Hi Everyone I'm Sammy! 28 years old. Work in the city at a financial technology company. I'm friendly and I like keeping things clean around the house. I love going to the gym and can cook here and there. I spend most of time at work and hanging out with friends. Im happy to spend time with people but also love my privacy. I love dogs but unfortunately don't have one of my own. I'm looking to rent with someone who shares a similar view.
I own a house in Gosford and am looking for a room to use some nights of the working week (as I work in the east) and when I need to be in Sydney on the wknds. My partner Luke may be with me sometimes when he works late. We’d be treating this as our halfway house and would be staying only a percentage of the time.
Furnished double room available in a relaxed / friendly flatshare with one other person in Drummoyne. Hey! I’m looking for a flatmate to take the double room in this great apartment which can be reached by bus from the city in 15 mins (off peak, 25 mins rush hour) and is 5 mins from the Drummoyne ‘Bay Run’. It's perfect for a young professional or someone new to the city that wants to be able to get into the CBD without the crazy costs of living in a CBD apartment. The living room is very relaxed with a decent sized, comfortable couch, a large TV, unlimited internet and an Xbox which is mainly used for watching Netflix. The bedroom is a reasonable size with a comfortable double bed and full length mirror. As an apartment, the atmosphere is tidy but laid back and it’d be great to find someone that fits with that. Let me know if this sounds like the right spot for you! :) PS, please use your imagination with the photos, I’m not going to win any awards for my photography skills!! :) Cheers Mark
I am an easy going person who grew up in a big family. I am clean and tidy and keep my mess to myself. I like to get up early to exercise 3-4 days a week. I enjoy a good TV show or movie on weeknights after work and going out with friends for dinner and a glass of wine on weekends. I like to bake occasionally as well.
Hi, primary teacher working in Rozelle looking for house or flat share in inner Sydney area. Tidy, social and easy to live with hoping to share with similar housemates. I enjoy movies, music and bingeing Netflix. Looking for LGBTI+ friendly housing.
I am a 19 year old student at UTS, about to study a Bachelor of Nursing. I have two casual/part-time jobs in hospitality in Hunters Hill and Woolwich. I love being social with friends, active and going outdoors although can also be a very to myself type of person. Super chill happy with a lot of things not too picky and easy to get along with.
I clean up after myself and i'm super laid back. I have friendly well trained cat named Casper that goes where I go but I take care of him myself!
Moving to Sydney to study Clinical Neuropsychology full-time at Macquarie University. Hoping to find somewhere quiet to live in a convenient location. I currently work as a researcher for an insurance company, but will be looking for casual/part-time work in Sydney when I move. I'm an easy person to live with, neat and tidy and generally keep to myself. My current housemates refer to me as the Dad of the house. Main interests are surfing, reading and spending time with my friends. Please note that I come with a dog - she's an 8 year old Pug X Jack Russell. The dog is well behaved, tends to sleep most of the day and unless you're anti-dog you'll probably fall in love with her.

