Hi guys. A room mate of ours is moving closer to the city soon so we are looking for another guy or gal to replace him. He moves out on the 27th so getting someone to move in as close to that date as posble would b ideal. I've share-housed with so many walks of life over the years and have loved the social and sharing aspect. Although I love to get together and socialise, I also like for a place to be a sanctuary when housemates need it to be. I do love hangouts, dancing, travelling, hiking, cooking and music but I work hard too and a regular recharge is required! As long as housemates are mindful, considerate and flexible at times, I find it makes for a peaceful household. What? A few big pros to finding a good house we can all enjoy are: ceiling fans/air con, backyard/garden, balcony/deck and decent internal/under house storage ( I am not a hoarder I promise ;). 3+ bedrooms for 3-4 pax. Other things? Recycling and working towards sustainable living wherever possible are important to me. I love growing and cooking food if possible in the house. Utilities and whatever are easily shared out and I'm happy to contribute to a cleaner every fortnight - it's a luxury but so worth it in share houses especially if you're short on time.
