Bus stop is approx 100m from the house and the train station is a ten minute walk or a 2 minute drive. Street parking is available. The house is 3 bedrooms. The room can come with or without a bed. The room has BIR, you will have access to the main bathroom and toilet. House has ducted heating and I will soon be installing a split system for cooling. The house is fully furnished so all you need to do is bring your own personal items. I also have excess of linen, towels etc so if you require these I can supply. I don't mind if you are someone who is looking for a short term stay or long term. I am flexible. The house is just too big for me. There is a small courtyard at the rear of the property. NBN internet is connected. I am looking for someone who is easy going, down to earth, clean & tidy (the house is new and easy to maintain) and respectful of others. Someone who has lived in share housing who acknowledges that the house is a home. I am friendly and enjoy having a chat, sharing a meal now and then and maybe also a few drinks now and then at the end of the week. I also have a black medium hair cat whose name is Kizzy and she is adorable. I will need a place that hasn't got much furniture in it because I have a house full already! I can put some stuff in storage if need be but will need to keep my bed and lounge suite with me. I am respectful of personal space and your own time but also up for a chat if you want. I'm a quiet person with a LOT of books, I play some video games, and read a lot. Not one for mad parties, although I like having people around. I have no problem with housemates with pets, although I don't have any myself. I drive, and have a car, and hope to find work soon.

I am very quiet. I work nights in the city and spend most of my daytime resting or travelling to work so I am never in the way. In my spare days off (usually twice a week) I just read and do my cleaning. I also have a partner that visits throughout the week.

Hi all, I'm a midwife currently living in the western suburbs of Melbourne and have found myself looking for a new place to live, hopefully central to work. I work on call full time, so I work a varied roster. Consequently I'm very understanding of people's varying schedules. I'm very friendly and sociable, but understanding of the need for personal space. I come with a 2yo border collie, Flynn (house trained, desexed + vaccinated). Flynn is used to being both an indoor and/or outdoor dog, and being alone. But I'm sure he would not be opposed to a friend should you have pets. Please let me know if you have any questions. Air-con and central heating installed. We are very clean and tidy. We clean up after ourselves. We try to be quiet and respectful of other people's privacy, although we do love to chat and hang out every now and then. Any smoking is to be done outside. No drugs. We are not a party household. You can definitely have guests or a partner over a couple of times a week but we don't throw parties.
