Beautiful room overlooking national park, with balcony. Very quiet, secluded location. Large resort style house with pool and lots of living space. Room has built in wardrobe, enormous chest of drawers and dressing table.
We live in a quiet, secure, friendly neighborhood, 5 mins walk to local shops and bus to city. Short cycle to station, bike available to use. There is a single room available, price includes bills . The room is fully furnished, bed, desk and wardrobe. Access to kitchen, laundry, reading room, shared bathroom with one other, garden. Plenty of bush walks around. It is a no smoking house and you are expected to clean up after yourself. Internet included in the rent.
If you are a smoker do not read on. I will only take people who do not smoke at all. Also, I am allergic to some scents so if you are a male using cologne's this could be a problem. Rent is $230 pw for a single - $340 for a double. This includes all bills but not your food. This is my family home and currently my children are overseas or studying elsewhere. It is a large home so I thought it might be good to offer some rooms out. Shorter term stayers are welcome as I know how difficult it is to find short term accommodation. However, you will need to be able to pay the bond upfront. No parties - but I am happy for you to have your friends over for an evening meal etc..... We are a shoe free household. We are 10 mins walk from the station at Lindfield (or bus 556). We are in a safe and very quiet area of Sydney. If you are here for study the room has a lovely garden aspect. The room is reasonably large with a double bed, desk, bookcase and cupboard. The outlook is garden. If you are a smoker - do not apply. I have been trying to add a photo of the room but for some reason the site won't let me.

Hi! I have just started a new job as a radiation therapist on the Northern Beaches, however am looking at moving to the North Shore to be a bit closer to everything the city has to offer. I will be working full time Monday-Friday at Frenchs Forest, but when I am not at work I like cooking/baking, socialising with friends and family and exploring new places. I am a tidy, considerate and super friendly housemate and am excited to meet new people as I am new to Sydney. I am looking forward to sharing with likeminded people who don't mind an occasional night out or a night in watching movies with wine. I will need to be somewhere with on or off street parking as I will have a car which will be needed to get to work each day. I can provide rental references if needed. Please message me if you want any more details :)
I am a male Italian software developer looking for a job in Sydney. I landed the 9th of April with a working holiday visa, currently looking for an accomodation and a job. I am clean and respectful.
Hello! I am a fresh uni graduate who will be working in a multinational firm starting in July. Therefore, I am looking flatmates to share a house/apartment with. I love cooking, working out, watching Youtube and outdoor sports. I am keen to meet new people from all walks of life. I can speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandrin. Love Spanish culture and Japanese food! I have a few requirements listed below: 1.)I'd like to move in around mid June 2.)Within 10 minutes walking to train station 3.)Pets are welcome 4.)Sorry no smokers
I'm a 22 year old full time construction worker working 8-10 hour days 5-6 days a week so I'm rarely ever home. I always go on adventures on the weekend too. I love cooking and I'm always cleaning up after myself. I'm very OCD with my own stuff. I enjoy my fitness and love eating out after a long week at work. I love chilling out after work and having a chat but I can also do my own thing and keep to myself. I'm trustworthy and loyal and always on time with everything I do.
Clean and considerate individual looking for my own space to live in. That being said if I found a like minded individual I'd consider sharing. Only looking for 3-6 months in and around the areas I have listed as I'd like to try them first. I travel very frequently for work in Sydney, Central Coast, Newcastle and northern NSW. Love to socialise but am not interested in a party house. I enjoy a beer, wine, music and good food but also love having my own space to chill out in. My family live in regional NSW and when they are in Sydney I love having them stay with me as well as friends every now and then if they come to visit. I don't have pets but don't mind if I share with the right person and they have pets, I grew up with dogs, cats and horses and recently had two Cavaliers in a previous life. I also don't smoke, but don't mind if the right person I share with does as long as it's not inside.
I am friendly, easy going, clean, tidy and respectful of others. I'm studying law and psychology full time, working at Macquarie uni, cheerlead for Mac, watch/play soccer, and enjoy going out to dinner/movies or catching up on netflix.
Hi there, I am a 23 year old student at Macquarie University, studying a Bachelor of Medical Sciences in my first year. I am very quiet and keep to myself, I'm honestly not much of a talker, but please don't take that to mean that I'm not friendly. I consider myself a bit of a phantom housemate - rarely seen or heard. I do have a boyfriend that I like to have over sometimes [we're both quiet, we generally study and play games together], but otherwise I don't party or like to have people over. I spend most of my time studying and listening to music, however you won't have to put up with my tastes as I'm aware that sound travels throughout a house and so keep it down, especially at night. I am also a very strict non-smoker and non-drinker. I am generally tidy and clean up after myself, both in my own room and in common areas. I'm a light user of the kitchen, and don't need much pantry space. I can supply all of my own things like towels, plates/bowls/cutlery and bedding, so the only things I would need to share would be a washing machine, dryer/clothesline [or space for a drying rack] and fridge. I adore cats and can happily live with them, dogs depend. Anywhere within a 15 minute walk to a train station on the T1 line is ideal [so I will consider suburbs outside what is listed on my profile, due to the 20 suburb maximum]. I don't mind a furnished or unfurnished room, as long as it can comfortably fit a bed, desk and a bookshelf. Please feel free to get in contact with me, I hope to meet you and become a great housemate~ - Blake
Im working full time as data consultant in circular quay and looking for a place of my own or share a 2bed 2bath apartment with maximum one other female (no couple) in suburbs with easy access to circular quay.
Hello everyone! I will move to Sydney in June to study my MBA at Macquarie Uni. I'm looking for a place close to the Uni to share with some cool flatmates. I lived in Lima-Peru for the most part of my life, except for the past 3 years when I was in Santiago de Chile due to work. (Shared a flat with a Chilean & a Slovakian) I am well traveled (over 20 countries) and met some great friends along the way. In my spare time, I try to do some sports & enjoy good food. Respectful, fun and very sociable.
I am a PhD student overseas and I am coming Macquarie University to finish mt thesis. So, although I want some fun sometimes, I should work most.
