A lovely and well maintained Art Deco 2 bedroom plus study apartment in Gordon. There are polished floorboards throughout the spacious bedrooms and living areas. The kitchen is well equipped and has a gas stove/oven. The small apartment block has well cared for garden and lawn areas that are frequently visited by birds and possums. The bedroom is unfurnished and measures 2.7*3.6 metres. It is freshly painted. A decent sized window with blinds and flyscreens looks onto trees. Gordon train station is just 100m away, and the local shops are just beyond there. There is a council carpark directly across the road so parking is never a problem if you work standard business hours. Bills (internet, electricity and gas) are not included in the rent. About me: I'm Sybylla, I'm 26 years old and I am the owner of one busy, fun, happy life. I work full time as a bush regenerator and I'm studying environmental science part time. Weekends I spend with family and friends, volunteering with the RFS, bushwalking, trying new beers (I'm a stout and IPA girl), reading, and cooking. I'm out of the house early in the morning and I'm usually pretty early to bed. I'm generally quite clean and organised and I like to keep my home that way too. I'm LGTB friendly. Above all I'm looking for someone with a good heart who acts with honesty, maturity and respect. I'd like a flatmate who wants to live in a clean, organised, grown-up home and is happy to put in some effort to sustain that. I hope that my new flatmate can feel at home here and is comfortable discussing any issues that come up in a calm and direct way.
Just moved to Sydney and looking for semi-temp accommodation until I decide where is best to live permanently. Can cook, tidy, quiet, self employed to an extent so my work timing is flexible. Respectful and very easy going.
I'm a PhD student from the North Shore studying at Macquarie University. I'm fairly easy to get a long with as I'm pretty relaxed about most thing. I'm very diligent about cleaning after myself and will to help out around the house.
I am an easy-going person who has 4 years experience living in share houses. Work full time in finance industry so have a fairly busy life style, but enjoy a relaxing night after work with good companies. Like being tidy & clean in my living environment. Looking forward to find flatmates alike!
Hello. I am a nursing student in my final year, looking for a house/home. I'm looking for somewhere balanced between friendly and respectful. To me, this means nice people happy to have a meal together every so often and responsible enough to pick up milk on the way home. I think the dynamic of balanced sharing (bills, food, cooking) works well. I enjoy a range of hobbies including knitting, rock climbing, camping, and cooking. I value the relationship of my flatmates over the flat, a good laugh at the end of the day is more important than a good view. I am a very down to earth and moral person, and I appreciate self awareness. I don't really mind too much where I live, as long as it has a train line and good flatmates.
I am healthy, well fit, clean, very highly ducated, friendly, lively, athletic, reliable, versatile, funny, sensible and cooperative. I moves from Japan to Australia for past 36 years. My main career is in education and I work for child care based work as well. Thanks. Toshiko
Hello! Looking for a group of chill, fun and tidy girls and guys to flat with. I'm easy going, friendly, clean and fun to have around. I've been living in Melbourne for the past 15 years but have just started working full time for a youth organisation based in Sydney so I'm keen to find a convenient spot that's close to public transport. If you'd like to know more about me, please feel free to send me a message!
I'm 22 years old from New Zealand living I'm Sydney permenantly, I'm working full time in hospitality. I am clean and tidy, bubbly and talkative, always down for a wine and a chat. I'm quite social so I do tend to go out a lot but I also enjoy chilling at home watching a good movie. I do have a 4 month old kitten called loki, he's generally easy to handle. I am looking for a place from the 12th of January, preferably an unfurnished room. Thanks!
Hey, my name is Peter and I would describe myself as a very career focused person who spends a lot of time on study/work. I think I am pretty social, laid back and will occasionally unwind by binging on netflix :). Enjoy study and just finished a bachelor of IT in July and considering starting masters mid sem 2017, but will see how I feel in 6 months. On 28/11 I flew from QLD to Sydney for a job in the city. Currently staying at an Airbnb property (and breaking the bank lol), so I am seeking a more suitable long term solution to help settle into Sydney and my new job :). Also love to ride motorbikes and was hoping to get my motorbike sent down from Brisbane so... If there is secure parking, a shed or somewhere out of sight to park a motorbike is a bonus!
I am a UTS film and TV student studying in the city and working on the North Shore. I am friendly, approachable and independent - I am saving to eventually travel and my hobbies include swimming and binge watching TV series.
Hello all, I am a female working professional. Would like to look for a place which is cozy and clean to live in. I am friendly and i love travelling, reading and exercising during my free time.

