Hi everybody, My name is Silvia, I’m 26 and I recently got a job here in Sydney. I am looking for a single and most of all RELIABLE person willing to rent a house/apartment with me for a long-term commitment in the areas of Drummoyne , East Ryde, Balmain or Rozelle. A mature person with a good job would be great. I am waiting for my sponsorship to be transferred, which will take approx. 4-6 weeks…until then I will spend my time back home in Italy ☺ I will work as event coordinator so I will be very very busy at work..probably you wouldn’t even see me at home very often :/ I really care about the house being clean so this is very important to me. It’s ok being messy sometimes but being clean comes first. I am a very friendly and open person. In my spare time I like either staying home watching tv series(when I’m very tired or before I go to bed) or do activities. I mostly prefer going out to have a drink with friends (I love pubs or bars with good music); I also play basketball so I am planning to join a competition or playing social (I’m trying to get fit again cause I’ve put too much weight!). Long story short I am very sociable and love chatting (too much sometimes) but I also have my quiet moments and respect other people's privacy. In case you might be interested in renting together and you would like to know more about me, please do not hesitate to contact me. Silvia

Hi, my name is Katherine (Kat), Australian, and I have been working overseas for the last 10 years and now ready to start a new phase of my life in Sydney. Having just landed a full time job working in Pyrmont for a luxury yacht company with semi normal working hours. I'm VERY clean, tidy and respecful of others. I'm not a party animal anymore but do like a glass of wine or two every now and then and rather head out for a meal than shout at each other at nightclubs. Currently doing a bit of part time study in my free time you will find me doing that, going to the gym/pool or out with friends which I'm looking forward to as I've been away for so long. My tastes very, from political dramas to match making shows, dodgy takeaway and beer to truffle and champagne however I'm usually on some kind of fad diet, being very active and busy to having a veg-out day, deep conversations to a well placed dad joke. My family lives up north in Forster so I'll head up there from time to time. I still can't believe I'm 33, I feel and act younger than that but hopefully will settle down soon ;) Looking for somewhere to call home for a while and very much excited to be living in Sydney once again!

I am a 23 year old female from England, currently working full time as a Claims Consultant at Allianz. I am very understanding and trustworthy, and am easy to get along with. I respect privacy but also wouldn't mind spending some time with my roomie/roomies! I like to spend my evenings relaxing, and am by no means a party animal but don't mind a drink or two. I love to cosy up on the sofa or go out for a coffee, dinner/drinks with my friends or partner.
My name is Antoni. I am 33 year old male, lived in Sydney now for over 2 years but originally from Adelaide. I work full time regular (although usually long) hours in Lane Cove West with a little bit of interstate/overseas travel from time to time. I am looking to find somewhere to call home with someone who is relaxed & easy going. I would prefer somewhere furnished as I sold a lot of my furniture in Adelaide before the move to Sydney and have living in furnished apartments since. Currently looking at options of moving or extending my current stay. I am prompt with rent and all bills and am more than happy to share the workload with others to ensure a positive vibe and a clean household. I enjoy the good company of housemates over a wine/scotch and cheese platter, but at the same time enjoy space to myself. If you feel you have a place for me in your home then feel free to drop me a message. Thank you.
I work full time as a Brand Manager for a luxury cosmetic company. My office is based in Sydney but I travel around Australia every couple of weeks to visit clients. When I am not working I enjoy being active and living an active lifestyle. I am a social person and love to have a few casual wines and the odd night out dancing in old trashy Irish pubs. I am single and enjoy the flexibility a single lifestyle has to offer me at the moment and I don't see this changing anytime soon. I am looking for a place to call my home for at least 12 months. I am easy going and easy to live with. I look forward to sharing a bottle of wine with dinner and movies or the odd trashy Irish pub dance and beer. Tam
Myself and my partner are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay for the next couple of months. We are both working full time (mon - fri early mornings) and just want a clean and quiet place to stay with likeminded people. We are both from the UK, 29 years old and love to go out exploring Sydney at the weekends :-). We love to cook, enjoy a bottle of wine and are happy to socialise but also respect others privacy.
Available on the 24th of April. $265 per week for singles, $345 per week for couples. Wifi and electricity and common household items (paper towel, toilet paper, dish-washing liquid, detergent etc.) are included in the price. No other bills or costs. 2 weeks bond. 3 bedroom apartment, 2 big bedrooms and 1 small bedroom. I am a male in his early thirties and I live in one of the big rooms, a female in her early thirties live in the small bedroom. We are well behaved flatmates who know how to balance respecting one's privacy and being friendly. The advertised room is a large one and is either for a single person or for a couple to rent. This apartment does not have a living room, but it is a very comfortable, clean and peaceful unit that offers a central location. If you do not own a car it is not a problem because everything is within 5 mins walking distance. The apartment is on Lyons Road (the main road in Drummoyne) and also close to Victoria Road. Bus stops are infront of the building and it takes 15-20 minutes to Town Hall, going to the city or coming from the city any day and time of the week is not a problem. It is in the heart of Drummoyne and close to everything: Drummoyne's famous bay run, IGA, Birkenhead Point shopping centre (Coles, Aldi), Anytime Fitness, Australia Post, heaps of fancy restaurants and coffee shops, fruit and veggie shop, hair salons, many parks, olympic size open swimming pool, basketball court, cricket field, soccer field... If you are clean and respectful we would like to hear from you. Cheers, Aaron
