Drummoyne is a great part of Sydney. We have direct public transport to the city. Right out outside the building there is a bus stop and frequent buses available on Victoria Road direct to the city. We have views of the bay from our back balcony. Beautiful, peaceful spot to share a place. Great environment for active people, short walk to Drummoyne Oval, shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, bay-run, bus, ferry transport to the city. The apartment is a three bedroom spacious living space. The building is dated, probably built in the 60's or 70's. But even though it's not a flashy new place we have a great view and living space to share. The apartment and the room for rent is fully furnished. The kitchen has recently had the flooring and stove updated. The laundry, living room, kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. You are welcome to bring any furniture you may have, we have some space, and also some storage in the garage. The room for rent has a wardrobe, a queen sized bed frame and mattress, new pillows and doonas if you need/want them, full length mirror, bedside lamp and bed side table. The ferry stop is around a 10-15 min walk from our place. The rent is $250/week including bills or $300/week for couples. This is an outstanding location. Fantastic hatbour views over Snapper Island - great place to watch the fireworks! Short walk to Birkenhead point, pubs, restaurants, bus stop to city (15 minutes on bus). Quiet and discreet apartment. Massive balcony with weber bbq. I even have a concept 2 rowing machine to play with.
