Hey there! My name is Sarah, I'm 33, currently a 'florist in training' while working in admin. I have loads of house sharing experience and have made some great friends along the way - have been in the current place for a couple of years however keen to change things up, ideally somewhere a little more spacious and homely/clean..! (But I'm not absolutely over the top with this!) I like getting out and about - having a beer at the pub with friends, seeing music, riding my bike, and can be known to play the occasional lawn bowls. Do also like pottering about at home, reading, cooking, attempting yoga, attending to plants. Ideally after a large room, with nice people who like to share the occasional drink or meal, somewhere with a garden/outdoor area and might be dreaming slightly but garage/carport space for floristry would be ultimate. Note: Move in date and location flexible. If you think I might be a good fit, please hit me up :)
Hi my name is Renee (24), my boyfriend is Alban (27) and we're both from Melbourne. We're currently renting in Fitzroy North but our lease is up on the 25th of January. My boyfriend works full-time as a Cook at Crown Casino and I work full-time as a Catering Assistant. We're pretty relaxed characters that love music, cooking, jamming and beers with mates whenever possible. We're looking for either a room in a share house or a studio/1 bed flat in the North Melbourne Suburbs. We also have a cat called Bob Marley that is a friendly outside cat. We're looking for a place for approximately 4-6 months. Please let us know if you think we would be a fit for your home/property so we can arrange to come check the place out :)
Hi my name is Megan, I am 24 years old and I'm originally from China, been living in Melbourne for almost 2 years now. I work 4 days a week in fashion retail, and I'm a freelance model. I love photography, art, writing and music. Right now I'm looking for a short stay before my mum comes to visit me. :)
Hello! We're a couple, in our late 30s, currently living in Fairfield. We like eating out, the cinema, going to concerts, cycling, and travelling. We're easy going, quiet and tidy. We have excellent references from previous rentals.
Hi! Me and Moo the cat are moving back to Melbourne from a little adventure up North. We both keep to ourselves, me working part time/full time and studying while Moo spends most her time sleeping. I work between childcare and hospo while studying education and am looking for a place to live for 3-6 months. I’m tidy and considerate of others and keep Moo’s things the same! If I’m not spending my $$ on food or at work then I’m usually just lazying around during the week. Weekends I’m always down for a drink and a dance or even just to hang out.
I'm a student lucky enough to already get a job in the marketing industry, so I'm now finishing off my degree online one subject at a time. I also do promotional work in the evenings/on the weekends. I love my veggies and salad creations, but I'm keen to learn to cook some more proper meals! Not vego or anything, but Lentils can be my second home sometimes. I have a passion for travel and last year got to experience living in a shared apartment in Barcelona whilst doing an internship! I've been to SE Asia and Europe a bunch of times as well. I won't lie, I enjoy going out and I love my festivals, but being used to living at home I am respectful of the house and of those around me, I don't like my beauty sleep being disturbed either. If anything you'll catch me outside putting together my latest outfits! Or doing some yoga, which I am also very passionate about. Keen to live closer to everything so that I can take my bike/transport over driving.
