Fairly normal chill human. Spend a lot of time studying. However, always down to watch a movie/have a drink. Been doing the house share thing since forever so I'm very respectful, friendly and clean.
Hey guys, my friend Clay and I are getting in early! Our lease runs out mid December and we are hoping to find a four bedroom place to rent around that time, with 2 other awesome people to join us in the other room(s). I'm a student and Clay is a full time carpenter. We enjoy some drinks on the weekend and would be keen to live with people who'd like to hang out and do the same. We also love going out for brunch! We play a bit of sport (netball and boxing), so we are quite active. If you or anyone you know is keen to team up definitely hit us up! :)
Hello there, my name is Ryan I am 25 year’s old and looking for a short term stay from the 10th of September until the first week of November so about two months. I am originally from Western Australia and moved here early this January. I currently have a job working in South Bank and working night shifts (8-4am) and then next month it will change to Day Shift (12-8pm). I am very low maintenance, easy going, chilled and always up for a cheeky laugh. I have spent the previous year travelling India, Nepal and parts of Europe. In December I plan to further my travels. I respect people’s space and will always clean up after myself! I am vegetarian and practising tai chi at the moment in Brunswick which keeps me busy. I always try and get outside and I enjoy a good chat about life. Let me know if it seems like a good fit. Cheers Ryan
I have been in a sharehouse for a good year, so i am well trained.. :) will pay bills on time, clean, if i've cooked too much food and you are home, you can have some to. Happy to share glass of wine, basically would like to be friends with you. Really down to earth.. Love pets and open to conversation and some down time. Will respect your space as i'm not too loud. I do like to listen to music while I clean. Don't mind if you have people over, all my friends live far away so I doubt my friends be around often.
We are two community focused, animal lovers and been known to dumpster dive. Dom loves to cook and share, Rachael loves to eat. We cycle long distances when we have free time, Dominic likes to build bikes for his friends and play Chess. We like playing Music notably Doms classical guitar;) and Rach’s Piano. We both love reading just ask us about our favourite books. Important stuff: We are non smokers, queer friendly, we eat mostly plants and hummus, don’t watch telly, both either working or studying full time. We are house trained! & We don’t smoke. naturally we are considerate of others Thank you! Email and call us anytime
Im a friendly, compassionate, kind hearted soul that tries to see the best in everyone even if it is hard to do so at times. Nursing student at ACU, currently on gap year to find work and take some time for myself. Happy to keep to myself reading, listening to music or playing games when at home. I have no issue with parties or people being over but not looking for a party house. Looking to move from November onwards. Trans friendly is a must! P.s the rent budget is set at 160 for a reason. Please dont send me messages about your rooms on offer if they are more then that. Thanks :)
I'm 34 from India and have just finished my studies in conservation science from UQ in Brisbane. I'm now working part-time as an RA at Melbourne University while I look for full-time postdoctoral positions. I'm not strictly vegetarian but happy to not bring any meat in the house. I love animals but don't own one. I go for yoga, would like to find dance classes close to where I will live and mostly spend my days working on my research. I am social and enjoy having a beer or a cup of tea with close friends in the evening. But I also enjoy being on my own so I'm not needy in terms of company! I am also extremely (!!) tidy, so much so that one of my previous shared houses still seems to be swearing by my tidiness standards even though I've been long gone from that house 😃 Please get in touch if I sound like the right fit for your house.

Hello future housemate, I'd like to start off with what I need for a room ! I'll be needing a car space, a decent sized wardrobe (preferably big) and a queen sized bed (if applicable - not necessary). Ensuite room would also be preferred but not necessary either. I'm a bubbly, tidy and mature person that loves to work a lot. I'm a sommelier but no I'm not always drunk - I just act like it xD. I don't stay home much. It's either I'm at work or my parents house (Sundays). I don't like to party as I'd like peace and quiet when I get time for myself ( I don't get much of it - unfortunately ). I'm including my boyfriend's name on my listing as he sleeps over quite a bit and I don't mind paying a couple rate to not have any conflict. But only my stuff will be in the house. My parents don't know about him as I've got extremely strict parents hence why the conditions of the situation is necessary :)) I hope you guys would understand. Thank you !
I'm a 20 year old guy from Helsinki, Finland and coming to live in Melbourne for atleast the next 6 months! I'm a very positive and outgoing person, love to cook and hang out with my flatmates! I have a lot of previous experience in house sharing aswell. I have a passion towards modern art and fashion. Love going to bars and restaurants during the weekend but also enjoy a calm evening with a good book and tea! I will work in the hospitality industry, most likely morning hours.
Ideally looking to find someone (probably 2 others) to team up with and find a place around Preston / thornbury. Saying that, I'm open to the right already established share house. I'm pretty easy going, work full time. Happy to share a meal or two but also totally happy to do my own thing. Most nights I'm at the gym or doing social things. Weekends I am in and out but mostly out. Not into partying but I'm happy to have friends over for dinners and drinks. I'm neat and tidy, but not pedantic about it and I'm respectful of others space. My 4yrold dog WONT be coming to live with me but he may visit/be around the house a few hours each week. He won't bother you as he dosent leave my side.
Hey there, I'm messaging you in response to your ad for your awesome place . I'm 27 year old who works full time as a sales and education manager for a cosmetics company... free stuff for all ! I travel around Melbourne for work and occasionally interstate. I love my job but I love nothing more than switching off when I get home with a cuppa or a glass of red . I spend my weekends out and about catching up with friends. I am also an avid bruncher, coffee drinker, chocolate cake addict and dog lover. I am pretty sociable but also appreciate my own and others down time and privacy. I am respectful ,organised and tidy . Look forward to hearing from you Cheers Emma
Hey! We're Tara and Tash and we are looking for a guy 25-35 years old to join our cool little family. We live in a funky 3-storey townhouse that's fully furnished with all the mod cons. The room available has a private ensuite, a small pebble courtyard and is on the ground floor. There is great public transport connections - the 11 tram is a 2 minute walk away, Croxton station is a 5 minute walk away and Northcote plaza for supermarkets etc is about 7 minutes by car - but most importantly great coffee is only around the corner! Bills are split 3 ways and we have unlimited internet. We would like someone to go on the lease. Unfortunately no couples thanks! Hope to hear from you guys soon! T and T
