We also have a large outdoor area and we are within walking distance to YMCA, public library, Northcote Plaza, the Yarra River, supermarkets, cinemas shops and restaurants. The house has 7 bedrooms (of which we have 1 left), 2 kitchens and living areas and 6 bathrooms. There is a great bunch of people staying with us. Come and meet us. We have Netflix, Stan, a Barista Coffee Machine, a Sodastream and the place is brand spanking new! There are built in robes in all the bedrooms and loads of storage space. We have an in house laundry and a huge backyard with an entertainment area perfect for summer hangs. We have a house pet, Dunstall. He is a 2 year old rescue cat and is very outgoing. We'll also be getting a pooch in the next 6 months. Ohhh and the house is floorboards only. That's right, no carpet!
A medium size room is now vacant in a conscious cozy oasis in the heart of Northcote. Located minutes away from High St, but tucked away in a great nook for peaceful relaxation. 3 minutes walk from 86 tram, and 7 minutes walk from Westgarth and Merri train stations. And for lovers of organic food, a 5-minute walk to the famous Terra Madre! The room (unfurnished) has an inbuilt wardrobe and can fit a queen size bed, desk, and even a bookshelf if you wish. The rest of the house is mostly furnished but if you had some kitchen items and houseplants to contribute that would be great. The flat has a shared bathroom (including a bath!), living room, kitchen, and a north facing balcony for the lovely afternoon sun. I am on the lookout for a wonderful new female who would like to contribute to creating a homely vibe. The house is organised and cleaned on a regular basis so you would need to be cleaning friendly. The vibe of the flat is relaxed and calm. It is for someone who likes their own space, but also friendly and up for the occasional chat/tea etc. Clear communication is a definite must, as I find it keeps the living arrangement healthy. I’m a research academic who works part time and travel a bit, especially to escape Melb winters. I'm fully share-house trained, a resolute socialist, very creative and I love to laugh. I love spiders so I'm happy to escort any unwelcome ones out of the bathroom if needed.
I am an art teacher who loves music, art, cooking, reading. I appreciate honest, clear communication. I have a lot of experience with share housing and understand the balance necessary between sharing together and privacy. I am clean and respectful of others. I prefer to live with females.
Hey, I'm 28, employed full time and looking to move to the inner northern suburbs. The things that interest me are live music, cooking (and eating), snowboarding, ps4 and coffee. I'm easy going and enjoy socializing and meeting new people. Im looking for a place with people who are clean, enjoy a laugh and a beer every now and then. I also come with a barista coffee machine, yew!

Hard working and down to earth, I don't party, drink or smoke, I'm clean and respectful, appreciate good company but also having my own space. Originally hailing from Perth I've moved over to study at Rmit and looking for a place with someone responsible and honest.
Ideally looking for a TEAM UP as i have my own gear and furniture. I enjoy company, social and active but like quiet time too. Have been living in my own place for 18 mths but would like to move closer to city such as Darebin area. I'm a bit eco minded so i would ideally like some garden / veggie beds. I play tennis, enjoy yoga and meditation. Love dogs but don't own one. Are you a bird lover? I have a small parrot currently. I'm allergic to cats. (PS I'm not looking for a boyfriend, just a house mate)
Hi, I’m 24 years old looking at moving out and living closer to the city, and closer to work in Thomastown. I’m looking at moving in with someone who doesn’t mind having a dog (Dalmatian) around every second week, and someone who is looking to have fun, someone to chat to, have a few drinks with, enjoy each other’s company but also respect each other’s space and personal time. Must be clean and keep things tidy, pay bills and rent on time and enjoy others company. Pretty flexible on move in dates, as I want to find the right person to do a share house with.
Hi! I'm Mishika and i'm from Byron Bay. I'm currently studying childcare and working in a child-care centre but i'm looking to make the move to Melbourne mid next year to pursue my love, photography (whilst also probably continuing to work in childcare). I run a music blog with my current roommate called Funk'n'Punk that i do the band/music photography for! So most of my spare time is spent at local gigs, which is what i love most. House-mate wise i'm very calm and easygoing, clean, tidy and respectful of personal space. I currently live with a vegan so i'm used to not cooking or eating meat in the house if that is necessary. I tend to spend my time at home in my room editing photos, listening to music etc. but i'm also always for a chat or to share some tunes. Message me with any more Q's! Thanks!
Hi, I am looking for a new place to call home. I am a pretty good housemate to have around. I work 5 days a week, and pretty quite most of the time. I like to keep things clean, and keep the place looking good for others.
Hi I'm Em. From Perth originally, been living in Melbourne for a year now and loving it. Although I don't think I'll ever get used to the cold, so over those periods you'll find me wrapped up in a big scalf or blanket. I work full time as a beauty therapist, generally do big days so i do like to sleep. I love going to gigs, art, occasionally draw and paint, eating cheese, having a glass of wine or a beer, usual mid 20's stuff. I don't have a lot of things but i can contribute an amazing wok and snuggly blankets . I also cook good penang curry & lasagna so if you like those things i can cook for you :) I'm super reliable, clean freak, loves to have a chat and ideally become friends with you but understands personal space & quiet time ect... If you want to know more please message :)
Hi, my name is Konstantin and my passion is coffee. Thatswhy I have decided to quit my Berlin (Germany) based office job and come to Melbourne, to learn everything about coffee that I don't know yet. I will stay in Melbourne for 1 year, before I return to Berlin to open up my own coffee roasting business. I am a fun, laid-back person who likes to cook and go out with friends. I am very considerate, attentive and tidy and will respect everyones privacy. I love photography and film making as well as watching a good movie or tv-series at home or in the theatre. Whenever I can, I also go to the stadium to watch some football (soccer;)). I am looking forward to meet some nice, interesting people who enjoy some good chats and great company. Free German course included ;)

Hi there! I’m Tegan, I’m 25 and work in film and television. I’m looking to move Northside into a social house with 2 others. I like having friends over for dinner and a drink, catching a movie, reading and cooking. Looking for a house that doesn’t mind watching a show together or having a cup of tea in the afternoon ☺️
**PLEASE NOTE: Only looking to move early October** I'm 31 and work as a senior analyst in tech. I'm a very laid back, easy going person and like to live with relaxed, social, positive people who have similarly balanced lifestyles. I'm not a fan of conflict/tension so also like living with people who are open and happy to chat if any issues do arise. In my spare time I get outside whenever I can, love going to the beach, do lots of yoga and enjoy music, reading, cooking, riding around the city, socialising - pretty much just like keeping busy, having fun with mates and trying new things when I'm not working. I like to live with people who are neat and tidy but not OCD and while I enjoy going out on the weekend, I'm more of a keep the party at the bar person. I tend to work pretty hard and so I like to have relaxed weeknights when I'm home. Obviously don't mind having people over from time to time, but if you're a massive entertainer in the week, I may not be your best bet :) Would like to live with someone friendly who I could get along with and share a meal/couch hang/catch up with on occasion, but who's independent and also happy to do their own thing. Hope to hear from you and shout if you have any more questions :) Ash