I am full time worker (finance), but beside that I enjoy doing different kind of sports (yoga, stretch, acro, aerials) and dance (Zouk). I love to travel, meet new people and go to music festivals. At the same time I am very organised (huge fun of Microsoft Excel) and responsible - trying to be the best version of myself (spirituality, self-development, meditations). Most of my time I spend outside, but it's important for me to have my own clean space where I can rest after the busy day. I am very social and honest person. I come from Poland (speak Polish, English, French). I search for a place where I can have good connection with my flatmates, so we can share sometimes food/wine or watch movies together. I would prefer to live with full time working people, where everyone respects each other space and where we can create something beautiful together. For the last year I've been doing housesittings, which means I was living with different animals, where their owners were away. I love all the animals, but cats are my favorites. By doing house-sittings I learnt that I feel much better in the clean & tidy spaces, which are light and which are not overflowed with things. Believe it or not, but your surrounding has a big impact on your life and actually the way you live says a lot about your personality/mental state. Now it comes the time, when I search for my own space :). I find myself as easy-going person and I need to say I'm pretty excited to find a perfect spot! Would love to live in a house with a garden and common space. PS. I do not smoke cigarettes, have my own car and prefer vegetarian/vegan food. Hi potential female housemate, (yes I only wish to live with females) I'm friendly, down to earth and just a regular Jo (which happens to be my middle name)! My interests are veered toward artistic pursuits such as singing, card making, scriptwriting and volunteering as a FOH member for amateur theatre. I like to walk a lot and keep healthy though do enjoy a good wine! I have a lovely friendship circle spread across Melbourne and supportive family. I'm keen to meet someone who likes to chat from time to time but likes their free time too. I'd like to meet someone that I feel I can be myself with and to forge a companionship of sorts that has mutual respect, care and appreciation. I'm looking for a home not just a house that is shared and where both parties might communicate well so they both know where they stand. Basically I don't wish to feel I have to be in my room all the time or that the house really is the domain of the other person. Just someone who is kind, honest and willing to share resources would be great :) Prefer not to live with any pets.
**More photos to be added in the next few days, including actual room pics. Two rooms are currently available in this 3 bedroom house. It's a very safe, secure house, with deadlocks and an alarm system. One room is bigger, with built in robes. The other is a bit smaller, with no built in robes so you'd need a cupboard or clothing rack. I could help with the cupboard if it's a big problem. The house is unrenovated, but neat and charming inside (The front and back yard are landscaped). There is one bathroom to share, a separate laundry and toilet, a large kitchen, and a large front living room. I have all of the essential appliances, like washer and dryer, although if you need to bring yours, you could probably store it out in my large shed. The house has a beautiful, HUGE back yard. I’ve set up self irrigating vegetable beds, so you’re welcome to share in the spoils, or plant some more veggies of your own. There are also plum, apricot, walnut and pomegranate trees, which are healthy and fruiting. I also have a very large shed with gym gear (Weights and punching bag), which can all be shared. For colder evenings, I have a fire pit in the yard too. It’s a quiet street, and a nice neighbourhood. Ten min walk to Dennis station, Fairfield shops and High Street in the other direction. 5 min walk to Red Door Corner Store cafe. The house has fast Telstra ADSL. I'll pick up the bill on this, but all other bills are shared. Advantage here is that I'll pay my third, even though I won't really be around using anything!
Hi potential flatmate, My Name is Jake, I'm 18 years old and from northern Victoria. I am an easy going guy who is hard working, motivated and willing to meet new people when I move to Melbourne. I like to play sport, go fishing occasionally out the lake and always loved cars. I have been living in the country all my life and looking to move on the 27th of January to study at Collarts University.
Hi, I'm a small town girl from the Northern Territory studying education at LaTrobe and looking for a bunch of friendly and welcoming people to share a home with. I enjoy being creative, socialising, having a chat and going on adventures but also enjoy my alone time. Looking for like-minded people who are tidy and open-minded.
Hi there, I'm Bek :) I am moving back to Australia after spending 2018 in Dubai. I am respectful, responsible and mainly keep to myself but am also very kind and friendly. I am looking for a private room and bathroom preferably in a furnished place. When moving to Melbourne I will be working full time. I do have a tiny 2 kg cat named luna that I would love to bring with me, if pets are not permitted, that's okay she has a home to stay in. Please feel free to ask me anything. Thank you.
It is 5 min walk to Northcote train station, 1 min walk to tram 86 and a 10 min walk to Tram 11. We are in the heart of Northcote! Right next to Northcote Plaza and High street. The room is available from the 10th Feb and is a large room (3.8m x 4.6m) with a high ceiling, built in heater and lots of natural light ($992/month is a great price for the room and location!) The backyard has two parking spots (one available) via rear lane and is ideal for growing veggies or just hanging out. :) We share the house responsibilities and a cleaner is hired every fortnight to clean the common areas. Total additional cost per person (Bills, cleaner, oil, washing powder etc) is around $150/m.
