Hey I’m Henri, I'm 27, working part time at a new restaurant in front of house and content creation. I'm also studying part time online in Fashion Marketing and occasionally freelance as a graphic designer. I’ve house shared and rented on my own before. At the moment, I’m renting a unit with the lease finishing up soon so I’m tossing up between continuing on my own or finding a share house somewhere close by. Ideally with a couple of girls similar age, sociable but respectful of others space and wanting to create a nice homey, peaceful space. I have a 10 month old american staffy cross who's very gentle, beautiful nature and house/ toilet trained. Gets along with other dogs, just very excited and loves everyone. Happy to slowly introduce him if there's other dogs in the house incase they don't get along. I'm pretty cool, calm, collected. Love a good chat but also value my own space as does everyone. Looking for a small share house or someone else to find a place of our own – preferably female, 6 to 12 month lease but wanting longterm. Move in date somewhat flexible but happy to discuss further if you feel I'd be a good fit :)

I'm currently studying IT and working in OSHC, mostly during the school holidays. _____________________________ Hobbies/interests: • I spend a lot of time reading, doing puzzles, going on bush walks with the dog, playing video games, tinkering in the shed and watching cheesy sci-fi movies. Just cliché nerd stuff. • I enjoy being creative and trying out different types of arts and music. • I like baking and cooking, so generally try to have a decently stocked pantry for experiments • I enjoy gardening when there is free time to keep plants alive. • Sustainability is important. Still a lot to learn, but I do try to reduce/reuse/recycle, choose plastic-free/avoid single-use, buy secondhand. _____________________________ As a housemate: • I like to keep shared spaces organised and reasonably tidy, but I'm not expecting a place to be spotless. • I don't smoke but I don't mind if others do, as long as there is no smoking inside or around the dog. • I appreciate collaboration when it comes to chores and groceries (specifically shared, common items so that there isn't unnecessary waste if people are using the same products). I don't mind helping out by rescuing someone's clothes from the line when it's about to rain, or washing up an extra pot when I am going to wash up mine anyway. • I'm mostly introverted, so I I'd prefer a quiter place but I have no issue with guests over or gatherings if told in advance. It's also nice to chat, share a meal or watch a movie/play a game with housemates occasionally. _____________________________ Ideal house: • Preferably looking for a place within walking distance to shops or near a train station to rely less on driving. • Something with a decent backyard for the dog to run around as well as nearby parks and trails. • A quiet place to study. Or space in the garage to work on projects. • Another dog to keep Argo company would be nice Houses with a bit of character are always a bonus.

Hey, My name is Marcello. I just recently finished a lease for a house in Barwon Heads, which I had for nearly two years, after coming from Melbourne. Basically I was semi retired (knee injury recovery), but found that being in a small village and not working actually became the opposite of what I wanted. Now, looking at Geelong & Surfcoast area, with the aim of being a lot busier from working again and finding new activities to do. Hoping to secure 12 months. I have enjoyed being part of a shared environment in past times. all the while enjoying my own corner , yet most importantly respecting the space with and between us. I love to laugh as much as possible…..happily at myself. I do not feel uncomfortable around people I rarely know, and I am sociable, and easy going. I do enjoy a good conversation hopefully while cooking, but also “aware” when the time for calm and quiet moments are needed. I don’t judge, and easily accept and respect the paths of those around. Don’t look inside my room!….(jokes) …. but everywhere else I am a clean bot. lol. I won’t need to be asked to take rubbish out. If I see it , I do it. I have 3/4 of a house tucked into storage, So whatever you have missing ….. Or whatever you may wish to add…. IF I have it……. Then WE will be replacing or adding! And it can remain at the residence after my time comes to an end! I am starting a short court online in mid July I am committed to restarting personal training as it’s been a while… just waiting for find my home first before what training options I will take. If you have a dog, I would love to walk it ! If you have a cat, I will recommence my Netflix subscription and we’ll get acquainted. I was lazy the past two years to start my surfing journey again since my early 20’s, so by end of October, I must be battle ready with the tools of the trade under my bed ready to go…… Hey housemates?…. We’re hoping to find a self-contained granny flat, small house, or studio that gives us privacy and a cozy space to settle into. We also have Eddie, our kelpie x border collie. He’s a gentle, friendly dog — house-trained, well-behaved, and gets plenty of exercise. He’s a calm companion who loves people and other pets, and we make sure he’s always well looked after. We’re respectful, tidy, and easy to get along with. We keep things clean, enjoy a peaceful home, and will look after the place like it’s our own.
