Hi, I'm Jo. I am 25 years old and I am currently studying a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Sciences at WSU. I currently work as a lifeguard in Ryde. I have been living in a share house for the last year and the property has recently been sold, so it's time to move on. In my spare time I like to keep active, exercise, run, swim, dance, be outside, go on bush walk, go to the beach, cook, rock climb, art, anything music eg: festivals/concerts, on occasion out to dinner/dancing/drinks and spending time with my family and friends. I am usually extremely busy with my work, uni, exercise and family and friend commitments, but in my down time I love to chill out as much as I can.
Im 27 and looking to move somewhere lively and exciting. Living in Hornsby at the moment but the location isnt convenient. Very easy to get along with and clean. Working full time as an electrician and most of my work will be in CBD. Having a 1 car garage is essential for my car and bike. I go to the gym 5 days a week, very passionate about photography and music (I play guitar). Ive spend years travelling the world and wish to travel more! I like to work on my bike and car and i attend track days. Usually ill take the bike out on a sunday for a spin. I love being social and going out for food and drinks, getting older i prefer the pub scene more than clubbing. I try to hit the beach most weekends too. Im a very respectful person and will respect the living space. Always up for a chat if you'd like to know anything else!

I've owned my own place before, so I know how to keep a house and stay clean and tidy. I have my own tv and wash machine (front loader) to bring to the table everything else will either need to be there already or can be acquired. I get centrelink as I'm unable to work full time at the moment but get cash in hand for a nannying job I do on the side as well. I am studying full time at an online tafe program to be a preschool teacher. I am a smoker but will only do that outside. In my spare time I like to watch Netflix or Stan, study or read. I like to be fit and active as well. Please consider my application to be your flatmate. My current living situation is okay - I live with a friend and tensions are high lately, I want to move out before we stop being friends altogether. If you have any questions feel free to call.
I am going to be away from the 28th August until the 15th of September and I am looking for a super easy-going erson to take my SINGLE ROOM while I am away. (Dates can be negotiable!) House in amazing location! Close to cbd (20min on the bus), close to drummoyne bay, less than 3 min walking distance. Housemates are really nice, but since everybody works in completely crazy hours it is hard to get to see the other 2 who you will be living with. They are really easy-going and super quiet! Even thought the house has a really good sized courtyard and a really nice swimming pool, it is NOT a party house, so please keep the noise down if you decide bringing a friend home. But let's get to the house features: There are 3 bedroom - all single rooms -, 1 bathroom - shared between we 3 -, and another toilet in the laundry area. The kitchen has everything you will need during your stay. And the dining room has a really nice dinning table. Living room has super comfy couches and a tv. If you love sports, you can do a bit of boxing over there or a really nice run by the bays - we live few meter from 2 bays. Price is $250 a week and we can negotiate bond, as I just need to make sure you wont break anything. Busses are super close - one in the corner and two other bus stops 5 and 10min walking. I take 20min to get to Town Hall.
Friendly, polite, clean and tidy female. Respectful of others space. Happy to be a part of a friendly share household, but mostly enjoy doing my own thing. Reliable on time rent and bill payer. Parking and storage a bonus.
Hey! My name is John, and I'm looking for awesome people to live with in Sydney! A bit about me, I'm originally from outback Queensland, moved to Sydney at the start of 2016 for Work. I'm a pretty relaxed sort of guy, love getting out and about on the weekends to check out events or new things with mates. I love sport, photography, and travelling. I like to think I'm pretty easy to live with, clean up after myself and do my best to keep the communal areas clean. I love hanging out with my housemates if we are all home at the same time, but understand that sometimes, everyone just needs there own space. If you want to know anything else about me, shoot me a message! Talk soon. John
Hi awesome people! Nathan here, I'm 30 years young and a full time working professional. I work in the lighting/energy efficiency industry and love what I do. I moved to Sydney 3 years back from Florida, yes that's correct, Florida baby! Fell in love with this city and decided I ain't going back. I'm into fitness (big time!), healthy lifestyle, love road trips, prefer to have a chilled time with friends rather than wild binge drinking sessions (don't mind once in a while ;)) and very easy going with any human being and animals (except crocs, nah we don't roll). Considering myself not to be a boy anymore, the cleanliness department is pretty much covered (you can breathe a sigh of relief now). Always up for a chat/drink with my flatmates, and absolutely dig some group cooking sessions. I will also share a plethora of stories about our beloved crocs, sink holes and storms in Florida! I'm looking for a home and not a house where I can connect and have awesome friendships with flatmates. If you prefer a super quiet flatmate aka stranger, then I'm not your guy sorry. Looking forward to finding the right one, I mean home haha! Cheers Nathan
Huge 3 bedroom brick house with gorgeous views over the harbour and city. The house has a large yard and two lounge rooms plus sunroom and two bathrooms so plenty of room for everyone. One street back from the iconic bayrun, we are ideally located near public transport and local cafes and restaurants. It's a short drive to the city, or only a few minutes to the local bus stop (or 15mins to Victoria Rd for express buses 24hrs a day). The room for rent is very large (3.8m x 4.4 + BIW) with build in wardrobe and shelving. The room comes furnished with queen size bed, lamp, full length mirror, and bedside table. There are two off street parking spots in a double-wide driveway out the front that are already in use most day (by us) and untimed off-street parking freely availably right out the front on our quiet street. The rest of the house is fully furnished also with modern appliances including new fridge and washing machine. There is a shared internal laundry and shared kitchen with gas cooking and dishwasher. Unlimited wifi and netflix is included in the rent, and bills we split evenly (water, gas, and electricity). Bills are generally low and average only about $9/wk on top of the weekly rent. Any sexuality or religion is welcome as long as you are easy going, tidy, considerate, and don't mind a laugh. Looking for someone who has their own life, hobbies, and activities who won't just be on the couch or playing computer games all weekend every weekend. Room is available from Aug 31st with some flexibility possible.
I work for a fashion retailer in the Sydney CBD so my hours are 8am-6pm most days. I am a people person who loves me time (doesn't make sense I know...) is obsessed with Reformer Pilates and spends as much time outside as I can. I'm not a grub and will be tidy and clean after myself.

