Looking for new clean, easy going housemate. We have a brand new four bedroom, two bathroom house and we are in need of a third person. Located in Croydon park. Close to the city and public transport. Rent will be $130 a week and you'll have a choice of two rooms, you'll be sharing the main bathroom with one other person. Bills will be split evenly between the three of us. We both have full time working jobs so it's not a party house. The house is kept in a standard of cleanliness and shared areas such as the lounge and kitchen is expected to be cleaned by the three of us. We also own two cats, so must be toleratant to cats. A pet will be negotiable.
Hi there! So we are looking for a housemate to live in our lovely house in Prospect :) My name is Kathleen and I am 25 years old. I finished a university degree in Psychology at the beginning of the year. I am currently tutoring university students on a casual basis and looking for a professional job in Psychology and Mental Health. My housemate Jessie is 21 years old and works regularly at Telstra. She has some pets, a gorgeous little dog and cat. The dog lives outside, and the cat is both indoor/outdoor. The pets are very clean and well behaved. They are very friendly and get along with people! They are super cute. We are both clean, friendly and bubbly girls, will easily get along well with a new housemate! We both enjoy socialising, going out and having fun, but also quite alone time. Would be great to have another female in the house, around the same age We are looking for someone to move into our spare room, pretty much anytime from now onwards. However, we are flexible with the move in date, doesn’t need to be straight away. The house is situated just off Churchill Road, about a 15 minute bus ride from the city. The bus stop is literally across the road. We are close to a shopping centre and the big Costco! It is a three bedroom house, with one spare bedroom on offer. The bedroom is large and has a built in wardrobe. The rest of the house is fully furnished. However, the spare bedroom is not furnished. There is an open plan kitchen, bathroom, with small powder room next to the toilet, a laundry, two living rooms and a lovely outdoor area, with pavers and an outdoor spa too, which is pretty great in both Summer and Winter! We currently have an internet plan set up with Telstra, and we are connected to NBN. With three people, the internet works out to be $39.66 each per month. This includes unlimited downloads. So lots of movies to be downloaded and Netflix to be thrashed! It is a great house, so spacious and very close to the city and uni campuses! It is also a quiet and safe neighbourhood, a great part of Prospect. Very useful being close to the city, but it is far enough away that it is quiet and peaceful. Feel free to email and ask any further questions you have :) Also let me know if you want to set up a time to come and have a look at the house to check it out for yourself. Thanks! Happy house hunting, Kathleen

I'm a 22 year old engineering student from Brissy. I study at the University of Queensland and I've landed an engineering internship in Adelaide over the summer break. As such I'll be working full time over the 3 months, so I'll only be around in the evenings. I'm a quiet, tidy person, and I generally keep to myself, but I'm always up to hang out, or have a night out if the occasion arises. As a housemate I'm clean and tidy, and I'm very easy-going. I'm looking for a place preferably near public transport (specifically the Gawler train line), and for flatmates that are like minded students or young professionals such as myself.

Hi there, My name is Mel and I am a full-time Masters of Social Work student and work part-time as a youth mentor. I like to think I'm easy to get along with, relaxed and out-going but hard-working and I am keen to meet new people.
I am just moved to Adelaide from Sydney to work. I manage a new yoga space in the central CBD, and I also teach yoga. Since I am fresh to Adelaide, I have been spending a lot of my time exploring the beaches, coffee shops etc etc etc I am also looking for a space to call home, where I can chill out and enjoy my down time. I am clean and tidy, friendly and quite, and respectful of people's. I am pretty easy going, so would love to live with like minded people. I am not a party animal, and especially with my line of work I do have some early starts...which means I tend to go to bed early. I love to cook, and share a glass of wine, but I am also very independent and love my chill time. I have a car, but can not wait to get myself a bike :) I have also brought my surfboard down with me, so even though I know it is cold I can not wait to get out of time and explore the coastline :)
Recently resigned from work and urgently need somewhere affordable to live. Quite and tidy nerdy computer guy. Easy to get along with and happy to socialize but will generally spend all my time on the computer. Am allergic to cats and some dogs so would prefer somewhere with no pets but as above since its urgent to find somewhere I could take antihistamines if needed.
It's a nice sized house, modern and easy to keep clean, it's only a 10 minute drive to Adelaide city, a 10 minute walk to the Dudley Park train station (Adelaide is 4 stops away). LIve in a non busy and quiet street with good neighbours. Every thing is very central, shops and supermarkets close by. I have unlimited Internet and the house has ducted heating and air-conditioning throughout the whole house, including each bedroom. To be considered you need to have a job and be willing to go on the lease, don't need to worry about the bond as I have already got that sorted.
Close to the city and public transport. The house itself is fully renovated and communal areas are pretty much fully furnished and ready to go. There is plenty of outdoor dining and entertaining space. Veggie patches, lemon tree and shed storage. Toilet and laundry area are separate.

