I’m a 23 year old full time worker who just moved to Geelong. I am a pretty busy person with work and sports so won’t be around much during the day but am happy to chat and hang out in evenings. I am a tidy, respectful housemate and looking for a someone who is similar in their lifestyle and nature.
I’ve just finished my degree in Physiotherapy and have accepted a job in Geelong working full time! I start in January, 2018. Really enjoy hitting up the gym, the beach, animals, a sneaky wine on the weekends and good coffee. Would love to meet like minded people to get along with next year and maybe show me around the place! I’m clean, very chilled out, and as much as I like socialising - I also love my own time! Please send me a msg if you are interested in living with me or need any more info! :)
Looking for a vegetarian housemate, that doesn't ever drink alcohol or use drugs and gets home before 11:30pm most nights. Have to say that first to avoid wasting peoples time. I also have two cats (they live outdoors and in the shed) so not able to accommodate for more pets. If you eat meat, drink or smoke then please do not contact me. We want someone who will fit in here. I used to party but am now doing some work which requires I be sober. We also want someone who is an A grade movie star who is preparing for a role as a vegetarian housemate. ;) Park over the road with sports ovals. Quiet street. 5 minute bike ride to beach. The house is rustic yet clean. Outside needs paint (which will get done soon), most of the inside has new paint. Carpets were recently steam cleaned. If you like gardening there is plenty of space to grow whatever you like. There is a veggie patch that you can help yourself to. Washing machine and dishwasher. Gas heater in lounge room. Ceiling fan in room. Chilled out housemates. Relaxed environment. Good quality water filter. Enjoyable garden where you might see interdimensional self transforming machine elves (depending on whether you eat the cacti or not). The lounge is a t.v. free space, there is space if needed for another couch. The room is 3m x 3.6m. It is a month by month lease but so long as we get along there shouldn't be a reason you cant stay for 12 months or more. If you are from a warm climate and would be using a heater while you sleep during Winter or if you use an air conditioner then that is at extra cost, otherwise all bills are included.
Hayley and I are two young females who enjoy are extremely outgoing and enjoy good time but also to chill out. We are both currently studying full time and also work part time. Currently looking at properties with 3 bedrooms and would love someone new to live with!
Hey Everyone! My name is Zoe, I'm currently looking for either a housemate for my current rental or a new room to move into once my lease is up in March (though I could look into breaking the lease for the right place if found sooner). I'll be working full time and studying next year so I'll be keeping myself busy. I'm not 100% set on a location yet, but i'll be working in Waurn Ponds and commuting to Melbourne for study so somewhere around there and a train station would be awesome. I'm painfully organized and pay everything on time so I promise you'll never be chasing me up for anything! I'm clean and respect others privacy so I'm an awesome housemate. I'm always down for a movie or binge watching marathon. I don't have any pets so it's just me, but I'm happy to live with someone who does have them. I do have a house full of furniture if anyone is missing anything, one of the perks of living alone, I guess! Please let me know if you've got anything available
I am an easy going person who is happy to hang out or just do their own thing. I love animals so pets are not an issue and I'm happy to help out around the house :)
Hello, I am a nurse working at Geelong Hospital. Currently renting by myself but looking to move into a share house to save money and for the company. I would describe myself as easy going, down to earth, honest person. I am tidy and respectful but not a neat freak. haha I only really drink on occasion I love going out for brunch with friends on days off. When im by myself I like to read and watch Netflix. I am wanting to share with other working people of similar age in a place with a decent amount of space. I don't mind pets as I love animals, I would like a place that was open to having a dog stay every now and again as I sometimes like to have my family dog over but its not a big issue. I want a place where I can feel comfortable being myself. Happy to answer any questions
Looking for myself and my toddler. I'm a pretty chilled out 31 year old single mother. My daughter is the best. She turns 2 in March. I like things clean and neat, no pets, non smoker. I just need to find somewhere safe for my daughter and I to live.
Im Sam a 23 year old Social Work student at Deakin Waterfront. Im new to Geelong and hoping to find some nice/fun people to share a place with! Im pretty laid-back and enjoy a chat and occasional drink. Im also tidy and very reliable.
