Hi All, We are two friends looking for a 3rd person to join us in a place that we are currently searching for around the Northcote area and surrounding suburbs. Ideally looking for a male (just for some house balance) but if you're an awesome chick who is not keen for drama then feel free to get in touch too. Must love dogs and dislike bananas (not a metaphor). We have majority of the house stuff covered...if you have a washing machine though, that would be mint! A bit about us... Originally from Brisvegas, living in Melbourne nearly 2 years Bella, 11, staffy x kelpie who has an obsession with ball/stick chasing, and is pretty keen on cuddles...also, cool AF. We like music, gigs etc...JJJ will be the house radio station. Sports are good. AFL, EPL...Staci likes a rugby of some kind (?) - Enjoy a beverage of an evening but not going to be a party house....however, drinks /dinners with friends and the occasional shindig at the house are likely. Drop us a line if you think this is your cup of tea/pint of beer Looking at a budget of up to $650 for the house, divided among the 3 of us.

Hi! I am Hanum (25 yo) from Indonesia. I got the scholarship to study Master of Public Health for two years at The University of Melbourne. It will commence on this second semester. I’ll arrive in Melbourne by 6th June 2017. I’d be happy to check your place when I am there. Otherwise, we could organise a Skype if this works for you. A bit about myself: I used to work for a Non-Govermental Organisation (NGO) in both education and health sector. I love travelling and like sharing thoughts over a coffee. With thanks, Hanum
I am a 29 year old IT professional from New Zealand who has been in Melbourne for 17 months! I'm looking for a longer term lease (6+ months) with an awesome group of housemates to enjoy living and spending time with! Highly flexible in terms of social outings and love trying something new. Interests include interpretive dance, hiking, gym and physical activity, music, audio, sports in general and I am a big cricket fan, food and exploration in general.
I'm very easy going. Work full time. I'm at gym or doing social things most nights. I'm happy to share a meal or two but I'm also very happy to do my own thing. I'm pretty quiet at home. I'm neat and tidy but not pedantic about it. Do you like dogs? I have a beautiful 4year old vizsla. He's super chill and just follows me wherever I go. Whilst he will NOT be coming to live with me he may be around the house for a few hours a week.He always smells like 'vanilla cupcake' shampoo. I have a vacuum. He has very good manners
Cosy and homely, with charm to boot! Transport galore - tram at one end of street, train at the other. High Street restaurants and cafes at the end of the street, 5 min drive to Northcote Plaza (Coles, Aldi, Kmart) and close to Merri Creek Trail. Super friendly housemates - Emelia (29, occupational therapist) and Steven (28, facilities manager and celebrant). We're pretty relaxed, love to have a laugh and chat when we're home, but also respect each others privacy and need for space. We're in and out quite a bit so not always home. The house is furnished, but welcome extra bits and pieces. We have a backyard that's great for BBQs (BYO BBQ! ) and chilling out in the sunshine, we have some veggies in the garden beds and would welcome another green thumb to tend to it! The person who moves in must love dogs...as Steven's gorgeous kelpie Phoenix lives here too (and Emelia's cavoodle Bella on occasion!). Phoenix is very well behaved and gentle (a little excitable when you first walk through the door but that's how she shows her love!). She's an indoor and outdoor dog who wants to be with people, so you have to be ok with having dogs inside. Bills are extra but very cheap. On street parking available. Gas appliances. It's not the newest/fanciest place but for the location and rent you can't go wrong!
