I love computers and bike riding, I go to the gym a lot and I work casual. I believe I have good values like honestly and respect along with willing to learn. 2 rules about myself, don’t touch my steak and, I’m my own person that’s not looking for someone to raise me! Oh my names Peter if it doesn’t say anywhere. Thanks for reading my bio.
URGENTLY Looking for a new home ... I AM VERY EASY TO LIVE WITH AND HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR. I HAVE A WELL BEHAVED 14 YEAR OLD DOG AND A LITTLE BLACK CAT, SO IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THEY ARE HAPPY AND SAFE AND HAVE A LITTLE SPACE ... I am looking for a nice relaxed place to live, I would like my own bathroom, and offstreet parking. I am very flexible with the location and I do have my own furniture. I am a writer/director working on the final draft of an Aussie Comedy hoping to shoot the film 2019, I am in the process of raising the budget. I am a clean tidy considerate person who has a great sense of humour, I like a laugh a meal and a glass of wine, but I also value my space and give you yours, I pay my bills and rent on time. At the moment I will be writing from home so a study or my own lounge, or even granny flat or studio would be cool, I am also studying film editing on final cut pro. I am flexible with moving dates and budget, but sooner rather than later would be good. Cheers Peita:)
Hi there, Thanks for reading my profile :-) I’m 37 and working as a freelancer whilst setting up my own home organisation business, with some of my work being on the weekends as well as during the week. I have a 20 year old indoor domestic short haired cat, that is very clean and toilet trained and pretty much sleeps all day in a sunny spot in my room, and I am very fastidious about cleaning up after her. I’m quiet but still like to socialise and chat, friendly, clean and tidy. Ideally i’d like to find somewhere that will allow me to bring my cat, but if not then somewhere short term for just myself until I can find a cat friendly home, would work also. Warm regards, Mel

Hello! I'm Hannah, I am a part time university student with a full-time management position in the city. I have been a tenant at a shared Eltham property since August 2016 and only just I've left due to the landlords moving back in. Currently looking for a new place to live in the Melbourne eastern suburbs. I am very much a homebody who enjoys down time...you'll rarely find me raising a racket. Despite my quiet nature I very much enjoy socialising and a good chat about many things. I pay rent and amenities bills on time and I don't like a dirty kitchen/bathroom (meaning I do clean lol)
I am seeking a place ( 3-12 months ) to be closer to my current place of work. For the last 15 years I was a Project Manager in telecommunications ,where I then left to pursue my own life passions of travel and food. I moved to the Doncaster area around four years ago to be closer to family and friends I was raised in the the outer eastern suburbs and will return there eventually at some stage as I miss waking up to green pastures, cows, horses and mountain views. I am quite cohesive and tolerant of all types of personalities but do like to maintain my privacy and also have respect for the privacy of others. I enjoy cooking, farmers markets, shopping , independent/art house movies in my spare time. I like to keep my living surroundings neat and in order and my bathroom and kitchen sparkling. I have been a long term renter and have always treated places with respect and requiring minimal or no upkeep. I do not smoke or drink or dabble in drugs, not into any party scenes..my visitors will be my family members now and then along with friends who are civil and respectful.

The house is an old 3 bedroom brick house located in a quiet court, house is fully furnished and operational (except for the in question bedroom....but i can supply some furniture if needed) The room for lease is a large room- easily can accommadate a queen sized bed, desk, drawers etc, but has no built in cupboard. Hi! My name is Shannan. I’m 20 years old and have been living out of home for almost 3 years. I’m currently living in a share house but I'm looking to move into a home with easier access to work. My family lives in Mount Dandenong in the heart of the Dandenong Ranges so I moved down to Ringwood as it is very difficult to secure full-time employment up there. I keep in touch with the family regularly and miss my little 4 yo brother loads! Sometimes I go up and spend the night there depending on my rostered shifts. I have a full-time job as a barista with a large chain of well-known cafes that cater to the public hospital system and mainly work out of the Box Hill store. It is rostered shift-work so sometimes I’ll be starting early (6.30am) and at other times I’ll probably start in the early afternoon and finish in the evening (probably home by 7-8pm). I’m very friendly, outgoing, sociable and love meeting new people. I’m up always up for a good laugh/joke around and have a cheeky sense of humour. I try to be thoughtful of others and respect people’s belongings and space. I'm clean and tidy and more than happy to help out around the home. I care a lot about my friends and would give someone my last dollar if they needed it. I also love a good movie/tv series marathon, gatherings with friends, and going out for coffee, a drink, to see a band or nightclubbing. Although I currently don’t own any pets, I love animals of all sorts and used to own/live with some lizards and dogs when I was at my mum’s place. Then there are are all the wild animals that live on the property - Cockatoos, Kookaburras, king parrots, lorikeets, deer, wombats and wallabies :-) I don’t yet own a car - I’m still working toward achieving my 120 hours (almost there) so I’ll be missioning it everywhere on PT for the time being.
Hey hey! My names David and I'm looking to move into a new place by the end of the year. I'm 22 years old, I work full time during the day at a music retail store, and my evenings are occupied as a working drummer through teaching, rehearsing, gigging and practicing. I'm easy going, fun, social, and hope to find housemate(s) of the same calibre, while respecting boundaries of others within the premisses. I'm a clean and tidy person, always picking up after myself and maintaining a respectable household. I understand that being a drummer can be a concern to others, but my practice is done within consideration of others, and respectable hours of the day. You'll never see me playing an acoustic kit, as all my practice is done on pads and low volume cymbals to reduce as much sound as possible, and not disturb others! Ideally looking to join an existing share house or team up to apply for new ones. Cheers guys!
