24 years old French; I'm working as a safety consultant in Kew East - therefore looking for a place near this area. I'm pretty laid back and won't make a fuss if you have friends over, on the contrary as I have sometimes friends visiting me from France :) I like sharing a meal, a glass of wine or one (or ten) episodes of a TV show, but I like doing my own thing too. I'm also into Zumba and practice 2-3 times a week!

Hello, I'm a 33 year old professional who works in Heath Care. I'm hoping to find a house with beautiful people who appreciate simplicity, kindness and generosity. I've been in Melbourne for about 5 years now and keep discovering new things about this city. I work a regular 9-5 shift and like to relax at home most weekdays. This includes indulging in conversation about the world, bingeing on an interesting TV show or cooking up some ethnic food. My interests include world cinema, I'm always looking forward to different film festivals. Multi culture, we have to consider us lucky to be in a city that offers so much diversity, this includes trying different restaurants and cuisines. I'm guilty of traveling hours to sample new foods (Afghan in Dandenong). I don't drink and party as I much as i used to but more then happy to socializes with my housemates as i find myself more comfortable in intimate group settings. I'm not a big fan of sports and would rather spend my time reading, gardening or traveling Ideally I'm looking for a house/ apartment in the inner north (I fell in love with this area a few years back) Northcote, Thornbury, Clifton Hill, Westgarth, Brunswick East with 1/2 people. I offer my future housemates respect, kindness and consideration, I'm fairly low maintenance and pull my weight when it comes to tidying up or contributing to group dynamics. I would like to write more about myself but i rather meet over coffee/chai to tell you more about my life. This feels like a dating profile without the actual dating :) Please feel free to contact me for more details Peace Saqib
I'm a musician and a creative guy. I'm a freelance editor. I like to go out in Fitzroy in particular. I've just moved from Sydney to Melbourne. I need a place to stay by early August as my sublet in Brunswick West expires then.
We are two Indian girls. Very friendly and disciplined. We are pretty fun to hang out with and kind of workaholics. We are doing our masters in La Trobe University and have part time jobs. Being in mid 20s we are mature and responsible and love to get to know new people.