The room is a queen size with built-in and has a sun room. Bills are on top of the rent (electricity , water, internet is approximatly $40 per month)

Perfect option for someone looking for a short term arrangement close to the CBD - there's no minimum stay as I'm just keen to keep the room filled for now. It's a modern, chilled out space, 15 minutes by bus from the CBD but not as busy as many surrounding suburbs. I'm an ex backpacker, reluctantly entering into a 9-5 lifestyle so hopefully the right balance between sociable and mature enough not to party every night. The room is a decent size with a comfortable double bed. For me it's an ideal compromise between easy access to the city and an affordable space wheres it's not so hectic as somewhere like Strathfield or Conchord.
I am a clean person, very neat & and tidy! Can't stand mess, I am always working, out socialising or visiting my Family up on the central coast. I work long hours 7am-6pm Monday - Friday & sometimes stay back at work or do extra bits and pieces over the weekend. I like to keep to myself & have my own space, so I'd never be annoying or in your face. I have my own furniture for my Bedroom so it would have to be a room Without furniture :)
I'm an outgoing person that likes to go on adventures but also enjoy my alone time. I'm into movies, working out, theatre, the beach and going out on weekends. Im a very clean and private person. I study at UWS, work on Home and Away as an extra and a casual worker at a cafe so I will be reliable with paying rent on time. I prefer to live with girls and it would be a bonus if you had pets !
Amazing views to harbour bridge with a pool on the waterfront and bbq entertaining area. Nice spacious unit with two bathrooms and open plan lounge dining. Gets a lovely sea breeze in summer. 5 mins from Birkenhead Point, bus to city, Ferry to city, Bay Run, Gym, Sailing Club.
I'm in Sydney working as a photographer and studying screen acting. Originally from Perth, I managed my own sharehouse for several years and enjoyed meeting and accomodating several short to long term tenants during that time. I'm generally quite busy most of the time, either with work or study. Living with me you'll find I'm very considerate of my fellow housemates, especially when it comes to shared areas and respecting each others privacy. Having managed a sharehouse, I fully appreciate the importance of paying rent at the agreed time. I also pay alot of attention in keeping common areas such as kitchens, bathrooms and living areas in a presentable and clean condition. Feel free to be in touch to organise a time to meet in person! Cheers, Jad
Large 2 bedroom house to share with me and my Greyhound cross Willow. I have regular doggie visitors because I'm a self employed dog walker and minder so potential housemate MUST love dogs! Timber floors all through, ornate ceilings. Fully furnished in my own slightly eclectic style. Third bedroom is used for storage. Courtyard plus small seating area near the front door. Only 50 metres to bus stop, direct route to CBD (20 minute bus ride to Townhall) Close to the Bay Run. There are several restaurants next door and across the road. 1km to supermarket, Harris Farm, bakeries, medical centre etc.. Sorry, can't bring your own pet I'm afraid because of the constant coming and going of dogs that stay with me. My landlord is ok with this but adding yet another pet would be pushing it.
I'm a friendly one that will clean up after myself and respect your space. I love a good chat and nice beverage like the best of them but would prefer to leave the shenanigans to the weekend. My jam is being in nature, climbing, cycling, music and boardgames.
Easy going, up early, healthy, cook and clean, carpenter ( handy to have when things need fixing or lifting heavy things). I have a dog but he is living with my sister and she is happy to hold onto him for the time being. Sociable but enjoy and respect mine/others space.
