qualified Horticulturalist of 10+ years who is very keen on getting a job as soon as we touch down (there are so many opportunities!) BTW, we are also vegan but will and can live with anyone!🥦🥕🥗 ATTENTION - From 27th November 2024 we will be permanently in Sydney. We have an Airbnb for a week or so, whilst we find somewhere permanent as we plan to go to inspections and meet with any that want to find out more about us.
