Enjoy the comfort of a north shore lifestyle. Located only 15 minutes by car from the Sydney CBD (of course a bit longer just like the rest of Sydney in peak hour traffic!) and surrounded by state forest, you can escape work to your own leafy hideaway. Lots of scenic walking tracks, great cafes in nearby Gordon and St Ives and not too far for a trip to the northern beaches. For those who like to shop or go to the movies, Chatswood Chase is 7 minutes away and Macquarie Shopping Centre is just 10 minutes away. It's not hard to get into the city with both the Killara and Lindfield stations close by. This is a clean, well maintained home waiting for a new flatmate just like you! The house has a pool for the summer months.
If you are a smoker do not read on. I will only take people who do not smoke at all. Also, I am allergic to some scents so if you are a male using cologne's this could be a problem. Rent is $230 pw for a single - $340 for a double. This includes all bills but not your food. This is my family home and currently my children are overseas or studying elsewhere. It is a large home so I thought it might be good to offer some rooms out. Shorter term stayers are welcome as I know how difficult it is to find short term accommodation. However, you will need to be able to pay the bond upfront. No parties - but I am happy for you to have your friends over for an evening meal etc..... We are a shoe free household. We are 10 mins walk from the station at Lindfield (or bus 556). We are in a safe and very quiet area of Sydney. If you are here for study the room has a lovely garden aspect. The room is reasonably large with a double bed, desk, bookcase and cupboard. The outlook is garden. If you are a smoker - do not apply. I have been trying to add a photo of the room but for some reason the site won't let me.
Very nice special property overlooking a large reserve in a quiet leafy suburb. With pool and views to the bush. This is a place where you can relax and unwind after a day's work. Own TV with Foxtel in your room.
Self contained flat 300m from station. One bedroom with ensuite and seperate kitchen. Private, quiet, clean and well maintained with its own access seperate from the main house. Looking for a quite, friendly, low maintenance single or couple.
Spacious 3-bed newly-decorated house in a quiet bush setting with lots of off-street parking available and near public transport. There's Wi Fi, Netflix and Foxtel. It's 10 minutes drive from Dee Why beach and close to other Northern beaches, 10 minutes to Chatswood and a 20 minute express bus ride to the city. There's reverse-cycle air conditioning in the living area and ceiling fans in all the rooms. There is one room available with a king single bed, sharing a new bathroom with waterfall shower. There's a deck, a large back yard, and a separate laundry with washing machine.

Clean and considerate individual looking for my own space to live in. That being said if I found a like minded individual I'd consider sharing. Only looking for 3-6 months in and around the areas I have listed as I'd like to try them first. I travel very frequently for work in Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle and northern NSW. Love to socialise but am not interested in a party house. I enjoy a beer, wine, music and good food but also love having my own space to chill out in. My family live in regional NSW and when they are in Sydney I love having them stay with me as well as friends every now and then if they come to visit. I don't have pets but don't mind if I share with the right person and they have pets, I grew up with dogs, cats and horses and recently had two Cavaliers in a previous life. I also don't smoke, but don't mind if the right person I share with does as long as it's not inside.
I'm a 22 year old full time construction worker working 8-10 hour days 5-6 days a week so I'm rarely ever home. I always go on adventures on the weekend too. We are both extremely respectful, neat and tidy roommates. Friendly, enjoy a good chat and love getting to know new people! We won't be intrusive of your space or be neglectful in our share of flatmate-ly responsibilities. Looking for roommates with reciprocal attributes.
I am currently a student at Macquarie University studying education. Previously I have worked full time as an audio visual technician and am currently still working in that field while at university. I have lived in share houses previously so understand what it takes to live with others and what I need to do to carry my weight in a shared household

Hey! I'm looking to move closer to the city to shorten my commute to work in North Sydney. I'm a friendly, quiet and sociable vegetarian. I enjoy an occasional outdoor adventure, spending time with people and relaxing at home. I'm very tidy and respectful of people's space. I'm interested in finding flatmates to start a share house with.