Hi there! My name is Isabelle and I'm 20 years old. I'm a student from the Netherlands and I'm looking for a room during the time of my internship. I'm looking forward for this new adventure and would love to meet new people to hang out with.
Hi, I’m 38 yrs old and looking for a friendly open minded house share to call home that is a good balance between being relaxed, social, independent and clean (all qualities I possess :-)). I have a natural curiosity, so love learning about and discussing new things ranging art, music, culture, society, politics, sustainability. Enjoy getting out in nature, hiking or just hanging by the beach or river. Big music lover / gig goer, good food and culture appreciator. Enjoying being back in Melbourne and rediscovering all it has to offer after a long time living and travelling abroad. :-) I work full time Mon-Fri at a NFP in the profit with purpose / positive impact space

I’m an easy going, cheerful person. I love a good netflix binge on the couch, a few wines on the weekend and a great cafe! I am a bit of sleepy head (not a morning person!) So love a good sleep in on the weekends when I don’t have to be at work! I keep regular hours (9-5 Monday to Friday) which keeps me pretty quiet during the week. Always up for something fun on the weekend though. Because I’m relatively new to Melbourne, I am hoping to find housemates who will also turn into great friends ☺️ I am clean and organised, not loud, considerate of others.
Hi everyone!! I’m An “unusual” Italian guy as I don’t look Italian and normally I don’t have a strong Italian accent when speaking. But then you’ll get to know me and there’s loads of moving hands, cooking for many people and laughs😊 I lived in many different places in Europe such as couch surfing houses, small students share apartments, massive houses with many people, 1 bedroom flat.. and with people from all over the world. So I adapt pretty much to everything. Really really easy going, I love to cook, especially if it’s for somebody else, love wine and have a nice chat with my flatmates. Usually work and live at nights because my job is in hospitality. It’s many years already that my life goes on during the night, even when I’m off I’ll be awake watching Netflix or going out. Not a REAL smoker, more of an occasional one, prefer to smoke outside and inside the flat not at all. I’m very honest and love people who I can have an open conversation with. As well I like to have people over for dinner or a wine sometime, but I respect other people’s space and I can understand if is not the right moment to do so. I also speak fluently Spanish and medium level of German, so if anyone wants to practice I’m always there to help. I love football (maybe you call it soccer) and I’ll try to play in Melbourne if I have a the chance. I’m also a big lover of animals so any pets is very very welcome with me. I hope to find a nice and cosy environment but I believe the best experiences are given by the people, so hopefully the best flatmates ever who make me want to stay and not leave the city 😁 (I’m on a working holiday so I might go travelling after a few months in Melbourne) I bring a PlayStation 4 that I can share in the living room if you wish, with Netflix, HBO (GoT coming 🤩) and of course we can play together some games. Now I’m in Spain, See you soon, on the other side of the world!! 😁
I'm 22, from England recently landed in Melbourne looking for a roof to put over my lil head! I'm an artist with passion for queer art, classical European mythology, portraiture and usually make my living selling my paintings, taking commissions and working part time on top. But while I find my feet in Melb I'm working for a TV/film agency and part time in a bar before I can get back in the studio. I'm super chilled and easy going kinda guy with a love for good food and good wine (or Aldi $6 shiraz does the job). I'm looking for some good buddies to share a place and make a home. Ideally move in end of Jan/early Feb. I speak good Spanish and a lil bit of German and Korean too. Shoot me a message if you want to know more about me, or even if you just wanna hang out. I'm house trained I like going for walkies and I won't wee on the carpet
Hey I'm currently living in the CBD, but am wanting to move back to the suburbs. I'm very clean and don't have many belongings. I'm usually out at work, bouldering or doing yoga. I'm looking for somewhere with PT to the CBD for work and have to give my current landlord two weeks notice, but I would be willing to move in sooner if I found somewhere that I really liked
