The house has two living rooms and two bathrooms so never feels crowded. Bills are quarterly and include water, electricity, and natural gas. We split bills evenly and they work out to be very cheap at approx $10/wk. Unlimited adsl2+ wifi internet and Netflix available if wanted for an extra $5/wk. YOUR FLATTIES____________________________________________ You'll be sharing the house with an established couple in their early 30s who work normal hours Mon-Fri (hospital research manager and hydraulics tradie). We try to get away most weekends on various adventures and enjoy various other trips away throughout the year so not always home. When we are home we generally just chill out over a home cooked meal and netflix. We’ve also got a 30yr old female flatmate who is awesome but works long hours and is often away for her work as a youth worker project manager. Our hobbies are diverse but mostly include skiing/snowboarding all winter, and a mix of caving, cave diving, canyoning and wreck diving the rest of the year. We volunteer as rescue specialists as well (different types so we get to constantly argue which is the best!) which sees us away occasionally for search&rescue or training. Our flatmate is less into the outdoors but is incredibly well traveled and loves her art and music. With all our hobbies we're often out doing separate things, but we also like to have the occasional BBQ get together with friends. Also in the house is a middle-aged miniature fox terrier (Jack) who is calm, friendly, and very house trained. Jack spending his days relaxing in the sun or occasionally chasing whatever bird dares to land in the back yard. He loves to play and cuddle but never complains when left alone also (not clingy). Basically what I’m saying is that he’s the best dog of all time! We also have a beautiful tropical fish tank to lose track of time staring at (as most people do). YOU _____________________________________________________ Looking for a 3-6mth+ stay. We are looking for a relaxed friendly housemate with reliable income who have lived in share housing before and don't need to be cleaned up after. Ideally we’re looking for someone with similar interests in outdoorsy/adventure activities, and/or well-traveled with cool stories to tell! This is a low-stress friendly household where you’ll never get a passive aggressive note (eww, yuk) and we genuinely like each other. We're looking for someone that can have a chat or beer with us when they get home, but also has their own life. Not looking for introverts who never leave the house. Prefer someone who can move in before Dec 20th. No pets, no couples, and absolutely no smokers.

Currently living in Sydney, born in the country. Very chilled out and easy to get along with. Currently studying at university and also working part time. Extremely clean and tidy
Hey Flatmates I'm a tech and work in live events. I work hard and I'm always down for communal dinners a beer or movie. I really like my music and I head to festivals every now and then. Girl or guy doesn't matter just like to be around like minded people who are driven and wish nothing but good for others. I also have a car which I use to commute to work so a parking space for me would be ideal not mandatory tho. It doesn't matter who you are if we vibe happily we can make it work :) If you want to know anything specific please don't hesitate to ask. :)

I am a friendly and out-going professional who works in finance. I love having a good chat over a bottle of wine but also appreciate my downtime and space. I enjoy cooking and experimenting with food (when you have an egg allergy you have to get a little creative). I have a little mongrel called Lulu who I adopted from a pound in Wagga 7 years ago - shes is a pretty cool dog. I am clean and considerate, and would love to live with like minded people.

I'm happy to move into a place whenever is most convenient, but would ideally like to be moved in by the end of the year.

Hi all! My name is Pete. My girlfriend Bec and I are soon to be moving down to the inner west of Sydney. A bit about me - I am 29 and my girlfriend is 25. I am soon to be working for a federal politician and Bec is awaiting to hear back from a position at the Balmain hospital. We are both very friendly and social, but would also be flexible and respectful to your living arrangements.
Me and my partner George are very easy going people and although we would love to socialise and enjoy the company of our flat mates we also respect the importance of privacy. I am a graduate in Early years and childhood studies and George is a qualified scaffolder. We would ideally love to share a place with other easy going, clean and considerate people :)
I am a respectful and easygoing guy who works full-time as a high school teacher. I'm not a party animal, and am quiet at home. I'm looking for someone else who is kind, respectful and tidy. I like to think I have a good sense of humour, and my friends are important to me too!
I am a young professional who works in finance/accounting. I moved out of home with my similarly aged sister 5 years ago and generally prefer to be out during the day and in during the night. I like to keep my spaces clean and organised, and don't mind trying something new in the kitchen from time to time! I also like to read when I have the time. I am looking for a private room in a house rather than an apartment and it must have it's own bathroom or ensuite. I like to have my personal space but I am looking forward to meeting some interesting people and sharing time with them!
Looking to move on Dec 20th 2016. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with ex housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
I'm easy going, friendly, love my privacy but also like to socialise and not be a total recluse. I believe I can cook although some beg to differ. I'm an aspiring musician, so would ideally like to team up with fellow muso's, although not essential.
