Hey everybody!! Thank you for taking the time to view this room. ($275 all bills + internet included) This is a perfect room for someone who wishes to have peace and quite yet still be in close proximity to the city. This is a very spacious bedroom and we're looking for 1 person to take this room. If you are a couple, we can also consider, but price will be a little more. You'll be staying with 2 amazingly friendly and NEAT guys in their early 20s. Very LGBT friendly. Guys or girls are all welcome as long as you are working and pay rent on time. We love people who are friendly, respectful and tidy. Looking for a likeminded person in their early 20s as well. If you own a car it'll be more convenient for you unless you don't mind taking public transport. This house is very nice. You'll be using modern kitchen appliances, beautiful marble bathroom with heated floor. Throughout the house, we have timber floorboard so it's nice and clean. You'll have access to our furnished dining area and lounge area. Feel free to watch TV or movies on our comfortable couch while you have your lazy day or use our provided PlayStation in the lounge to play some games. We have a couple of fun games. Why you should seriously consider living here. 1. You can see the city sky line and NYE fireworks right in front of the house, not to mention our manicured front yard being tend to weekly. 2. We're only 20 mins drive to the City/ Broadway, 15 minutes to Newtown, 10/15 minutes to the airport, 7 minutes to Marrickville. 3. Incredibly safe neighbourhood. 4. We have an effective cleaning roster and house rules which means less stress, more freedom and a tidy home. 5. This room has it's own aerial port so you easily access Free to Air TV. 6. Keep cool or warm with your very own aircon unit. 7. Double built in wardrobe for all your clothes with wide and tall mirrors. 8. The room comes with a desk, a chair, side table and a DOUBLE bed (NOT single bed) if you wish. If you prefer your own bed it's fine. (The picture shows a single bed because this used to be twin room). 9. You will live with only 2 other housemates in this 3 bedroom house. They're respectful, kind and so easy to get along with. They're into design, food, socialising and hanging out with friends. 10. This is not a party house. We're more than happy for you to have friends over, but you'll definitely won't have to worry about unreasonable noise. Some things to note: - We don't have a dryer. Sorry. But ou'll have access to our provided washing machine :) - We don't have a backyard. But your front yard is so spacious and beautiful and it's a perfect spot to sunbathe, sit and relax. You might see some people walking their dogs but it's a very quite street. OUR SHOPS: Earlwood local shopping area is only 1 minute drive or 10 min walk away where you'll find: Coles, Post Office, 24/7 Service Station, Chemist Warehouse, Westpac, Medical Centre, Library, Anytime Fitness, Bakery, Oporto and Domino Pizza. I'm a student from Melbourne, who will be starting a grad job (full-time) as an Embryologist in Sydney. I'm very friendly, laid back, neat, and tidy person who respects other's personal space. I am happy to help out around the house, and maintain a clean environment. I enjoy baking and cooking, so you can definitely look forward to some decadent creations! I would love to find a flatmate who can have a glass of wine and chat with after a long day of work.
I am looking for a new roomie to share a spacious 2-bedroom, light filled apartment in Earlwood. My gorgeous current roomie, is moving out with her partner and as such as left a hole in my heart – I mean apartment – to fill. The apartment sits on the third level of a quiet apartment block, with sweeping views over Earlwood. The bus stop is only 60m down the road and Marrickville train station is only a 5 minute bus ride away. Particulars: • Bedroom includes floor to ceiling built in robes • Bathroom was new when we first moved in (a couple of years ago) so is still in great condition (includes a tub!) • Apartment is furnished so you only need to bring bed and other furniture for your room (you won’t need much) • Bills to expect – electricity, internet, Foxtel and cleaner While the room isn't furnished (apart from the built-in wardrobes), my departing roomie may be looking to sell her bed.

We are both easy going, used to sharing accommodation as my partner shares the flat he owns in Paris (he is actually moving to Australia in December). I am looking for a comfortable/clean/nice room for about 12 months or until we find a place to buy in Sydney. Both French, Fred is a pharmacist and I am a tour guide in Sydney. Flexible with move in date as I (Sylvie) already live in Sydney
Hey, my names Jei am a full time professional, looking for somewhere in the inner west area or close to. Pretty busy with work during the week, so not after a party house. Though i'm always up for a beer/bbq/whatever, would like a place with similar aged prefessionals. Clean, tidy, sociable and pay bills on time!
