I'm friendly, funny and relaxed. I get along with open minded, honest people. I'm used to taking care of myself, and I'm mostly pretty quiet and introverted, but enjoy a friendly, chill vibe at home. I'm on disability benefits, so I spend a lot of time at home with my cats and watching Netflix. I have 2 indoor-only cats that are friendly and playful. They are desexed, litter trained, and have previously lived with a dog. Feel free to message me if you would like to ask anything.
I'm a professional working lady, not 9-5, start flexible time, but mainly home late, may already been to gym work-out and already had shower I may have a late super when home but won't be making such a noisy storm and cleaning up my own dishes most week-end working, have 1 or 2 week days off not taking any man home good person to share with, will look after each other will give you a lift when your car at service and will drop you to work when it's on my way to help you save on your taxi fare...
A bit about me - my name is Alfonso, I'm 25, I work full time, study part time, and am a non smoker. I like paying my bills on time, I always clean after myself and I am more than happy to do my share of house duties. I normally work long days every day so just looking to find a quiet place that'd be mostly a place to relax and enjoy a movie. Don't mind socialising, maybe grab a beer or watch some TV with flatmates.
Hi everyone, I'm looking for a 2 bedroom unit just for myself (No share). If anyone out there has a unit/granny flat they are looking to rent out, please let me know. I have my own furniture so it needs to be unfurnished. I'm not fussy about the location. Just as long as it isn't too far away from Donvale. Drop me a line and I'll come down for a look. Much Thanks, Linda
I have a very cute house trained mini Pomeranian:)
I keep to myself, friendly and quiet. I clean up after myself and can cook. I work full time, been at my place of work for over 7 years. 40 years old, separated about 15 months ago. I host my own radio show on community radio, Apple 98.5 FM, located in Bacchus Marsh. Back in February 2017 I had major surgery to remove cancer from my body, with a temporary stoma put in while my rectal area repairs itself. In May I began aggressive chemo treatment for the second time, which will last for 5-6 months and then I'll be having more surgery sometime in early 2018 to remove stoma/sow up hole left by stoma, and put everything back the way it was...minus a bit of bowel. The person(s) accepting me into their home (if that is the case) will need to be aware of my health issue and be understanding and ok with it. I am also a high functioning autistic, better known as Asperger's. Doesn't really mean anything, doesn't affect anything in any way, just best that I mention it. I'm currently living at both my father's house and a share house in Darley. A transition period, where my father wants me closer to him while I go through the things I'm going through at the moment. However eventually I need to make a decision on where exactly I want to be living.
So it's time for me to move closer to work, as my long commute to the office each weekday has finally got on my nerves. As an active person that enjoys exploring Victoria I'm often out and about hiking or biking on weekends, but when I'm home and have the time I like learning to cook new meals (vegetarian is a specialty), spending time relaxing out in the backyard, watching a bit of TV or surfing the web. Being an engineer my work hours are generally 8.30am - 6pm on weekdays and I usually play basketball at least one night a week. Would be great to have a couple shared interests with my potential housemate/s, so give us a heads up as to what you enjoy doing in your spare time if you are to message me. I come house trained, so that means I clean up after myself (and often others), make time each day to complete the necessary chores, pay my bills early or on time and am more than happy to socialise when the time is appropriate. Would like to find a place that could accommodate a future pet, preferably a canine, but I am willing to wait a while for that, if I can find a suitable home and housemate to live with. Hope to hear from you soon

This property has a bus stop outside that takes you into Melbourne Central or the local railway (Mitcham Station) and/or the Airport. Shops are across the road... including Coles, and a variety of general stores... Tunstall Shopping Centre. Your room overlooks the back garden. The property is surrounded by a reflective garden setting.
we live in leafy Doncaster East. Lovely 3 bedroom rear unit. Big sunny kitchen and family meals area. Bedroom has its own ensuite and is located at the rear of the house so you have privacy when you want it. Big sunny kitchen that gets the morning light, as well as leading onto a small deck. 5 minute walk to the local Tunstall shops with supermarket, pharmacy ,bank and host of cafes. Easy walk to the 906 express freeway into city and get you there faster than driving in peak hour traffic. We also have nearby stops for 901 and 902 ring road buses. If you are needing to catch the train, a 10minute bus ride gets you to Blackburn station. Westfield shopping town is a 10minute bus ride. 15 minutes on the bus takes you to Warrandyte where you can walk along the Yarra River or explore the many specialty shops and cafes.
