We have a vacancy in our beautiful 4 bedroom house, which is in Sandy Bay and very close to... well, pretty much everything and literally in front UTAS. The house includes all electronic appliances, washing machine, dryer, rice maker, kettle, fridge, gas kitchen, and whatever else you might need.
Hi everyone! I'm looking for an accommodation to move in asap. I'm easy-going, tidy, respecful and extremely responsible. Thus, I'm looking to team up with someone possessing these characteristics! Cheers
Hello! I'm Clare, I'm a mature student at UTAS and I also work for the university. I like to cook, run and sing (not at home!) and try to live sustainably where I can. I'm a responsible, friendly housemate; I like my quiet time but also enjoy sharing a cuppa or occasional meal. I'm looking for a room in a house with a kindred spirit or two, or a studio, granny flat or self-catering homestay.
Hi, I am from Fremantle WA and I have just moved to Hobart to start a new job. I am looking for a long term share-house in the central Hobart area. I work in the city as a health professional and I am studying honours in Medicines Management at UTAS. I am a friendly, easygoing, creative, clean and considerate person. I have good communication skills and am respectful of other peoples space. I am hoping live in a location where I can either walk or cycle to work - Sandy Bay, West Hobart, or South Hobart are good areas for example. Furnished or unfurnished is fine. I am ideally looking for a medium to large bedroom with some sunlight, a bit of a backyard/garden, and a relaxed and friendly vibe in the house. I am willing to pay up to about $260 pw rent for the right place. I live a fairly healthy lifestyle - I do yoga every day and eat well. I like to recycle and use non-toxic eco-friendly products. I enjoy playing my flute occasionally and especially like getting out into nature for a bush walk. I like to be able to have good conversations with people I live with, and I also also appreciate quiet time and space to relax, study and dream. I don't mind dogs but I absolutely love cats - if you have one (or 3) cats that would be a plus! :) I look forward to hearing from you.
Hello everyone, I am Sunny, pursuing my Doctoral studies in Law at UTAS. I am looking for long term accommodation for at least 6 months or more in Sandy bay or near by suburbs. Me and my wife are currently living in temporary accommodation in Battery point and looking for long term stay. We are respectful of others space and belongings. We are an outgoing, friendly couple and are very clean and organized. Please feel free to contact me if you need any other info. Thanks.
Hello! I'm an easy going, friendly person moving from Brisbane to Hobart who's looking to do some post graduate study. I like socialising with friends and making new ones too but I also value time to myself when needed. I enjoy photography and exploring natural environments.
My name is Ying. My husband Harry and I have a cat, and we are looking for a tidy room in the sharehouse. My husband and I are all 25 years old, and our cat is 10 years old. We are a tidy and quiet couple. We have a quiet cat, and we will buy the cat tree for her to help her stop scratch the bed. We also have a sedan car.
Hi! I'm a 26 year old studying Ancient History at UTAS. I'm looking for a new long-term rental as my current landlord has decided to sell at end of my lease. I am pretty laid-back, respectful, quiet, tidy, friendly but introverted (I tend to read or watch Netflix) I would love a place where people are around in the evenings to catch up. I love books and movies/tv shows (particularly horror and fantasy/sci-fi!) history, pizza and having the odd drink of a good cider. I don't drive, so good access to public transport is a priority
Heyo there. I'm 27 and trying find a new place as soon as possible. Returning to study here in Hobart. I like to game pretty regularly and I'm a pretty social individual most of the time, enjoying a sit down with housemates over a dinner or drinks. Pretty quiet most of the time and pride myself on being a considerate housemate and a team player in a household. I have a small rescue cat and I'm pretty open to where I end up moving in terms of suburbs but would prefer if possible a home that does not have dogs as my little cat has an extreme fear and mistrust for them. Hoping to hear from you soon! 😁
Heyyy!! I'm a recent graduate from NYC and I'm working at University of Tasmania/ Institute for Marine Antarctic Studies from Sept-Nov and am looking for a place to stay in the area! I love running, cooking, hiking, and painting!!