Hey I'm Anna, illustrator and 3D artist from Germany, about to move to Sydney. Since I'm looking to get a full time position in Sydney, I probably won't be home a lot. I've lived in shared apartments for nearly 6 years and always liked hanging out together with a glass of wine, going out or just having a conversation but if you need your own time I will stay out of your way, sometimes I need time to myself as well. I'm looking forward to see what it's like to live in Sydney for a longer period of time and I am quite open to the place's area. A private room would be great, everything else shared is perfect though. I'm tidy, outgoing and I naturally am a very happy person. In my free time I like to draw a lot, work out, cook, enjoy Australia's nature and travel. To meet lots of new people is something I am so excited about, so if you feel like you'd enjoy living with me or if you have any questions please let me know, I'd be very pleased to hear from you!
I am super friendly, love a laugh - also my quiet time and am very respectful of people and their privacy. Looking for a new home in Sydney as I have found a new job and will be moving from Melbourne! I love sport, coffee and having a good bit of banter.
Im currently working full time in the retail industry, naturally i have a very bubbly personality, I usually work long hours and love to attend social events but in my spare time I enjoy reading and quiet activities. I also like to keep an organised and clean home and respect those with the same values.
The place I am currently renting will be sold but I've been given plenty of notice. I won't need to move till Feb 2017 (or even a little later). My current housemate will be going overseas so I'm on my own. I'm currently in Kingsgrove and ideally looking to reduce my commute to North Sydney. I work from home 2 days per week so also looking for a space where I can set up desk as well.
I like clean and organized place with wifi and friendly people. I'm from Brazil, I'm Landscape designer and I am searching for this position here in Sydney. While I'm labour.

I like having a laugh, trying new things and food, cooking, meeting new people, love reading books about personal development, binging on tv series, am a lover of 90s/early2000 rnb jams, am passionate about exercise and live a healthy lifestyle. Two females looking for a relaxed share house with one or more others. We both have experience in share houses and are reliable, down to earth individuals looking for a personal space to call our own.
I'm from Western Australia so if I had a roommate that wouldn't mind going places/showing me around on weekends (although it's not necessary) that would be fun! I'm moving to Sydney to start my career in media buying/advertising. I am very respectful of peoples space - I like socialising but I also like being alone so I can fit in with my housemate(s) personality. I like to be clean and tidy but I'm not OCD about it haha!
I am many things but here are a few things great about me: 1)I am a Christian and have a Great sense of humour, i am always one to make people laugh. 2) Elecrtronics background, so i a well versed with technology :). A bit nerdy 3) Very tidy and clean, not a bad cook either 4) Love sports, playing sport, watching sport. 5)Very humble and friendly I am looking for either a room with my own bathroom or team mates to team up so that we can find a place to share together. I would also love a place where there is not much noise and that would also allow my girlfriend to visit as we have church services to attend to together every Friday and Sunday. It would be lovely to find like minded people who share the same values and this would be great as we can help each other grow
Hey I'm Evie I am looking for a place to call my sanctuary. I cook, clean, I'm social and toilet trained ... I have 2 pets (cats, who are also toilet trained) .. and they're never home mostly - they wander the streets like cool cats (pun intended). As embarrassing as it is, they have a better social life than me. I work full time at a cushy desk job (i joke - can't stand it but it pays the bills) and I'm hoping to get back into riding a motorbike. I don't have a massive social circle but that's the way I like it. I'm really easy going and hoping to find a place/people to suit. Please note - looking for a property where I can have visitors, be they men or women. I'm not a party animal but I do have friends and I do date so if visitors are an issue, please do not contact me. Thanks in advance. Evie
My name's Sam, I'm a female 27yo working student, and I'm looking for a room to rent in a quiet, clean, LGBTI-friendly house. I'm studying Community Services and work as a delivery driver, so I mainly study during the day and work mainly evenings and weekends. In my spare time I play soccer and go out with friends to see an art gallery, grab a coffee/beer etc. At home I'm quiet, clean, easygoing and friendly. Although I enjoy chatting with housemates over a coffee/drink/dinner in social households, I also like to do my own thing as I have a very busy lifestyle. Please feel free to send me a message any time :)
Im 24yrs old im a clean tidy person i keep to myself but im fun aswell.. i dont drink or party im laid back i also have a full time job working 6 days a week. Looking forward to hearing from you all 😀😊
I'm a 29 year old full time professional looking for shared accomodation with clean, friendly, respectful housemates. I'm often away for work, and enjoy living a healthy lifestyle. Also equally enjoy a good night out with friends and a glass of wine to wind down after a long week. I have a love for travel and enjoy meeting new people. Ideally, I'm looking for long term accomodation.