I am a new migrant from India, easygoing and friendly interested in sharing with like minded people male or female or with a small family. I am committed to live there for at least an year to start with as I settle down there.I will be independently living there without bothering any of the flatmates as I will be busy with my own commitments.
I am a clean and reliable person. I am good with my money so I will always pay bills on time with no fuss. I have a bubbly personality and don't mind getting involved with things. I work full time in the wine/ logistics industry and have so for just about a year and 6 months now. I love my job and don't plan on leaving. I have my own car which I absolutely love so I will be looking for a place where I can at least park it in a drive way, preferably a carport or garage. I am originally from Sydney but have been in Adelaide for 3 years now and I'm planning on being here for the long run. I do have a partner but the room will only be for myself. He lives down south so I try to see him at least twice a week as I work full time and he does full time Uni and works nights. We do share the travel so during Uni times he will rarely be around. I like to cook and have no problem at all in doing chores and cleaning up after myself. I am pretty responsible and don't go out that often. I'm looking to move out of home. I have moved out before and only came back as the landlord wanted to sell and I sadly couldn't find a place fast enough. I'm looking at paying around $120 - $130 a week max in rent. It will be preferred that the bills be included but its not the end of the world if they aren't. I get 8 GB of data on my phone plan so I don't mind if internet isn't available. If you have a room available or are interested in teaming up to find a place. Please don't hesitate to message me and we can go from there. Cheers :)
We are a clean and tidy, friendly, easygoing couple with a good sense of humour, non-smokers with no pets (but love dogs!) We are hard-working, reliable and honest, and enjoy reading, movies and video games.
Hello! I'm Maia, kiwi girl been living in Adelaide since February. I'm working in hospitality full-time, studying part-time, I'm pretty chill really, just looking for somewhere a little cheaper/closer to work than where I am now. I was hoping to live with other vegos but am not overly fussy if you're cool! Will probably be staying in Adelaide for another year or so, at least until mid 2017 - not sure yet what I'm doing with my life. I'm also relaxed about the move date, not in a huge rush :)

I believe in live and let live philosophy Im Looking For * ducted or a very good air con cool place * has to have abit of a back yard * parking for my car a pool would be a bonus cheers luke
Hi I am a student at Unisa. I am also a personal trainer. I am looking for a place that is tidy, private and quiet. My partner is from Moonta and often stays with me on weekends. Most of the time I am not home. I am clean, tidy, organised, quiet and into anything to do with health and fitness.
Friendly, easy-going housemate who's been working full-time as a Marketing Manager in the arts for 5 years. I'm out of the house a lot for work/events, social life, so home tends to be my chill-out space, with the odd dinner/small party - housemate nights in with wine have become a bit of a habit I'd love to continue! I have pretty eclectic tastes, but i generally love music, sport, anything summer-related, oh and I dance once a week! I'm neat, tidy and very respectful of communal areas (my room may get a bit untidy with clothes during the week, but it will never be dirty). Don't have a gender preference for sharing (have share with both over the years), looking for a nice, safe home with like-minded, people I can hopefully become friends with also! Preferably in the CBD, as I haven't got a car since I got back from my o/s sabbatical, but happy to look 5km-ish radius of the city and look into getting a car again. Also prefer to live with non-smoker, no cats (or spiders), but love dogs. Moving because my current flat's being sold, with my housemate's move to Melbourne, so I have to be out of my place by early-mid December, but can go earlier.
Hi my name is Josephine I'm from the country, I work full time as a Nurse. I'm very easy going and keep myself busy with the gym and pottery.
