Hi, we live in the heart of Northcote with easy access to the 86 and 11 trams, Northcote and Merri train stations (5 to 10 minutes walking distance). The house is a well maintained double storey home with a big backyard overlooked by the rear balcony. The upstairs common areas have gas ducted heating and are comprised of a large kitchen (including dishwasher and gas cooking) with meals area, separate huge lounge and entertaining area with large glass doors opening out onto the front balcony which has city views and a large central bathroom with shower and separate bath. Downstairs is the fourth bedroom, laundry, second bathroom, kitchenette plus a lounge which is used as an art making/music room. The house is also near Merri Park and super close to all that Northcote could offer. We have a small dog, who is going to be your new best friend.
Hi I'm Chantelle, I'm easy going and friendly and love to have a good laugh. I'm a creative person who enjoys cooking and baking, keeping fit and am passionate about drama/theatre. I am a bit of a grandma trapped in young persons body, I love to read, drink tea, bake (especially cakes) and knit. I sometimes sing in the shower - I apologise in advance haha :) I am originally from South Australia but will be moving to Melbourne to study at RMIT (Bachelor of Media and Communication) and I'll be working part time in admin. I've have travelled and lived overseas and love swapping travel stories. I'm neat and tidy and respectful of others and enjoy the occasional night out (although I would much prefer a night in). I've lived in share houses before so I am very respectful of others privacy and space, but my door is always open if you ever want to chat :) I have two beautiful cats, Nutella is a shy girl with one eye who is incredibly loving once she has warmed up to you. And Chandler Bing, a not so shy girl who is very curious and funny and loves cuddles and attention. I'm interested in a team up also, however you must like cats - that's my only rule :) I have spent the last year living on my own, so I have an apartment full of furniture. So if you are interested in a team up, I can supply a great deal of furniture and kitchenware.
I recently moved back to Melbourne from Brisbane. I am really easygoing and respectful of others' space. I am a bit of a "neat-freak" and am happy to do my share of cleaning etc. I'm a public servant and plan to study counselling. I enjoy a chat, cooking, eating out, listening to people's stories, playing the guitar, music generally, reading and am a keen runner.
The house is a completely detached, spacious and beautifully appointed home. It comes complete with new furnishings and appliances, linen and towels. There is loads of natural light, two bedrooms (one queen and one double, both with 3-door inbuilt wardrobes and desks), two bathrooms, a huge gourmet kitchen, two living areas (one also doubles as a games room with ping pong table). There is a courtyard, both bedrooms are upstairs, north facing and take in an uninterrupted view of the street as there are no buildings nearby. There is central heating to keep you toasty in winter and also ducted cooling throughout for the summer. All bills and internet included. The train and several bus lines are a 1 minute walk away. Trendy High St Northcote is a short stroll with trams, cinema, restaurants, cafes and bars. Fairfield village is also nearby. Fairfield park and Yarra bend are 5 minutes from the house with natural bush land, Yarra river, walking/running and cycling trails. All this and only 5 km from the city! All bills and internet included.
Hi guys, im currently looking for a mid-sized room (to fit a bed, desk and some shelving) in share accomodation. I work full time as a barista and study pt a couple of evenings a week, so I keep myself pretty occupied. Im pretty quiet during my down time. If im not out with mates, im usually reading or relaxing with a beer and movie. I consider myself quite outgoing and social, but as I work in hospo I usually get it all out my system during the day so I'm not interested in bringing a party home with me. I've experienced sharehouse living before, so know how to wash my own dishes and scrub a toilet. As a bonus, I'm more than happy to make coffee for everyone :) Feel free to send me a msg! Sean.
There are so many great things about this apartment. It is next to the Aquatic Centre, a lovely reminder to be active. There is a fancy view of the city that you can enjoy a nice glass of wine on a hard days work. There is a balcony that you can walk around and put your feet up for a beer or so. Public transport is at your doorstep- a bus stop that conveniently takes you directly into the city. The train station is about a 10 minutes walk away. Parallel streets of High and Station makes it easy as the hubs for entertainment with many good bars and places to eat. The place is also fully loved by me - there is life in every corner.

We are nice, friendly, clean, sportive, chilled and open harded persons who are searching for a place to live during our stay. Dominik is sport scientist, martial artist, electrician and can fix nearly everything. Anna is an english, history and psychology teacher, who loves to cook and bake.
Hi Everyone! My name is Tabitha and I'm a 22 year old student from Hobart, Tasmania. I will be making the move in February to study Masters of Teaching at Unimelb. Happy to team up with people, or join you in your existing sharehouse :) I am a social gal who loves to cook, have a glass of wine, and a good chat. I'm easy-going, and I'm looking to live with people who have a few of those things in common. My room may be a bomb-site at times but I always keep common areas clean and tidy :) I will be receiving centrelink and also supplementing that with hospitality work, so $250 would be my absolute maximum I could afford, preferably something a bit cheaper. Looking in the Brunswick/Fitzroy/North Melbourne area. Unfortunately I am not moving up until Mid Feb so I can't meet up with people until then but I am happy to have skype/phone interviews etc, and would be willing to start paying rent a couple of weeks earlier for the right place.
