I have just moved into this great 2 Bedroom; 2 Bathroom apartment in Earlwood, backing onto the Cooks River and on the fringe of Marrickville. I have signed a 12 month lease so looking for a longer term stay. Power and gas (for cooking and hot water) are connected. Internet is still a WIP. The complex is four years old and has a security entrance, a large common entertaining area and a pool. Yay!! 423 bus stop at the front door to Marrickville (shops and station), Enmore, Newtown (shops and station) and the city or through Earlwood towards Kingsgrove in the other direction. Marrickville and Tempe train stations are about a 20 minute walk away. Adora Handmade Chocolates and Cafe is around the corner. I was living in Marrickville and walked to the station, so now I'll be catching the bus from out front in the mornings and maybe walk home in the evenings. I've had some stuff in storage for a while and will setting up my new home over the next few weeks. I'm pretty much 'furniture and appliance free' at the moment, so if you have a fridge, washing machine or television, they would be welcome, otherwise I have consulted Choice Magazine for their recommendations and will be making purchases soon. Am flexible with move in dates during March 2017. The current photos are all real estate agent productions. Will include some 'real life' versions once I have settled in.
My name is Alice. I work full time at Prince of Wales hospital in the pathology labs there. I'm proud to say I've always been on time with rent and I keep common areas clean. I'm quite friendly, bubbly and like to catch up with my housemates at the end of the day or cook a communal meal once in a while but I understand the concept of personal space as I quite like mine too. Some of my hobbies include; reading, creative writing, music (singing when nobody's home), swimming and dancing. I have a kitten named Evie, and she is adorable. She's litter trained and very well behaved. She gets along great with dogs and children as she currently lives with both. I would love to hear from you guys, Evie and I are very friendly :)

I'm a gay male vet moving to Sydney in late March for a 3y residency - really excited to explore the city and meet lots of new people. I'm an outdoorsy kind of guy, love hiking and camping, beach get aways, gardening, etc. Love pets. Also enjoy down time - drinks out, netflix, cooking, baking, reading, cinema. I've lived in a few different share houses in the last 8 years, in South Australia and Melbourne, and have made life long friends in the process. I'm single, and have no pets. I'm easy to get on with, clean, respectful, and would really like to find a warm, welcoming environment to live in.

LOOKING FOR ONE OR TWO ROOMS Hi there! My name is Sean and I am a 3rd year Marine Biology student at the University of Sydney. My brother Liam and myself are looking for two separate rooms in a location pretty close to Sydney Uni Camperdown campus. Liam is also a Sydney Uni student, entering his 4th year in Veterinary Medicine. We both grew up in Moruya, a small coastal town in southern NSW, and moved to Sydney to study. As the the Uni semester approaches, we both understand that finding two rooms will be tough, and are prepared to split in search of separate places to fit us in. I have lived in share accommodation for two years now and understand the requirements of a functioning share house. I can cook, clean, and cooperate with others to help make a house a home. I spend most of my time at uni studying as well as working casually as a student ambassador. In my spare time I love to go to the gym, play guitar, and head to concerts and gigs around the city. We are hoping to move in and get settled as soon as possible before the uni semester begins. Cheers!

Let's begin by introducing my furry shadow: I have a 4 year old Jack Russel Terrier who loves everything and everyone that gives him a second of attention. He is very smart, toilet trained and knows how to play dead. Which is awesome. However he had a bad run in with a kitty when he was younger and is now terrified of cats, so if you have a cat in the house and dont want everything to turn into a warzone I suggest we better not try. I am originally from Germany but have been working and studying in Australia for 5 years. I work part time and study part time. I also should mention that I am a smoker. I don't smoke inside but outside, yes please.

I'm a musician and a writer and I will be studying architectural acoustics for two years at USyd. Why you'd like me at your place: -I'm very concerned about hygiene, space, silence, and healthy eating. -I cook (Indian and Continental). -I don't smoke, I do drink occasionally and I do not do any drugs. -I will be working part time too so I will be out most days on weekdays.

I am also happy to do garden chores (even a vege' patch) I work as a Sydney Harbour Tallships "Pirate actor" (yes I have been doing a pirate show for the last three years) Also as a tour guide and other side work. My name is Mark, I'm a full time retail assistant who is also an inspiring actor and film director. When I'm not at work, most of my time will be spent working on an upcoming screenplay, scouting locations for a film shoot, or out having production meetings with my cast and crew. In my downtime, I enjoy going to the movies, having quiet nights at home, and playing console games. These kind of little things gives me inspiration for any future projects.

My name is Elizabeth, Im 23 years old and next year I will be working full time as a Midwife at Canterbury Hospital ( I start in feb).My interests include tea, birds,SUCCULENTS, indoor plants, baths, kimonos, adult colouring in books and napping ( and of course Midwifery). Im an easy going, clean and friendly person who has experience in the shair house department. I put the bins out on time and always clean my frequently shedding hair up :) I would prefere somewhere to call a home with friendly people who interact with one another ( e.g weekly dinners ) rather than just a place to sleep. I have a small hand raised bird called Horus who lives in my room,he is no trouble at all and just hangs out with me when I get home from work, he also enjoys pats, granny smith apple (specifically) and rice. I am from Newcastle and am moving to Sydney for my 12 month contract, my partner is staying in Newcastle so I will most likely go home on some of my days off. Please feel free to contact me if I sound like your ideal room mate :) kind regards Elizabeth Thompson
Basically I'm respectful and hence expect to be respected in return. I have an active social life that involves going out with friends, going to the gym, doing yoga and am involved in three local volunteering organisations, being on the board of two of them. Hence, I am not a home body but when I am, I like to feel that I can be at home with having friends over for dinner and drinks occasionally and feel comfortable in doing so. I always pay my bills way before they are due, as well as keep a clean and tidy space, especially common areas. I expect my flatmate(s) to do the same, and for me, an important aspect of sharing a place is to keep the lines of communication open.
Hi, I am an international Student from Nepal doing my Masters at Central Queensland University (Sydney Campus).