Open minded, focused disciplined always pay rent on time, every time and clean-up after myself I work full time, regular gym go-er and I do some study. I'm health-conscious and would like to share with other respectful people who have a positive outlook in life. I would really like a drama-free and quiet home as my job can be very busy and stressful and I also need to study at night. I go to the gym early mornings and I do a lot of weekly meal prep which requires lot of focus and discipline and kitchen bench space :) . I'm thinking of buying a small fridge / freezer to store my meals for the week. I have a small car so hopefully my new pad will have access to some off-street parking. I'm a happily single guy and its not in my nature to bring back "random casuals" or "the party", back home. I prefer to look after my own meals as mentioned above I'm a bit of a health + fitness nut. I don't have much furniture... just a king single futon + wardrobe rack. Looking for the usual: someone who is relaxed, considerate of others and their belongings and property, washes their dishes/ pots/ pans so others can use the kitchen, pays their rent on time, (every time), knows how to lock the doors and windows properly when they leave the house, clean and tidy etc. I don't like living in a mess and I'm definitely not a party guy so I prefer drug free housemates. Someone who is into a similar healthy lifestyle is ideal but not essential. Most importantly, someone who is honest, friendly and mature enough to discuss home matters or anything else in an open and civil manner. We don't have to be best buddies but it would be ideal to get along. Life out there can be stressful so lets' make it a happy and relaxing home eh, cheers
5 min walk from public transport, with 1 bus-line running all night and buses running down Victoria road every 5 minutes of the day. 5-minute walk to IGA and a 7-minute walk to Harris Farm. Birkenhead is about a 15-minute walk and the bay run is also 15 minutes away from the flat. aircon and reverse (heating), fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. There is all day parking in all the streets around the house so no need to worry about finding a place to store your car. details of the room: The room is moderate in size. It can fit a queen bed, wardrobe, draws and a mirror. This room also comes with a study area which is just outside the room. The room as water views of the bay, Please note ** the room in the photos is NOT the room listed. I will upload photos of the room in the coming few days.
Hi, I have moved recently to Sydney and looking for an accommodation for myself. I work full-time as a Network Engineer, so pretty occupied on weekdays but I like to hangout and have few drinks after work or on the weekends. I love animals, so its a plus if you have a pet in the house :)
Hi there! I'm Carmela. My boyfriend & I are looking for a spacious clean modern room in a shared home in inner-Sydney. I work in Insurance and my boyfriend works for a tech start-up. We're pretty relaxed. If we're not working then we're either watching Netflix, eating, at the beach or working on our hobbies :) We like things to be clean and tidy. We're not loud and don't really party but enjoy having fun and meeting kind and friendly people. We're hoping to share a home with another chill person or couple. We'd prefer to have our own bathroom and decent-large sized bedroom. Please reach out if you'd like to chat some more :)
I'm a quiet and tidy mature professional who travels frequently, spends time overseas and who unfortunately has to move as the house is sold end of February. I'm looking for share accommodation up to 12months or possibly longer, depending on my work commitment overseas, with preferably 1 or 2 females (professional or otherwise), and don't mind living with cats (no dogs). Room can be either furnished or unfurnished and if possible with my own bathroom. Maximum of up to $300 including or excluding any outgoings but negotiable depending on the premises. Don't want to share with smokers either inside or outside so please don't contact me if you smoke. My suburb preference is Concord, Cabarita, Breakfast Point, Abbotsford, Chiswick, Five Dock, Drummoyne, Russell Lea, Rodd Point, Leichardt, Rozelle, Balmain, Birchgrove, with off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, non party person, who enjoys good conversation, is respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores, including sharing the cost of groceries and cooking.
Hey :) My names Jax, im 31yr old, super chill aussie girl, originally from wollongong, however have lived in sydney for 9yrs, and have also been living in a ski town in canada for the past 2.5years. Ive been back living in sydney since september, in Chippendale. Am keen for somewhere with a little less city, a little more nature. I work full time in the city as an Executive Assistant at Ticketek, so have been fully abusing my perks for free tickets since I started haha. I trrrry to go to the gym to burn off all the chocolate I eat, so Im pretty low key during the week, and generally just watch netflix:) I love snowboarding, the beach, hiking, music, travelling, festivals, movies, drinks and just doing social things. Still like going out on the weekends, however would never bring the party back home. Ive lived in quite a few share houses in both sydney and Canada, so know how to respect everyone's privacy and space and can confirm I know how to clean up after myself :) I actually did housekeeping while living in Canada, so know how to clean a house... but definitely in no way OCD. Just hoping to find a nice place to live, with some chill housemates. I've always been super lucky and been friends with my housemates, would be awesome to find the same again! In saying that, I have friends in sydney and family/friends back home in wollongong so also have my own life and do my own thing :) Can of course pay Bond/rent up front, and am very flexible with a move in date! Any other questions just ask Thanks, Jax