The house is an old 3 bedroom brick house located in a quiet court, house is fully furnished and operational (except for the in question bedroom....but i can supply some furniture if needed) The room for lease is a large room- easily can accommadate a queen sized bed, desk, drawers etc, but has no built in cupboard. We would share the toilet (off main bathroom) but you would have exclusive use of your own shower/bath. The house has a decent sized yard and huge garage and separate work-shed. Would suit a tradie , someone who works on cars , a guy with lots of tools or someone who has a lot of belongings they need to store....as there is a lot of storage space available. Could easily be adapted into a man-cave/ gym etc. Alternatively a student would find this a good fit with easy access to freeway, buses and close to Box Hill. Close Freeway access also means it is only a 20 min commute into the city for professionals Would prefer someone with fulltime job and able to committ to min 1 year
Living at this property is awesome as it is located in the heart of Mitcham with Mitcham railway station and the 907 (city) bus stops located within walking distance. Eastland Shopping Centre is just down the road and there are also heaps of local shops, grocery stores and gyms also within walking distance.
A place for comfortable living in new furnished home. Private room, queen bed, own shower, fully furnished, complete kitchen, etc - Privacy to be on your own. Internet available with limited cap. Quiet relax place where you will always want to be home. This place is well positioned with privacy yet convenient, next to shopping centre and public transport. Great amenities, shopping center, sports, etc and quick travel time to the city.
A beautifully renovated cozy home. extremely clean, Fantastic location in a tranquil tree lined street. Perfect for students or single professional in a transition! Short term rental but happy to extend to long term with a good clean tenant. Two-minute walk to Coles, Cafes and Mitcham train station. only 20-minute drive to the City. A rare unique opportunity.
We love living in a pretty quiet street close to shops, public transport, a walk/bike track and much more. The house is quite spacious and we have been using the third bedroom as a study/storage room. Extras that are available for use include the dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, steam mop and some space in the fridge! For $20 each a month we are signed up for unlimited wifi internet so that's great for all the other Netflix addicts. We would prefer a housemate who works full-time or part-time and has no problem paying bills on time.
Hello, My names Sam and my partners name is Sava. Our cats name is Simba and he is cute and cuddly. We're a young couple expecting a baby. Looking for a place to stay and create a home base. Sava is at uni studying engineering and I am a teacher. Expecting a baby in 5 months so would only be suitable in a house with a lot of privacy. The bubs will obviously cry sometimes.. Don't want to keep the owners up at night by living in the room next door! Granny flats or seperate story living would be ideal. We are generally working, studying or at home cooking up a storm, eating and watching movies. We both love health food and long walks at the park! Sam and Sava
Hi I'm Katie, I am a 20 year old single female looking for a place to call home. I work part time on a contract so have stable income and I also study full time. I have two outdoor bunnies. I cook and clean up after myself and keep to myself most of the time.
Hi, I'm 22 years old originally from Hong Kong, just graduated at Deakin Uni last year, have a little bit of experience living in a shared house as I have lived for 3 years at my current place. I work full time 5 days a week, and I have lived in Melbourne for 5 years so far. I'm friendly, tidy, sociable, organised and easy going. In my spare time I hang out with my friends, I like to go out for drinks or dinners. I like sports, so I play soccer. I also enjoy chilling at the beach, shopping, the occasional night out and relaxing nights cooking. I'm fine with either going for a private room or teaming up with any of you for a house, planning to move in from March to April for a long-term lease, I need garage or driveway for parking my car as I wouldnt park on street, also I have my own furniture for a bedroom so a furnished room wouldnt be preferred. Built-in wardrobe is preferred. Please do not call me, and shoot me a private message instead if interested :) Thanks, Alex
I am a 44 year old single male I am work in Doncaster east I am easy going I work afternoon nights I am looking for a place that can accommodate my projector and home cinema system and I also have a caravan to store as I am a person that loves caravanning and I am wanting to live with people I can trust to look after my belongings while I am away in my caravan I do not mind pets
I am a 33 years old podiatrist, just moved to Melbourne from QLD. I love to hang out with housemate while keeping some personal space. I go to the gym on a regular basis and love a lot of outdoor activities. I rarely go party, sitting on the couch and enjoying a good movie is a typical Saturday night for me. I socialize with people but reading a book is more time-worthy for me. I am a grown up man and like my living condition clean and tidy. I am looking for like-minded roommates to enjoy the insignificant but memorable moments of life rather than cheap rent.
I've lived in share houses for 10 years, so know how most set ups work. I'd like to think I'm a friendly guy. I can appreciate when people want downtime and when they want to chat.
Easy going guy. Neat, reliable and mature. I dont smoke and i rarely drink and I have been employed for over 7 years. I am ideally looking for a nice clean unfurnished, decent sized room with a secure parking space. Message me anytime if you have any questions
