My name is Howard I am from Ireland I am working full time in IT for health direct. I am tidy, very easy to get on with and like to keep fit - surf, run. I am also quite and reliable. I am looking for somewhere relaxed and modern and hope to find friendly flat mate. I am a permanent resident so looking for something long term. I have put $380 a week for rent and that is the top of my budget. Always respect your own privacy but hope we can do the odd thing together :) Let me know if you think I would be suitable?
Hi! I'm Sarah, Ive been in Sydney for half a year now and I'm relocating for a work opportunity. Advantages: - fully competent in domestic safety and hygiene - fully adulting in upkeep of financial responsbilities - considerate to live with... ...if any grown-ups have been doing this houseshare thing for a long time, such as I, sometimes you just need examples of who your prospective housemate truly is and let that speak to how compatible you would be. No one enjoys having to suss out a stranger while showing them around their place. Some vignettes in Sarah's houseshare style: Your mother/sister/cousin/granny is coming to stay with you. You have never before asked Sarah, your new housemate. She responds with an "Off course, mother/sister can stay as long she wants. I'm away, does she need my bed?" Your "new friend" is "coming over". Sarah gives you a knowing wink and nothing more needs to be said. You enjoy netflix but haven't got a log in. Sarah has plenty to spare, and she will only be amused if it suddenly starts suggesting vampire related television (true story). You left one or two dishes on the side in a hurry, Sarah cleans it up because you are otherwise pretty darn clean and hygienic. You have had a crappy day/ exhausting day (*delete as appropriate*) . Sarah will sit down and share her food with you / understand if you go straight to bed (*delete as appropriate*). You realise your are out of pasta when you have just bought all the ingredients for spaghetti bolognese. Sarah does not mind that you have some of hers without asking as you are not a habitual pantry thief. You are planning a party on Saturday night, Sarah thinks this is a great idea! You are planning another three weeks later, but you reschedule for the following week as Sarah has a very early shift the next day (mutual adulting). You have been away for two weeks and it is now time to split the bills. You and Sarah split them in half. My own bathroom is only a must if you know in your heart-of-hearts your bathroom hygiene is not A+.

| House Walkthrough | Well insulated, split level, 3 bedroom house in leafy street close to buses direct to city and shops. There’s floorboards throughout the house and air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge room. We have a simply furnished, cozy loungeroom and a freshly renovated modern kitchen with a gas stove and shared appliances (microwave, fridge, dishwasher and oven) available for use. We have one spacious bathroom and a separate laundry in the private room that is accessed through the backyard. For the socialites, we have an excellent outdoor entertainment space and a well size minimal maintenance backyard that has been laid with astro turf (synthetic lawn), so no mowing needed -yay! Best of all we are PET FRIENDLY. Street parking is available. | The Available Room | The available bedroom is one of 2 bedrooms located upstairs. It will not come furnished, however it’s big enough to comfortably fit a king-sized bed with desk and chair (as seen in the pictures) so it will be plenty spacious for those with a smaller bed. The room has a substantial floor to ceiling in-built wardrobe which accesses a cubby space that is great as a private hangout or for extra storage if you want to use it practically. There’s a working reverse-cycle aircon to keep you cool in the summer months and snug in the winter and a large window for natural sunlight. | Location and Transport | We live on a quiet, intimate street with good neighbors and are only a few minutes’ walk to shops, cafes, pubs and a decent selection of restaurants. There are bus stops all along Lyon’s road that can take you to surrounding areas and the city. We’re also a 10-minute walk to Victoria Rd, which has buses direct to the city, Balmain, USyd, and UNSW. For the runners out there, the bay run is a 5-minute walk down the street, so you can lap the gorgeous section of Parramatta River till your heart’s content!
Hi there, I am looking for a shorter term place to stay as i am currently waiting on tenants to move out of an apartment I have purchased. I am a social smoker, love a chat, am very social and gregarious however also respect downtime. We all need balance. Give me a call and we can meet so we can see if we click :-)
I am a 27 year old full time professional and part time student. Gay. Work rotating rosters , shift work and most weekends. Very easy going and social. Clean and tidy. Love to cook. Up for a drink and a yarn, though respect privacy of everyone I live with. Hoping to find a decent sized room with a built in. Some kind of view would be a plus. And off street parking would be brilliant. My plans are quite up in the air at the moment, I don't need to move from my current place until mid September so my 'Move in' date is quite vague and flexible.
Hi! A young professional on the lookout for a new place. I am a sociable guy who wants to meet new people. I love sports, a few beers and happy to lay up with some netflix. In saying that I am very respectful and want nothing more than to make your life easier. Look forward to hearing from you!

