A beautiful two bedroom 2 bathroom new rental for myself and one other person in the heart of Earlwood is on offer. The main part of the house consists of polished floorboards throughout the home, four air conditioning units Inside the house, 1 in each bedroom, lounge and kitchen; built in wardrobes in both bedrooms that are of a considerable size. The main living area has ornate stained glass windows and a closed-in fireplace with built in storage attached to the wall. The kitchen/dining area is open plan with gas cooking and considerable bench space. There is an additional multifunction room beyond the kitchen, that can be used as a second living area/chill out space that could serve as a second lounge/dining area that is enclosed with glass doors leading onto the small porch and granny flat (external with 2nd bathroom attached). Ideal for 2nd person to rent this space and use kitchen facilities and 2nd living space if privacy is preferred). There are two parking spaces at the front but I have a car so there is space for an additional small car, and further on street parking. There is a small storage garage at the side of the house but can't fit a car into the space. The locality is excellent and nearby to small shops and cafes along Thompson St in Earlwood. It's close to Coles supermarket in Earlwood City and buses to the city and surrounding suburbs along Thompson St. I also have a cat-she is 9 years young and super friendly. She doesn't like other cats however, so I couldn't accept anyone with pets. Sorry for that. Looking at buying a portable outdoor spa for Christmas!! As I have a bit of space in the yard. I want to put some more plants to build a small vertical garden as I don't like the pavement so much.
This is a 2 storey, 3 bedroom townhouse in a quiet area. It has a nice backyard with BBQ. You will have a freshly painted room with new furniture, built in wardrobe and private bathroom. Cleaner included in common areas, extra cost if you would like your room cleaned.
I am a full-time student at UNSW and work locally as a receptionist. I am very neat and clean, like to keep to myself but am also up to have a chat over some wine and horror movies every now and again. Keen to team up with someone with a similar routine and interested in the same suburbs. Have my own car and bedroom furniture.
I'm 25, a student at UTS and working part time as an animator. I draw a lot outdoors and love to watch and talk about movies/tv. I spend most of my time away working and mostly keep to myself at home, but I'm a very friendly and respectful guy. I'm very tidy, and do my best not to disturb people with noise or mess.
Hello! I’m Finn the Genderqueer Human (they/them pronouns). I work for Dyson Appliances, but the only thing that sucks about me are my awful puns. Planning on beginning a part time degree next year in environmental sciences because our planet is dying. I do come with a Kelpie x Greyhound named Mercury and a snake named Puck - the snake is pretty happy to chill in his tank but Mercury is a very social guy and loves to hang out with everyone. For this reason I’m primarily looking for a pet-friendly house with a decent size yard. I’m vegan but I don’t get annoyed by meat in the house. I love to cook and especially for other people, so get ready for late night cupcakes and nachos. Not a clean freak but I do also bring home vacuums to test drive sometimes so I’m pretty happy to look after the floor cleaning business. I don’t have a car but I am a motorcyclist, so parking is another big plus but there’s always places to stash a bike. When I’m not cooking, hanging with my dog or tinkering on my bike I play a lot of video games and drink a bit of scotch. I’m currently staying with my grandmother while I get my life sorted out so moving dates are flexible as anything. Can’t wait to meet you!
We are right next to a big park with cooks river cycleway down the road, and it’s easy to get to the city or anywhere in the inner west from here withough too much hassle. You can walk to the shops and station if needed. We have a big backyard and deck, two living spaces and a spare room, so no feeling cramped here. The kitchen is decked out and we have a spa bath too.
Room available in granny flat in Earlwood. Gas and Internet bills included in the price. the place has gas stove and gas hot water system. 10 Minutes away from the Bardwell Park Train station and one block away from the bus stop. 2 blocks away from Coles No smoking allowed

Hi~! I'm a French junior pattern drafter of 22yo who wants to discover a new country, find a job and meet a lot of different people ! I'll be on working holidays starting from January the 10th and for now the plan is to do an internship and work part-time for at least 6 monthes. Currently appying for jobs and internships in the fashion industry but I'll probably find a part-time job after settling in. No worries tho, I will pay my bills in time. Also, furnished room prefered. I'm tidy, clean and quiet and enjoy cooking and sharing a meal with others from time to time. I'm a cat person but I love all pets though mines will be staying with my family in France. I like going out (well yeah it'll be my first time in Australia and I gotta see everything I can and go to the beachhh) but also laze around at home. I enjoy board, card games and multiplayer video games (I'm not too shabby at Mario Kart on WiiU and DS~ tho I do not own a WiiU). So, overall I like group activities but I respect peoples' personnal space and time, and still need alone time on my computer, drawing on graphic tablet and sewing stuff. I do bouldering and sometimes play the flute (I seldom play nowadays but I have 10 years of practice behind so I shouldn't deafen anybody... probably...). Also, I'm an otaku and a cosplayer. I look forward to coming to Sydney and meeting my new flatmates !!!
I'm a relaxed guy that enjoys a mix of socialising with roommates but also can turn the TV on and chill without saying a word. I grew up in Sydney but have spent a few years in Canada and a short stint in Adelaide. I enjoy new experiences and adventure and have been to NZ, Cambodia and the US, safe to say I'm accepting of people from all walks of life. I'm work full time in the real estate industry and get home around 7pm every night, so you don't have to worry about a full time couch potato living in your home. I love sports, adventure and travel. I play soccer, oztag, and enjoy rockclimbing. If you enjoy bad puns, don't mind a good Netflix series and copious amounts of dumplings, we'll get along.
This house has lots of character which means it's really old, a bit small and falling down a bit but still comfortable and relaxed. The bathroom is a nightmare with tiles missing but everything still works. We're in a cul-de-sac with a park across the road so it's nice and quiet and the neighbours are great and we look out for each other. We're close to buses and 2 train stations (Canterbury or Bardwell Park) and a short trip to either Coles or Woolworths and the little village of Earlwood.
This property is really peaceful as is the street. Their is a small garden at the front and a pretty awesome one at the back. The house has floorboards throughout big kitchen and a massive dining table. The bathroom could be bigger, i also wish for world peace. Separate dining and living rooms 2 Toilets 1.5 bathrooms BBQ Large outside dining table and chairs All large double bedrooms with a cool alcove Walk to trains, Walk to shops. obviously wifi Jacaranda, lemon trees, cherry blossom, possible pets
