Hey guys,

Just a quick intro so you know what I’m like to live with — I’m a girl studying full-time and working part-time (but realistically close to full-time hours), so I’m out of the house quite a bit.

I’ve been living in a shared house for about a year and a half now, so I’m used to sharing spaces and keeping things running smoothly. I’ve always paid rent and bills on time and like to keep things straightforward and respectful.

I go to the gym regularly, I’m not much of a partier, but I’m always up for a chat or a quick catch-up. I do value my own time and space though, especially with a busy schedule.

I’m currently looking to move because I’d ideally like a place with my own bathroom/ensuite. I’d prefer suburbs like Rosebery or Zetland, but I’m flexible.

Pretty easygoing overall … just keen to keep the place relaxed, clean, and comfortable for everyone.

Also, I’m flexible with move in date. However, I’d like to move in by the end of May:)
