It is a decent sized, wonderfully low maintenance 4x2 home, located in Morley. The house is fully furnished, except for the bedroom that is on offer. The room has a built in wardrobe. The bathroom will be shared between 3 house mates. It is situated on the rear lot behind another house - so no frontage - meaning no lawns to mow and minimal garden to upkeep. This also means we have a fair bit of privacy. The car bays in the garage are now taken, so it will be street parking for the remaining tenant coming in. The house has a small paved, cute courtyard - great for entertaining. I have a barbecue you are welcome to use and a Webber too. There's a pot-bellied chiminea for a wood fire in the colder months as well. There’s an outdoor fridge, for drinks to go in when entertaining, and a chest freezer for overflow storage. Each section of the house can be closed off, handy if you want some separation from the dining room or lounge room activities. There is ducted, evaporative air conditioning throughout the house, and a gas heater in the lounge room for winter. I don't have a dryer for the laundry, but the washing machine I have is new and available for use by everyone. The outdoor line gets plenty of the breeze and sunshine to dry your clothes quickly. Bills have proven to be pretty cheap as I’m not home a lot to use the utilities. Looking for entire house/villa/duplex/townhouse. My partner and I both work full time and have been in the same jobs for a number of year. No pets and not intending to have any. Looking to move closer to an area closer to where we both work. Will consider most suburbs in the City of Stirling (wont go further east than yokine). It is in quiet neighbourhood, a nice park just opposite of the house and really close to Mirrabooka Shopping Center. We have available either standard bedroom for $200 or master bedroom with your own bathroom for $230. Come and live with us in Morley! We are two late 20's professionals who are easy going, like to cook, stay fit, have a drink and have people over, hang out and watch tv etc. We do have two dogs which are allowed inside, so a dog lover is a must. You would have the main bathroom to yourself as we are in the master/ensuite. Obviously any visitors we have would also use this bathroom so not entirely your own all the time. Bedroom fits queen size bed and a bedside table and a small chest of drawers or tv stand etc. It has a built in wardrobe and air con. House is fully furnished so you don't need to bring anything, except your bedroom furniture. The house has two large living areas, both with couches and TV's so plenty of room to do your own thing. Kitchen is also fully equipped as we love to cook. There is off street parking as well, as our house is at the rear of a double dwelling block. Gas/electricity approx $140-190 every two months depending on usage. Would also be great for FIFO workers because we are max 15mins from the airport. Looking for a like minded person, who is clean, tidy and conscientious of their housemates, a dog lover, friendly and easy going!

Bus transport to city and ECU via Flinders Street. For the cafe addict, there is a retro cafe half a block away. There are seven shopping centres within ten minutes drive.
Hey folks, am looking for a place anywhere between Karrinyup and Nollamara area to be in proximity to my work (i work for Silver Chain), as well as the beach, now that we're comin into that type of weather again (i surf/bodysurf regularly). Generally pretty fit and health conscious, and am vegetarian, so ideally would like to grow a few veges of my own. Hi I'm Jen I'm a full time student at Notre dame and also have a permanent part time job in west Perth. I am out going and very easy to get along with. I'm looking for a roommate who has no problem interacting or even hanging out from time to time, however I do still appreciate time alone. I am a moderately tidy person, who loves to bake and watch movies. I'm not a party animal however I do enjoy social gatherings. My lease finishes first week December so was really hoping to find a new house by then.
I get on well with people I meet, and don't like to make demands on people. I like cats and dogs, or other pets. I'm a pretty quiet sort of person, non-smoking, and only the occasional drink. My two daughters will be living with their Mum and I plan to see them often.
