My friend and I run a share house business so will have this place decked out come Thursday afternoon with furniture, kitchen utensils, fridges, washing machine, TV etc etc so its ready to rock and roll come Friday. The house itself has 1 bathroom, a seperate toilet. A new kitchen, gas cooking, a nice back yard, and parking for a couple of cars. Downstairs we will set up the ultimate chill area with a pool table, pong table, couches for days and a beer fridge. Because why not! The rooms available are around $165 per week. (neg for long term stayers) give or take $10 - $15 bux. The price includes ALL bills (power, gas, water, internet – optus cable internet with unlimted GB) and is for the room FULLY FURNISHED. This means the rooms will come with a desk, chair, wardrobe, double or queen sized bed, and bed linen, meaning you can grab the key and start setting up your new Dutton Park side life easy as that! We will also have a monthly cleaner in the mix We are looking for roommates who will mix well together, and will let you know who you may be living with prior to moving in so you can make a informed decision before moving in. Obviously people who have their $ sorted out and can pay rent on time, every time, people who are clean, and who treat their home and room mates with respect are most welcome. If this doesn’t sound like you save us the trouble and keep on scrolling. 4 x 1 weeks rent is needed for bond. If you don’t have that than we may be able to accept 2 weeks bond, with the remaining 2 weeks to be paid off. This decision will be left up to us though so don’t rely on it completely though please.