I'm a South East Asian guy in my 30s working full-time in the city. I respect others' privacy but always enjoy having good conversations with housemates. In the house I will keep the common space clean and tidy and expect the same from housemates. I cook and bake about 2 days a week and enjoy sharing good foods with housemates if they want to.
Hey! Chelsea and myself are an engaged couple. We are looking for a reasonably large space in a share house somewhere between Bundoora, Fitzroy and Epping. We have all bedroom furniture as well as a fridge and some other stuff. We both drive so somewhere to fit 2 cars (street parking is fine). Chelsea works part time at Melbourne Airport and studies Psychology full time at La Trobe. I work as a Mental Health Support Worker in the Northern Suburbs. In our spare time, we are out with friends, playing American Football or chilling out with food and Netflix. We are relaxed and easy going people, and would like the same in our housemates. We mostly keep to ourselves but are are definitely okay with dinner and drinks together :)
I'm a Masters Student of Comms and Media. A lefty feminist who likes swimming in the ocean, Netflix and casual drinks. A swim teacher on weekends. Don't reckon you'll ever have a problem getting along with me.
Quite a cosy, quaint home in Northcote. We're about a 10 min walk from fairfield station, and 20 min walk from northcote station and the 86 on high street. We've got a veggie patch and pots out front, so if anyone is a gardening/cooking enthusiast and would make good use out of it would be greatly appreciated. Preferably vegetarians. Quite a laid back environment, with some instruments lying around you are more than welcome to play. This is also an eco-friendly household. Has an A/C and heater, garage, ping pong table, and fresh herbs and greens whenever you please. Rent is $1120/month Rent is paid a month in advance. Ideally looking for someone who works full/part time that is reliable, clean and respectful, and responsible with paying the bills for this short period of time. Please message me for more info and to arrange an inspection.
I am good at living in other people's houses, I have done it for many years. I am very respectful, clean and tidy and I always pay rent on time. I love to have a chat but is both studying and working full time so I am quite busy. I like to keep myself occupied with all sort of different things like fitness, outdoors, cooking healthy meals, reading, climbing. I am not looking for a party house. I love animals but have none of my own. I am currently living in the far west, and is available to move in on the 12th of January!
28, easy going, open minded and happy kid from the country. Very polite and respectful and expect the same. Non smoker and prefer a non smoking household. Moving to Melbourne from the Latrobe Valley to start an engineering degree at RMIT and also to be closer to my girlfriend. Looking for good housemates first and foremost. I'm a keen guitarist and love a good jam sesh singalong. Would love it if there was off street or even garage parking for my van as it's full of tools, however this is not essential.
Hi there!! 1 room with own bathroom available in a modern 2 bedrooms unit, for 3 weeks over the Christmas period (23rd Dec - 13th Jan). Room is furnished, unlimited internet, Netflix, amazing city view, tram 11 is at your doorstep (25min to CBD, 8min walk to train station), convenience store close by, plenty of restaurants on High street and Fitzroy.
I work full-time Sunday to Thursday 10am-7pm in the northern suburbs and I spend a lot of my free time at the gym, spending time with friends and going to see local music, so I'm out every day and most weekends. When I do stay in I'm usually reading, writing, listening to music or a podcast, so I'm pretty laid back in general. This will be my first time living out of home so I definitely won't be stepping on any toes, and I love getting to know new people without being too intrusive. I've lived in Melbourne my whole life in the eastern suburbs but I'm looking to move closer to the city. I own my own car, don't smoke and I'm single. I was raised to respect people and their belongings, and as the youngest of four kids, I'm not nit-picky about sharing. I'm easy to get along with and I like to think I have a good grasp on common sense. I can be a little introverted but most of the time I'm pretty bubbly. The move date/stay time is an estimate as my parents are selling their house in the coming months, but ideally I'd prefer a longer-term stay. :)
Hey, my name is Charlotte, I am a friendly La Trobe nursing student looking for accomodation over the summer. I am used to living with a big household and am always happy to help out with cleaning! I currently work part time in hospitality. Don’t hesitate to call me :)
Hello stranger! Have a self indulgent list about me: • Melbourne born and bred, but a recently ended visa has sent me back from London where I lived for 2 years painting murals in offices and straightening postcards at the Tate. • My main interests are David Bowie and drawing a whole bunch. The twin disciplines. I combine them which might sound like i spend all my time making Bowie fan art, which isn't far from the truth. • Currently work full time telling old people why their dvds won't play at JB hifi, and I freelance as an illustrator when the opportunity arises. • Bonus stuff I like too much: Back to The Future II, cheese, dull history podcasts, my guitar (for someone who poorly taught themselves off the internet), wine, and making ponchos with felt shapes hot-glued onto them out of old blankets with a head hole cut in. • I'm incredibly easy going with my living arrangements but have a few more facts while we're here that may or may not matter: - I'm vegetarian who'd happily live with omnivores/carnivores. - I don't have any myself, but I'd already love your cat/dog/etc. Not spiders though, they can jog on. - Not a smoker, but I'd live in a tobacco field if it felt right. - LGBTQ+ friendly •I can move in ANYTIME (please help, I must get out of Rowville before I find myself with a four wheel drive)
Hey I am a student from India studying masters of sports management. I am passionate about sports and into personal fitness as well. I am an easy going and open minded person. I am looking for long term stay. Cheers.