My name is Aloura and I am 18 years of age. I am currently employed at Dominos Ballina however, I have completed my certificate III in aged care and nursing which is the employment I wish to pursue once I move to Sydney in January 2017. I just recently got accepted into Macquarie University North Ryde to do a Bachelor of Arts with a major in philosophy and minor in sociology and anthropology (my true passion) therefore I am looking for a place of residence that's convenient in terms of commuting back and forth. I am a responsible, independent and tidy person who respects the space of others and enjoys having fun and socializing with good company.

I'm a busy single mum looking for another single mum to share accommodation with my 2 children when I have them. I also spend time at my boyfriends house. I'm clean and tidy, outgoing, like to socialise. I keep fit by going to the gym. Love the outdoors, beach and doing activities with my children. My children are 11 and 14, I'm clean and tidy. Friendly. Love to cook. Always up for a chat, but I also respect other peoples privacy and having time to yourself. I work part time in the local area. I'm looking for a place with another single mum to share with, that is clean and tidy.

PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS AD IF YOU ARE MALE OR UNDER 40 FEMALE-sorry i have to be particular on this:) The successful person will have her own private quarters ( bedroom, full bathroom ) , The house has a beautiful solar swimming pool. We back onto the National Park and have lovely views north. Transport is 1 km away with buses to the City, Chatswood & beaches. Off street parking available. The rent of $200.00 per week includes Foxtel, electricity, gas and reasonable use of WiFi . 2 weeks bond payable.
The room is in a very large beautiful five bedroom house in a very quiet street opposite Roseville Park. Sharing with a family of four: two children plus our live-in Scottish Nanny. Both parents work in creative design and undertaking research studies so fairly busy and don't have much time to chat in the evenings. The children are fairly well behaved but do have their moments as children do and in bed by 8:30PM so you won't see much of them if you have a 9 to 5 job. It does get a little hectic in the mornings when everyone is getting ready to go to work and school. They have lots of activities on the weekends so fairly quiet at this time. The environment is very creative, artistic and supportive, we are social but also like personal space and have a healthy lifestyle. Love gardening and a huge collector of succulents. The house is always very tidy due to one of us coming from a 5 star hotel design background but not a germaphobe, just like the house to be organised. Large, fully furnished room filled with natural light in separate section at the rear of the house overlooking the pool and huge garden with lots of trees and birds. Has polished floorboards, heaps of storage shelves, built in wardrobes, desk and a queen size bed. However you can bring your own furniture if you wish. In a very convenient location only 20 minutes to the CBD. 10 minutes walk to Lindfield Station. 2 minutes to city bus. Direct bus to Macquarie from Lindfield station or can interchange at Chatswood train station, Bus to Paddington and Newtown from Chatswood interchange. 5 minutes drive or 2 train stops to Chatswood for cafes, restaurants, shopping, movies, theatre. There is also a bicycle track to Chatswood. Lindfield has many great local eateries and a huge Coles opposite Lindfield station. Lots of relaxing bush walk tracks but a stone throw away from Chatswood. Beautiful Roseville park right across the street, with a lovely cafe, oval, tennis courts and off-leash dog park. The house has three bathrooms, the room has a separate bathroom and toilet to share with the nanny. The huge back lounge has dining table, large flat screen TV, DVD player, gas heater and a tuned piano that would loved to be played. This lounge area opens up on to a large balcony with BBQ and looks out to a beautiful massive tree filled garden and pool, but we are under the process of having the garden and pool landscaped. The tenants kitchen connects to the back lounge area. There is a separate lounge at the front of the house with fire place. We tend to spend most of our time at the front section of the house as our bedrooms, kitchen and study are located there. Although not a detached granny flat the house is configured in to 3 sections so it's actually very private. The pink coloured area on the floor plan indicates the back part of the house, which is pretty much used by the tenant. You will have separate side entry and own kitchen and laundry (washer but no dryer) There is a stainless steel fisher paykel fridge, double hot plate, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, MW and heaps of pantry and cupboard space. Electricity and Cable WiFi included. No cable TV. Off street parking. The room would suit a quiet professional, possibly studying with busy weekends. Must be tidy and organised. Definitely not a party house. Must be Non Smoker. We have two playful dogs (Cavoodles) who greet you when you get home. These breeds don't drop hair around the house. If we sound like a good match please make contact. We can provide you with references from past tenants.Family, 2 children and nanny Beautiful tree filled garden and large pool Large Balcony with BBQ Opposite Roseville Park Piano Cable WIFI 2 playful dogs Cavoodle & Spoodle No couples please Own Kitchen with fridge, MW & washing machine Own Entry Heaps of Storage Space Lots of Built in Shelving Light Filled Room With Views to Garden and Pool Polished Timber Floor Separate Toilet Shower
