I get along with a wide range of people, I enjoy a good laugh but also respect personal space and people wanting to do their own thing. I spend my time studying Interior Decoration, reading, walking and you’ll generally find me at the pub with friends.
Quite and clean, completing an honours year at UTAS. Love the outdoors and the native wildlife. I'm from South Aust. and never been to Tas, so just looking for a furnished room, as I'm just coming with what fits in my car.
I'm a really chill girl, young professional who is trying to get to know Hobart. I'll be moving down from Melbourne for work reasons and would love to share a house with someone who is super friendly and wouldn't mind showing me around the city or grabbing drinks or dinner once in a while. I love having a chat but also love my alone time. I'm super into cooking and love trying new things. Used to do a lot of sports and now I'm trying to get back into them again.
We have one large room for rent in Sandy Bay, Hobart which is available from today (Tuesday 6 March). Please write to me telling me a little bit about yourself, your interests hobbies and why you'd like the room. Please don't write and ask if the room is available, as it is. The room comes partially furnished with a cupboard, set of draws and also a clothes rack with a few hangers. The room is $140 per week with unlimited internet being $16 a month and electricity being split fairly between all housemates quarterly. Bond is $450. The house is quite large with 5 bedrooms, a large lounge/kitchen area, furnished with an assortment of chairs, couches, a Thai day bed and bean bags. There is a backyard porch with a modest backyard with a compost corner and hills hoist. There is also a lovely front porch which captures the daily sun while also being amply hidden from the street. It also houses two toilets and one with a double shower. There is also street parking on a relatively busy side street. The house is located within a 5-8 min walk of both the Sandy Bay shopping centre and University and a brisk 20min walk away from Salamanca/town.
The house is a beautifully renovated federation home with a warm feeling, views over sandy bay, 15 min walk to uni and less to sandy bay shops. It is a family home with me (52) and a quiet and lovely girl from overseas studying at uni. Plenty of room as there is living room and lounge room

Would prefer to find a long-term place to stay! I am easy-going, love being outdoors hiking and camping and respect others people's privacy, but I am always up for having dinner together in the evening. I don't have problems with pets and I'm able to keep my room tidy. What are you waiting for? Just drop me a message :)

I am a tidy, non smoking, 24 year old who is working full time and moving from Melbourne. I live an active lifestyle and loves a good meal. Looking for somewhere to call home for at least 6 months.
I just really wanna live up at Mt Nelson, to be honest. I love being up high and having a view. But seeing as I’m a poor uni student, I’m happy to live in Sandy Bay/South Hobart and surrounds (can’t really dismiss too many offers in my situation). Currently, I’m living in Dynnyrne near UTAS in one of the Accommodation Services colleges but I’m rather keen to get out (been here too long, man). I’m not too fussed about moving in/out dates but I’d like to have somewhere to stay for the rest of the uni year. I’m studying at Art School (Hunter Street) and also undertaking an online course, but I partake in sports and other activities on the main UTAS campus, so I’d prefer to be living in the vicinity rather than the CBD or North Hobart, etc. Plus, I really need space, fresh air, and privacy - I don’t do too well right in suburbia. I do a lot of stuff on my own, like bike riding, exploring Hobart, and arty/crafty things, but I also love cracking open a cold one with the boys and going out on the town. Most of the time I keep to myself, however, so I think I’m pretty easy to live with. I’d consider myself a clean, tidy, and respectful housemate. My interests include soccer/futsal, running and sport in general, bush-walking (visiting kunanyi, etc), patting dogs at the beach and patting cats in the street, swimming, listening to the best music choices, watching the coolest content on the Internet, and going on the swings at any time of the day or night. Basically, I’m a kool-kat and you should rent somewhere with me.
Hi! I'm a 33 year old practice manager. I'm very tidy, clean, easygoing and respectful. I love a glass of wine and a chat so love to be social, but also love my own quiet time so would be happiest in a share house that isn't a party house. I'm from Newcastle originally and moved to Hobart 18 months ago and am absoultely loving all that Tassie has to offer. I love to hike of a weekend, and in the warmer months love heading to the beach.
Hey I'm Grace, I've spent two years living alone and managing my own tenancy but I'm looking for a new place to share with a group of groovy people who can relate. I work most week nights and attend Tafe so I would hope to find people with similar goals to be working and/or studying. I should probably have more hobbies than I do but I love making art and petting cute dogs counts yeah? I'm also on Centerlink for studying whilst living independently so I am able to pay rent and responsible enough to have savings for bills and emergencies. I have a really good record with my current landlord and am only leaving in the hopes to find a bigger place and other folks to share somewhere with. If you feel we could get along shoot me a message or even if you just have some questions.
Hey! I'm Jess, 24, I work full time as a healthcare professional and am from Melbourne. I would describe myself as an approachable individual who in my free time likes reading a book, watching shows or catching up with friends. I'm looking for housemates who are friendly and easy-going. I value privacy, respect, and honesty. I'm a tidy person and feel it's important to keep communal areas clean. I enjoy inviting friends over to hang out and welcome the opportunity to meet new people. Feel free to message me to find out more.
I’m a friendly but quiet person who likes to hang out with friends occasionally and watch a movie or Netflix show with company. I’m interested in New age stuff, current affairs and social trends.
I’m easygoing, quiet, can handle myself on a trivia night, happy to help out, and make a great cup of tea. I’m moving to Hobart for work/treechange, having just bought a house in the Huon Valley. Just need a place for two months or so while waiting for settlement. I’ll be working in the CBD for the federal government, and spending my weekends exploring Hobart and the Huon.
I am a 23yr old male. Currently living in Cambridge holiday park and employed part time. I just recently moved to Hobart to study full time for a diploma in aviation at the Cambridge aerodrome. I'm very clean and tidy, quiet and respectful, Non smoker. I generally keep to myself, but don't mind socialising. I enjoy cooking, and am more than happy to share any and all cleaning duties. In general I live a pretty healthy active lifestyle, I love the outdoors, I'm into gym, swimming, yoga, and eating well; although I'm not against the odd pizza beer and netflix binge. My course starts on the 1st of March so I'll be looking to move down on Wednesday. If you have any questions about me or anything at all, please don't hesitate to ask.