Hi, I'm moving down from Melbourne to Geelong next year as I I just got a job as a physio. Wanting to live in a share house as close to the city centre as possible, and hoping to be near the trainline! Will be heading back to Melbourne quite regularly, but love being active, going to the beach and having a chat over dinner. I'm easy-going, friendly and clean. Enjoy socialising but also like to have my own space!
Hey guys, my lease just finished up so I'm staying with some family for the time being whilst actively looking for a new place to live I'm currently studying IT full time at Tafe whilst working part time on the side. I love meeting new people, cooking, and having a drink! I am also very clean, tidy and mindful of other housemates. I'm always keen to watch a film, play boardgames, go out for drinks/dinner or whatever 😀
Hey guys, I'm from Sydney. Moving down to Geelong in January to study medicine at Deakin Uni. Looking for either a room or (preferably) some awesome people to start a new share house with. Housemates who are independent but also like to share dinner occasionally or tv/bad movie would be ideal. Definitely prefer a home, not just somewhere to sleep. I enjoy anatomy, terrible movies, cooking (I work part time as a chef), spending time with my cat and simpsons memes.
I'm a easy going chilled guy active, clean and hygienic. Don't lock myself away in my room am sociable. I study exercise sports science at Deakin and play high level football. Do have a medium sized dog named Bruce who is a mostly outside dog he's very friendly and loves to play.
I'm a 23 yo female Geelong local and looking for somewhere come the end Jan/start Feb 2018 as my lease will be up then. I work in hospitality roughly 4-5 days a week and a couple of nights a week. I am fun, friendly and easy to get along with. Pet lover. Non-smoker (but I don't discriminate against those who do). I clean up after myself and would ask the same from my housemates. I have been told I am easy to live with by a roommate before who worked from home so I understand and respect that at times people need their space and quiet time. I have my own furniture, so I am not looking for a furnished room. I am also happy to meet up and discuss team ups. Really just want to move in with some cool people and make lifelong friends :)
Heya! I'm Jacinta and I'm a 27 year old, life loving, adventure seeking individual! My choice of work to lifestyle balance takes me all over Australia for work and because of that I get to experience some amazing things! I'm super relaxed and spend alot of the time working and when I have spare time I'm usually out exploring, going to the gym or hanging at home to a good book or TV series. Due to the nature of my work my need for a place to stay can be quite short term but I'm always upfront about the length of stay or if anything unexpected occurs :) Please let me know if you can offer a place for me along my journey!
Hey! I'm 27 and I work at Geelong Hospital. I am very easy going and respectful and would love to live with someone who I can hang out with but doesn't mind space too. I have 2 very friendly cats...they are more like dogs but are always inside (they can't really cat) so someone who is good with cats and won't let them escape is a must! They usually get along with dogs if the dog is ok with them. Look forward to hearing from you!
I like pets. Cats more than dogs. I have very mild Autism so if you are a good communicator, we should be fine. Please don't push either Neurodiversity nor Anti Vax crap on me. I have no alcohol nor substance abuse issues. I'm a non-smoker. I don't play loud music nor randomly make loud noises. I can drink socially just fine. I'm on the Disability Support Pension and have brilliant financial self discipline. You won't have any trouble getting me to cough up for bills. I amuse myself with anal retentive internet research and fact checking. Also gaming and using mods. Recreationally I walk, am active in the geek meatspace scene. I'm really into table top RPGs and movies with reasonable plots rather than big budgets. My politics is left of center and I'm effectively a social democrat. I don't shy away from deep conversations if thats on offer. I'm privately messy (mental chaos issues), but agreeable and cooperative with being clean and tidy in common areas.
I'm a considerate tidy and quiet housemate happy to have a chat and socialise when needed. I'm somewhat of a geek and when asked about tv shows movies or other things that interest me I can go on about it! I love to cook and share my cooking with people who like a variety of food!! I love getting to know people and I promise if you ever need someone to go shopping with I will be more than happy to come with and give ideas on fashion movies or video games! I have a playstation 4 as well so have lots of games to bring in if you enjoy gaming!