If you do not own a car it is not a problem because everything is within 5 mins walking distance. The apartment is on Lyons Road (the main road in Drummoyne), bus stops are infront of the building and it takes 15-20 minutes to Town Hall with 504 & 502, it is in the heart of Drummoyne and close to everything: Drummoyne's famous bay run, IGA, Birkenhead Point shopping centre (Coles, Aldi), Anytime Fitness, Australia Post, heaps of fancy restaurants and coffee shops, fruit and veggie shop, hair salons, many parks, olympic size open swimming pool, basketball court, cricket field, soccer field... If you are clean and respectful we would like to hear from you. Cheers, Aaron
Hi there, I am a 27 year old Marketing Professional living in Brisbane. I will be moving down to Sydney on July 2nd and hoping to secure a place within the following few weeks of moving down. I will be working full time in the CBD, I like my fitness and try to eat well. Love a good wine and a chat, would be interested in making a new friend or two in future room mates. I am respectful of peoples belongings and space and always endeavour to keep a tidy room and house. I like my home time/chill time but also like to be social. I am preferably seeking a furnished place but can bring furniture from Brisbane if needed. Also needing at minimum street parking as I will have a car so please don't contact me if your place has zero parking options. Also prefer a female flat only! Cheers, Laura
Looking to move any time around August 2017. Looking for a house share situation not an apartment thanks. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
Modern, spacious and fully-furnished flat in Drummoyne available now. It has a large balcony which boasts an excellent view of the harbour, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, swimming pool, communal outdoor space, BBQ, boat ramp (perfect if you happen to have a yacht!), contemporary kitchen with a dishwasher and a laundry. The flat is cosy in winter and cool in summer with bright, natural light. It's in an awesome location, with the bus and ferry just a 5 minute walk away. Both will get you into the city in under 20 minutes. Unfortunately for me my current housemate has decided to move in with her boyfriend, because of this I can be very flexible with the moving in date.
Large 2 bedroom house to share with me and my Greyhound cross Willow. I have regular doggie visitors because I'm a self employed dog walker and minder so potential housemate MUST love dogs! Timber floors all through, ornate ceilings. Fully furnished in my own slightly eclectic style. Third bedroom is used for storage. Courtyard plus small seating area near the front door. Only 50 metres to bus stop, direct route to CBD (20 minute bus ride to Townhall) Close to the Bay Run. There are several restaurants next door and across the road. 1km to supermarket, Harris Farm, bakeries, medical centre etc.. Sorry, can't bring your own pet I'm afraid because of the constant coming and going of dogs that stay with me. My landlord is ok with this but adding yet another pet would be pushing it.
Hi! I'm a friendly, easy-going, quiet guy. Not a party animal (those days are past) - but I like music, podcasts and unwinding with Netflix or a movie. I've recently returned from 6 years overseas, and am looking to set myself up in Sydney. I'm currently looking for work and am likely to be starting study soon. I'm responsible, tidy(ish) and a half-decent cook.

My 2 bedroom apartment is a small, cozy carpeted and freshly painted. Kitchen has a fair bit of storage and is hardly utilized. It has a stunning view of the surrounding neighbourhood and water views. Table and chairs on the balcony which is beautiful in the morning for breakfast. I've just got the essentials (couch, washing machine, TV) however I think it needs a few plants around the place too. Walking distance to the ferry and buses on Victoria road. IGA, Commonwealth Bank, Medical centre, post office and cafes within walking distance as well. Private parking space available too.
- The house is situated close to Drummoyne Bay--great view from the balcony. - The room is medium-sized (can fit a queen size bed and other furniture easily), and has a small built-in wardrobe. - Air-conditioning in the house, but on the third floor (loft room), above the stairs. - Washer and dryer.