Hi I'm Adam. 38 year old gay guy, working for NSW government in child protection. I love my job, work Monday to Friday 10-6. I enjoy lots of activities like movies, yoga, beach, travel, healthy eating. I'm a house owner as well as house sitter, very reliable and responsible. Looking for short term accommodation whilst I search for a place to purchase. :)
My Labrador Turner and I are experienced housemates. Reliable with rent and bills, clean up after ourselves and friendly towards other housemates. I have gained full time work in hospitality in Rushcutters Bay and am relocating from Brisbane. I enjoy spending my free time with Turner and other friends, live music, good food, road trips and days at the beach. Turner is an inside dog and enjoys belly rubs, park time, walks and trips to the beach. He is also a great kitchen assistant, napper and door man who will always greet you with a smile. I have been told by other housemates that he usually hangs in my room or outside in the sun when I am not around, however he will be happy to keep you company if he knows it's allowed. I am not attached to living in a specific area, just looking for a comfortable home in a nice area that offers a good lifestyle for Turner and I. I do have a car but prefer to use public transport where possible so a train station or good bus route would be great. I am coming to Sydney on Sunday 16th October for 4 days - will be looking at places on the Monday to Wednesday and need to be able to move in by Sunday 23rd October so I can start work on the 24th of October.
Working in Outdoor Education. Love music, going to concerts, travel and the outdoors. I like to go out camping and exploring on weekends, spending time at the beach or hiking to waterfalls. Enjoy both a social life, as well as some quiet nights in. Enjoy the balance of life. I am a very tolerant flatmate, like to keep common areas and the bedroom clean and organised, and to be able to have conversations and chill out with the people I live with. Moved to the Southern Highlands at the beginning of the year, but looking to move closer to Sydney for next year.
i'm a ucrainian/italian simple and cute guy... i have done many jobs as a dental tecnician, soldier, lifeguard, bartender... like more sports and like more and more travel... i am clean and i would like to settle permanently.... i am looking for an apartment or room to share
We are easy going couple, clean and friendly. We respect private space and expect the same but mutually wanted chat would be cool. I work full time from 8:30 to 5:00 and my wife is cooking for a work preferable part time. She loves cooking and we know if its our responsibility to keep it clean & expect same from others.
I'm quiet but social and fun, responsible, driven, and committed to pursuing my goals. Not prone to making much noise, or having wild nights at home or at clubs, as I usually spend most of my time exercising and working while occasionally jumping out of planes with parachutes, travelling to other lands and having a beer and a BBQ with mates.
I'm laid back, friendly and considerate. Ideally I'm looking to get an apartment with someone as I have a full house of furniture, but I'm exploring all the options and I dont mind selling my furniture if it's not needed. I'm a clean and tidy housemate, but not OCD, I love cooking when I can find the time to - I have a partner and like to catch up with friends so these days it seems I'm only at home to sleep. I'm not unrealistic - it's unlikely I'll find a new best friend to live with, but I'm easy to get along with, I respect other peoples privacy and I just want someone I can live with in peace who has similar values, if there's good banter, thats awesome! If we just live together and get along, thats fine too :) Looking anywhere in the inner west area really, I'm just after a decent place in a decent area
This apartment is located 3 min walking from Canterbury Station (19 min to Central) with an ALDI, some shops and an Australian Post within less than 10 min walking. The house is fully furnished with the exception of your room which is furnished with a wardrobe only. We can arrange a double bed and mattress if needed. The room size is 2.96m X 2.84m and it is big enough to accommodate a double-bed and some small furniture OR a king-single bed and a desk. This is a 2 bed room apartment and you will be sharing it with a young couple. Only 3 persons in the house including you.