Fantastic 4 level townhouse in brilliant location, in a cool laneway less than 100m walk from Northcote Station and Northcote High St. Great pubs, bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Room is big with heaps of storage. Modern bathroom with separate toilet. Living/dining area is great with balcony and lovely views over Northcote and the city. Kitchen is large with modern appliances including dishwasher. The living and dining area are furnished, but otherwise flexible on furnishings. Looking for a social, responsible and clean flatmate.
Easy going; neat and tidy, and respectful of people's space. Also, happy to spend time and have a friendship with the people I live with. Happy to cook dinner and enjoy social time and down time.
Hello! I'm a student looking for somewhere to live ASAP! but im happy to wait a bit for the right place. 6-12 month lease is ideal, happy to sign or not :) I'm 21, born in Scotland but I've moved around a bit and have lived in Australia before. I study Politics and Sociology in Birmingham (England) and I'm coming to Melbourne for 1 year as part of my degree. I'm excited for amazing food, gigs and the general artsy vibes of melbourne!! I try to keep up some creative stuff outside of uni, it'd be cool to live with people also into that sort of thing, I'm happy to live with people who practice instruments etc. I'm vegan but relaxed about it, I don't mind living with meat eaters. I would prefer to not live with conservatives. I've lived in sharehouses before and I know to clean up after myself and respect other's space and belongings. I'm fine with cleaning bathrooms etc and helping out with grosser stuff that needs to be done, and I changed a kitchen tap by myself once, essential skill in a new housemate imo. I would love to live in a friendly house that likes to hang out together a bit, like most people I love + value alone time but I also love + value my friends and it'd be great to live with mates!! 420 friendly please (outside of course)
Detached two level studio apartment located in the storybook suburb of Westgarth. EVERYTHING is at your doorstep: trains to the city, places to eat, an old world cinema, the tranquil surrounds of Melbourne's greatest parks / gardens. Our two level studio apartment is in the heart of Westgarth, in the historical suburb of Northcote in the inner North of Melbourne, 5km from Melbourne CBD. The studio is a separate, private outbuilding, independent from the main house, and offers a newly renovated kitchen, downstairs shower/bathroom and upstairs half bathroom. We have all you need for a comfortable stay including a comfy Queen bed with linen and towels, a small writing desk and hanging robe/shelves and tallboy to unpack your belongings. You have access to a shared toilet and sink in the the upstairs area, and a shared bathroom with toilet, basin and shower downstairs. There is a complete kitchen with utensils, a washing machine and high speed Wi-Fi. You will have access to the apartment through the front left-hand gate down the side of the main house. 24hr video surveillance is installed in the outside areas for guests' security and peace of mind. You will be sharing with a friendly, trustworthy and tidy female early 30s tenant, who has been with us for some months. You are welcome to interact as little or as much as you like with the current tenant. The studio is generally communal and has a friendly, relaxed feel. You will have access to all shared areas of the two-storey studio, including a lounge/TV room, upstairs half bathroom, downstairs kitchen/meals area and a downstairs bathroom with shower. We have two very friendly Goldern Retrievers who live here and may occasionally ask you for a pat! We ask that you are kind to them and remember to close the gates behind you. The Westgarth village is generally known for its colourful mix of cafes, bars and art culture. Located within a 5 minute walk is the Westgarth shops on High Street, which provides a combination of bars, cafes, restaurants, a chemist, an art deco Cinema- The Palace Westgarth, a fabulously stocked organic grocer, ATM and other miscellaneous shops. A short walk up Ruckers Hill is main High Street (arguably providing the best cityscape view in Melbourne), which is known for its diversity of shops, funky cafes and restaurants. Here you will find food from all around the world and local handmade artisan shops. If you enjoy live music, the Northcote Social Club and various other live music bars are nearby as well as several food vans which serve a variety of food. The property is across the road from Merri train station; on the South Morang train line (part of the Melbourne Metro train network). This train line will take you into the Melbourne CBD in about 15 minutes. Trams are a few minutes walk away, (Tram no. 86 on High Street) which passes through some of the best and most vibrant cultural parts of Melbourne (including Fitzroy and Collingwood). The area is surrounded by a well designed series of bike paths and parklands, including Merri Creek which leads into the main Yarra River which runs through Melbourne.
I'm a software engineer for Qantas who has started a masters in Bioinformatics this year. My hobbies include boardgames, travel, Diving, and Tea. A Naturally quiet person, I'm still likely to be up for a chat over a Gin or Tea after work. Looking for likeminded professionals to share with I have a lounge set and all my own bedroom furniture, if a house needs other things I'm happy to contribute. Ideally i'm looking to move in to a home that's being set up so that we can craft it together into something we're comfortable with
Hello, my name is Mel and I am a Kiwi who has just moved here for work. I am looking for a friendly and sociable flat, I am mid thirties so my party days are behind me. Hello, Ashton's the name they gave me, born 1989 making me 27 years of age. I am a hard working, fully employed Machinist/Setout Coordinator working in the commercial interior industry. Generally a 7 - 3:30 Monday to Friday gig with the occasional weekend. So I've got my side of the bills covered. Generally I keep busy either playing sport or hitting the F45 circuits. Pretty much 5-6 days a week. I can motivate if your wanting a gym partner. When I do have a chance to slow down, I'm always up for a casual beer, domination of the old board game or some social bonding. Being new to Melbourne it would be nice to make some friends instead of the occasional greeting to the old housemate in the other room. Having done the house share thing for some time, I pull my weight around the house, clean up after myself and generally respect others needs for cleanliness and space.
My name is Ollie, I’m 25 years old, Architecture student at University of Melbourne. I have been share housing at my current townhouse in Northcote for 2 years, however the owner has just decided to sell! I am originally a refugee and have been living in Australia as a permanent resident for the past 6 years 😊 I currently work as a duty manager at Coles and have additional help from Centrelink for my studies. I am a friendly, social, clean & tidy, easy going, non-judgmental, driven guy who has his own thing going on, and have remained good friends with those I have lived with. I love to hang out for a drink, head out to dinner or share meals with others whenever the time calls for it and put effort into making the house feel like a home, and I also respect the space and boundaries of others. I love to head out into nature on the weekends for hiking or camping, or go and see bands with friends, and am generally very keen to learn as much as I can about Australian culture and improve on my English (my current housemate helped me write this :P). If you think I sound like a good fit, I’d love to come over to meet you and check out the place. I’m also happy to provide references too. Hope to hear from you soon, Ollie

Hey, I'm looking for a long term room in any of the inner suburbs, preferably within 45 mins cycling time of carlton. I work part time and spend the remainder of my time reading, tryna learn piano and going on outings with friends. Have lived in share houses before and am tidy + reliable with cleaning up and paying rent/bills. I'm always up for the odd cook up/cheap wine when I'm around but respectful of others' space/time. I'll need a place with parking available (street is fine). If you think you've got something in my budget - max $650 p/m - shoot me a message :) Emily
