Hey! I will begin working as a nurse at Manning Hospital in Taree January 2018. I'm friendly, respectful, easy to live with and spend most of my spare time surfing. Just looking to stay somewhere close to beach and a short drive to Taree and am currently looking at a couple of places. I also have a well trained boarder collie/kelpie.
Cosy, comfortable heritage house with stunning river views. Own wharf. North facing deck looking up river to Lansdowne Escarpment. Quiet, nice village atmosphere. Great neighbours. Kayaks & bikes available. Fully furnished large room with fan. Have TV & Wi Fi. Suit non smoking, tidy person.
University student or contract worker accommodation available in Taree. 2 seperate bedrooms available at $150 per person, both with queen/double beds and storage, bathroom consists of seperate shower and toilet (shared only if both rooms occupied otherwise private bathroom). Fully furnished (one room includes a desk), linen available, includes wifi, kitchen utensils, BBQ and off street parking (undercover as needed) with a shared kitchen/dining/living area. The location is a short drive to both the Manning Rural Referral Hospital (public) and The Mayo Private Hospital (private). We are also close to shops, the manning river, gyms and bike tracks. As Taree has very poor public transport, a car or bike is recommended, but we are happy to take you around town and orientate you to the area when you first get here. We will require copies of your university enrolment and license/passport to confirm stay. You're most welcome to contact us and find out more details about our accommodation and the local area. Take care!
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
